  • This study shows the current management status and the results of B University's multicultural creative-HR team's voice training supporters' preparation course that is part of the local funding project at the university. For this, the concept of voice training and educational contents of the multicultural members are first extracted from several documents. Then, a description of the management case of B University's voice training supporters' education course is given regarding the goals, operator of management, propulsion progress, and contents of previous education. For analyzing the management results of this work, in-depth interviews with the supporters and a half-structured survey are conducted with the voice academy main instructors. Moreover, reports of the work results, work journals of supporters and etc. are used for analyzing the results. According to the results of this analysis, the aspect of education, previous education contents, and teaching practicum are not organically connected. A more detailed curriculum about the comprehension ability of practical affairs is needed for managing a classroom. In aspect of management, the preparatory stage of voice training course and the practice stage were not linked, and thus, more cooperation is required with the main instructors. Although the results are limited, the voice training of the supporters' training course has its implications. First, the education of Korean pronunciation and intonation are provided for the supporters, thereby being able to facilitate learner-centered education. Second, it demonstrates in an empirical case that a class can be administered by specializing in Korean pronunciation and intonation. At last, it can provide a chance to practice teaching and offer field experience for students who have a Korean education major.

  • In this paper, we propose a project-based learning using Arduino as an example of embedded system class in engineering students. By introducing these Project-Based Learning(PBL) into engineering education, students became able to actualize individual theories that they had learned through their major curriculum and they were given the experience to build up their field work ability by participating in the whole project development process. We conducted a questionnaire survey to investigate the education effect of PBL before and after class and the results were analyzed using SPSS statistical program. Since PBL is mainly operated by a team system, communication skills and teamwork within the organization can be improved through interactions among the members. All of the materials produced during the course of the project could be used to make portfolio of students, which could be of great help to data for employment activities after graduation.

  • This study attempted to extract and structure the job skills required for 3D designers, which have been recently introduced to the fashion industry. The study aimed to materialize and objectify the 3D designer's job, using a focus group interview for the survey. The 3D designer has the TD task of making 3D virtual samples using the pattern files developed in Pattern CAD. Graphic design and fabric digitization are also major tasks for the 3D designer. CLO is mainly used for 3D virtual sample production, and PixPlant, Substance, Photoshop, Cinema 4D, Daz studio, and 3ds MAX are used for image and avatar editing. As per the job skills required for 3D design work, basic knowledge about patterns and sewing, skill in 3D virtual clothing technology, ability to use various software, and English skills were considered important, in that order. In particular, the need for knowledge about patterns and sewing became more important than the skill in 3D virtual clothing technology itself. To train 3D designers, it was found that not only 3D virtual clothing software, but also education on patterns and clothing construction, CAD developer's curriculum certification system, and 3D designer qualification management were required. In addition, 3D designers are recognized as an essential job in fashion vendors, and the demand for domestic brands is increasing. The biggest limitation of the 3D virtual clothing system is the perfection of the digital fabric. Also, technical improvement is needed.

  • COVID-19 has changed a lot in our daily lives, where school classes and remote classes have been combined or converted to remote classes. Many students spent more time online, and cyberbullying, such as indiscriminate disclosure of their personal information, bullying of their classmates online, increased. In this paper, we propose an online education program as a countermeasure against cyberbullying. This program is designed for elementary, middle, and high school students and can also be used for informatics or ethics classes in the 2015 curriculum. The proposed program is divided into four major themes: 'Cyberbullying,' 'Information Security,' 'Cyber Crime,' and 'Language Violence,' and is divided into a total of ten topics according to its connection. It was organized to teach the topics evenly by grade. Also, the program's feasibility was verified by experts on the selection of educational contents and organizing of contents. In the future, it will be necessary to apply for this program and conduct an effectiveness analysis to measure whether it has effectively contributed to the decrease in cyberbullying rates among students and the improvement of coping skills.

  • In this paper, as a liberal arts course for non-majors, we proposed a supervised learning artificial neural network parameter optimization method and a basic education method for activation function to design a basic artificial neural network subject curriculum. For this, a method of finding a parameter optimization solution in a spreadsheet without programming was applied. Through this training method, you can focus on the basic principles of artificial neural network operation and implementation. And, it is possible to increase the interest and educational effect of non-majors through the visualized data of the spreadsheet. The proposed contents consisted of artificial neurons with sigmoid and ReLU activation functions, supervised learning data generation, supervised learning artificial neural network configuration and parameter optimization, supervised learning artificial neural network implementation and performance analysis using spreadsheets, and education satisfaction analysis. In this paper, considering the optimization of negative parameters for the sigmoid neural network and the ReLU neuron artificial neural network, we propose a training method for the four performance analysis results on the parameter optimization of the artificial neural network, and conduct a training satisfaction analysis.

  • Seafarers play an important role in shipping and logistics. However, seafarers are relatively vulnerable to mental illness because they have to board ships for a considerable period of time and work in isolation. In particular, in the pandemic situation caused by COVID-19, the crew change is delayed due to the closure of many ports around the world, increasing the mental burden on seafarers. The mental health management of the crew is important because these mental problems can lead to major accidents of lives and ships. This paper identified the necessity of mental health management of seafarers through a survey and identified problems with the currently operated mental health management program and curriculum. Especially, this study proposed VR-based programs to help crews receive mentally counseling treatment in a timely manner and to reduce the mental burden on them by preventing sensitive personal information exposure. Through this, it is expected to contribute to the stable development of the logistics industry by establishing a safe seafarers working environment.
