A Study on the Electrical Properties of PBLG and PBDG monolayers (PBLG와 PBDG단분자막의 전기특성에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, the study on development of electrical and electronic device is done to get miniature, high degrees of integration and efficiency by using inorganic materials, the study of Langmuir-Boldgett(LB) method that uses organic materials because of the limitation for the ultra small size. In this paper, detected displacement current using PBLG and PBDG, deposition and observed the electrical characteristics to each 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 layers by LB method. Maximum value of change ratio of displacement current by the detected speed and temperature appeared almost lineally, could confirm that it are in comparison relation each other speed-temperature and displacement current. The structure of manufactured device is MIM. Also, we then examined of the MIM device by means of I-V. The I-V characteristic of the device is measured from 0 to +2[V]. The insulation property of a thin film is better as the distance between electrodes is larger.

The structure of MIM(Metal-Insulator-Metal) device is Cr-Au/ PBLG/ Al. the number of accumulated layers are 1, 3, 5, 7, 9. The I-V characteristic of the device is measured from 0[V] to 2[V] and the characteristic of current-time of the devices. We have investigated the capacitance because PBLG system have a accumulated layers the maximum value of measured current is increased as the number of accumulated layers are decreased. The capacitor properties of a thin film is better as the distance between electrodes is smaller. The results have shown the insulating materials and could control the conductivity by accumulated layers.

  • This paper, experiment manufactures device of Metal/Poly-${\gamma}$ Benzyl $_D$-GlutamateOrganic Films/Metal structure using PBDG and I-V properties and C-F properties. The I-V characteristic is measured that approve voltage from 0 to +2[V] of device and the distance between electrode is larger, could know that small current flow and thin film could know that had insulation property. C-F characteristic has each other affinity between the polarization amount and frequency. Permittivity of MIM device could know by dipole that is voluntary polarization of LB film that polarization is happened. The capacitor properties of a thin film is better as the distance between electrodes is smaller.

  • LB method is one of the most interesting technique to arrange certain molecular groups at precise position relative to others. Also, the LB deposition technique can fabricate extremely thin organic films with a high degree of control over their thickness and molecular architecture. In this way, new thin film materials can be built up at the molecular level, and the relationship between these artificial structures and the properties of materials can be explored. In this paper, evaluation of physical properties was made for dielectric relaxation phenomena by the detection of the surface pressures and displacements current on the monolayer films of phospolipid monomolecular DLPC. Lipid thin films were manufacture by detecting deposition for the accumulation and the current was measured after the electric bias was applied across the manufactured MIM device. It is found that the phospolipid monolayer of dielectric relaxation takes a little time and depend on the molecular area. When electric bias is applied across the manufactured MIM device by the deposition condition of phospolipid mono-layer, it wasn't breakdown when the higher electric field to impress by increase of deposition layers.

  • 전기전자산업에 유기분자집합체에 대한 전자 device적 기능을 갖게 하는 초전막형성 기술의 하나로서 LB막이 이용되게 된다. 10여년전에 만들어 대기중에 방치되었던 Langmuir Blodgett(LB) 초전막 시료에 대해서 MIM구조소자에 전하가 발생하는 특성을 검토하였다.그 결과 LB막이 무극성일 때는 상하부전극을 동일 금속으로 하면 전압이 발생하지 않고, 서로 다른 금속전극으로 할 때는 전압이 발생하였는데 양전극금속의 일함수값의 차가 클수록 발생전압이 높았고 LB막이 유극성일때는 동일 전극이라도 전압이 발생하였다.따라서 LB초전막의 MIM 소자에서 발생하는 전하는 단순한 화학작용에 의한 것이 아니고양전극 금속의 일함수와 극성에 관계가 있다고 생각된다.

  • High quality Taros thin films have been obtained from anodizing. The as-deposited amorphous films have excellent physical and electrical properties: refractive indices ~2.15, dielectric constants ~25, and leakage currents <10$^{-8}$ Ac $m^{-2}$ at 1MV $cm^{-1}$ , 700$\AA$ thickness. We fabricated a MIM element with theses T $a_2$ $O_{5}$ films which had perfect current-voltage symmetry characteristics using a new process technology which was post annealing of whole MIM element instead of conventional annealing conditions (top-electrode metals, annealing conditions) on the capacitor performances were extensively discussed throughout this work.k.

  • We have examined the electrical properties of arachidic acid Langmuir (L) films by using a displacement current measuring technique with pressure stimulation. We give pressure stimulation into organic thin films and detect the Induced displacement current. The structure of manufactured device is Au/arachidic acid/Al, the number of accumulated layers are 17, 19 and 21. Also, we then examined of the MIM device by means of I-V The I-V characteristic of the device is measured from 0 to +1[V]. The insulation property of a thin film is better as the distance between electrodes is larger.
