본 논문에서는 미래의 다중 Global Navigation Sattelite System (GNSS) 및 다중 주파수 항법신호 사용자를 위한 새로운 다중 가설 사용자 무결성 감시 기법을 제안한다. 기존의 Weighted Least Squares (WLS) 사용자 무결성 감시 (Receiver Autonomous Integrity Monitoring, RAIM) 기법은 동시에 두 개 이상의 위성이 고장 나지 않는다는 가정 하에 사용자 측정치의 무결성을 감시하므로 동시에 두 개 이상의 측정치 이상이 발생하였을 때 적절한 대응을 할 수 없다는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 여러 epoch의 측정치 잔차와 위성 관측행렬의 변화량을 활용하여 단일 고장 뿐만 아니라 다중 고장을 효율적으로 검출할 수 있는 기법을 제안하였다. 제안된 기법은 반송파 위상 측정치의 변화율을 활용하는 Relative RAIM (RRAIM) 기법을 적용하여 최소 검출가능 바이어스 (Minimum Detectable Bias, MDB)의 크기를 최소화하였고, 시뮬레이션 결과 수 십 m 정도 크기의 다중 고장을 검출할 수 있었다.

Flexibly expanding the storage capacity required to process a large amount of rapidly increasing unstructured log data is difficult in a conventional computing environment. In addition, implementing a log processing system providing features that categorize and analyze unstructured log data is extremely difficult. To overcome such limitations, we propose and design a MongoDB-based unstructured log processing system (MdbULPS) for collecting, categorizing, and analyzing log data generated from banks. The proposed system includes a Hadoop-based analysis module for reliable parallel-distributed processing of massive log data. Furthermore, because the Hadoop distributed file system (HDFS) stores data by generating replicas of collected log data in block units, the proposed system offers automatic system recovery against system failures and data loss. Finally, by establishing a distributed database using the NoSQL-based MongoDB, the proposed system provides methods of effectively processing unstructured log data. To evaluate the proposed system, we conducted three different performance tests on a local test bed including twelve nodes: comparing our system with a MySQL-based approach, comparing it with an Hbase-based approach, and changing the chunk size option. From the experiments, we found that our system showed better performance in processing unstructured log data.

2016년 말레이시아 정치과정은 여권의 위기로 형성된 정권교체의 기회가 야권의 분열로 인해 상실되는 형국이었다. 나집(Najib) 총리를 둘러싼 1MDB 스캔들은 2013년 총선이후 야당의 지지세 상승과 더불어 수평적 정권 교체에 유리한 정치지형을 제공했다. 그러나 야권은 고질적인 분열상을 심화시키며 정치적 호재를 상실하고 있다. 이는 권위주의 통치세력의 위기에서 비롯된 민주화의 기회를 야권의 내부 분열로 인해 상실하는 정치발전의 왜곡 현상으로 풀이된다. 정치적 혼란은 경제문제를 심화시키는 한편 외교의 국내정치 도구화라는 부정적 결과를 초래하고 있다. 나집 정권에 대한 신뢰도 하락은 외환위기 이후 가장 심각한 수준의 링깃 가치의 하락을 낳았으며, 수출감소 등 주요 경제지표도 악화되었다. 친중국 행보, 로힝자 사태에 대한 적극적 개입이 이루어졌는데 그 이면에는 국내 정치 스캔들을 만회하고자하는 정치적 의도가 강하게 작용했다. 2017년 초기 총선이 예견되는 상황에서 야권의 분열이 지속될 경우 국가 핵심 리스크 관리의 적기를 놓칠 수 있다는 우려가 제기 된다.

This paper presents a basic planning of CMDSS(Centrallized Maintenance Decision Support System)for future operation and maintenance of telecommunication network, the main components of CMDSS are MDB, MMB, DSDB, MDBMS, MMAMS, and IGMS. ANd the efficiency and the effectiveness depend on the adequate design of the decision procedure to assisy operation and maintenance persinnels.

본 연구는 생산 현장과 기술 설계 부서를 효율적으로 연결시키고 기술 자료를 공유화하기 위해서는 각 역할분담(Software Module)에서 공통DB(EDB/MDB)를 공유화할 뿐만 아니라, 이러한 공통DB를 특별한 지식이 없이 이용할 수 있는 공통 API)(Application Program Interface)와 DB를 통합적으로 관리해주는 Servet Process의 필요성의 업계의 동향과 국제 표준화 동향을 참고하여 설명하고자 한다.

The Bombyx mori Microarray Database (BmMDB; http://silkworm.swu.edu.cn/microarray) provides information for tissue-specific gene expression by using the whole-genome oligonucleotide microarray in the silkworm. We analyzed the tissue-specific expression patterns in the silk gland, fat body, and midgut five days of fifth instar larvae during the development of B. mori. To verify the tissue-specific expression, analysis was conducted using quantitative Real-time RT-PCR and the highly expressed endogenous Actin RNA as an intrinsic reference. Finally, we confirmed five genes, (sw15872, sw00692, sw20990, sw05300,and sw2250), out of 18 candidates expressed in two different tissues, which was consistent with the data published by Dr. Xiang's group, thereby supporting the BmMDB. Further studies for promoter regions of candidate genes can be applied in creating transgenic silkworms as biomedical insects for use in producing biomaterials, and to serve as well-characterized models for understanding the mechanism for the genetic regulation of tissue-specific development.

최근 글로벌 기업들은 조직들이 지역적으로 분산되어 있고, 분산된 조직들로 인하여 정보시스템들도 분산되어 있다. 이러한 정보시스템의 중심이 되는 데이터베이스도 분산되어 있어, 다양한 사용자 응용 프로그램을 위한 공통된 뷰(view)의 제공 및 효과적인 관리가 어렵다. 이것을 해결하기 위한 개념이 MDBS이고, 이것을 효과적으로 구축하기 위한 방안이 스키마 통합이다. 본 논문에서는 공통 유사 서브스키마 추출을 통한 스키마 통합 방법론을 제시한다. 본 방법론은 분석 대상 스키마에 대하여 친밀도 분석, 유사 서브스키마 추출, 통합순서 결정, 의리충돌 해결, 그리고 스키마 통합 순서로 구성되어 있다. 방법론의 유용성을 검증하기 위하여, MDBS를 대상으로 사례분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 본 논문의 방법론이 공통 유사 서브스키마의 추출 및 스키마 통합에 유용하게 적용될 수 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

The mechanical properties of aluminum honeycomb on the direction of axial crushing under quasistatic loading test was investigated. The crushing process was simulated numerically by full-scale finite element models. Simulations reproduce the experimental results both qualitatively as well as quantitatively. From the investigation, we suggested the constitutive model of energy absorbing honeycomb structure for large scale impact analysis. Real impact test of the WB(Moving Deformable Barrier) was carried and compared with finite element simulation. Constitutive model used in the numerical simulation had a good correlation with experiment. By suggesting the optimizing method fur honeycomb cell configuration design, relationship between cell configuration and crush strength is studied.

At this project we developed water management program for sungju district. This program include flood forecast program, drought reduction program, irrigation scheduling program and database program. With these program we expect that operator can improve the irrigation efficiencies of the irrigation systems due to the timely irrigation on a right place, in a proper quantity and reduce the cost of maintenance. In agricultural engineering respect, the databases including water level, rainfall, the amount of flowing can be useful to the researcher who make a study of hydrology and hydraulics in rural area, Water management program record all of the TM/TC data to MDB format file per 10 minutes.
