효율적인 창정비요소개발을 위한 지침 개선적용 연구 (A Study on the Applying Improvement Method of Guide for efficient depot level maintenance)

  • 최종의 정비 단계인 창정비 분야 ILS요소개발이 체계적이고 효율적으로 수행되면 무기체계 수명주기 연장으로 장비 가동률이 향상되고, 전투준비태세 유지에 만전을 기할 수 있게 된다. 이와 같은 창정비의 중요성에도 불구하고 창정비 수행을 위한 각 개발 요소별 적용 지침의 부실한 반영으로 인해 무기체계별 개발 기준을 상이하게 적용하고 있으며, 추가 개발비가 발생되는 등의 문제가 발생되고 있다. 이에 따라 체계개발 시의 ILS요소개발 개념과는 상이한 특성을 지닌 창정비 고유의 요소별 개발 개념, 방법, 절차를 명확화 하여 차별화된 관리가 진행될 수 있도록 개발 지침 구체화 적용 방법을 연구하였다. 창정비요소개발의 효율적인 수행을 위해 창정비 주기 결정 단계에서 반드시 고려하여야 할 추가 요소를 제시하였다. 또한 RAM, LSA, ILS 11대 요소를 창정비요소개발에 접목시키기 위한 요소별 개발 개념 해석을 통해 구체적인 적용 방법을 정리 하였다. 이를 기반으로 체계적인 개발 절차를 적용함으로써 적정 개발비 산출이 가능하다. 그리고 개발 제품의 품질 향상과 정비 현장에서의 실용적인 개발 산출물 활용에도 도움을 줄 수 있다.

위험을 고려한 응용소프트웨어의 유지관리비용 산정모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Maintenance Cost Estimation Model for Application Software by Considering Risks)

  • Software is more diverse and complex and the level of importance for the maintenance of application software to securely operate software is also gradually increasing in proportion. The calculation method for maintenance cost of application software applied in Korea public enterprises is involved in the range of 10 to 15% of development cost, depending on the Software Project Cost Estimation Guide. Moreover, as most software maintenance cost estimation procedures do not take into consideration of the risk factors related of maintenance, it can be seen as a main cause for the occurrence of maintenance related accidents. This study proposes a maintenance cost estimate model that takes into consideration of the risks related to the software maintenance activities to improve and resolve issues arising from the estimation of maintenance cost. In doing so, maintenance risk factors are analyzed and a risk index is derived through the analysis of risk levels based on the risk factors. Based on such analysis, a maintenance cost estimate method which reflects the maintenance risk index was established.

  • Life cycle costing is one of the most effective approaches for the cost analysis of long-term life products, like as railroad vehicle. Life cycle costing includes the cost of concept design, development, manufacture, operating, maintenance and disposal. Especially, life cycle costing in the railroad industry has been focused on the maintenance cost. In this paper, we investigated the standard, guide and maintenance information of railroad vehicle. For this purpose, we suggested the unique templates of railroad vehicle maintenance information. We also performed maintenance cost analysis on the some sub-system of railroad vehicle for the case study.

국산훈련기 신뢰성기반 정비주기 연장방안 연구 (A Study for Maintenance Period Extension based on Reliability of Korea Trainer)

  • Currently, there are two types of trainer in Korea : basic and advanced. Both models have been in operation for more than 10 years, and compared to the early stage of operation, reliability has gradually improved and failure rates have also entered a trend of stabilization. Therefore, it is necessary to extend the maintenance period considering economic feasibility. This study investigates the three maintenance period calculation methods: NAVAIR 00-25-403 [17], DOD, U.S. [4], CERL and US Army [3], with intention to extend the maintenance period of the trainer from current 200 hours to 400 hours. In addition, the maintenance period was calculated by the three methods with actual operational data. Common standards and procedures were established to apply operational data to the existing maintenance period calculation methods, the required reliability indicators were derived, and the maintenance periods was calculated based on the results, additionally, a review on the field applicability of the three maintenance cycles was conducted. An on-site interviews were conducted with the calculation results, and 11 out of the 15 items were expected to be extended by 400 hours. It was suggested that the remaining 4 items could be extended to 400 hours by supplementing the inspection method through additional analysis such as functional analysis, inspection content verification, and site connection.

