저온 동시소성 공정으로 제작된 3차원 매립 인덕터 모델링 (Modeling of 3-D Embedded Inductors Fabricated in LTCC Process)

  • As microelectronics technology continues to progress, there is also a continuous demand on highly integration and miniaturization of systems. For example, it is desirable to package several integrated circuits together in multilayer structure, such as multichip modules, to achieve higher levels of compactness and higher performance. Passive components (i.e., capacitors, resistors, and inductors) are very important fort many MCM applications. In addition, the low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) process has considerable potential for embedding passive components in a small area at a low cost. In this paper, we investigate a method of statistically modeling integrated passive devices from just a small number of test structures. A set of LTCC inductors is fabricated and their scattering parameters (s-parameters) are measured for a range of frequencies from 50MHz to 5GHz. An accurate model for each test structure is obtained by using a building block based modeling methodology and circuit parameter optimization using the HSPICE circuit simulator.

  • 본 연구에서는 개인 통신기의 핵심부품인 초소형 세라믹 칩 안테나 (SMD형) 개발의 무선회로 설계 기술, 초소형 설계기술, 표면실장기술, 소형화 SMD기술, Test기술 및 설계기반 마련 및 대외 경쟁력 있는 초소형 세라믹 칩 안테나 (SMD형) 개발의 초소형화 기술을 확보하였다. 중심주파수는 2442.5MHz(Type), 반사손실은 -l0dB이하, 정재파비는 2max, xy의 최대 이득은 -2dB 이상, size는 0.05ccmax이다.

술폰산으로 표면개질된 메조기공 실리카 촉매의 제조 및 Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane 개환중합에서의 촉매 활성 (Mesoporous Silica Catalysts Modified with Sulfonic Acid and Their Catalytic Activity on Ring Opening Polymerization of Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane)

  • 프로필 술폰산으로 개질된 메조기공 실리카 고체 산 촉매를 octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4)의 양이온 개환중합을 위해 합성하였다. 서로 다른 기공 크기를 갖는 두 세트의 MCM-41 (1.7 및 2.8 nm) 및 SBA-15 (8.1 및 15.9 nm)을 촉매의 지지체로 사용하였고, 이를 (3-mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilane으로 표면개질하고 산화시켜 술폰산으로 개질된 고체 산촉매를 제조하였다. 제조된 촉매는 기공 크기와 비표면적, 기공 부피가 약간씩 감소하였음을 X선 회절, 질소흡탈착을 통하여 확인하였다. 또한 적외선분광법과 핵자기공명법의 분광학적 방법을 이용하여 술폰산이 개질되었음을 확인하였다. 입도의 촉매 활성에 대한 효과를 관찰하기 위하여 주사전자현미경으로 관찰하였다. D4의 개환중합을 통한 PDMS 합성을 위하여 촉매를 사용하였으며, 중합 반응의 전환율과 중합 속도는 촉매의 기공 크기, 비표면적, 입자크기 및 입자의 응집도에 의존하였다. 중합 속도의 순서는 8.1 nm의 SBA-15으로 제조한 촉매가 가장 반응속도가 빨랐으며, 가장 좋은 촉매 활성을 보였다.

패션 산업 내 3D 프린팅 사용 현황 및 패션디자인과 내의 활용방안 (The Current Status of 3D Printing Use in Fashion Industry and Utilization Strategies for Fashion Design Departments)

  • This study explored cases of 3D printing utilization in domestic and overseas fashion industries, and presented utilization strategies for fashion design departments in universities in future by grasping characteristics of newly appearing distribution types through 3D printing. Cases of producing costumes using 3D printing in fashion industry comprised a bikini using the material of Nylon12 that continuum fashion demonstrated, innovative 3D costumes by Iris Van Herpen, Tweed Suit using the material that Chanel manufactured with 3D printing technology, but they were limited to experimental fashion works due to limitations of 3D printer material and printing size. On the other hand, in fashion accessories, with jewelry and shoes at the head of the list, MCM and Kipling also demonstrated bags using this technology, and Elvis Pompilio and Gabriela Ligenza demonstrated 3D printing hat products as well. Except the above, as in glasses and neckties utilizing 3D printing, owing to reduced limitations of time, size and material, 3D printing was found to be utilized in fashion accessories other than costumes. Recently there has been a new consumption and distribution structure coming up focusing on 3D printing technology. That is, in overseas countries, content platforms sharing products modeled by oneself has rapidly appeared, and in our country as well, funnypoly, a 3D content platform appeared in 2015. The appearance of these new types of distribution structures means that the common people can produce design contents, and we believe that it may bring about a change in the traditional way of distribution structure. To walk in step with this change, it is believed that it is necessary for fashion design departments to raise college faculty members who can educate 3D printing, develop curriculum to educate 3D printing, and develop experiential programs connected with middle and high schools.

