  • This paper shows that there are some extra-factors on the evaluation of lecture by students. The extra-factors are sex, day and nighttime, academic year, size of lecture, and grades. And this paper analysis the proportion of the student which put the same mark on all items(same marked proportion).

  • The main idea of this report, which deals with the process analysis in outfitting fields, is to improve working methods and further to secure higher productivity by removing unreasonable work factors in the workshop with the economical point of view. For this purpose, a series of techniques has been applied to some parts of chronically less productive outfitting works, expecting less man hour consumption and better working conditions to go with it. That is to make full use of process chart flow diagram(man & machine chart gang process chart). The text gives brief introductions of the charts respectively and the appendix shows actual practice directly applicable for the guidance of utilizing these charts. As the result of this, some of unreasonable work factors are removed from the total cycle and finally standard working method & time can be come out by reasonable working time and gradually improved working method.

  • Differences between the principles for the radiological protection of man and the environment are compared. The derived levels of exposure for man and biota recommended by the international agencies with dose rates for chronic radiation producing effects at different levels of biological organization were given in terms of the biological effects. Cytogenetic effects on plants after an exposure to ionizing radiation at low doses alone and in combination with other factors are discussed. A wide range of experimental data were analysed and the general conclusions were extracted to cover the topics such as non-linearity of dose response, synergistic and antagonistic effects of the combined exposure of different factors, radiation-induced genomic instability, and the phenomena of radioadaptation.

  • Sildenafil citrate ($Viagra^{(R)}$ Pfeizer US Pharmaceutical Group, New York, NY, USA) is a potent vasodilating agent to treat male erectile dysfunction. Among its adverse effects, hemorrhagic stroke has not been widely reported yet. We present a case of a 33-year-old healthy man who ingested 50 mg sildenafil a half hour before onset of headache, nervousness and speech disturbance. Head computed tomogram of this stuporous man showed huge intracerebral hemorrhage and thick subarachnoid hemorrhage, but angiography failed to disclose any vascular anomalies. Subsequent surgical procedure was followed, and rehabilitation was provided thereafter. Sildenafil seems to act by redistributing arterial blood flow, and concurrent sympathetic hyperactivity, which lead to such hemorrhagic presentation. Extreme caution should be paid on even in a young adult male patient wven without known risk factors.

  • Objectives: This study was to analysis of pain using visual analogue scale and self rating anxiety scale questionnaire. Methods: Questionnaire were completed by 83 adult patients of department relation to pain in hospitals of Daegu from June 20, to August 10, 2001. The information was used to estimate multiple regression for the pain and anxiety scale related factors association. Results: Women visual analogue scale 4.6 scores of mean was higher than man 4.3 scores. Man self rating anxiety scale 30.2 scores of mean was higher than women 26.8 scores. The scores of 6 months above was discomfort 51.8, 1 month below was mild 22.1%, 2-3 months was discomfort 10.5%, and 4-5 months was discomfort 9.3% in association between present pain index and duration. Conclusion: Visual analogue scale scores was significantly associated with frequency of present pain index. Self rating anxiety scale scores was significantly associated with frequency of occupation and present pain index.

  • Seasonal change of total bacterial numbers were estimated in Daechung Reservoir from September, 1998 to August, 1999 and environmental factors which affects total bacterial numbers were estimated. Total bacterial numbers ranged between 1.2 and $19.0{\times}10^6\;cells/ml$ and averaged $6.9{\times}10^6\;cells/ml$. Bacterial numbers changed dynamically with season. The bacterial numbers were highest in July and showed peaks in April and July in sites studied except for the HOE (Hoenam site), In the HOE (Hoenam site), total bacterial numbers increased eve the period of March${\sim}$August. The correlation coefficient between bacterial number and chlorophyll a (<$200\;{\mu}m$) was r = 0.72(p< 0.05) at the MAN (man site). Total bacterial numbers in Daechung Reservoir was diversely changed by the seasonal variation of several environmental quality parameters.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify what kind of influence do strategic factors (clarification of outsourcing goals, clarification of outsourcing scope, co-sourcing, management of supply businesses, and human resource participation) have on marketing performance factors (improvement of service quality, customer satisfaction, and improvement of employees' ability). Another purpose is to examine whether the influence of strategic factors of outsourcing on marketing performance differ depending on the outsourcing motives and the degree of human resources outsourcing. Hypothesis of influences of strategic factors of outsourcing on marketing performance is verified. The study shoes that co-sourcing has a significant influence on improvement of service quality, participation of human resources on improvement of service quality and employees' ability, and management of supply businesses on customer satisfaction and improvement of employees' ability. However, the study indicates that clarification of outsourcing goals and outsourcing scope do not affect variables in marketing performance.
