K-Means 알고리즘은 구현이 쉽고, 패턴수가 n일 때 시간 복잡도가 O(n)인 장점을 가져 대용량 데이터에서 널리 이용된다. 그러나, K-Means 알고리즘은 초기 클러스터 중심을 어떻게 선정하는가에 따라 할당-재계산 횟수, 클러스터링 결과를 결정짓는다. 본 논문에서는 K-Means 알고리즘에서 클러스터 초기 중심 선정 연구를 살펴보고 계통임의추출법을 적용하여 K-Means 초기 중심 선정 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 대용량 데이터의 클러스터링 시간을 감소하고 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있다.

본 논문은 해상 교통량 증가로 급증하는 선박 사고 위험을 줄이기 위해 안전 운항을 위한 대규모 선박 궤적 클러스터링을 제안한다. 선박의 위도와 경도, 이름 및 상태, 속도, 선수 방향 등이 기록된 대용량의 데이터집합을 바탕으로 선박 궤적 클러스터링을 통해 총 2개의 선박 대표 궤적을 추출한다. 해당 선박의 이전까지의 대표 궤적, 그리고 해당 해상의 모든 선박의 대표 궤적을 추출한 후 현재 해당 선박의 궤적패턴과 비교하여 유사하지 않으면 Outlier로 판별하여 이상 거동 및 불규칙 움직임, 충돌상황을 대비할 수 있도록 의사결정에 도움을 줄 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안하였다.

In this paper, we suggested new additional data transmission technology for T-DMB system using MOK-SS(Mary Orthogonal Keying- Spread Spectrum)mapping method. We applied revised watermarking method of TxID(Transmitter Identification) technology mainly had been used for conventional ATSC-DTV(Advanced Television Systems Committee - Digital TV). And proposed schemes enhanced additional data rate using MOK-SS mapping method. We certified availability of our proposed technology by using various simulation and error rate performance analysis.

Treatment with low-dose follicle-stimulating hormone and laparoscopic laser vaporization is associated with a high rate of ovulation in anovulatory women with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), but it is not clear which is better. We undertook a randomized controlled study to compare the effects of urinary FSH and hMG using a low dose regimen and laparoscopic laser vaporization of ovaries in sixty women with PCOS. Ovulation occured in 65% subjects and in 71.1% of cycles induced with FSH and in 70% of women and 76% of cycles of those treated with hMG and in 80% of women in laparoscopic laser vaporization of ovaries. A single dominant follicle developed in 62.2% (FSH) and 60% (hMG) of cycles, respectively. Eight singleton pregnancies occured in FSH, hMG group and 12 singleton pregnancies occured in laparoscopic laser vaporization. This study shows that selected patients with PCOS and by induced to ovulate and subsequently conceive by laparoscopically partially vaporizing their ovaries with laser energy.

Objectives : In this study, we investigated the immunomodulatory and antioxidant effect of MOK, a pharmacopuncture medicine, in concanavalin A (Con A)-stimulated mouse splenocytes. Methods : Primary splenocytes were isolated from ICR mice. The splenocytes were treated with MOK extract (1.25, 2.5, 5, 10, and 20 mg/mL) for 30 min and then stimulated with Con A (200 ng/mL) for the indicated times. Cell viability of the splenocytes was measured using an MTT assay. The mRNA expression of Th1/Th2 cytokines ($IFN-{\gamma}$, IL-4, IL-10, and Foxp3) and antioxidant enzymes (HO-1 and MnSOD) was measured by RT-PCR. Results : Addition of MOK extract at 2.5, 5, and 10 mg/mL in Con A-stimulated splenocytes significantly decreased the production of $IFN-{\gamma}$ and significantly increased the expression of IL-4, IL-10, and Foxp3 mRNA. MOK extract also increased the mRNA expression of HO-1 and MnSOD in splenocytes. Conclusion : MOK extract modulated the Th1/Th2 immune response via the regulation of cytokine levels in splenocytes and exerted an antioxidant effect via the upregulation of antioxidant proteins.

Seventy-two patients initiated intrauterine insemination between March 1989 and March 1990. Indication for the intrauterine insemination included abnormal semen, poor cervical mucus, presents of sperm antibody, unexplained, poor postcoital test and endometriosis. During this time period, 216 inseminations were performed and resulted in twenty four pregnancies in the 72 patients receiving artificial insemination by homologous donor for an overall pregnancy rate of 33.3%. Where pergonal treatment was followed by insemination, a significantly greater pregnancy per cycle was achieved. It is therefore suggested that a trial if induction of multiple follicular development be performed on coulpes with male-related or unexplained infertility before inclusion in protocols for invasive procedures, such as IVF or GIFT.

Two Monascus purpureus genomes lack the monacolin K biosynthesis locus (mok), while Monascus species are generally assumed to be monacolin K producers. These M. purpureus harbor a fusion of mokA and mokB orthologues. This finding suggests that an ancestral mok locus underwent a deletion event in the M. purpureus genome.

The objective of this study was to identify and to interpret the word nam ja mok kai(南子木蓋) in Keirim Yusa(鷄林類事). Comparative linguistic analytical approaches ware employed for this research. Results and findings, of this study can be summarized as follows: It was fond that similar words to jamok kai(子木蓋) of Koryo were in Mongolic, Manchuric as well as in Hebrew. Thus, the word nam ja mok kai(南子木蓋) is not reversed word of nam mok ja kai(南子木蓋). The word jamokkai and the meaning of it were derived from Hebrew.
