In this paper, It was reported the dielectric constant in organic inorganic hybrid silica material such as SiOC film modeling of bond structure by annealing in organic properties. The organic inorganic hybrid silica material were deposited using bis-trimethylsilymethane (BTMSM, [(CH3)3Si]2CH2) and oxygen gas precursor by a plasma chemical vapor deposition (CVD). The organic inorganic hybrid silica material have three types according to the deposition condition. The dielectric constant of the films were performed MIS(Al/Si-O-C film/p-Si) structure. The C 1s spectra in organin inorganic silica materials with the flow rate ratio of O2/BTMSM=1.5 was organometallic carbon with the peak 282.9 eV by XPS. It means that organometallic carbon component is the cross-link bonding structure with good stability. The dielectric constant was the lowest at annealed films with cross-link bonding structure.

The effect of $NH_3$ plasma treatment on device characteristics was confirmed for an optimized thin film transistor of poly-Si formed by ELA. When C-V curve was checked for MIS (metal-insulator-silicon), Dit of $NH_3$ plasma treated and MIS was $2.7{\times}10^{10}cm^{-2}eV^{-1}$. Also in the TFT device case, it was decreased to the sub-threshold slope of 0.5 V/decade, 1.9 V of threshold voltage and improved in $26cm^2V^{-1}S^{-1}$ of mobility. Si-N and Si-H bonding reduced dangling bonding to each interface. When gate bias stress was applied, the threshold voltage's shift value of $NH_3$ plasma treated device was 0.58 V for 1,000s, 1.14 V for 3,600s, 1.12 V for 7,200s. As we observe from this quality, electrical stability was also improved and $NH_3$ plasma treatment was considered effective for passivation.

This paper proposes an algorithm that proves an NP-complete 4-color theorem by employing a linear time complexity where $O(n)$. The proposed algorithm accurately halves the vertex set V of the graph $G=(V_1,E_1)$ into the Maximum Independent Set (MIS) $\bar{C_1}$ and the Minimum Vertex Cover Set $C_1$. It then assigns the first color to $\bar{C_1}$ and the second to $\bar{C_2}$, which, along with $C_2$, is halved from the connected graph $G=(V_2,E_2)$, a reduced set of the remaining vertices. Subsequently, the third color is assigned to $\bar{C_3}$, which, along with $C_3$, is halved from the connected graph $G=(V_3,E_3)$, a further reduced set of the remaining vertices. Lastly, denoting $C_3$ as $\bar{C_4}$, the algorithm assigns the forth color to $\bar{C_4}$. The algorithm has successfully obtained the chromatic number ${\chi}(G)=4$ with 100% probability, when applied to two actual map and two planar graphs. The proposed "four color algorithm", therefore, could be employed as a general algorithm to determine four-color for planar graphs.

This study investigated whether people experience a correspondence between color hue-tone and the main characters' emotions in the 2012 British musical drama film, Les $Mis\grave{e}rables$ through three practical experiments. Six screen images, which represent the characters' different emotions (Parrot's six primary types including love, joy, surprise, anger, sadness, and fear) were selected. For each screen image, participants were asked to judge the degree of the character's dominant emotions evoked from 17 varied screen images, which consisted of original chromatic and achromatized images as well as 15 color-filtered images (5 hues X 3 tones of the IRI color system). These tasks revealed that a chromatic color scheme is more effective to deliver the characters' positive emotions (i.e. love and joy) than an achromatic one. In addition, they proved that the hue and tone dimensions partially influence the relationships between the character emotions and colors.

Minimal invasive surgery (MIS) has rapidly gained acceptance for the management of a wide variety of pediatric diseases. A questionnaire was sent to all members of the Korean Association of Pediatric Surgeons. Thirty one members (25.4%) took part in the survey that included data for the year 2012: demographic details, opinion regarding minimal invasive surgery and robotic surgery, spectrum of minimally invasive operations, and quantity of procedures. 48.4% of the respondents had more than 10 years experience, 35.5% less than 10 years experience, and 16.1 % had no experience. The respondents of the recommend MIS and perform MIS for surgical procedures are as follow; inguinal hernia (61.3%), simple appendicitis (87.1%), complicated appendicitis (80.6%), reduction of intussusceptions (83.9%), pyloromyotomy (90.3%), fundoplication (96.8%), biopsy and corrective surgery of Hirschsprung's disease (93.5%/90.3%), imperforate anus (77.4%), congenital diaphragmatic hernia (80.6%), and esophageal atresia (74.2%). The MIS procedures with more than 70% were lung resection (100%), cholecystectomy (100%), appendectomy (96.2%), ovarian torsion (86.7%), fundoplication (86.8%), hiatal hernia repair (82.6%), and splenectomy (71.4%). The MIS procedures with less than 30% were congenial diaphragmatic hernia reapir (29.6%), esophageal atresia (26.2%), correction of malroatation (24.4%), inguinal hernia repair (11.4%), anorectal malformation (6.8%), Kasai operation (3.6%).

