시스템적인 접근에 의한 품질경영모형수립과 공공부문의 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Quality Management System Model and its Application in the Public Service Sector)

  • A strategic model on quality management system was developed and applied for the public service sector. The public service sector includes a wide range of organizations such as local authorities responsible for education, social services and housing, government departments, military forces, and public enterprises like post office and Korean Railroad. Quality management requires strategic integration of management system for achieving customer satisfaction. Questionnaire was developed, and data was collected and analyzed for this study. Conclusively, leadership and organization culture are the important drivers among the quality management activities. Human resource development and process management are significantly related to employee satisfaction, which also significantly influences on customer satisfaction in the public sector.

  • 본 연구는 공공기관에서 공공봉사동기(PSM)이 구성원의 직무만족(JS)과 인지된 직무성과(PJP)에 미치는 직접적인 영향을 확인함과 동시에 간접적으로 종속변수에 영향을 미치는데 기여하는 매개변수의 존재와 효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 특히 매개변수로 활용된 구성원과 조직의 적합성 개념(POF)은 인사제도의 적합성으로 정의함으로써 PSM와 개인 및 조직 효과성 사이에서 인사제도 적합성의 영향력을 파악하였다. 이에 창원시 보건소 구성원을 대상으로 진행된 설문자료를 토대로 정량적 분석을 실시하고 다음과 같은 결과를 확인할 수 있었다. 첫째, 통합된 공무 조직에서의 PSM은 JS와 PJP에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, PSM은 조직구성원의 JS와 PJP를 높여주지만, POF의 역할도 유의미함을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 PSM은 구성원과 조직 간 제도적 적합성을 통해 직무만족과 업무성과의 향상을 기대할 수 있다는 결론을 도출 할 수 있다.

소셜네트워크서비스(Social Network Service) 기반 기부활동 기업에 대한 조직-공중관계성이 기업이미지와 기업 평판에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Organization-Public Relationship of Corporate Donation via SNS on Corporate image and Reputation)

  • 본 연구는 기업의 SNS 기반 기부활동에 참여한 SNS 이용자 228명을 대상으로 조직-공중관계성과 기업이미지 및 기업평판의 관계를 검토하였다. 이를 위해 SPSS 21 프로그램과 AMOS 21프로그램을 이용, 상관관계 분석과 신뢰도 분석, 그리고 구조모형분석을 실시하였다. 주요 결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, SNS 이용자의 조직-공중관계성과 기업이미지의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 조직-공중관계성은 기업이미지에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, SNS 이용자의 조직-공중관계성과 기업평판의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 조직-공중관계성은 기업의 평판에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, SNS 이용자의 기업이미지와 기업평판의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 기업이미지는 기업의 평판에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 향후 기업의 소셜네트워크 기반 마케팅 전략을 구축하는데 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

대학조직의 성과관리를 위한 계층분석과정의 적용 (Application of Analytic Hierarchy Process to the Performance Management of University Organization)

  • This study is to apply of AHP to the performance management of university organization. Especially, in the present study, the authors modeled performance evaluations for S university administration hierarchically and analyzed the weights of those. The domains of performance evaluations were divided in five domains: strategy, resource management, process, finance management, and customer management, referred to the viewpoints of BSC. The results of analysis revealed that strategy was the most important element of evaluation in the first stage and except for strategy and finance management which consist of the single element of evaluation respectively in the second stage, the efficiency of administration supporting service was the important element of evaluation. The weights of performance evaluations, however, revealed in different as the class of position. Finally this study showed that the weights of performance evaluations computed in the present study can be used as those of evaluation indices for S university administration.

민간 소비자단체의 자율분쟁조정 활성화방안 (A Study on the Activity Improvement Plan for Consumer ADR of Non-Government Consumer Organization)

  • The Purpose of this research is to perform survey on employees of Non-Government Consumer Organization and interview with ADR personnel from Korean Consumer Protection Board to have thorough grasp of problems among consumer ADR. Also come up with plan that will activate Non-Government Consumer organization ADR. Result of this research states following remarks as solution First, consumers from Seoul and Gyeonggi area is the only people who use ADR in Non-Government Consumer organization, so other local governments need to concentrate on consumers from rural area to take advantage of the service. Second, low activity of ADR and legal procedure support compare to other services provide from Non-Government Consumer organization. Third, statistic shows that employees from Non-Government Consumer organization recognize importance of consumer's ADR and government's support as well as enforcement of law. Forth, the preparation of Consumer ADR in Non-Government Consumer organization, selecting committee is the most important procedures are reinforce human resource, improvement of organization structure. Fifty, order to establish Consumer ADR in Non-Government Consumer organization, recruit professional manpower is the priority and financial support is also important. All these result would help improve the activity of ADR in Non-Government Consumer organization, which will lead the organization to be more professionalize, globalize and able to segment the market. Further more, Non-Government Consumer organization would develop better ways to take itself to another level to provide better service. Also, create an institution that will help consumer's dispute and legal procedure. It will prevent future victims and protect consumer's right.

