체외성숙과 수정된 돼지 난자의 체외발달능이 체외배발생 배양액인 NCSU 배양액에 0.4% BSA, 10% 혈청 혹은 아미노산 (2% BME 아미노산 용액과 1% MEM 아미노산 용액)을 첨가함으로서 조사되었다. 본 실험에 공시된 난자는 체외수정 추 30시간 (2-세포기)혹은 48 시간 ($2{\sim}4$-세포기)에 회수하였다. 실험I에서 0.4% BSA가 첨가된 NCSU 배양액에서 2-세포기 난자들의 배양경과시간에 따른 발달능을 조사한 결과, 배양 후 72 시간 (체외수정 후 102 시간)에 상실배기와 배반포기 배가 나타났으며, 배양 후 120 시간째 (체외수정 후 150 시간)에도 팽창된 배반포기 배까지만 발달하였다. 실험II는 체외수정 후 48 시간의 분할된 ($2{\sim}8$-세포기) 난자들의 핵과 외관적 분할구와의 수적 차이를 조사한 결과, $2{\sim}4$-세포기보다는 5-세포기 이상에서 핵과 분할구의 조화에 차이가 많았다. 실험III에서는 $2{\sim}4$-세포기 난자들을 배양후 5일째의 배반포들의 투명대의 두께, 난자 크기 그리고 inner cell mass (ICM)과 trophectoderm (TE)의 세포 배열을 조사한 결과, 난자의 크기가 커짐에 따라서 투명대가 얇아지고 전체 세포수가 증가하였지만, ICM의 비율은 차이가 없었다. 실험IV에서는 BSA, 혈청 혹은 아미노산이 첨가 혹은 무첨가된 배양액내에서 $2{\sim}4$-세포기 난자들의 배반포 후 부화능력을 조사한 결과, 모든 군에 있는 난자들은 팽창된 배반포기 배까지 발달할 수 있었던 반면, 난자의 부화는 아미노산 혹은 혈청이 포함된 배양액에서만 일어났다. 더우기 상실배기와 배반포기 시기에 혈청의 첨가는 부화 배반포기 배의 발달을 현저히 증가시켰다. 또한 아미노산과 혈청의 영향을 받은 팽창 배반포기 배는 얇은 투명대, 팽창된 난자의 크기 그리고 ICM과 전체 세포수의 증가를 보였다. 이상의 결과로 미루어 볼때, 배양액내에 대한 아미노산과 혈청의 첨가는 돼지 배반포기 배의 부화를 유도할 수 있다고 보며, 더우기 이들 요소들은 투명대의 두께, 난자의 크기 그리고 ICM과 전체 세포수에 영향을 미친다.

In addition to classical triad such as gait disturbance, urinary incontinence and dementia, parkinsonian extrapyramidal motor signs and neuropsychiatric symptoms can be observed in patients with normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH). In our case, a 46 year old female patient showed extrapyramidal symptoms such as bradykinesia, rigidity and neuropsychiatric symptoms such as agitation, anxiety, restlessness and regressed behavior beside two(gait disturbance & urinary incontinence) symptoms of three classical triad. It was difficult to diagnose this patient as NPH from the beginning because of her relatively young age and previous psychiatric mediation history for controlling advanced anxiety and affective disorder. Antiparkinsonian agents and discontinuation of psychiatric medications did not work for this patient. Patient's brain computed tomographic finding showed enlarged ventricles. We suspected NPH and did empirical drainage of 30mL CSF. Finally, patient's pyramidal and neuropsychiatric symptoms as well as two of three classical triad of NPH were improved dramatically within several days. It is important to consider NPH as one of the differential diagnosis in patient with parkinsonian symptoms and various neuropsychiatric symptoms who did not respond to usual clinical management especially in case of ventricular enlargement in neuroimaging because of its treatable property by CSF shunt operation.

