Mail-Order의류제품의 브랜드에 관한 연구 (A Study on Brand of Mail-Order Clothing)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the current brand of mail-order clothing, consumers' attitude over importance of brand and the effectiveness of brand when consumers purchase clothing by mail-order shopping. for this study, mail order catalogs were analyzed and the samples were collected through the questionaire distributed to 214 women. It was analyzed by SAS package. The results are as follows; 1. As a result of mail-order catalog analysis, domestic clothing included few famous brand except foreign brand. 2. The users of mail-order purchasing were old and married women comparably. They were also high clothing-expense users and housekeepers. Item that consumers wanted to buy using mail-order shopping were home-wear, night-wear, accessories and scarves which were involved low risks comparably. 3. Consumers regard brand significantly as a means of credit in purchasing mail-order shopping clothing. In analysis between importance of mail-order clothing brand and demographics, degree of education and clothing expense per month showed significant difference.

통신판매의류의 치수에 대한 조사 연구 (A Study on Sizing System for Mail-Order Clothing)

  • This study was initiated to investigate (1) the current sizing system for mail-order clothing, (2) consumers' preference for sizing systems, and (3) consumers' satisfaction with garment size. The apparel items and the sizes available at various mail-order companies in Korea were also reviewed. This investigation of consumers' preferences for various size description systems includes a survey of 410 men and women who had purchased garments by mail-order. The data were analyzed by Statistical Analysis System/pc. The major results are as follows; 1. The sizing system of mail-order clothing was different by garment items. The number of apparel sizes available for mail-order purchasing was three or less. The most mail∼order garments were labeled by the numerical size codes of body girth nleasurements or letter code (S, M, L). 2. The size description system most prefered by female subjects(N : 360) was the numerical size code of a body measurement(55.4%). The combination of bust-hips-height measurements size codes were prefered by 13.3% . The pictogram was least premiered by the subjects. 3. The apparel items that subjects wanted to buy using mail-order were underwear, home -weat and night-wear. The heavy users of mail-order purchasing, however, also wanted to purchase expensive garments requiring precise fit. The subjects aged from 20's to 80's wanted to purchase childern's wear by mail. 4. The desire for diversity of garment item and size of mail-order apparel was relatively high. The subjets also wanted to purchase special size garments by mail-order, e. g., garment sizes for full or tall figure.

통신판매용 의루 최적 치수규격 설정에 관한 연구 (A study on determining optimal sizes for mail-order clothing)

  • This study was initiated to suggest the optimal size intervals for mail-order clothing. The questionnaire survey was carried at 360 women and 50 men who purchased apparels by mail-order. The garment sizes providing at the various mail-order companies in Korea were compared. The garment sizes that consumers wanted to purchase were also investigated. The collected data were analyzed and optimal size intervals for mail-order clothing were decided by the loss function. The results are as follow. 1) The optimal size intervals were varied from 4cm to 7cm. The total expected loss of the apparel sizes suggested in this study was less than that of the current mail-order apparel sizes. When the number of sizes for mail-order clothing is increased, the expected loss was reduced considerably. 2) The mail-order clothing is made for consumers with average body size. 30 The number of garment sizes available by mail-order was under three. 4) Subjects tend to select larger size garments, when the right size garments are not available.

통신판매중개사이트 거래에서의 소비자피해 구제 방법에 대한 고찰 (A Study on the Methods to Remedy Consumer Damages Occurring from Transactions through Mail Order Sales Mediating Sites)

  • As the transaction using mail order sales mediating sites such as Auction rapidly increase, consumer damages are also increasing. Therefore, in this study, the methods to remedy consumer damages occurring from transactions through mail order sales mediating sites such as the Payment Deposit System, the systems to resolve disputes without any litigation and the systems in relation to the Consumer Basic Act have been examined and measures to improve the systems have been groped. For the transactions using mail order sales intermediating sites, it is necessary to impose more responsibility on mail order sales mediators although the responsibility may not be required to be at the level of mail order sellers such as internet shopping malls. Therefore, institutional supports are necessary to effectively protect consumers in the transactions using mail order sales mediating sites and to induce damaged consumers to actively file claims for compensations. In relation to this, the Collective Dispute Mediation System and the Consumer Group Litigation System under the Consumer Basic Act may become good examples. The consumers who have been subject to the same or similar damages in the transactions using mail order sales mediating sites should also be allowed to participate in the Collective Dispute Mediation under the Consumer Basic Act or actively utilize the Consumer Group Litigation System. Also, it is desirable to reflect these systems on 'the Act on Consumer Protection in E-Commerce etc' so that these systems can also be directly applied to the transactions using mail order sales mediating sites.

