글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 위한 전기용품 안전인증제도(KC) 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of KC Certification Scheme of Electrical Appliances for Global Competence)

  • Electrical product safety certification is for public safety. Korea electrical safety certification (KC) is being tested and certified on the base of Korean electrical appliance safety act and KC scheme. There are operating system and Electrical safety standards in the KC scheme. KC' operating system was adapted from japan operating system of Japan certification scheme. But KC certification' electrical safety standard was adapted from IEC standards of IECEE CB scheme. So There are many problems such as difference of version between KC standards and IEC standards, discrepancy between operating system and standards. Therefore, This paper analyzed the reason of discrepancy and proposed the improved KC certification operating system in order to reduce cost and to save time in the procedure of issuing KC approval for public safety in using electrical products and also for global competence.

  • 선박의 자동화 수준이 높아지고 자율운항선박의 개발에 따라 선박의 IPMS (integrated platform management system)는 다양한 운영체제로 통제되는 개별 장비들을 통합하고 다량의 데이터를 실시간으로 처리해야 한다. 이러한 상황에서 데이터 처리를 위해 DDS (data distribution service) 미들웨어 기반 선박 IPMS 시뮬레이터를 개발하고 성능을 평가하였다. 이종 운영체제로 동작하고 있는 신호입출력장치와 IPMS 서버에서 초당 1,000개의 토픽을 비동기로 발간하고 구독한 시뮬레이션을 수행하였으며, 초기 4초 동안 일부 토픽의 누락을 제외하고는 오류 없이 데이터를 수신하였다. 개발된 시뮬레이터는 실제 선박에서 DDS를 이용하여 다른 제어체계를 통합할 수 있음을 보여준다.

  • In this paper, we propose a plan for the introduction of a knowledge-based system proposed by the traditional computing sciences, in order to operate the computer system computerized hospital workers effectively. Hospital computational features of the operating system for this purpose, were made about the working conditions, computational difficulties of the hospital administrator. It is necessary for a knowledge management system for results-effective IT system operational review findings apply to the hospital, where a hospital computer system having features and hospitals computational workers must be resolved on the technical and environmental constraints with It became aware of the need. This study further shows that an effective hospital computer system to derive additional operating a variety of issues to consider for the base and the introduction of a knowledge management system can gradually solve the problem.

  • This study of bimodal integration management system in conjunction with the tram and the tram cars bimodal integrated management system that occupies a part of the system to perform its role as a bimodal tram vehicle configuration, a device for the vehicle's infrastructure ryureul development and it is aimed to build on the vehicle. Bimodal tram vehicle infrastructure systems, internal and external information of the larger vehicles, and vehicles used to collect information for its own part and the integrated operations management center, or providing partial information from the station and collect/provide for the transfer of information to the communication part consists In this study, the core of these devices, the configuration of the vehicle infrastructure systems for the overall management and control of vehicles operating a computer's central processing device, vehicle infrastructure systems that make it manages and stores all jangchiryu Integrated Operations Management Center is reporting. In addition, seamless integration with operational management center for interactive communication in a vehicle mounted communications devices to maintain the best condition to manage. Current general traffic management system in a similar terminal device being used, but bimodal tram vehicles operating the computer of the vehicle operates the infrastructure to configure the devices around the one to configure the system in terms of step enhanced the active type, the operating terminal unit of inter active type. In this study, considering the future alignment of the accounting fee system, the expansion of the system reliability and stability around the activities that are underway.

대약진 운동기 중국의 토지운영체계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Land Operating System in the Great Leap Periods in China)

  • This study is aimed at identifying China's land operating system in the great leap periods. the findings are as follows. For one thing, though the landownership in China was basically performed in public, a portion of private management was allowed. The more this kind of private management allowed, the more the life standard of farmers enhanced. For another thing, the conversion from agricultural cooperatives to people's commune happened swiftly, and the problems according to the conversion arose instantly, which made the operation system changed partially. The last, but not the least, even in the point of the rapid communistic movement, private management was locally accepted in the name of three self and one private management. Besides, as we can recognize from the case study of Daichai village, the operation of a large working group and a small working group was done in political context.