  • 도시철도는 시민을 빠르고 안전하게 수송하는 대중교통의 중심축이다. 도시철도차량의 유지보수는 고장 방지를 위한 예방정비의 개념이며 정해진 규정과 정비지침에 따라 시행되어야 한다. 신뢰성 있는 검수설비는 유지보수의 정확성과 전동차 운행의 정시성을 보장할 수 있다. 부산도시철도 전동차 검수용 검수설비를 자체 기술로 개발하여 활용한 사례 연구를 통해 유지보수 과학화와 전동차 안전운행 및 업무 효율 향상 방법을 고찰하고자 한다.

Maintenance of Waterscape Facilities at Garden shows in Korea

  • We aimed to understand various problems identified at waterscape facilities of gardens built at garden shows in Korea. The main purpose of the study is to understand which parts of waterscape facility built in gardens at garden shows are causing problems and whether these problems can be traced back from garden design phase or from local communities in charge of maintenance. Furthermore, we examined if such problems get more aggregated as time passes by and different garden shows have different types of problems. In this study, types of waterscape facilities examined are pond, waterway, wall fountain, water glass, trough, mist, Cascade, fountain, rain garden, waterfall. An analysis of the maintenance status of waterscape facilities introduced in the existing gardens confirmed that problems could arise in two main respects. One is due to poor maintenance by the organizers of the garden show, and the other is due to the poor design of waterscape facilities by the garden designer.

  • This study is objected by suggesting rationalization method of management and maintenance cost for railway investment assessment. The estimate of rational benefit and cost are a work of vital importance to decide railway investment as preliminary feasibility investigation is institutionally reinforced since January 2007. In particular, railway management and maintenance cost have to be applied to realistic and detail cost as railway investment assessment guide. For example, types of railway, construction of new line, improvement of conventional line, double tracking, railway electrification. However, railway investment assessment is inconsistency because of estimating the railway management and maintenance cost using existing unrealistic management and maintenance cost. Therefore, this study is performed parametric analysis effecting on the railway management and maintenance cost considered new technique, enhanced facilities and improved standard. Also, it suggests the itemized standard management and maintenance cost. Finally, it will be helped to establish the base of railway investment through the rationalization method of management and maintenance cost.

콘크리트 교량 방호벽의 균열원인 및 패턴 분석에 대한 연구 (Study on Cracking Causes and Patterns in Median Barrier and Guardrail Concrete in RC Bridge)

  • 콘크리트 방호벽 및 중앙분리대는 교량의 부속시설이지만, 슬립폼 시공과 넓은 비표면적으로 인해 초기재령 균열이 발생하기 쉽다. 본 연구에서는 대형 교량의 방호벽과 중앙분리대 콘크리트의 외관조사 및 비파괴실험을 수행하여 균열의 원인과 발생 균열의 패턴을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 시공기간을 고려하여, 건조수축, 수화열 해석이 수행되었으며, 현장의 환경조건을 고려하여 소성수축 특성을 평가하였다. 평가결과 대상구조물의 균열 원인은 철근위치에 따른 소성침하균열, 소성수축 및 건조수축에 의한 복부균열, 재료분리에 따른 상부균열로 추정할 수 있었다. 또한 균열원인과 발생 패턴을 도식화하였으며, 시공 및 재료분야에서 균열제어대책을 제안하였다. 해상위 교량에 설치하는 중앙분리대 및 방호벽 콘크리트는 환경조건 (풍속, 온도, 습도)에 매우 민감하여 초기재령균열이 쉽게 발생하므로 재료선택 및 시공방법에 신중을 기해야 한다.

노후 고츨아파트의 유지관리 및 개선실태 조사 (A Study on the maintenance situation of the deteriorted high-rise apartments)

  • The deteriorted high-rise apartments make a social problem in now days. As a result, and new alternative plan for deteriorted high-rise apartments such as the remodeling concept must be considered. This study aims to develop the remodeling items which is the guide lines when remodeling of the apartment will be conducted. Thorough the case studies of maintenance and repair status of the deteriorted apartments in seoul, reasonable guidelines for selection of remodeling items were developed. Physical maintenance items includes those that need major repair activity like wall painting, water proof roof, change/repairs/implement of heating system, boiler, city gas pipelines, cold and hot water pipes, elevators, cleaning of water tanks. The period of repair is shorter than the durable year of law or codes. As a result of the study, basic maintenance items and actual repair period were proposed. This result will be the basic guidelines for remodeling items.
