This research investigated the tourism resources strategies of royal tomb from the perspectives of Seosam-noung's social transfigurations and space characteristics. The result showed that environmental factors were no less important than cultural factors for evaluating royal tomb's recreational value. Because a royal tomb needs to be developed as a rest place for citizens, how citizen's rest place and tourism recreation can be coexisted is a significant matter for a space development. In addition, royal tomb's characteristic is related to the characteristics of culture, environment, man, gardening, and scenery. Therefore, the story research of these gardening, man, space needs to be investigated.
A man model can be used as an effective tool to design ergomonically sound products and workplaces, and subsequently evaluate them properly. For a man model to be truly useful, it must be integrated with a posture prediction model which should be capable of representing the human arm reach posture in the context of equipments and workspaces. Since the human movement possesses redundant degrees of freedom, accurate representation or prediction of human movemtn was known to be a difficult problem. To solve this redundancy problem, the psychophysical cost function can predict the arm reach posture accurately. But the joint discomfort that human feels at the joint can not be predicted since the effects of external factors on the joint discomfort is not known. In this study a psychophysical experi- ment using the magnitude estimation technique was performed to evaluate the effects of external factors such as joint, joint angle and Perceived Exertion Ratio on the joint discomfort. Results showed that the joint discomfort increased as the Perceived Exertion Ratio increased, but the relation is not linear and was affected not only by the joint but also by the joint angle for the same Perceived Exertion Ratio. The interaction effect of the joint and the joint angle was also significant. From the results it is needed to develope the cost function which can predict the joint discomfort considering the joint, joint angle and external load.
Purpose: Several health behavior factors affect the incidence of type 2 diabetes. Especially, obesity, which causes insulin resistance, is the most important determinant of diabetes. Therefore, we expect the risk factors associated with insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes are affected by obesity and, additionally, the related factors with diabetes caused by obesity can be controlled. Methods: This study used data collected from the 2001 Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES). A stratified multistage probability sampling method was applied and the final sample included 5,500 subjects over 30 years old who had completed necessary health examinations and health behaviors survey. Results: The risk factors associated with type 2 diabetes are affected by obesity. According to logistic regression model stratified by body mass index (BMI) and sex, abdominal obesity and age were the significant risk factors of diabetes regardless of sex and BMI. However, drinking, smoking, total energy consumption, and protein consumption were risk factors for women with normal BMI, while carbohydrate consumption was a risk factor for man with normal BMI. Sleeping hours affected diabetes for women with obesity and fiber consumption was a risk factor for both women and men with obesity. In addition, statistically the family history of diabetes was a significant risk factor only in the group with normal weight, not in the group with obesity. Conclusion: The study results will provide information for implementing a regional initiative of type 2 diabetes prevention by BMI.

Background: This study purposed to analyze the effects of metabolic syndrome on the total medical charge of patients. Methods: 2013 National Health Insurance Service sample research database (eligibility database, medical database, and health examination database) was used for this study. Gamma regression was applied to analyze the effects of metabolic syndrome on the total medical charge and logistic regression was used to determine the probability of medical charge which was higher than the third quartile. Sociodemographic characteristics (age and household income), health behavior factors (smoking, drinking, exercise, and body mass index), and disease related factors (family history and metabolic syndrome) were included as the independent variables. Results: people who had metabolic syndrome spent more medical expenses than those without metabolic syndrome both in man and woman group. The standard regression coefficient was 0.09 (p< 0.001) in man with metabolic syndrome and 0.16 (p< 0.001) in woman. In addition, woman with metabolic syndrome spent more than the third quartile of medical charge. The odds ratios was 1.04 (p= 0.16) for man with metabolic syndrome and 1.18 (p= 0.013) for woman. Conclusion: people with metabolic syndrome spent more medical charge, so it will need to consider policy interventions for preventing the incidence and management of metabolic syndrome in Korean people.
The purpose of this study deals with the profitable suit image design of middle-aged men by examining visual effects in physical design. The sample of this study is people who live in Kwangju, Korea and 20∼50age's men and women. And it is very variety in each population statistics factors the differences of physical design visual effect which considering the difference of sex and age, numbers of button, a figure and material pattern. The method of this study is experimentation. Accordingly, I used convenience sampling by considering sex and age distribution with the SPSS program for the data analysis. The difference of body design visual effect brought follow conclusion by demographics variability. The distinction of body design by sex and numbers of button, shoulders have similar differences only in men's group. The length has it both in man and woman's group. The dissimilarity of body design by age and the number of button, the shoulders have similar differences in 30 between 40 aged group and the abdomen has it in 30 aged group. The length has it in 20 between 40 and 50 aged group. In the three factors of body design by sex and shape either sex and pattern, both man and woman have similar differences by the pattern. Totally, number of button and pattern are very important clothes due to give an effect on whole visual effect man's suit. Also, these dues were felt differently by each types of body. Therefore, it is confirmed that the type of body is important that fluent to make people perceive.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the risk of cropland and man-made infrastructures in a landslide-prone area using a GIS-based method. To achieve this goal, a landslide inventory map was prepared based on aerial photograph analysis as well as field observations. A total of 550 landslides have been counted in the entire study area. For model analysis and validation, extracted landslides were randomly selected and divided into two groups. The landslide causative factors such as slope, aspect, curvature, topographic wetness index, elevation, forest type, forest crown density, geology, land-use, soil drainage, and soil texture were used in the analysis. Moreover, to identify the correlation between landslides and causative factors, pixels were divided into several classes and frequency ratio was also extracted. A landslide susceptibility map was constructed using a bayesian predictive model (BPM) based on the entire events. In the cross validation process, the landslide susceptibility map as well as observation data were plotted with a receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve then the area under the curve (AUC) was calculated and tried to extract a success rate curve. The results showed that, the BPM produced 85.8% accuracy. We believed that the model was acceptable for the landslide susceptibility analysis of the study area. In addition, for risk assessment, monetary value (local) and vulnerability scale were added for each social thematic data layers, which were then converted into US dollar considering landslide occurrence time. Moreover, the total number of the study area pixels and predictive landslide affected pixels were considered for making a probability table. Matching with the affected number, 5,000 landslide pixels were assumed to run for final calculation. Based on the result, cropland showed the estimated total risk as US $ 35.4 million and man-made infrastructure risk amounted to US $ 39.3 million.

