Purpose: This study was to investigate the degree and pattern of learning organization and MBTI personality type in clinical nurses. Methods: The participants were 685 nurses working in the 8 general hospitals located in Seoul and Incheon. The data were collected by self-reporting questionnaires from April 1 to August 30, 2004. The data were analyzed using SAS program for descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: The most frequent identified personality type was ISTJ and the least identified personal types was ENFJ. In 4 preference patterns, Extroversion, Sensing, Thinking and Judgement were identified a dominant index in each categories. The mean score of learning organization was 3.47 and the mental model was got the highest score. The EI index had a significant positive correlation with personal mastery. However the TF index had a negative correlation with personal mastery, systems thinking, and mental models, and also the JP index had a negative correlation with 5 learning organization sub categories. Conclusion: With these results, it was identified that the preference patterns on MBTI had the significant correlation with learning organization. So these results will be used to develop the more effective strategies to increase learning organization based on nurse's personality types.

This study was designed to examine how parents personality type and rearing attitude are different between parents of normal children and those of gifted children. For the study, MBTI test 3nd personality type test were carried out towards 186 elementary schoolers' mothers. The collected data was analyzed by SPSS WIN 10.0 with the significance level 0.5. The results are as follows. First, the mothers of gifted children had in trovert personality more than those of normal children. The mothers of normal children, on the other hand, showed more extrovert personality than those of gifted children. In addition, comparing to the mothers of normal children, the mothers of gifted children showed intuition type and judging type. However, the mothers of normal children had more perceiving one. Second, the mothers of gifted children showed more acceptive and self-regulating attitude than those of normal children. On the contrary, the mothers of normal children showed more rejecting and controlling attitude.

ENFP the flowers 66.7%, INFP 50% of the leaves was the first that showed interest. ISTP in the fragrance of the plants, the 55.6% interest in the first feeling, ENTJ's 60%, INFJ's 75%, INTJ 83.3% of the entire plant in the form of the first was said to have interest. MBTI personality types, depending on the interest portion of the plant selection for mean difference (p=0.004). Favorite types of plants, flowers, 53.7%, 32.7% fruits, vegetables, 5.4% have been selected, depending on the features your favorite plants, types of hearing means the difference (p=0.022). Select any of four kinds of flowers, plants, plants that NF 40.7%, NT 58.8% were preferred, SF a fragrant plants that were preferred by 41.8%. ST flowering plants in the 37.5%, 29.2% of the seasonal green leafy foliage was preferred. Depending on the psychological features a selection for your favorite flora also indicates a difference (p=0.038). MBTI personality types based on the four indicators in the form of leaves and flowers preferred type for accident analysis determined a feature based on the emotional type, meaning that it leaves the choice of form, and (p=0.036), determined according to the type-aware select a flower type refers to the difference (p=0.025).

The purpose of this study was to identify high school students' mathematics learning style and its characteristics according to their personality disposition types and to propose mathematics learning strategies fit into each personality disposition type. For this purpose, MBTI personality test and survey to find mathematics learning style for 375 high school students were executed. The results were as follows. First, many students highly evaluated the effects of private education and prefer reference book to textbook. Second, there were significant differences on following variable domains of mathematics learning style such as learning attitude, learning habit(concentrativeness to concept understanding), problem solving strategies(effort for problem comprehension, use of various strategies), self management(metacognition) by MBTI personality disposition types(SJ, SP, NT, NF groups). Third, based on the results, the following mathematics learning strategies fit into each personality disposition type were recommended. SJ type students are needed to effort creative approach for open problem and to use mindmap as mathematics learning strategy. SP type students are needed to fulfill stepwise problem solving process and to effort constantly practice long/short term learning objectives. NT type students are needed to expand opportunity to study with friends and to use SRN(self reflection note) or mathematics journal writings as mathematics learning strategy. NF type students are needed to use mathematics learning note writing activity which include logical basis for each step of problem solving and to invest more time on learning algebra which need meticulous calculation.

