소프트웨어 버그 정정에 SeqGAN 알고리즘을 적용 (Applying SeqGAN Algorithm to Software Bug Repair)

  • 최근 소프트웨어가 다양한 분야에 적용되면서 소프트웨어 규모와 프로그램 코드의 복잡성이 증가하였다. 이에 따라 소프트웨어 버그의 존재가 불가피하게 발생하고, 소프트웨어 유지보수의 비용이 증가하고 있다. 오픈 소스 프로젝트에서는 개발자가 할당 받은 버그 리포트를 해결할 때 많은 디버깅 시간을 소요한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문은 SeqGAN 알고리즘을 소프트웨어 버그 정정에 적용한다. 자세히는 SeqGAN 알고리즘을 활용하여 프로그램 소스코드를 학습한다. 학습과정에서 공개된 유사 소스코드도 같이 활용한다. 생성된 후보 패치에 대한 적합성을 평가 하기 위해 적합도 함수를 적용하고, 주어진 모든 테스트 케이스를 통과하면 소프트웨어 버그 정정이 되었다고 본다. 제안한 모델의 효율성을 평가하기 위해 베이스라인과 비교하였으며, 제안한 모델이 더 잘 정정하는 것을 보였다.

  • This paper addresses the maintenance optimization problem in multi-component systems in which parts are connected in series, carrying out several missions interspersed with scheduled finite breaks. Due to limited time or resources, maintenance actions can be only carried out on a limited set of components. The decision maker then has to decide which components to maintain to ensure a pre-specified performance level during next mission. Most of the existing models in the literature usually assume only one system and enough spare parts. However, there are situations in which maintenance is required for multiple systems of the same type. To overcome this restrictive assumption, this study optimizes the maintenance problem considering the lack of repair parts and cannibalism for many identical systems. This study presents two optimization models with different objectives to solve the problem and analyzes the results so that the decision maker can decide. The results of this study are expected to be used for the maintenance of multiple systems of the same type, such as swarm drones.

  • Tests are conducted according to the ISO TS 16774, Part 3 standard for quality management of leakage repair materials used in cracks in underground concrete structures. These test methods are performed indirectly using a nonwoven fabric on a chalet containing leak repair materials. However, it is considered that it is appropriate to verify the resistance of the repair material, which is required to be applied directly to the cracks in the actual field and to exhibit the resistance of the flow velocity. In this study, mass change was measured by using nonwoven fabric and nonwoven fabric. As a result, both methods showed an increase in mass, which indicated that the maintenance material itself contained a large amount of water, and that the mass change occurred depending on the drying state. Also, depending on the use of nonwoven fabric, the error due to the indirect test could not be ruled out. Therefore, further verification is needed, and it is considered that the test for change of mass reduction measurement is necessary according to the drying time of other types of the same series.

OAPR-HOML'1: Optimal automated program repair approach based on hybrid improved grasshopper optimization and opposition learning based artificial neural network

  • Over the last decade, the scientific community has been actively developing technologies for automated software bug fixes called Automated Program Repair (APR). Several APR techniques have recently been proposed to effectively address multiple classroom programming errors. However, little attention has been paid to the advances in effective APR techniques for software bugs that are widely occurring during the software life cycle maintenance phase. To further enhance the concept of software testing and debugging, we recommend an optimized automated software repair approach based on hybrid technology (OAPR-HOML'1). The first contribution of the proposed OAPR-HOML'1 technique is to introduce an improved grasshopper optimization (IGO) algorithm for fault location identification in the given test projects. Then, we illustrate an opposition learning based artificial neural network (OL-ANN) technique to select AST node-level transformation schemas to create the sketches which provide automated program repair for those faulty projects. Finally, the OAPR-HOML'1 is evaluated using Defects4J benchmark and the performance is compared with the modern technologies number of bugs fixed, accuracy, precession, recall and F-measure.

단면복구재로 보수된 콘크리트의 재탄산화 과정에 대한 분석적 모델링 (Analytical Modelling for Recarbonation Process of Concrete Repaired with Patching Repair Material)

  • 이산화탄소에 의해 열화된 콘크리트 구조물의 보수 후 잔존수명을 평가할 때 보수재의 효과를 고려하기 위해 본 연구에서는 탄산화에 의해 열화를 받은 콘크리트 부재의 보수 후 재열화과정을 Fick's 확산(diffusion) 제1법칙을 이용하여 모델링함으로써 단면복구재에 의해 보수된 콘크리트 부재의 독특한 상황을 고려한 합리적인 예측식을 제시하였다. 연구결과는 보수재의 이산화탄소 확산 프로파일과 기존 구체콘크리트의 탄산화된 부분의 이산화탄소 확산 프로파일을 효과적으로 모델링할 수 있음을 보여줬다. 제시된 평가모델식에 대한 검증예제를 통해 보수재의 이산화탄소 확산지연효과를 확인할 수 있었으며 보수된 콘크리트 구조물의 보수 후 잔존수명을 객관적이고 수치계산적인 방법으로 평가할 수 있었다.

