In this paper, We studied the operation of distributed ledger technology used as a core technology for smart contracts and the components of distributed ledger technology. As a solution applying the entity of distributed ledger technology to NoE, we proposed the protocol of the distributed ledger technology using the thing user social group management function of NoE protocols being standardized in ISO/IEC JTC1 SC6. The management function of things user social group in NoE provides stable protocol functions and data transmission management, and provides group management functions such as member discovery function and data transmission channel management function. It is expected to be useful for member management functions of distributed ledger nodes by providing a service that apply the component of distributed ledger technology. We intend to actively reflect this technology in the future network functions of ISO/IEC JTC1 SC6, which is undergoing standardization.

As construction projects become getting bigger and complicated, the importance of resource management in construction sites is to be emphasized all the more than ever, but the reality is now gone far away leaving data filing and management dependent on the hands of in-field managers, which gives rise to a variety of problems such as decreased productivity. The manually-dependent data management makes it hard to acquire data and information needed for projects both quickly and correctly with abundant cost and endeavor by accumulating the related data, and efficient project management, being exemplified by such practical applications as Bar-code, RFID(Radio Frequency Identification), GPS(Global Positioning System), PDA(Personal Digital Assistants), USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) and DAT(Data Acquisition Technology). In this context literature survey is made theoretically, taken into account 14 classification of construction works, 31 types of work classification in CIS, Masterformat as follows;

Responses from the information users on the information technology are very important considerations when majority of the companies are going to introduce information technology by way of computers. When new information technology is introduced, resistance from the information users are likely to be happen and if suitable management about this is not carried out, resistance from the users of information technology will be continued. It is needed for the companies to minimize user's resistance about the information technology to reduce the introduction cost of information technology and to elevate the degree of use. To reduce the resistance from the users about information technology, factors which affect the resistance of users should be analyzed first and it will be effective to control those factors later on. Therefore it will be meaningful for the successful management of information technology if several factors which affect the resistance of users about information technology are searched out and managed. The purpose of this study is to find various factors which affect the resistance of the individuals in the organization about information technology in the process of introducing information technology. The relationship between the factors and factors which affect indirectly to the information technology are the things which are supposed to be considered to the companies who are going to introduce information technology in the long run. Instead of decreasing the resistance directly, let individuals in the organization decreases the resistance by themselves is a more effective way and may have less side effects, in terms of controlling the members in the organization.

Purpose: This article aims 1) to propose improvement directions of the certification by recognizing the quality management practices based on the analysis of the audit results of the military contractors and 2) to suggest some ideas on quality audit planning preparation to help the government quality assurance representatives. Methods: Based on the nonconformity report of the defense quality management system (DQMS) requirements, frequently occurring requirement components are found and summarized. Three hypothesis testings are executed to check whether the maturity levels of the quality management systems are influenced by the company size, weapon tye, and company type, regarding the nonconformity frequency as dependent variable. Results: Nonconformity occurs most frequently in the order of product realization, measurement analysis and improvement, management responsibility, resource management, and quality management system. Nonconformity reduces when the company size increases, for the guided weapons, and in the defense companies. Conclusion: Since small-sized companies are inferior to larger companies with respect to the DQMS maturity level, more support should be provided to these small-sized companies which produce military supplies.

Nowadays, the advanced technology of wireless communication technology has been studied using the tax system. Wireless communications technology logistics management, inventory management, are widely used in the field of port management. Especially, RFID technology, import and export business of logistics costs in the distribution has been hailed as the technology to do. In this paper, logistics information system components, RFID technology is one of the proposed algorithm using the intelligent customs management. Moreover, in this paper, goods purchased from abroad, using the phone anywhere at any time simply to calculate the tariff proposed simulation.

In this paper, it is suggested a method of mission planning and management for robots based on the unit mission. In order to make robots execute given missions continuously as time goes by, a new concept for planning the mission which is composed of one or more unit missions and an automatic mission management scheme are developed. For managing robot's missions in real time, six management methods are devised as well in order to cope with the mismatches, which occur frequently during the mission execution, as to the initial plan. Without the operator's involvement, any mismatch can be adjusted automatically by applying one of the mission management methods. The suggested concept of mission planning and mission management methods based on the unit mission are partially realized in the Dog-Horse robot system and it is checked that it can be a viable one for developing effective robot operation systems.

The purpose of this research is to identify factors affecting the acceptance and use of e-tax services among medium taxpayers in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The researcher conducted the study based on a quantitative approach by using multi-stage sampling method, which selects a sample size by two or more stages. The first stage sampling was the stratified random sampling and the subsequent stage was purposive sampling. In this study, the stratified random sampling was first used, followed by purposive sampling. The data were collected from 450 medium taxpayers who experienced using e-tax services located in three tax branches in Phnom Penh. This study adapted the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation model (SEM) to analyze the model accuracy, reliability and influence of various variables. The primary result showed that behavioral intention has a significant effect on user behavior of e-tax services among medium taxpayers in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Moreover, the results revealed that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and anxiety have significant impact on behavioral intention. In addition, social influence has the strongest impact on behavioral intention, followed by anxiety, performance expectancy and effort expectancy. Conversely, facilitating conditions, trust in government, and trust in internet do not influence behavioral intention.

오늘날 전자정부는 초고속 정보통신망과 네트워크, 인터넷 기반기술을 이용한 정부간, 정부와 시민, 기업간 다양한 분야에 원활한 행정서비스를 제공하고 있다. 지금까지 일반 패키지 소프트웨어나 임베디드 소프트웨어 등에 관한 품질평가기술 개발 연구는 다양하게 진행해 왔지만 전자정부 소프트웨어에 대한 연구는 활발하지 못한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 ISO/IEC 12119와 ISO/IEC 9126 및 ISO/IEC 14598을 기반으로 전자정부 소프트웨어의 품질요구사항을 체계화하고 전자정부 소프트웨어 품질평가를 위한 메트릭을 시험모듈 형식으로 구축하고 이를 적용하기 위한 시험표를 구축하였다.

In this paper, we proposed security management architecture that combines programmable network technology and policy based network management technology to manage efficiently heterogeneous security systems. By using proposed security management architecture, a security administrator can manage heterogeneous security systems using security policy, which is automatically translated into a programmable security policy and executed on programmable middleware of security system. In addition, programmable middleware that has the features of programmable network can reduce excessive management traffic. We showed that the programmable middleware could reduce the load of management traffic by comparing processing time between the proposed architecture and PBNM architecture.