This study is a descriptive research study to determine differences in conflict management types according to MBTI preference indicators among nursing students. Data collection was from August 30 to September 30, 2023. Data analysis was performed using independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe's. As a result of the study, among the MBTI indicators showing significant differences in conflict management types, 'i' had higher avoidance than 'E' in the energy direction (t=-3.776, <0.01). In the case of decision-making function, F had higher concession (t=-3.478, <0.01) and avoidance (t=-3.389, <0.01) than T, and T had higher dominance than F (t=2.070, <0.5). In terms of external life coping style, J had higher cooperation (t=2.756, <0.01) and compromise (t=2.044, <0.5) than P. In MBTI's psychological function types, the NF type had higher concessions than the ST type (F=4.174, <0.05), and the SF type had higher avoidance than the ST type (F=4.202, <0.05). The results of analyzing the differences in conflict management types by combining the MBTI decision-making function type and external life coping style showed that the FJ type was more cooperative than the FP type (F=2.907, <0.05), and the FJ type was more cooperative than the TP type (F =4.662, <0.01), and the FJ type had higher avoidance than the TJ type (F=3.327, <0.05). MBTI's attitude index showed that the EJ type had higher cooperation than the EP type (F=2.817, <0.05), and the IP type had significantly higher avoidance than the EP type (F=4.551, <0.01). This study is significant in confirming differences in conflict management types by combining MBTI decision-making function types (F, T) and external life coping styles (J, P), which have not been studied in Korea to date. In the follow-up study, we propose research on conflict management types by MBTI personality type by reflecting the results of this study and expanding the number of subjects, development of conflict management programs by MBTI indicators and personality types, and analysis of program effectiveness.

MBTI(Myer Briggs Type Indicator) is an effective personality type test to intuitively identify and classify people's tendencies. Accordingly, there are active attempts to apply MBTI to the learning area, but research on creating new learning types using MBTI is insufficient. Therefore, this paper examines the factors that affect learning and implements new learning types MY,STI(MY, Study Type Indicator) by applying them to a machine learning algorithm that has these characteristics. Data were collected by conducting a learning type test made with Google Forms on 144 general people, and supervised learning was used during machine learning. As a result, the accuracies of MY,STI were 0.933, 0.866, 0.844, and 0.733 for each learning method, learning motivation, presence or absence of external stimulus, and learning time criteria, respectively.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze high school girls' observational characteristics. A total of 77 female high students were asked to observe 'Las Meninas', a well known 17th century painting by Diego Velazquez and volumetric flask. MBTI(Myer Briggs Type Indicator) was implemented for student's personal characteristics. We analyzed testimony into its differences between objective and practical, and subjective and abstract, wholeness by character type. As a result, 41 participants have preference for sensuous recognition and the rest of the 36 participants have preference for intuitional recognition. From the observation statement, it showed differences of the results according to their character type. As the result that it showed above, learners used two ways of recognition but they showed tendency with strong reliance on their preferred recognition. In case of preferring the sensuous recognition, it tended towards the basis of phenomenological analysis, objective fact and physical judge. However, in case of preferring the intuitional recognition, it tended to observe by momentary thinking, flash of idea and meaning behind.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the usefulness of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) through a character analysis of a novel and to improve the understanding of various types of people. This study aimed to increase nurses' understanding and empathy regarding the personality of various patients. Methods: This study categorized the characters in the novel Our Happy Time based on MBTI and analyzed their personality characteristics. Results: It is important for nurses to understand that the following types of patients can be identified using the MBTI: those with a concise explanation (ENTP), a modest attitude (ISFJ), an objective response (ENFJ), and a logical response (ENTJ). Conclusion: It is important for nurses to broaden their understanding of various personality types and backgrounds related to the formation of patients' personalities that they encounter in the clinical field via analyses using the MBTI personality types. Furthermore, understanding communication skills can be an important first step in resolving conflicts that occur during peer interactions.

본 논문에서는 성격, 성향을 근거로 사람의 성향에 따른 직업 및 전공에 대한 만족도를 분류한 데이터셋을 구축하여 사전에 사용자의 성향을 파악하여 직업을 추천하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 성격유형검사 뿐만이 아닌 최근 게시한 SNS 텍스트를 사전에 학습한 데이터셋에 적용해 성격유형 결과의 정확도를 상승시키고자 한다. 사전에 생성한 데이터셋 외에 대상자가 작성한 정보(직업, 전공, 직엄 및 전공에 대한 만족도)로 연합학습을 진행하여 데이터셋의 정확도를 향상시키고자 한다. 모델의 학습 및 분류의 정확도 향상을 위해 SVM, NB, KNN, SDG 알고리즘들을 비교하였고 각각 67%, 21%, 28%, 69%의 정확도를 도출하였다. 데이터 셋은 캐글에서 제공받았다.