호텔 조직의 커뮤니케이션이 종사원의 만족과 이직에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Organizational Communication upon Employees' Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intent in the Deluxe Hotel)

  • This study investigated the effects of organizational communication upon employees' job satisfaction and turnover intent at deluxe hotels. The research model was tested with a survey administered to 310 employees, and adequate fit to the data was provided ($x^2=934.651$ (df=221), GFI=.816, NFI=.836, CFI=.869, RMSEA=.098). In the structural equation model, organizational communication (organization integration ${\beta}=.182$) showed a significant (+) influence on job satisfaction. However, personal feedback (${\beta}=-.263$), supervisory communication (${\beta}=-.260$), and organization integration (${\beta}=-.342$) had significant (-) effects on turnover intent. Employee job satisfaction (${\beta}=-.124$) had significant negative effects on employee turnover. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

병원 헬스케어 서비스 혁신: ICT 조직기능 연관성 (ICT Relatedness)에 기반한 상호작용과 지식공유 (Hospital Healthcare Service Innovation: Interaction and Knowledge Sharing based on ICT Relatedness)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 병원 헬스케어 서비스 분야에서 ICT 조직기능 연관성(Information and Communication Technology Relatedness)과 조직환경이 의료진간 또는 의료진과 환자간 상호작용과 지식공유에 어떻게 영향을 미치며, 지식공유는 의료 서비스 혁신, 그리고 서비스 혁신은 서비스성과에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 구조화된 모델을 통해 연구하는 것이다. 자원준거관점(Resource based view), 적합구조화이론(Adaptive Structuration Theory), 그리고 서비스 혁신이론을 기반으로 헬스케어 서비스 시스템에서 성과에 영향을 미치는 주요요인으로 ICT 조직기능 연관성, 구성원간의 상호작용과 지식공유를 설정했고, 성과요인으로는 서비스 혁신과 서비스 성과를 설정였다. 모델의 검증을 위해 병원에서 종사하는 의료직, 기능직, 사무직 종사자들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 분석하였다. 모델 검증 결과, 모든 가설들은 유의미하게 성과창출에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 구조화된 조직환경과 ICT 조직기능 연관성은 서비스 조직구성원 및 환자들의 행위에 영향을 주어 상호작용 및 지식공유를 촉진하고, 병원 헬스케어 서비스의 혁신과 성과에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소임을 시사하고 있다.

특급호텔 조리직 종사원의 갈등이 이직에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Conflict of Kitchen Employees in Deluxe Hotel on Turnover)

  • This study aims at inquiring into the effect of kitchen employees' conflict factors in deluxe hotels on turnover to present a improvement plan. For this, it made a survey of 292 kitchen employees in deluxe hotels from December 1 to 10, 2006. The results were as follows: First, it showed that the service welfare conflict had a positive effect on the compensational turnover, and high compensational turnover was caused by high conflict of welfare or benefits. Second, it showed that the cooking job conflict had a positive effect on the developmental turnover. Third, it showed that the colleague relationship conflict had a positive effect on the developmental turnover. Consequently, each factor of compensational and developmental turnover had significantly positive correlation to the cooking job conflict, service welfare conflict and colleague relationship conflict. Considering the above results, the employees' turnover produced results that are contrary to negative and positive effects traditionally discussed various effects or results on organization.

외식업 종사자 리더십 유형이 조직몰입, 경영성과에 미치는 영향: 부산 해운대 지역을 중심으로 (The Effect of Food Service Organization Employee's Leaderships Type on Organizational Commitment and Managerial Performance: Focused on Busan Haeundae Area)

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationships among leadership, organizational commitment and management performance of restaurant workers from the Busan Haeundae area. Normally, each leadership type(transactional leadership, transformational leadership, servant leadership) effected organizational commitment and management result. For the field test and verification, 200 staffs of the Haeundae restaurant participated in the survey from April 1st to May 30th, 2017. The research result was summarized as follows. First, all leadership types(transformational leadership, transformational leadership, servant leadership) of Haeundae restaurant staffs had a positive impact on affective involvement. Second, transformational leadership and transactional leadership of restaurant staffs had a positive influence on continuous commitment. Lastly, continuous commitment of restaurant staffs in Haeundae affected management result. In conclusion, precedent study explained only hotel investigation.

  • This study uses data envelopment analysis(DEA) to examine the relative efficiency in the production of research of 414 Korean universities utilizing the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology Report(MESTR) focusing on the 2009. This study has examined DEA and how it measures the efficiency of university units. This study has also useful suggested various approaches to advance efficiency and can provide substantial guidance for increasing the competitiveness between universities, through identifying problematic areas with the input factors and by doing so improving the output factors.
