소형.저 전력 프로세서를 이용한 소화기 사격통제장치 주제어보드 설계기법 연구 (Research about Design Techniques of A Fire Control System Main Control Board for Individual Combat Weapons using a Small and Low power Processor)

  • In this paper, we propose how to design a fire control system main control board for individual combat weapons using a small and low power processor. To design an electric board of small weapon systems, Size and power consumption are very important factors. We solved the problem using selection of an adaptive processor, introduction of MicroChipPackaging method, and separate design of a main board Also we applied these methods to make the fire control system for small arms.

  • Seismic qualification of the Main Control Boards for nuclear power plants has been performed with the guideline of AS ME Section III. US NRC Reg. Guide and IEEE 344 code. The analysis model of the Main Control Boards is consist of beam. shell and mass element by using the finite element method. and, at the same time. the excitation forces and other operating loads for each model are encompassed with respect to different loading conditions. As the fundamental frequencies of the structure are found to be less than 33Hz. which is the upper frequency limit of the seismic load, the response spectrum analysis using ANSYS is performed in order to combine the modal stresses within the frequency limit. In order to confirm the structural and functional integrity of the major components, modal analysis theory is adopted to derive the required response spectrum at the component locations. As all the combined stresses obtained from the above procedures are less than allowable stresses and no mechanical or electrical failures are found from the seismic testing, it concludes the Main Control Boards is dynamically qualified for seismic conditions. Although the authors had confirmed the structural and functional integrity of both Main Control Boards and all the component, in this paper only the seismic analysis of the Main Control Board is introduced.

  • This study examined the validity and reliability of the thermal safety design, in order to maintain the heat generated from integrated circuit (IC) chips in the converter, condenser, resistor, and transistor (which are considered as heat sources for thermoelectric devices with a printed circuit board) below target levels during the process of developing a control board and a main power board. The study analyzed the heat generation and dissipation characteristics of the entire printed circuit board (PCB) model to examine its thermal safety.

  • This paper proposes a control board that includes PNP function with extensibility and effective allocation of allocation. The object of study is to overcome limited extensity of old systems and it is to reuse the system. The system recognizes automatic subsystem from application of main system with board level that is using hardware and software co-design method. The system has both function of main-board and sub-board. So one system can operate simultaneously such as module of alien system. This system has advantages that are fast execution, according as process functional partition to hardware/ software co-design and board size is reduced as well as offer extensity of development system. We obtained good result with control board for existent Z-80 training kit.

국내 원자력발전소의 주제어실 화재 피난 리스크 평가를 위한 화재 시뮬레이션 (Fire Simulations for the Abandonment Risk Assessment of Main Control Room Fire in Domestic Nuclear Power Plant)

  • In this paper, to systematically assess the abandonment risk of main control room (MCR) fire, fire simulations with Fire Dynamics Simulator were performed and abandonment probabilities were estimated for the MCR bench-board fire of domestic reference nuclear power plant. The fire simulation scenarios performed in this study included propagating and non-propagating fires of the MCR bench-board, and the availability and unavailability of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system (HVACS). The following results were obtained. First, temperature was the major abandonment impact factor for the MCR bench-board fire if the HVACS was available and optical density was that if the HVACS was unavailable. Second, the fire scenario contributing the MCR bench-board fire abandonment risk was identified to be only the propagating fire. Third, it was confirmed that the abandonment probability of the MCR bench-board fire for domestic reference nuclear power plant could be reduced by using the fire modeling.

라인스캔 카메라 인터페이스를 갖는 실시간 영상 전처리 시스템의 설계 (Design of a real-time image preprocessing system with linescan camera interface)

  • This paper represents the design of a real-time image preprocessing system. The preprocessing system performs hardware-wise mask operations and thresholding operations at the speed of camera output single rate. The preprocessing system consists of the preprocessing board and the main processing board. The preprocessing board includes preprocessing unit that includes a $5\times5$ mask processor and LUT, and can perform mask and threshold operations in real-time. To achieve high-resolution image input data($20485\timesn$), the preprocessing board has a linescan camera interface. The main processing board includes the image processor unit and main processor unit. The image processor unit is equipped with TI's TMS320C32 DSP and can perform image processing algorithms at high speed. The main processor unit controls the operation of total system. The proposed system is faster than the conventional CPU based system.

  • 최근 많은 산업용 기기들은 외부 모니터링과 제어 시스템에 프로토콜 호환성 문제에 직면하고 있다. 본 논문은 산업, 통신 프로토콜 변환과 제어 및 모니터링을 지원하기 위해 메인 제어 보드를 제작하였다. 산업용 통신 게이트웨이 모듈은 CAN 버스 및 이더넷 프로토콜을 지원하도록 설계되었다. 메인 보드 프로세서는 ATMEGA2560 사용하고, 서브 보드 RS485 시리얼 슬롯 4개를 배치하였다. 이들 슬롯을 통하여 아날로그 및 디지털 I/O를 제공하여 제어 및 모니터링에 사용할 수 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 메인 제어 보드에 연결되는 디바이스 모듈 보드들을 자동하는 인식하는 새로운 자동화 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 논문의 시스템은 메인보드와 디바이스 모듈 보드로 나누어 설계하였으며, 메인보드에는 모듈보드와 연결할 수 있도록 슬롯 구조에 의해 설계되었다. 제안된 슬롯구조는 장착이 편리하고 기능의 추가 및 확장이 가능하도록 하였다. 또한 장치 보드들을 자동으로 인식함으로 통해 새로운 기존의 시스템을 업그레이드하거나 새로운 디바이스의 추가하는 등의 기능변경이 용이하도록 시스템을 설계 및 개발하였다. 본 논문에서 제안 된 시스템은 K10S1 PLC를 가지고 실험 및 검증하였다. 실험 분석 결과 제품의 기능향상에 드는 간 및 비용의 단축 효과가 나타났다.