The purpose of this study is to understand the causal relationship between the safety behavior of delivery man and safety awareness, work environment, and occupational stress, to derive factors for enhancing safety behavior, and to manage them with priority. It seeks to provide basic data on the factors. In this study, with the help of a community site for delivery man, we conducted a questionnaire survey of a total of 119 delivery man working at distribution centers. Questionnaires were created using safety behavior, safety awareness, work environment, and occupational stress measurement tools created using survey questions from other studies. As a result of the analysis, there was a significant difference between safety education and the experience of accidents associated with working period. In addition, there was a significant correlation between safety behavior due to conflicts related to occupational stress, safety awareness and safety behavior, and safety behavior due to the safety system in the work environment. As a result, we investigated whether it was an accident and the factors that influence safety behavior, and concluded that appropriate improvements were needed.
This study was performed to reveal some contrasting aspects between Sasang Constitutional Medicine(四象醫學) and Traditional Oriental Medicine(傳統 韓醫學). This aims ultimately for the unified standardization of Korea-Oriental Medicine. Suggesting the clear contrasting aspects of thse two medical system, this study might give several basic informations for ultimate achievement. As a result, some contrasting aspects were revealed as follows. 1. The interpretation of the man's status is contrasted. In Sasang Constitutional Medicine, man is interpreted as the member of the Society(天下) while in Traditional Oriental Medicine as the part of the Nature(天地). 2. The man's modeling is contrasted. In Sasang Constitutional Medicine, man is in the process of becoming as differentiating itself by the inner emotional producing. While in Traditional Oriental Medicine, man is generalized as one model according to the Nature, one great universe(天地). 3. The pathogenesis is contrasted. In Sasang Constitutional Medicine, emotional inclination is the main factor provoking the primary pathogenesis. While in Traditional Oriental Medicine the external isolated pathogenic factors such as Cold, Heat, Warm etc. are significant for the pathogenesis. 4. The evaluation of the disease is contrasted. In Sasang Constitutional Medicine all the diseases are evaluated according to the inherent condition of patient himself. But in Traditional Oriental Medicine the evaluation of disease isolated from the inheret condition of patient himself is generalized in its own system. 5. The prime method of healing, controlling, and maintaining health of the patient is contrasted. For these, the patient's spontaneous effort for adjusting his emotional inclination is important in Sasang Constitutional Medicine. While in Traditional Oriental Medicine, the external adjustment dependent on the herbal medication is the main method for healing, controlling, and maintaining health of the patient.
Due to desire for more variation from male consumers within the men's fashion market in Korea, there has been an ongoing development of departmentalization of fashion styles. The Generation-X man, in particular, is the most active member of our current day society, and will be the principal agent in the senior market from here on forth. Thus, this study categorized their preferred fashion styles, and will seek to analyze the behaviors related to the pursuit of clothing of the Generation-X man. The qualitative investigations of the Q-method as well as the quantitative investigation of the SPSS 12.0 were used in conjunction as the method of study. Additionally, images and types resulting from the preceding first-year study entitled "The Type and Characteristics of the Modern Men's Fashion Images" were utilized as part of the surveys. As a result of the Q-method, which was used to derive the preferred fashion styles of the Generation-X man, they were classified into three categories: the classic suit preferring 'conservative class type', the polished, comfortable style preferring 'modern sophisticated type', and the adventure and variety seeking 'uninhibited individualistic style'. After analyzing the factors which influence clothing preference behaviors of these men, a total of seven causes were drawn from the results, including: conservative indifference to fashion, others conscious pursuit of fashion, the aim to show off brand name products, high involvement in the aspect of design, pursuit of TPO, pursuit of self-image, and conformity to fashion. The elements that revealed differences in the behaviors in pursuing clothing within the preferred fashion style types of the Generation-X man included the conservative indifference to fashion, and others conscious pursuit of fashion, which therefore shows that rather than enjoying the fashion lifestyle, these men possess a more conservative disposition instead.
Since reliability and security of man-machine system increasingly depend on reliability of human, human reliability analysis (HRA) has attracted a lot of attention in many fields especially in nuclear engineering. Dependence assessment among human tasks is a important part in HRA which contributes to an appropriate evaluation result. Most of methods in HRA are based on experts' opinions which are subjective and uncertain. Also, the dependence influencing factors are usually considered to be constant, which is unrealistic. In this paper, a new model based on Dempster-Shafer evidence theory (DSET) and fuzzy number is proposed to handle the dependence between two tasks in HRA under uncertain and dynamic situations. First, the dependence influencing factors are identified and the judgments on the factors are represented as basic belief assignments (BBAs). Second, the BBAs of the factors that varying with time are reconstructed based on the correction BBA derived from time value. Then, BBAs of all factors are combined to gain the fused BBA. Finally, conditional human error probability (CHEP) is derived based on the fused BBA. The proposed method can deal with uncertainties in the judgments and dynamics of the dependence influencing factors. A case study is illustrated to show the effectiveness and the flexibility of the proposed method.