This thesis analyzed the correlation between the psychological characteristics of adolescents and the use of games in the first year students of the national high school in 2016. The game is one of the representative entertainment industries in Korea and is an industry that has a great influence on becoming a powerhouse as cultural contents. However, games and immersion are expressed as a negative vocabulary of game addiction and are referred to as social problems and youth problems, and they give negative perception to the content of games. All users have the right to enjoy the content, but only negative words are used in poisonous games and they are packed as if they are social problems. In the present study, many emotional problems that were derived from previous studies were not related to game use in general adolescents. Through the questions related to 'depression', students who are not motivated or energy. The results of this study are as follows. First, the positive effects of game and youth emotional problems were derived through the conclusion that students who are active and emotionally bright are more likely to use game contents. This study was conducted to help change the social perception of the game positively by breaking the social fixed point of view that the emotionally troubled adolescents engage with the game and cause social problems.

The purpose of this research is to positively analyze the self-efficacy and the impact of self-management on business performance, and to help improve self-efficacy and business performance through self-management of beauty professionals. The analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis, and as a result, there was a positive (+) correlation between self-management, self-regulation, and challenge. There was a statistically significant positive (+) effect on business performance, environmental performance, customer performance, and market performance, and self-efficacy had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on job performance, environmental performance, customer performance, and market performance. Was found to appear. Therefore, I hope that it will be an opportunity to contribute to self-efficacy and management performance through qualitative improvement in self-management.

Average life expectancy is getting longer due to medical developments and improvements in living standards. So much so that the elderly have an increased risk of developing osteoporosis. Therefore, it is important to prevent, diagnose, and treat the senile disease at an early stage through a bone density test. Bone density is measured by dual energy X-ray absorption (DXA). In this study, while using DXA, in cases when the measurements for both the lumbar and the femur could not be taken simultaneously, the correlation between both measurements were known, and the measurement of one area was used to make a clinical inference for the value of the other. Measurements were taken using Lunar Prodigy Advance (GE) for 43 participant with clinically significant fractures. Statistical calculations were produced and analysed regarding bone density. In case of T-score, lumbar spine produced a statistical result of $-2.112{\pm}1.836$ and femur neck was $-1.716{\pm}1.565$. In case of Z-score lumbar spine produced a statistical result of $-0.151{\pm}1.513$, and femur neck $-0.026{\pm}1.283$. It is indicated that the pearson correlation coefficient of T-score between lumbar spine and femur neck is high at 0.699, and the pearson correlation coefficient of Z-score is considered relatively high at 0.503. The correlation of bone density between lumbar spine and femur neck is shown to be statistically meaningful in T-score's p-value at 0.000 and Z-score's p-value at 0.001. In conclusion, it seems to have clinical usefulness that we can infer the result of one measurement through that of the other part tested, based on the knowledge of the correlation coefficients between lumbar spine and femur neck.

The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of the location and the spatial composition of Uireung that is located in Seokgwan-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, in order to understand the landscape architectural characteristics. The results are as follows. First, Uireung is 6.4km from Changdeokgung Palace and 5.5km from Heunginjimun Gate. It did not violate the distance standard (40km) for the royal tombs according to Joseon Dynasty Neung-won Myo-je. Second, Uireung is in harmony with the nature and shows the authoritative characteristics of the royal authority through the spatial composition and rank(Entrance Area, Ceremonial Area, Burial Area). Third, there are burial mound, stone sheep, stone tiger, stone table, stone watch pillars in the upper platform, and stone civil official, stone horse, stone lantern in the middle platform, and stone military official, stone horse in the lower platform, and T-shape shrine, worship road in the ceremonial area. There is no pond and a tomb keeper residence, but the position, size, and form can be approximated through historical research materials. There are a colony of pine trees around the burial mound and 64 species of trees such as pine tree, zelcova tree, and fir tree below the burial mound.

