본 연구는 중학생의 남 여학생을 대상으로 객관적 및 주관적 변인에 따라 "기술 가정" 교과의 "자원의 관리와 활용" 영역에 대한 학습요구도와 활용도 차이가 있는지, 그리고 학습요구도와 활용도간에는 상관관계가 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 강릉지역의 남녀중학생 415명에게 설문지 방법을 통하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS를 이용하여 Cronbach의 $\alpha$계수, 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan Multiple Range's Test 등을 계산하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 중학생들은 "자원의 관리와 활용" 단원에 대하여 중간이상의 학습요구도 수준을 나타냈으며, "자원의 관리와 활용" 단원에 대한 활용도는 중간보다 약간 낮은 수준이었다. 2) 객관적 및 주관적 변인에 따른 "자원의 관리와 활용" 영역의 학습요구도는 전체적으로 모의 학력, 교과관심도, 교과인식도, 교과선호도에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 3) 객관적 및 주관적 변인에 따른 "자원의 관리와 활용" 단원 활용도는 전체적으로 부의 연령, 교과관심도, 교과인식도, 교과선호도와 같은 변인에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 4) "자원의 관리와 활용" 단원에 대한 중학생의 학습요구도와 활용도간에는 밀접한 상관관계가 있었다.

Project delays, cost overruns, and disputes are becoming a norm for the construction industry in Hong Kong. Researchers argue that the inability of traditional contracts to manage risk and associated changes are perhaps the main points of contention. The Institution of Civil Engineers published a new engineering contract (NEC), NEC4 Suite of Contracts in this to facilitate better risk management through collaborative culture in construction projects. NEC aims to increase the chances of project success thought its flexible nature of contracts, 'simple' and 'clearly written' documents and provision for the incentive by adopting a better management approach. This paper focuses on traditional and NEC contracts to compare risk management and change management aspects. Through literature review and preliminary interviews with three industry professionals, the paper is exploring how a change in traditional contracts can recuperate from disaster. Our interviewees in this work have extensive experience in traditional as well as in NEC contracts. The results suggest a proactive risk management provisions in NEC contracts does make a difference to avoid later escalation of issues. Whereas, management of change helps streamline all identified issues through a structured process without going in mediation or litigation. NEC, with its new approach to collaborative working, allows partners to be vigilant, yet gratifying in the project process.

건설 산업의 대형화, 복잡화, 전문화에 따라 품질, 비용, 공기 등의 목표를 효과적으로 달성하기 위한 건설사업관리(Construction Management, 이하 CM)에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 산업계에서 CM업무를 수행할 수 있는 기술력이 지속적으로 요구되고, 이를 수행하기 위한 필요 전문 인력양성교육이 진행되고 있다. 또한 교육의 효과적이고 효율적인 성과를 위해 체계적인 CM교육 확립과 교육인력의 전문성 제고를 위한 학계의 연구들이 이루어져왔다. 하지만 업계의 CM에 관심에 비해 그 교육인프라 환경이 미흡한 상태이며, 이를 개선하고 교육의 질적수준을 높이기 위한 교육시스템의 방안 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 기존 오프라인 교육의 비해 시간적, 공간적 제약에서 벗어나 저렴한 비용을 통한 교육이 가능하기에 지속적인 교육참여에 제약을 해결할 수 있는 e-learning 교육시스템에 대한 연구를 통해 건설사업관리의 특성을 고려하여 CM교육의 활성화를 위한 e-learning 시스템 아키텍처 모델을 제시하려한다

본 글은 우리 학회가 2005년 9월 30일 주최한 국제 학술 심포지움인 "민관 협력투자 교육환경 개선방안(Innovation of Education Environment with BTL)"에서 스피로 N. 폴라리스 하바드대학 교수가 발표한 내용을 한글로 번역한 내용이다. 스피로 N. 폴라리스는 하버드대학교 디자인스쿨 교수로 디자인과 정보기술 및 프로젝트 관리에 관한 최신 주제와 디자인 수업을 맡고 있다. 디자인분야의 정보기술, 특히 형태구현과 물리적 공간 강화에 관한 영역 연구에 주력하고 있으며, 브리지디자이너이자 경영컨설턴트로 현재 미국과 유럽지역에서 실무디자이너 역할을 하고 있다. 저서로는 "What is a Bridge?"(1999), "Build-Operate-Transfer"(1996), "Case Studies on Management and Technology"(1993), "Computer-Aided Project Management"(1993)가 있다'. Task Management System'(1991)의 미국특허를 냈다. 아테네에서 구조엔지니어링으로 학위를, MIT에서 석박사학위를 받았으며 노스트이스턴대학교에서 첨단기술에 관한 논문으로 MBA를 취득했고, ETH 취리히와 TU-Delft의 교환교수를 역임했다.

