자계 해석에 의한 마그네트 롤러 배향 설계 (A Magnetization Design of the Magnetic Roller using Magnetic Field Analysis)

  • 본드자석을 사용한 마그네트 롤러의 배향은 사출시 금형내의 자화분포에 의해 결청된다. 본 연구는 본드자석올 사용한 레이저 프린터용 마그네트 롤러의 배향을 자기 해석을 이용하여 설계하고 이를 이용하여 마그네트 롤러를 제작, 측정한 결과이다. 제작한 비대칭 4극 마그네트 롤러에 대해 측정한 결과 제품의 주요 특성인 자극의 자속밀도 및 극간 각도가 설계치와 사양의 오차범위 내에서 만족함을 확인하였다.

  • In this paper, a magnetic circuit of plastic magnet roller for laser printer is presented. The magnetization direction of plastic magnet is decided by the flux distribution of injection mold during the manufacturing process. The injection mold is designed and analysed to fit the design specification. The experiment showed that the flux distribution of a magnet is good agreement of the given specification.

  • Laser Printer 현상기 Roller는 시간이 지나면 자기력과 자화 특성이 감소하게 되며 이런 자성체 감소로 인해 인쇄 품질이 떨어진다. 본 연구에서는 재활용에 따른 현상기 롤러의 자성 분포를 조사하여 신제품과 비교 함으로써 재활용의 사용 가능성 및 자성체의 경시 변화에 대해 제한하였다.

  • In automatization of a warehouse for plate products, the selecting control of the number of steel plates to be lifted by a lifting magnet crane and the roller table control of steel plates being transported on are indispensible key technolgies. POSCO had developed these elementary technologies for the product warehouse of the plate mill in Pohang Works and succeeded in making the operation of the large-scale warehouse for plate products.

  • The clean non-contact type conveyor system for vertical transfer of large size FPD(Flat Panel Display) glasses has been installed at FPD production line just since a few years ago. The most important part of the conveyor is the 3 axis permanent magnet rollers faced orthogonally in pairs. However, the systematic design method about it has not been proposed yet. In this paper, we studied a design analysis for determining geometrical parameters of the magnetic roller by using a commercial FEM tool of the 3D Maxwell. Through a series of simulation, we obtained the relationship of several geometrical parameters affecting the torque of the conveyor.

  • A magnetic levitation system with hybrid magnets, which is composed of permanent magnets and electromagnets, consumes less power than the conventional attraction type system. In this paper, we propose PID controller and PID-Fuzzy controller for hybrid magnet. We first present "constant gap" control technology with PID controller. Secondly, "zero power" control technology with PID-Fuzzy hybrid controller is presented.roller is presented.

영구자석을 이용한 Shield moving형 와전류 제동기의 철도시스템 적용연구 (The Study on Shield Moving ECB with PM for Application of Railway Vehicle)

  • The railway ECB(Eddy Current Brake) is used for high speed vehicle of railway like as TGV, ICE, JR-500 because it has stable braking force at high speed. But it is not effective at low speed and it is difficult to save energy due to the excitation of electro-magnet. Although ECB with permanent magnet is used for roller-coaster, it can not control the braking force without clutch. In this paper, the shield moving ECB with PM is proposed for application of railway vehicle. The angle of shield can be changed for various braking force. It changes the flux amount from PM, then the braking force will be reduced. The brake of 800W is simulated by using the software, "Ansoft Maxwell". The characteristics of braking will be shown by the shapes of magnet, disk and various speeds.

  • It needs several large reservoirs and long time to remove suspended solid like steel fines and iron oxide in hot rolling coolant. If removing rate of suspended solid in rolling coolant is improved by using high gradient magnetic separation (HGMS) system, the productivity of working process can be increased and the area of reservoir can be reduced. Pre-treatment process that react magnetic floc with inorganic and organic flocculant in coolant was studied. Horizontal type superconducting HGMS system was manufactured successfully, which was constituted with automatic filter transportation apparatus, 6 T He-free superconducting magnet system and water circulation system. The solid suspension removal ratio in hot rolling coolant was increased by flocculation with inorganic and organic flocculant.

  • With the emergence of high-integration array and large area panel process, the need to minimize the generation of particles in the field of semiconductor, LCD and OLED has grown. As an alternative to the conventional roller system, a contactless magnetic conveyor has been proposed to reduce the generation of particles. An EM-PM hybrid which is one of magnetic levitation types is already proposed for the conveyor system. One of problems pointed out with this approach is the vibration caused by the dynamic interaction between conveyor and rail. To reduce the vibration, the introduction of a secondary suspension system which aims to decouple the levitation electromagnet from the main body is proposed. The objective of this study is to develop a dynamic model for the magnetically levitated conveyor, and to investigate the effect of the introduced suspension system. An integrated model of levitation system and rail based on 3D multibody dynamic model is proposed. With the proposed model, the dynamic characteristics of maglev conveyor system are analyzed, and the effect of the secondary suspension and the stiffness and damping are investigated.
