The portfolio selection is one of the most important and vital decisions that a real or legal person, who invests in stock market, should make. The main purpose of this article is the determination of the optimal portfolio with regard to relations among stock returns of companies which are active in Tehran's stock market. For achieving this goal, weekly statistics of company's stocks since Farvardin 1389 until Esfand 1390, has been used. For analyzing statistics and information and examination of stocks of companies which has change in returns, factors analysis approach and clustering analysis has been used (FC approach). With using multivariate analysis and with the aim of reducing the unsystematic risk, a financial portfoliois formed. At last but not least, results of choosing the optimal portfolio rather than randomly choosing a portfolio are given.

This study applied high-pressure extraction cooking, which has been proven superior in processibility and stock extraction, for the preparation of stock, which is widely used as a basic material of dishes, and examined the physicochemical and sensory properties of the extracted stock by adding salt. We observed changes in the chromaticity of brown stock according to salt content, and pH decreased with increased the salt content, suggesting that stock was acidified. Regarding the mineral content, Na was the highest, followed by K and P. Regarding total free amino acid content, the content of essential amino acids, enhancing free amino acids, and other amino acids also showed the highest level in S2, which contented 0.3% salt. In the sensory test, saltiness grew stronger with an increase in salt content, and overall palatability was highest in S2. Regarding ranking, preference was highest for S2. Utilize to data that study finding of above is actual in development for mass production of brown stock product licensed cooks' traditional mesh dipper technology quality that make mass production direction that change and normalizes product that can keep excellent taste and improve conservative property develop. Culture formation and our country foodservice industry development that reduce damage of informed people ashes through development of brown stock product that is changed in large quantity, and improve quality of food more positively contributing to reappear diversification of menu, systematization and taste of specialty store as well as can contribute in rationalization of informed people ashes purchase, personnel expense (labor power) curtailment, waste decrease etc. but is developed still more being utilized.

By explaining the essence of corporate governance as well as disclosure and transparency, the study examined the guarantees of applying disclosure and transparency to firms listed on the Saudi stock exchange. The research also addressed the disclosure and transparency duties of firms listed on the Saudi stock exchange. Finance to prepare a prospectus, as the Capital Market Authority's regulations required that the prospectus includes information that enables the investor in securities to make his investment decision based on real foundations based on the issuing company's financial position and to ensure that companies fulfill that disclosure in the prospectus. Firms who fail to disclose are required by law to do so, and the Capital Market Authority's laws mandate companies listed on the financial market to regularly report fundamental events linked to the issuer or the securities issued by it. The Capital Market Authority must make it available to the public dealing with the business issuing the securities, and The Capital Market Authority's Law and Regulations have imposed fines on corporations that do not comply with disclosure and make the Board of Director's report available. The research focused on activities that the legislator deemed to be a breach of the obligation of openness, such as the danger of many measures aimed at ensuring the impartiality and transparency of trading in the Saudi financial market, as well as the absence of conflicts of interest. The research also addressed the sanctions imposed on The source for failing to meet the obligation of disclosure and openness, as well as the mechanisms of compensating persons harmed by the failure to meet that responsibility.

플랜트 공사 현장에서 파이프 스풀은 플랜트 설비의 가장 중요한 요소이다. 현재 플랜트 공사장에서 파이프 스풀 관리는 수기 작성을 통해 적재 위치 및 작업 내역을 관리하고 있다. 그러나 현재 현장에서는 작업자의 임의적인 파이프 스풀의 이동과 제작 또는 설치해야 할 파이프 스풀을 찾지 못했을 경우 비슷한 파이프 스풀을 가지고 와 다시 제작하는 현상이 발생하고 있다. 이에 파이프 스풀의 위치를 정확하게 알 수 없기 때문에 파이프 스풀을 찾기 위한 인건비와 시간이 소요되며, 분실에 대한 관리가 되지 않는 상황이다. 이에 파이프 스풀에 UHF RFID 태그를 부착하고 차량에 UHF RFID 리더 및 안테나를 장착하여 파이프 스풀의 위치를 찾을 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템을 활용하여 현장 테스트를 진행한 결과 98% 이상의 위치 정보 인식이 가능했으며, 손실된 2%의 미 인식 태그는 작업자에 의한 보정을 통해 100%의 관리가 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다. 향후 제안된 시스템 도입으로 인건비와 분실 파이프에 대한 관리가 원활하게 이루어질 뿐만 아니라 특정 공간에 적재되어있는 물품관리에도 활용될 것으로 전망한다.