One benefit of education for self-management of chronic diseases is to increase the use of cognitive techniques for coping with symptoms. Unfortunately, that benefit can deteriorate over time, and that phenomenon, which is sometimes called "decay of impact", has been studied only rarely. This study was done to understand the decay of impact with regard to the use of cognitive techniques for coping with symptoms, and especially to understand how that decay might be predicted. Data were analyzed from 381 adults suffering from chronic medical conditions, all of whom were involved in education to improve their self-management of their chronic condition(s). During the first year after the educational program, coping was measured four times. Variables associated with the decay of impact were found using statistical modeling (logistic regression). Decay of impact was found in almost half of the participants. The analysis provided moderately good predictions regarding the decay of impact. Given this new information, interventions to further improve coping with symptoms can be appropriately targeted to the people for whom they will be most beneficial.

This study was attempted to identify the effects of physical and mental health on quality of life in middle-aged adults by gender. The Data were analyzed for 4,511 adults (2,260 men, 2,251 women) aged 45 to 65 who had no missing values in major variables based on the data of the 2016 Korea Health Panel. According to the data, the quality of life in middle-aged adults was .92 (±.08) for men and .91 (±.10) for women, which was significantly higher than that of women (t=3.54, p<.001). Factors affecting the quality of life in middle-aged men were subjective health status (β=.40, p<.001), stress (β=-.17, p<.001) and education level (β=.10, p<.001), and these variables explained 23% of the quality of life (F=227.28, p<.001). Factors affecting the quality of life in middle-aged women were subjective health status (β=.40, p<.001), stress (β=-.11, p<.001), education level (β=.05, p=.011) and anxiety (β=-.05, p=.022), and these variables explained 21% of the quality of life (F=145.42, p<.001). Based on the results of this study, the group with low level of education in middle-aged adults needs health management, education on how to relieve stress, and intensive management to improve the quality of life. In addition, the differentiated approach should be required to reduce anxiety in middle-aged women.

본 연구는 소비자(외부고객) 관점에서 ESG 경영과 ESG 성과를 살펴 왔던 기존 연구들과 달리 조직 구성원인 내부고객의 관점에서 ESG에 대한 태도와 ESG 성과인식 간의 관계를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 ESG영역별 중요도에 대한 내부 구성원의 인식이 조직의 ESG 경영 필요성과 성과 인식에 미치는 영향관계를 세 가지 연구질문으로 정리하고 구조방정식 모델을 이용해 영향관계를 살펴보았다. 연구결과 내부고객은 E(환경)영역, G(지배구조)영역을 중요하게 인식하면 조직의 ESG 경영 필요성을 높게 인식하였지만 S(사회) 영역에서는 ESG 경영 필요성과의 유의적 관계를 나타내지 않았다(연구질문 1). 또한 ESG 영역별 중요도 인식과 조직의 ESG 경영 필요성간 관계는 내부고객의 ESG에 대한 관심이나 지식정도, 연령 등에 따라 차이가 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다(연구질문 2). 끝으로 조직의 ESG 경영 필요성을 높게 인식하는 내부고객은 조직의 ESG 성과 수준에 대해서도 긍정적으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다(연구질문 3).

산업 4.0은 생산 설비 스스로 작업 방식을 결정하여야 한다. 하지만 중소기업에서는 여전히 이러한 작업 방식에 대한 준비가 미비한 수준이다. 본 논문에서는 생산 설비 스스로 작업을 진행할 수 있는 CPS 기반의 금형 수명 관리 시스템에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 금형 수명 관리 시스템은 금형의 shot를 통해 금형의 수명을 관리하며, 이리한 금형 수명 정보는 사용자에게 클라우드를 통해 제공된다. 이를 통해 생산 품질을 향상시켜 열약한 중소기업의 경영활동에 직간접적인 기대 효과를 높일 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

최근 유 무선 통신을 이용하여 원격으로 기기의 상태나 센서 등의 입력장치를 모니터링하거나 출력장치를 제어하기 위한 여러 가지 많은 시도가 있었으며 이에 대한 연구 및 개발도 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다수의 세대를 가지고 있는 아파트의 관리사무소와 세대 사이에 전용 통신망을 개설하여 세대에서 사용하는 전력의 사용량을 입주자가 부재시에도 원격으로 전력 사용량을 검침하고 컴퓨터로 에너지 사용량을 정확하게 검침함으로서 검침요원의 수동검침으로 인한 오류를 없애 입주자와 관리자간의 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있는 모니터링 시스템을 개발한다.
