AHP 기법을 활용한 지붕방수공법 선정에 관한 연구 (The Selection of Roof Waterproofing Methods using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Technique)

  • 본 연구는 지붕방수공법 선정에 계층분석기법을 적용하여 의사 결정하는 과정을 제안하는 것이 목적이다. 지붕방수공법에 대한 경험에 대하여 본 연구에서 설계 전문가, 시공 전문가, 그리고 유지관리 전문가 그룹에 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사의 첫 번째 계층은 성능, 경제적, 그리고 유리관리 측면으로 구성하였고, 설문의 두 번째 계층은 13개 항목으로 구성하여 Expert Choice를 이용하여 순위를 계산하였다. 설문 분석결과 각 전문가들은 다른 선택을 하였는데, 모든 분야의 전문가는 방수성능 측면을 가장 중요시 하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • GPS 반송파를 이용한 정밀 항법 수행 시 미지 정수 결정이 필수적이다. 한번 결정된 미지 정수는 사이클 슬립이 발생하지 않는 한 변하지 않는다. 그러나 전파 관측 환경의 변화에 따라 사이클 슬립이 발생하게 되며, 이러한 상황에서 연속적인 항법 정보 제공을 위한 적절한 대응 조치를 취해 주어야 한다. 그러나 이러한 조치들은 매우 번거로우며, 소프트웨어적인 복잡성을 야기 한다는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 미지 정수 유지 및 재검색 과정을 단순화하기 위해 시스템 운동 모델을 이용하여 사이클 슬립에 무관한 위치 제공 기법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 고의적으로 사이클 슬립을 발생시켜 대응 성능을 확인하였으며, 이 결과 사이클 슬립과 무관하게 항법 정보를 제공할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

프리스트레스트 콘크리트 박스 거더 교량의 최적설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optimal Design of Prestressed Concrete Box Girder Bridges)

  • In the preliminary design stage of prestressed concrete (PSC) box girder bridges, the design factors decided by inexperience designer could heavily affect to the results of final design. There is a possibility that the design ends up with an excessively wasteful design. To achieve an economical design with preventing an excessive design, the optimal design technique has been developed using ADS optimal program and SPCFRAME in this study. The objective function for the optimal design problem is the material cost of box girders and constrained functions are constituted with design specifications and workability. The Sequential Unconstraint Minimization Technique (SUMT) is used for the optimal design in this study. We designed an uniform cross-section bridge and an ununiform cross-section bridge in the same design condition by optimal design technique developed in this study. Analyzing the results obtained for various tendon layouts, we suggest a standard tendon layout which gives the most effective structural behavior.

기계적 모터 고장진단을 위한 머신러닝 기법 (A Machine Learning Approach for Mechanical Motor Fault Diagnosis)

  • In order to reduce damages to major railroad components, which have the potential to cause interruptions to railroad services and safety accidents and to generate unnecessary maintenance costs, the development of rolling stock maintenance technology is switching from preventive maintenance based on the inspection period to predictive maintenance technology, led by advanced countries. Furthermore, to enhance trust in accordance with the speedup of system and reduce maintenances cost simultaneously, the demand for fault diagnosis and prognostic health management technology is increasing. The objective of this paper is to propose a highly reliable learning model using various machine learning algorithms that can be applied to critical rolling stock components. This paper presents a model for railway rolling stock component fault diagnosis and conducts a mechanical failure diagnosis of motor components by applying the machine learning technique in order to ensure efficient maintenance support along with a data preprocessing plan for component fault diagnosis. This paper first defines a failure diagnosis model for rolling stock components. Function-based algorithms ANFIS and SMO were used as machine learning techniques for generating the failure diagnosis model. Two tree-based algorithms, RadomForest and CART, were also employed. In order to evaluate the performance of the algorithms to be used for diagnosing failures in motors as a critical railroad component, an experiment was carried out on 2 data sets with different classes (includes 6 classes and 3 class levels). According to the results of the experiment, the random forest algorithm, a tree-based machine learning technique, showed the best performance.

  • 무기체계에 대한 군수지원 방법으로 성과중심 군수지원체계가 최근에 많은 관심을 끌고 있다. 기본개념은 운용단계에서의 민수계약으로 군수지원을 제공하게 되는데, 체계개발단계부터 군수지원요소가 결정되는 것이 필요하다. 또한 기존의 단일 성과지표로부터 확장하여 복수의 성과지표를 고려할 필요가 있다. 시스템 구조가 복잡해짐에 따라 기존 최적화기법의 적용에 제약이 존재하므로 유전자 알고리즘의 적용 가능성 판단이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 운용단계 이전 체계개발단계에서부터의 성과기반군수지원 개념을 고려한 수리수준분석을 위한 요구사항을 식별한다. 또한, 운용단계 이전에 사용자의 요구사항에 따른 정비정책 대안 결정을 위하여 성과지표 설정 및 제약조건 변경이 용이한 PIDO 기반의 최적화 기법 적용 방안을 제시한다. PIDO 개념을 적용하고 있는 PIAnO와 ModelCenter 도구의 유전자 알고리즘이 정비정책 최적화 문제에 적용 가능함을 확인하였다.

  • RCM developed by American air industry in early 1960, its process is most realistic for some physical assets and it permits the system to maintain given function status through decision of demand about optimum maintenance. Therefore, many industries have selected RCM technique and have carried out RCM in order to solve many problems concerning maintenance management. Through the execution of RCM, we can solve actual problems And finally we will be able to develop more and more maintenance activities with RCM notion. In this study, we will consider the application of KTX-RCM which is set up with basic theory of RCM and constructed to improve trainset safety, availability and regularity of KTX, linking with CMMS(Computerized Maintenance Management System).

  • A new technique using a search method which is based on fuzzy multi-criteria function is proposed for GMS(generator maintenance scheduling) in order to consider multi-objective function. Not only minimization of probabilistic production cost but also maximization of system reliability level are considered for fuzzy multi-criteria function. To obtain an optimal solution for generator maintenance scheduling under fuzzy environment, fuzzy multi-criteria relaxation method(fuzzy search method) is used. The practicality and effectiveness of the proposed approach are demonstrated by simulation studies for a real size power system model in Korea in 2010.

도시철도용 몰드변압기 상태감시를 위한 사례조사 연구 (A case study of condition monitoring for mold transformers on urban railway transit)

  • Since urban railway transit is one of the most essential transportation systems, its power facilities must ensure high reliability and safety. Currently, urban railway operating organizations perform TBM (Time Based Maintenance) on power facilities. However, in order to improve management efficiency and system safety, CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) is preferred. Among various power facilities, mold transformers has been chosen as the object of study since it is widely used for the purpose of minimizing volume and weight, and due to safety against fire. In this paper, various transformer failure cases due to electric, thermal, mechanical and environmental factors have been collected and analyzed. In addition, investigation on national and international condition based maintenance cases and the characteristics of sensors widely used for transformer monitoring has been performed to suggest the optimal condition based maintenance technique for urban railway systems.