  • FMS operating system consists of several subsystems in general. i.e. tool grouping subsystem. tool/job assignment subsystem. job dispatching subsystem, and papers dealing with each subsystem were published by many researchers [1], [4], [6], [8], [9], [10], [11], [12], [13], [14], [15], [16]. This paper mainly discusses about tool/job assignment subsystem as a job loading procedure. that occupies the kernel position of overall FMS operating system. Its performance is evaluated through simulation experiments of an integrated operating system under a typical FMS hardware configuration implemented in many machining factories, which is composed of the proposed procedure as well as a job dispatching procedure including several heuristic dispatching rules in terms of rule-base.

랜덤한 운용시평하에서 충격 시스템의 보전방안 (Periodic Replacement of a System Subject to Shocks under Random Operating Horizon)

  • This paper presents a periodic replacement policy for a system subject to shocks when the system is operating for a finite random horizon. The system is subject to shocks during operation, and each shock causes downgrading of the system performance and makes it more expensive to run by the additional running cost. Shocks arrive according to a nonhomogeneous or a renewal process, and we develop periodic replacement policies under a finite random operating horizon. The optimum periodic replacement interval which minimizes the total operating cost during the horizon is found. Numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the results.

Optimal Dynamic Operating Policies for a Tandem Queueing Service System

  • This paper considers the problem of determining an optimal dynamic operating policy for a two-stage tandem queueing service system in which the service facilities (or stages) can be operated at more than one service rate. At each period of the system's operation, the system manager must specify which of the available service rates is to be employed at each stage. The cost structure includes an operating cost for running each stage and a service facility profit earned when a service completion occurs at Stage 2. We assume that the system has a finite waiting capacity in front of each station and each customer requires two services which must be done in sequence, that is, customers must pass through Stage 1 and Stage 2 in that order. Processing must be in the order of arrival at each station. The objective is to minimize the total discounted expected cost in a two-stage tandem queueing service system, which we formulate as a Discrete-Time Markov Decision Process. We present analytical and numerical results that specify the form of the optimal dynamic operating policy for a two-stage tandem queueing service system.

  • 정보시스템의 급격한 발전으로 IT아웃소싱에 따른 서비스수준협약에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 또한, 효율적인 IT운영서비스 관리가 절실한 상황에서 정보시스템에 대한 운영 감리의 필요성 및 인식도가 높아지고 있으며, IT를 어떻게 효율적으로 운영할 것인가에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 그러나, 현행 정보시스템 운영감리 지침으로 한국정보화진흥원 시스템 운영 및 유지보수 지침이 존재하여 운영되고 있지만, 감리 현장에서는 감리원의 경험과 판단에 의해 결정되는 경우가 많다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 효율적인 운영감리를 위하여 한국정보사회진흥원의 운영지침의 정보시스템 감리 점검 프레임워크로 기반으로 서비스를 중심으로 한 운영감리 모형을 도출하였다. 서비스 계획, 서비스 제공, 서비스 지원, 서비스관리 영역에서 운영감리 점검항목을 도출하여 운영감리 모형을 제안하였으며, 전문가 설문 조사를 통하여 제안한 모형의 적합성을 검증하였다.

  • 국내 카지노 산업은 기존의 단일 카지노 형태에서 벗어나 선진형 복합 카지노 리조트로 변화를 시도하고 있다. 이와 함께 카지노 기업 차원에서 도박의 부정적인 영향으로 인한 사건사고를 예방하고 대응하는 보안관리 시스템의 중요성이 더욱 부각되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 관련 문헌 분석과 사례연구를 통하여 바람직한 국내 외국인 전용 카지노의 보안관리 운영시스템의 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 국내의 외국인 전용 카지노 보안관리 시스템이 카지노 산업 변화에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해서는 첫째, 카지노 보안요원의 보호규정 결여, 둘째, 카지노 보안관리 시스템 이원화로 인한 운영체계 비효율, 셋째, 카지노 보안요원의 체계적인 교육 시스템 부재의 세 가지 영역에서 개선이 필요하다는 결론을 도출하였다. 그리고 이에 대한 개선 방안으로 본 연구에서는 첫째, 카지노 보안요원의 신변 보호를 위한 관계법 개정 검토, 둘째, 카지노 보안요원의 전문성 강화, 셋째, 카지노 보안관리 운영시스템의 단일 운영체계 구축을 제시하였다.