A steadily consolidated conglomerate formation (CCF) is developed thickly around Tabjeong-ri and Janghang-ri to the east of Tohamsan, Gyeongju City. The CCF has been regarded to a basal conglomerate, Cheonbug Conglomerate, of the Yonil Group by Tateiwa (1924). Son et al. (2000) correlated the CCF to the Songjeon Formation, which occupies the southwestern block of Tertiary Waup Basin. However, the Songjeon Formation stratigraphically does not face to the extension of the CCF. OSL (Optically Stimulated Luminescence) data on the reddish brown to bluish gray psammitic layers, which are intercalated in the CCF, yielded to 85∼92 ka. Therefore, the age of CCF constrains to the last interglacial stage (MIS 5c-5e) rather than the Early Miocene Cheonbug Conglomerate. The Late Pleistocene Tohamsan Formation (TF) is newly named to the CCF and is subdivided to megabreccias and boulders. A rectangular basin, in which the TF is accumulated, is bounded by Oedong and Yonil faults (segments of Yonil Tectonic Line) and is given a name of Toham Basin. Neotectonically, Pliocene EW-transpression gave an effect of the top-up-to-the-west reverse faulting and the accompanied normal fault movement during the last interglacial age (ca. 100 ka). The basin is graben type, in which basin fills are composed of collapsed colluvial deposits, TF.

이온이나 플라즈마를 사용해서 박막형성이나 MBE진공증착법에 비해서 분자배열이나 고차구조의 제어 및 그의 다양성에 있어서 LB법에 대한 기대가 크다. 특히 습식법인 점에서 생체기능을 짜넣을 수 있는 분자소자의 개발에는 불가능하다. 역으로 생체분자의 자기조직화나 정보전달기능을 분자 Level로 이해하는 점에서도 LB법은 중요하다고 본다. 또 저차원자성체 전도체 여기자등 물리량에 의한 차원성을 고찰하는 점에서도 LB막의 거동이 주목되고 있다. 또 자발분극된 강유전성의 고분자 즉 Poly등의 박막에 광조사를 하면 광생성된 캐리어가 내부전계에 따라서 이동하고 ~$10^{4}$V 정도의 높은 광기전력을 발생시키는 것도 나타났다. 얻어진 전류는 단지 초전효과를 상회하고 광전류라고 할 수 있다. 쇼트키형 소자의 금속-반도체의 절연막층을 MIS형이라고 하며 특성이 향상된다. SnO$_{2}$/NiPc/Polyethylene막/Al형 광전지가 만들어졌다. 광전변환막이 다양한 목적에 사용되리라 사료되며 지금은 초기 연구단계이나 실용화하는데는 많은 시간이 소요되나 간단한 디바이스 등과 같은 것은 제작이 가능할 것이며 광에너지로 힌한 화학, 전기, 역학 에너지로 변환되는 데는 시간 문제인것 같다. 1년간 일본 동경공업대학 생명이공학부에서 연구한 내용을 정리하여 보았으며 이에 협조하여 주신 문교부 학술진흥재단에 감사드리며 또 등평연구실에 감사드린다.

Since silicon having a band gap energy of about 1.12 eV are limited to a maximum operating temperature of less than 250 ℃, the sample with MIS structure based on the SiC substrate of wide-band gap energy was manufactured and the hydrogen response characteristics at high temperatures were investigated. The dielectric layer applied here is a tantalum oxide layer that is highly permeable to hydrogen gas and shows stability at high temperatures. It was formed by RTO at a temperature of 900 ℃ with tantalum. The thickness, depth profiles, and leakage current of the tantalum oxide layer were analyzed through TEM, SIMS, and leakage current characteristics. For the hydrogen gas response characteristics, the capacitance change characteristics were investigated in the temperature range from room temperature to 400 ℃ for hydrogen gas concentrations from 0 to 2,000 ppm. As a result, it was confirmed that the sample exhibited excellent sensitivity and a response time of about 60 seconds.

The fluvia(thalassostatic) terraces have been developed among the lower Yeongsan river, near the southwestern coastal region of Korean peninsula. These thalassostatic terraces could be classified into 3 surface, i. e., Yeongsan 32m, 18m, and 10m surface, in desending order, according to the relative heights from the river floor. Yeongsan 32m, 18m and 10m surfaces were corresponded to the mMT3, mLT1 and mLT2 surfaces of Choi(2003), respectively. It was revealed that the mLT1 surface was the marine terraces which had been formed in the Last Interglacial culmination period(oxygen isotope stage 5e) in the southeastern coast of Korean peninsula.

Acid-labile subunit(ALS) is a 85-kDa glycosylated plasma protein which forms a 150-kDa ternary complex with 7.5-kDa insulin-like growth factor(IGF) and 40~45-kDa IGF-binding protein-3. In a previous study, the present authors prepared a porcine ALS(pALS) expression construct by inserting a pALS coding sequence into a plasmid vector following synthesis of the sequence by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). The expression construct, however, was subsequently found to have a mis-sense mutation at two bases of the pALS coding sequence which is presumed to have occurred through a PCR error. In the present study, the correct coding sequence was synthesized by the site-directed mutagenesis and inserted into the pET-28a(+) plasmid expression vector containing the His-tag sequence flanking the last codon of the insert DNA. After induction of the expression construct in E. coli BL21(DE3) cells, the resulting presumptive recombinant peptide was purified by the Ni-affinity chromatography. Upon SDS- PAGE, the affinity-purified peptide was resolved as a single band at a 66-kDa position which is consistent with the expected molecular mass of the presumptive recombinant pALS. Collectively, results indicate that a recombinant pALS peptide was successfully expressed and purified in the present study.