Analysis of Microsatellite Markers on Bovine Chromosomes 1 and 14 for Potential Allelic Association with Carcass Traits in Hanwoo (Korean Cattle)

  • This study was conducted to investigate potential effects of previously identified QTL regions on carcass traits in Hanwoo. The data analyzed in this study was collected from 326 steers of 67 proven sire. Thirteen micorsatellite markers spanning QTL regions on bovine chromosomes 1 and 14 were genotyped in 326 steers. The following breeding values were analyzed for QTL effects. Cold carcass weight breeding value (CCWBV), longissimus muscle area breeding value (LMABV), marbling score breeding value (MSBV) and backfat thickness breeding value (BFTBV). Chi-square tests were performed to compare frequencies of individual allele between high and low breeding value groups. Significant differences of allele frequencies in BMS711, MCM130, BMS4049, and BMS2263 were found. And also, in RM180, BL1029, BM4305, and BMS2055 there were significant differencies of allele frequencies. These results showed a potential application for investigation of putative QTL locations.

  • 원형질체융합(原形質體融合)에 의한 영지(靈芝)의 육종(育種)을 위(爲)하여 기초자료를 얻고자 원형질체(原形質體)의 이출(裡出) 및 환원(還元)에 관한 실험결과(實驗結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. 원형질체이출(原形質體裡出)은 영지(靈芝)에서는 0.6M sucrose에 Novozym 234 $10mg{\cdot}ml^{-1}$를 단용(單用)하여 5시간(時間)정도 처리(處理)하고 4일간(日間) 배양(培養)한 균사체(菌絲體)를 사용(使用)하는 것이 좋았으며, G. sp.는 4일간(日間) 배양(培養)한 균사체(菌絲體)를 사용(使用)하고 0.6M sucrose에 Novozym 234와 ${\beta}-glucuronidase$를 각각 $10mg{\cdot}ml^{-1}$로 혼용(混用)하는 것이 좋았다. 2. 원형질체환원(原形質體還元)은 G. lucidum에서 0.6M sucrose를 첨가(添加)한 MCM에서 가장 양호(良好)하였으며, G. sp.에서는 0.6M sucrose를 첨가(添加)한 SCM에서 가장 효과적(效果的)이었다. 영지(靈芝)와 황지(黃芝)는 20% 이상(以上)의 무척 높은 환원률(還元率)을 보였다.

Statistical Modeling of 3-D Parallel-Plate Embedded Capacitors Using Monte Carlo Simulation

  • Examination of the statistical variation of integrated passive components is crucial for designing and characterizing the performance of multichip module (MCM) substrates. In this paper, the statistical analysis of parallel plate capacitors with gridded plates manufactured in a multilayer low temperature cofired ceramic (LTCC) process is presented. A set of integrated capacitor structures is fabricated, and their scattering parameters are measured for a range of frequencies from 50 MHz to 5 GHz. Using optimized equivalent circuits obtained from HSPICE, mean and absolute deviation is calculated for each component of each device model. Monte Carlo Analysis for the capacitor structures is then performed using HSPICE. Using a comparison of the Monte Carlo results and measured data, it is determined that even a small number of sample structures, the statistical variation of the component values provides an accurate representation of the overall capacitor performance.

폴리머/금속 다층구조의 기계적 특성의 실시간 측정방법

  • 폴리머 박막은 반도체 패키징, MEMS 구조물은 물론 MCM-D 등의 기술에도 널리 쓰이고 있다. 또한 대부분 폴리머/금속의 다층구조의 형태를 띠고 있어 이 상태의 기계적 특성의 이해는 더욱 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 폴리머 박막의 기계적 특성을 측정하기 위한 새로운 방법이 제안된다. 제안된 방법은 최근 발달된 마이크로머시닝기술을 사용하여 구현된 공진형 스트링구조를 이용하게된다. 폴리머 기계적 특성치와 스트링의 공진특성은 서로 상관 관계를 갖게되며 이러한 공진특성의 측정은 기계적 특성의 실시간 관찰을 가능하게 해준다. 본 논문에서는 공진형 스트링을 이용하여 폴리이미드의 잔류음력과 폴리이미드/금속간의 접착 내구성을 정량화하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 측정방법은 단순히 스트링구조 뿐만 아니라 다른 기계적 구조에도 응용이 가능하다.

$Al_{l3}$ 거대 양이온으로부터 알루미나-계면활성제 중간상의 합성 (Synthesis of Alumina-Surfactant Mesophase with $Al_{l3}$-Keggin Cation)

  • Alumina-surfactant mesostructures have been synthesized with the $Al_{13}$-Keggin cation prepared by Al(N $O_3$)$_3$.9$H_2O$ solution with NaOH solution in the presence of a non-ionic surfactant at room temperature. The synthesized samples had the hexagonal structure similar to MCM-41 type materials. These samples have been characterized by X-ray diffraction and thermal analysis(TG). The samples prepared from OH/Al ratio 1.5 and 2.0 were well-crystalline mesostructures, but the sample from OH/Al ratio 2.5 was not. Also, The d$_{100}$ value decreased slightly from 38 to 36 according to the OH/Al mole ratio. These results could be explained that Keggin ion depended on the OH/Al molar ratio and pHpH