We provide a partial differential equation for European options on a stock whose price process follows a general geometric Riemannian Brownian motion. The existence and the uniqueness of solutions to the partial differential equation are investigated, and then an expression of the value for European options is obtained using the fundamental solution technique. Proper Riemannian metrics on the real number field can make the distribution of return rates of the stock induced by our model have the character of leptokurtosis and fat-tail; in addition, they can also explain option pricing bias and implied volatility smile (skew).

The machine structure or parts has been arrive at a fracture, depend on crack by repeated load. Machine designer is estimate of fatigue strength in early stages the design for prevent fatigue fracture, then necessary its load history. This research study is using diesel locomotive in measurement of load history for fatigue design of rolling stock. The relation between velocity and amplitude of load history was found. We confirmed that the increase of velocity make to increase the magnitude of amplitude.

Although Firms have been increasing their information security significantly to handle increased security risks, the effects of information security were not well understood. This study aims to investigate the market value of information security by employing the event study methodology. Our research also explores how market responses vary depending on the type of information security announcements. We collected 177 firm-level information security announcements between 2001 and 2017 in South Korea. For all samples, our results indicate that the stock market positively reacts to information security announcements. We also conducted subsample analysis and found that while information security certification announcement has a positive impact on the stock market, information security activities (e.g. award, information security system) announcement had no impact on the stock market. Our study adopted a novel approach (i.e. event study) for investigating the effects of information security and found that information security investment positively affects firm value. Our results allow managers to measure the effects of information security investment and help them make right decisions on information security investment.

Recently, a rolling stock has been requiring more efficient manufacturing method than welding for the improved quality and the enhanced fabrication of car body structure. As an alternative, modularization of car body structure is being studied. Accordingly, rolling stock manufacturers need to make it possible to develop a variety of rolling stock vehicles made from modularized sub-blocks in order to meet various customer's demands. The bolt-assembled car body structure for modularization is known to have many advantages over the existing weld-assembled method and is free from the possible welding defects, such as welds between dissimilar metals, crack, deformation and loss of strength. Consequently, we can have the improved overall quality, the reduced man powers for assembly and the satisfied strength of car body structure. The review is about the bolt-assembled car body structure for modularization to assure global competitiveness and an enhanced technique in terms of assembly methodology of car body structure.

OECD 국가들 중 국토계수가 우리나라의 50%(1/2)~200%(2배)인 4개국의 1인당 GDP 10,000달러 도달시기의 국토계수당 도로보급률을 비교하면, 우리나라의 유효도록보급률은 평지대비 약 58.9% 수준, 총면적대비 약 63.4% 수준인 것으로 분석되었다. 철도도 동일한 방법으로 우리나라의 철도스톡규모가 이들 국가의 평지 면적 대비 약 41.3%, 전체 면적 대비 약 53.2% 수준으로 분석되었다. 또한 이들 나라의 평균 유효도로연정과 유효철도연장을 목표 도로 및 철도스톡으로 정의하고 목표스톡에 도달하기 위한 각년도 목표주자금액을 산정하였는데, 2000년 실질가격 기준으로 도로와 철도는 매년 약 15조 2천억 원 및 약 6조 5천억 원을 투자하여야 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이를 실제 투자금액과 비교하면 철도는 실제 투자금액이 목표투자금액에 미달하여 향후 철도투자를 증가시킬 필요성이 제기되었다.

To make high precision cutting of long materials or a piston for the engines, it must be necessary to keep the stability of spindle and tail stock in CNC lathe. If a object is clamped at the ends, the thermal expansion and cutting generated in cutting process appear as the deflection of in cuttings objects. Especially, of a piston ring, piston ovality and piston profile, the influences are very serious. In order to solve the problems most of piston cutting are worked in simply support. However, the problems exist, yet.
