Vietnam is conducting an export-led growth model and labour-intensive industries contributing majorly to the total export value. In the context of Industry 4.0, the labour-based industries are significantly affected; hence, enhancing productivity is the key measure to maintain these industries. The garment industry contributes significantly to the total export value of Vietnam. Based on meta-frontier framework, the approach of data envelopment analysis is used to measure technical efficiency of Vietnamese garment firms and the global Malmquist TFP index is utilised to identify productivity change and its components including efficiency, technology and technical gaps between different groups of firms. The data of Vietnamese garment firms from 2013 to 2018 collected from the Vietnam General Statistic Office is used in this study. The results show that: (i) The total factor productivity of Vietnamese garment firms growth, technical progress is the main contributor; (ii) The private garment sector is the leading group; (iii) There is a large technological gap among Vietnamese garment sectors. The private and FDI garment firms have experienced a growth in all components of total factor productivity change. Meanwhile, technological progress change is the main reason to constrain the productivity growth of state-owned garment firms.

A survey was performed to analyse the current animal disease control system by questionnaires. A questionnaire was administered to the livestock-related experts(n = 116) residing in Gyeong-In region and the livestock farmers(n = 108) residing in Incheon from June to July in 2007. The data was analyzed statistically by SPSS 12.0 version. First, the offices related to the animal disease control were dispersed and their cooperation was not effective. Second, the scale of local disease centers was weaker than that of central one in both man-power(eg. veterinarians), budget and so on, and was not enough to control the outbreak of the main animal diseases. Third, there were also insufficient incentives for livestock farmers to report notifiable animal disease. Finally, there was limitation in bury area and incineration facilities. To develop domestic animal industry, control of the disease and rearing of the environmentally friendly livestock farm are the main directions in Gyeong-In region, Production of high quality and safe livestock products is the most important factor to expand the livestock industry. Conclusively, local animal disease center with comparison to central one should be expanded to control the disease and develop the livestock industry in Incheon metropolitan city.

본 논문은 창조산업이 도시성장전략으로 무차별적 수용되어야 하는가라는 문제의식에서 시작하여, 우리나라 창조산업의 불균등 성장과 지리적 분포 특성 고찰을 목적으로 한다. 주요 결론 및 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 높은 전문화, 개인의 재능(talent) 중시, 약한 경로의존성 등의 속성을 갖는 창조산업은 순위규모법칙에서 시사하는 것보다 수위 도시로의 편중이 더욱 두드러지며, 인구와 전산업에 비하여 높은 탄력성을 보인다. 둘째, 창조산업은 서울 및 서울 인접 도시들의 동반성장을 통해 불균등 성장 추세를 강화하고 있다. 셋째, 광역시는 창조산업 성장에 주도적 역할을 수행하지 못하고 있으며, 지방 중소도시들의 창조산업 성장은 공간적 연계가 없는 확률성장(random growth) 형태를 보인다. 넷째, 기존 경제기반에서 창출되는 가치가 높은 지역은 창조산업보다 기존 산업기반을 유지하는 것이 도시성장에 도움이 된다.

Issues in the construction industry of Cambodia in ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) is the main priority to be identified before identifying causing factors in order to find out recommendations, to improve this sector, and to survive in this community. Two major issues were identified from the literature review and the investigation, namely i) Long-term vision and its policy, and ii) practice culture. The total sample collected from concerned government officers and engineers in Cambodia were 463. Factor analysis was then conducted to find out the issues, and as the results, there are five issues in two main groups: (i) the Organization's vision and its skill, which consist of a vision of the organization, knowledge and skill, and less investmen in the construction sector; (ii) Knowledge and motivation towards the AEC, which consist of knowledge about the AEC, and level to promote organization for the AEC.