다국어 전자 메일 주소 표준화를 위한 메일 시스템 구현 (E-mail System Implementation for Standardization of E-mail Address Internationalization)

  • 현재 국내에서 서비스하고 있는 대부분의 E-mail 시스템들은 제목, 내용, 첨부 파일 등에 한글이 지원되고 있다. 그러나 E-mail 주소만은 한글이 지원되지 않고 있다. E-mail 주소의 구성 요소 중에서 '@' 마크의 오른쪽 부분인 domain-part는 2003년 IDNA에서 영문자, 숫자, '-' 이외에 다국어를 지원하도록 국제 표준을 마련하여 한글이 사용이 가능하게 되었다. 그러나 '@' 마크의 왼쪽인 local-part는 아직도 다국어를 지원하지 않아서 한글을 사용할 수 없다. 그리하여 본 논문에서는 현재 사용되는 E-mail 주소의 local-part 부분에 다국어를 지원할 수 있도록 IETF에서 진행되고 있는 EAI 표준화 연구에 따라 E-mail 시스템을 모델링하고 구축하고자 한다.

The Adaptive SPAM Mail Detection System using Clustering based on Text Mining

  • Spam mail is one of the most general mail dysfunctions, which may cause psychological damage to internet users. As internet usage increases, the amount of spam mail has also gradually increased. Indiscriminate sending, in particular, occurs when spam mail is sent using smart phones or tablets connected to wireless networks. Spam mail consists of approximately 68% of mail traffic; however, it is believed that the true percentage of spam mail is at a much more severe level. In order to analyze and detect spam mail, we introduce a technique based on spam mail characteristics and text mining; in particular, spam mail is detected by extracting the linguistic analysis and language processing. Existing spam mail is analyzed, and hidden spam signatures are extracted using text clustering. Our proposed method utilizes a text mining system to improve the detection and error detection rates for existing spam mail and to respond to new spam mail types.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of the consumer problems with the door to door selling and mail order selling. Data were collected from housewives in Seoul who's ages are in their thirties and fourties. results show that both in door to door selling and in mail order selling, price-related problem is the most serious and the state of employment is the most significant variable.

  • This study is conducted a survey of consumer problems and dissatisfactionand their complaining behavior with door to door and mail order sellings. Results of the study show that both door to door selling and mail order selling the level of consumer complaining behavior was below median point. Path analysis of the variables affected complaining behavior showed that total causal effect to the biggest consumer dissatisfaction.

  • 산지직송이 많이 이루어지는 비가공 식품인 소백산 영지버섯과 보은 대추의 우체국과 농협을 통한 통신판매지역에 대한 공간구조를 고찰한 결과 다음과 같은 점이 밝혀졌다. 소백산 영지버섯의 지역적 판매는 판매지역의 인구규모에 의해, 보은 대추는 인구규모와 산지와의 시외전화 기본요금에 의해 설명되어 생산량의 지역적 변동이 작고 한약재의 중간재 성격이 강한 영지버섯은 시외전화 기본요금인 거리의 영향을 받지 않는다. 이에 대하여 생산량의 지역적 변동이 크고 최종 소비재의 성격이 강한 보은 대추의 경우는 거리의 제약을 받고 있다는 점이 밝혀졌다.

XML을 이용한 웹 메일 통합 시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Web Mail Integration System Using XML)

  • 대부분의 웹 메일 서비스는 SMTP와 POP3을 이용하여 구현된다. 이런 웹 메일 서비스는 기본적인 송수신 기능뿐만 아니라, 여러 가지 부가적인 기능을 사용자들에게 제공한다. 하지만 메일 송수신 데이터는 그것을 관리하는 서버에 저장되기 때문에, 이 서버에 대한 접속 권한이 없는 일반 웹 메일 사용자는 자신의 메일 데이터를 가공할 수가 없다. 본 논문에서는 XML을 이용한 웹 메일 통합 시스템을 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템에서는 기존의 웹 메일 시스템에 저장된 메일 데이터와 사용자 환경을 B%문서로 변환하고 데이터베이스에 삽입한다. in 데이터를 데이터베이스에 저장하기 위해 XML을 이용한 동적인 문서처리 방법을 사용하고 변환된 XML파일을 레코드 단위로 분석한다. 제안된 시스템은 사용자가 자신의 메일 계정을 변경할 경우에, 구축된 데이터베이스를 이용하여 자신의 메일 데이터와 환경 설정을 쉽게 할 수 있도록 한다. 변환된 XML 문서는 무선인터넷 마크업 언어인 WML(Wireless Markup Language)로도 쉽게 변환 가능하여 모바일(Mobile)서비스를 지원하는 경우, 재구축으로 인한 시간과 경비의 낭비와 개발자의 수고를 덜 수 있다