교량 성능변화를 고려한 유지관리비용 추계분석 방법 개발 (Development of maintenance cost estimation method considering bridge performance changes)

  • 사회기반시설물의 노후화에 따른 교량 유지관리비용의 급격한 증가에 대비하기 위해서는 미래 발생 가능한 유지관리비용의 예측이 선행되어야 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 교량 관리주체의 유지관리 현황 분석을 통해 교량의 관리수준을 파악하고, 이를 생애주기에 따른 목표관리수준과 성능향상 한계 값으로 모델링하였다. 이와 함께 교량 안전점수에 따른 보수보강비용 예측모델, 성능열화모델, 평균개축비용단가, 평균 개축시기로 구성된 기존의 비용 및 성능 예측모델과 연계하여, 교량 유지관리비용 추계분석을 위한 방법론 및 절차를 제안하였다. 제안된 방법의 활용성 검증을 위해 특정 관리주체가 관리하는 교량의 규모, 노후화 정도, 현재 관리현황을 고려하여 미래 유지관리비용 추계 분석을 수행하였다. 연차별로 개별 교량 수준의 안전등급과 유지관리 조치에 따른 비용 추정 결과와 이들을 관리주체 수준으로 합산하여 연차별 평균 안전점수, 안전등급 구성비, 점검진단비용, 보수보강비용, 개축비용을 합리적으로 추정할 수 있다. 향후 목표성능관리수준의 변경에 따른 생애주기 예산의 변화를 추정하여 최적의 관리수준을 제안할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • This paper presented a literature review and investigation analysis results of total 19 present guide book and provisions of maintenance and management system in existing railway bridges to development of urban maglev track structures inspection manual. This research carried out a cooperated research subject 3-1, development a design code and maintenance and management inspection manual for urban maglev track structures, of the Center for Urban Maglev Program. Three types of track structures were includes as a major analytical parameter together with railroad, high speed railroad, subway and light rail transit. Bridges were analyzed a general rules, investigation, evaluation, repair and strengthen method as a key aspect. And rail were analyzed examination and maintenance also. This analysis results show that the track structures evaluation are based on the test and examination results, and repaired or strengthened consideration of deterioration, track irregularity and materials according to provision requirements.

  • Using the life cycle cost concept, optimum maintenance and retrofit planning for reliable seismic performance is suggested the overall life cycle cost to be minimized including the initial cost, the costs of inspection, repair, and failure. Limit states of the bridges are defined. And failure probabilities are computed through crossing theory. The effect of maintenance and retrofit is represented using the probability of damage detection and event tree analysis. Optimization of maintenance and retrofit planning method proposed from this research was applied to numerical examples. The analysis incorporates the acceleration and site conditions prescribed in the code, and the quality of inspection methods.

  • SMSC(Seoul Metropolitan Subway Corporation) is substantially taking the core role of mass transit system in Seoul Metropolitan area. When it was built, the design had challenged to sharp curved tracks less than 250m radius considering the protection of buildings and cultural properties as well as the connection to ground roads. Such circumstances have required a certain extent of slack in track geometry and therefore led to the construction of ballasted track with wooden sleepers. However, the dynamic force from running on sharp curved track has caused the misalignment and abnormal failure of track geometry, and it has resulted in a frequent maintenance and repair works which require a lot of cost and manpower. In this paper, we present the construction case of maintenance-free track system by using of concrete sleeper and elastic rail fastening system to ensure the safety of both passengers and trains, and to contribute the effective maintenance for track facilities of SMSC.

  • The building HVAC systems have very different qualities of performance and durability with the superintendent's ability for management and maintenance. The poor management of these systems finally lead to the shortening of the life expectancy and result in the increase of operating costs and energy consumptions due to low efficiencies. So it is essential to try to develop ways to adequately maintain and to use the building facilities efficiently in order to preserve earth environment and the limited resource. In this study, the LCC based numerical calculation package will be developed for the efficient maintenance plan and the determination of the reasonable time of repair or replacement of equipments.
