Objective : This study was designed to evaluate the effect of Miso Facial Acupuncture on Orbicularis Oculi muscle. Methods : Two men and four women with Facial nerve palsy were recruited. Miso Facial Acupuncture on Orbicularis Oculi muscle was performed two times a week for three weeks. The effects of the treatment were evaluated by H-B scale, Y-system and clinical symptom. Results : Before treatment with Miso Facial Acupuncture, three patients showed H-B scale improvement and the other three patients had no change. and four patients showed Y-system improvement and the other two patients had no change. In six cases, the patients had improvement in clinical symptom related with Orbicularis Oculi muscle function. Conclusion : Miso Facial Acupuncture on Orbicularis Oculi muscle showed significant improvement in facial nerve palsy.

전통적인 무선 통신 시스템에서 주된 전력의 소모는 송신 전력이다. 따라서 최근에는 에너지가 제한된 무선 네트워크에 대한 많은 연구가 집중되고 있다. 예를 들어, 다중입력 다중출력 구조나 다중 안테나 통신 기술은 무선 시스템 및 네트워크에서 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 무선 네트워크에서 Go-back-N ARQ 기법을 적용한 MISO 시스템의 비트 오율과 처리율 성능을 분석하였고 MISO 기반의 무선 네트워크에서 에너지 소모를 SISO 기반의 무선 네트워크와 비교하였다. 얻어진 결과를 통하여 스마트한 시스템 디자인으로 이루어진 무선 네트워크에서 Go-back-N ARQ 기법을 적용한 MISO 시스템의 적용가능성을 보여준다.

Objectives : Miso facial rejuvenation acupuncture is a Korean medical treatment technique for face lifting. The authors aimed to evaluate the effects of Miso facial rejuvenation acupuncture on facial skin furrows. Methods : 11 patients who made first visits to Hyo-Jun Korean Medical Clinic from October 1, 2009 to October 25, 2009 were each given one-time treatment of Miso facial rejuvenation acupuncture treatment. A portable fluorescent dermal diagnostic equipment, ECOSKIN, was used to measure extraocular skin furrows and perioral skin furrows width and depth before and after treatment. Results : Mean width and depth of both the extraocular and perioral skin furrows decreased after one-time Miso facial rejuvenation acupuncture treatment. Extraocular skin furrow width, depth, and perioral skin furrow width showed statistically significant decreases(p=0.003, 0.017, 0.041 respectively). Conclusions : Mean depth and width of both the extraocular and perioral skin furrows decreased after receiving Miso facial rejuvenation acupuncture treatment. Miso facial rejuvenation acupuncture may be an effective treatment for improving wrinkles in clinic.

부분 최소자승회귀, 균형 잡힌 realization, 균형 잡힌 truncation을 결합함으로써, MIMO 상태공간 모델의 모델인식을 위한 효과적인 방법이 개발되었다. 개발된 방법에서 MIMO 시스템은 고차 ARX 모델로 표현되는 다중 MISO 시스템으로 분해된다. 이 때, ARX 모델의 파라미터는 부분 최소자승회귀에 의해 추정된다. 그 후, realization을 통해 각각의 MISO ARX 전달함수에 대한 MISO 상태공간 모델이 만들어지며, MIMO 상태공간 모델로 결합된다. 최종적으로, 균형 잡힌 realization과 균형 잡힌 truncation을 통해 최소의 균형 잡힌 MIMO 상태공간 모델이 얻어진다. 제안된 방법은 고압 $CO_2$ 용해도 측정 실험 장치의 온도제어를 위한 모델 예측 제어의 설계에 적용되었다.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to know the satisfaction of Miso Facial Acupuncture on thirty-one case. Method : Thirty-one patients(more than third treatment) answer the question, It include age, sex, purpose, the number of treatment time, degree of satisfaction, so on. And I study satisfaction of ages, treatment time, treatment purpose. Results and conclusion : Among the thirty-one patients, 83.37% satisfacted the treatment result. and They will admonish the other peaple to treat Miso Facial Acupuncture. Miso Facial Acupuncture is includuced of one of as an effective therapy to the for skin disease such as freckles, acness, facial palsy and facial dissymmetry.

With the rapid growth of new users and massive need for very high data rate in 5G communications system, different technologies have been developed and applied to enhance communication efficiency. One of those technologies is the MISO, MISO and MIMO which transmits and receives information with more reliability by using multiple antennas on transmitter or/and receiver side. This paper presents the latest trends in 5G telecommunications system based on software defined radio, A novel low-cost SIMO, MISO and MIMO using flexibility between USRP and Simulink is implemented tested and validated.

본 논문은 차세대 유럽형 디지털 지상파 시스템으로 알려진 DVB-T2 시스템의 MISO(Multi Input Single Output)전송 모드에서의 BER (Bits Error Rate) 성능을 시뮬레이션을 통해 분석하였다. ETSI EN 302 755 표준에 따라 제작된 Full 시뮬레이터를 통해 실험을 수행하였으며, 수신기는 demapper가 LDPC 채널 디코더로부터 전달되는 a priori 정보를 이용하여 LLR(Log Likelihood Ratio) 값을 계산하는 IDD(Iterative Demapping and Decoder) 기술을 사용하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 16QAM, R=1/2(short 프페임)에서 IDD를 적용할 경우, BER=$10^{-4}$에서 2dB의 이득이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 안테나 사이의 주파수 오프셋 영향으로 성능 열화가 발생함을 확인할 수 있었다.

Object : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of Miso Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture on Facial Palsy Sequela. Miso Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture is an Korean medical treatment technique used for face lifting and facial disease. Method : We tereated a male patients who has Facial palsy sequela include contraction, spasm, synkinesis with Miso Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture. The treatment was performed one times a week for thirteen times. The effects of the treatment were evaluated VAS(visual analogue scale). Result : After the treatment the grade of VAS was decreased and clinical symptoms were gradually disappaered. Conclusion : Miso Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture showed improvement in sequela of facial palsy.

The purpose of this study was to estimate skin care effect of Miso Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture with the facial skin photographing system and ultrasonography. 4 Patients who made first visits to Daegu Oriental Hospital of Daegu Hanny University from August 7, 2009 to August 12, 2009 were each given five-times treatments of Miso Facial Rejuvenation Acupunture. The facial skin photography of each participant was checked two times-pretreatment, posttreatment-using the facial skin photographing system and ultrasonography. The squares and counts of 2parts of facial winkles and thickness of masseter muscle were measured for each one. The squares and counts of facial wrinkles were decreased. The thickness of masseter muscle were decreased. On this study, we could evaluate the wrinkle treatment effects and reduction of masseter muscle of Miso Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture by an objective method. Miso Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture has notable effect in wrinkle treatment and reduction of masseter muscle. As though we had not wide experience in this treatment, more research is needed.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to estimate the wrinkle treatment effect of Miso Facial Acupuncture with the facial skin photographing system. Methods : Six middle-aged women with no diseases were recruited. Miso Facial Acupuncture, a total ten times was performed three times a week. The facial skin photograph of each participant was checked two times-pretreatment, posttreatment-using the facial skin photographing system. Both squares and counts of wrinkles in the facial 3 parts were measured for each one. Results : Both squares and counts of wrinkles were decreased on average. The improvement of lower eyelid were the best of all. And the wrinkles of outside of lip were reduced a little. Conclusions : in this study, we could evaluate the wrinkle treatment effects of Miso Facial Acupuncture by an objective and scientific method. Miso Facial Acupuncture has notable effect in wrinkle treatment. As though we had not wide experiences in this treatment, more researches are needed.