Generally, the shipbuilding industry has finite resources and limited workspace. Due to finite resources, limited workspace and state of block preparation, erection process in shipbuilding industry is frequently delayed than erection process scheduling which is planned at long-term plan stage. In this study, considering variability of block reserve ratio, the degree of delay in real erection process is measured and compared to scheduling which is planned at long-term plan stage in shipbuilding industry including finite capacity and variative lead time. Also, the erection process scheduling which has minimum lead time can be checked through simulation. The results of this study could be improved the accuracy of erection process scheduling by checking the main event compliance ratio by block reserve ratio and calculating the optimum erection pitch for the main event compliance.

Identifying the selection criteria of wedding planners, who are the main human resource that contribute to the overall satisfaction level of a wedding's preparation, can produce important data for the wedding industry as it faces a transition period. To develop a scale for wedding planner selection criteria, preliminary items were prepared based on in-depth interviews with an experienced wedding planner group and a comprehensive review of previous studies, such as studies on selection criteria in the wedding industry and service work similar to wedding planners and wedding planner selection criteria. The preliminary items were tested for content validity using a focus group interview, comprising people in the wedding industry, and were refined accordingly. Then, the definitive quantitative questionnaire items were developed after conducting a preliminary survey. The main survey for this study was conducted using the responses of 295 consumers taking an Internet questionnaire. Exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, and confirmatory factor analysis were adopted to develop the scale, which was tested for convergent validity and discriminant validity. This study is academically significant in that it developed a selection criteria scale tailored to wedding planners to address an area that has not been covered in previous studies. It is recommended that future studies conduct empirical analyses using the selection criteria developed in this study to compare influential variables that could affect behavior intention.

Steel fibre reinforced concrete (SFRC) were considered a new technology for the construction industry. However today this technology has found wider acceptance among the construction industry. Currently, steel fibres are used in varied segments in many application areas across different segments in the construction industry, especially in tunneling, airports, warehouses, etc. Time and safety are the main factors are among the various advantages which renders steel fibres superior to the competing product. For fibers reinforcing, The maximum load carrying capacity is controlled by fibers pulling out of the composite because fiber reinforcing does not have a deformed surface like larger steel reinforcing bars. The study demonstrated that above concept is applicable and effective in concrete structure by analytical study. The analytical result appears that SFRP have the potential to significantly increase the strength of existing concrete structures, while at the same time dramatically improving their fracture energy characteristics.

The main contribution this research is the development of methodology which is capable of solving problems associated with the capacity expansion and operating schedule of energy industries. The principal concern of such industries is the proper allocation of primary energy which are required for the production of sufficient supply of electricity and petroleum products for the Korea`s energy needs. Nonlinear programming models are developed for power generation expansion planning and for the oil refinery industry. In order to deal with uncertainties about future demands for final energy, chance-constrained programming is used to formulate appropriate constraints. The methodology of the model can be used to evaluate Korean energy and expansion planning in the energy industry, especially the electric power generation industry and the refinery industry.

On the base of IT growth, competition between countries for preoccupation of digital content market is keen. And it is prospected that the development of digital content industry will be more rapid with the base of telecommunication infra-structure(for example internet, digital broadcasting) which is the main channel for distribution of digital content. The bill of "Act for Development of Online Digital Content Industry", has passed the national assembly jan, 2002, and "Draft Blueprint for Developing Online Digital Content Industry(2003$\sim$2005)" was made on the base on that law feb, 2003. And we can find measures for protect the digital content manufacture in the laws such as "Literary Property Law", "Trademarks Law" and "law for prevention of unfair competition". On this study we suggested three measures to make digital content industry more profitable by the method of research of related law and industry survey.

The purpose of this review are to determine of role of physical therapist in silver industry, and to give the information about elderly person when silver industry will be needed in 21 centry. Current literature so physiological changes that occur in humans owing to aging is reviewed. Also, psychological changes are discussed. There are main important roles in silver industry. One is proper exercise prescription for helth care and the other is effective therapy for the various disease. It will help the elderly person who needs independent ADL.
