Developing Web-based Mail System with Multi-domain Facility (다중 도메인 기능을 갖춘 웹기반 메일 시스템 개발)

  • A web based mail system consists of servers and clients. A server side takes charge of making rail accounts and service, a client side does interfacing with users. In this paper, we designed the mail system with multi-domain facility. Also we implemented both a ussr environment based on the internet explorer and management environment based on the windows server 2000. Using the service engine of rail system, we could provide the user efficiency through responding user absence, automatic mail sorting, verifying receipt and refusing messages, and implemented the rail system which provides the reliable system.

  • Today, most of elevators have an emergency call facility for emergency situations. However, if the network installed in the elevator is also out of power, it cannot be used for the elevator remote monitoring and management. So, we develop an integrated and unified emergency call system, which can transmit not only telephone call but also data signals using PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network) in order to remote monitoring and management of elevators, even though a power outage occurs. The proposed integrated emergency call system to process multiple data such as voice and operational information is a multi-channel board system which is composed of an emergency phone signal processing module and an operational information processing module in the control box of elevator. In addition, the RMS(remote management server) systems based on the Web consist of a dial-up server and a remote monitoring server where manages the elevator's operating information, status records, and operational faults received via the proposed integrated and unified emergency call system in real time. So even if there's a catastrophic emergency, the proposed RMS systems shall ensure and maintain the safety of passengers inside the elevator. Also, remote control of the elevator by this system should be more efficient and secure. In near future, all elevator emergency call system need to support multifunctional capabilities to transmit operational data as well as phone calls for the safety of passengers. In addition, for safer elevators, it is necessary to improve them more efficiently by combining them with high-tech technologies such as the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence.

  • Assistance for the quality assurance management and developers to provide high quality software products. Using a bug record keeping system is exceptionally important in software progress, and it is followed vastly by majority of software producing companies in modern era. Regular application of a bug record keeping system is very helpful in developing software systems. We developed this system which helps the software testing team to keep a complete record of their testing activities during the software testing, also increases your confidence in the software quality, class and worth. Our proposed system offers trouble-free and effortless approaches to acquire desired information about bug, also produces different kinds of reports like summary reports, detailed reports etc. It gives facility to create, delete and update any project. Our developed application system is designed by using visual c# at front end and sql server 2008 management studio express at back end.

  • At present, more than 300 races of the Silkworm are conserved and used as valuable genetic resources. But because of the uneffectiveness of manual data management, faster and systematic data base construction is needed. So, development of silkworm genetic resources management program has been begun and the result can be practically used. When developing the program, Visual basic was used for data input system construction, and MS Access for database. IIS(Internet Information System) and ASP(Active Server Page) was also used for searching data and information with Internet Web Server and Web Browser which is comfortable for constructing database and providing information. Data input item consists of 46 practical characteristics such as race name, moltinism, larval period and pupation percentage etc.. And these characteristics are classified with qualitative and quantitative character. Photographs of silkworm, cocoon and other related items were scanned and the image data was recorded on the database.

  • 본 논문에서는 SNMP를 이용한 Nerwork Management System(NMS)이 Network을 사용하는 Application에 영향을 주지 않도록 하는 Polling 전략과 Model을 설계하였다. 제안된 System은 Network의 각 Client 정보를 처리하는 Agent와 Data 수집 및 제어를 담당하는 Server로 구성된다. Agent는 SNMP Agent 부분과 Network 상태를 Monitoring 하는 SubManager로 구성되어, Server는 SNMP Agent와의 Polling 및 Polling 정책을 결정하는 부분으로 구성된다. 제안 Model은 SNMP를 이용한 NMS를 도입할 경우, 기존 Network Service에 영향을 주지 않도록 하는 것이 목적이다. 제안된 System에 대한 성능평가를 위해 실존하는 Network을 대상으로 SNMP의 Polling 및 Service의 부하량을 측정하였다.

We are under developing DOC: a Distributed Object Caching, as a part of building our information infrastructures.   • In this paper we propose the network traffic monitoring system that can supported network and system operation, management, expansion, and design using network analysis and diagnosis to a network administrator. The proposed system consists of two parts: analysis server for collection and analysis of the network information. and supports real-time monitoring of network traffic, and client system shows user a graphical data that analyzed a returned result from the server This system implements web-based technology using java and contributes to enhance the effectiveness of network administrator's management.

Patch Integrity Verification Method Using Dual Electronic Signatures

  • Many organizations today use patch management systems to uniformly manage software vulnerabilities. However, the patch management system does not guarantee the integrity of the patch in the process of providing the patch to the client. In this paper, we propose a method to guarantee patch integrity through dual electronic signatures. The dual electronic signatures are performed by the primary distribution server with the first digital signature and the secondary distribution server with the second digital signature. The dual electronic signature ensures ensure that there is no forgery or falsification in the patch transmission process, so that the client can verify that the patch provided is a normal patch. The dual electronic signatures can enhance the security of the patch management system, providing a secure environment for clients.