In recent times, the number of men with late-onset hypogonadism has increased, and interest on this topic has also increased. This study was conducted to investigate effects of the mixture extract of Fructus amomi Amari, Eucommiae cortex, Bombyx batryticatus on improve late-onset hypogonadism. The experimental subjects consisted of three groups: a control group consisting of 8-week-old male ICR mice that had undergone no treatment, an aging-elicited group (AE group) consisting of 50-week-old ICR male mice that had undergone no treatment, and a Mixed herbal extract treatment group (MT group) consisting of 50-week-old ICR male mice that had undergone the mixture extract of Fructus amomi Amari, Eucommiae cortex, Bombyx batryticatus treatment (0.1 g/kg/day) for 6 months. After the experiment, the mice from all the experimental groups were dissected, and they were analyzed through histochemical and immunohistochemical methods. The mixture extract of Fructus amomi Amari, Eucommiae cortex, Bombyx batryticatus reduces aging-induced cell damage and oxidative stress and increases the secretion of serotonin and B-endorphin in aged mice, and promotes spermatogenesis in seminiferous tubules and reduces apoptosis and oxidative stress, and increases androgen receptor, $17{\beta}-HSD$ and GnRH, increases the ratio of smooth muscle to collagen fibers in the corpus cavernosum, increases eNOS, decreases PDE-5 and oxidative stress in aged mice, so it improves depression, reproductive, sexual problems caused by Late-onset hypogonadism. the mixture extract of Fructus amomi Amari, Eucommiae cortex, Bombyx batryticatus inhibits the induction of osteoporosis by increasing decreased bone matrix distribution due to aging, increasing the activities of OPC and OPN, which are produced in osteoblasts, and decreasing RANKL, MMP-3 activity, increasing OPG activity. It also reduces muscle damage, oxidative stress, inflammation and apoptosis of muscle tissue, and increases Myo-D in the sartorius muscle of aged mice for improving muscle atrophy caused by by Late-onset hypogonadism.

In contrast to standard train tracks, tramlines are often set along public roads, with trams running among pedestrians and other vehicles. In some cities and towns, trams and buses share the same routes and stations. Under the current investment appraisal system, trams are classified into light rail when predicting traffic demand and calculating benefits, but in the case of non-capital areas, it is notable that the origin-destination and transit lines of buses are not provided in the Korea Transport Database distribution data. Due to this problem, it is difficult to reflect proper mode changing behaviors between route buses and trams. This study examines the impact on tramlines of bus routes that are not currently considered in non-capital areas. Following an analysis of the effect of tram projects according to whether bus routes are considered or not, an improvement in methodology is proposed. Through this study, it is expected that the investment appraisal system for the planning of new tramlines will be improved in the future.

This study aims to investigate the changes in health status of inpatients before and after a fall accident, and it is a retrospective study using data from 328 inpatients who fell from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2020, reported to the patient safety reporting system. The average age of the study subjects was 68.57(±14.13), and those in their 70s accounted for the most at 30.49%. Falls occurred on average 13.86(±25.03) days after hospitalization, and the time when the most falls occurred was between 22:30 and 06:59 with 42.99%. Before and after a fall during hospitalization, bowel problems (x²=314.0, p<.001), urination problems (x²=284.0, p<.001), intravenous fluid therapy (x²=85.16, p<.001), and walking (x²=69.77. p<.001), bedridden state (x²=51.60, p< .001), mental state and performance (x²=17.52, p<.001) patient's attitude (x²=220.17, p<.001), there was a statistically significant difference. It is necessary to develop an appropriate method and education program for fall prevention in hospital by considering the individual characteristics of inpatient.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of black consumer behavior perception on the anger expression and turnover intention of beauty workers. For data collection, the final 392 copies were used by distributing questionnaires to 400 people for three months from November 1, 2021 to January 31, 2022, centering on beauty service workers in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon. For data analysis, SPSS 25.0 program was used. Frequency analysis was performed to identify demographic characteristics, and factor analysis and reliability analysis were performed to understand the validity of the measurement tool. Correlation analysis, A regression analysis was performed. As a result of the analysis, the transient and deterrence of black consumers had a positive (+) effect on anger expression, anger suppression, and turnover intention, and anger expression and anger control had a positive (+) effect on turnover intention. Therefore, it is necessary to raise excessive problems of black consumers or eradicate forced services, and it is believed that proper customer response methods and programs for stress relief should be provided by members.
