의료기관 QI 담당자의 목표추구몰입에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Goal-Orientation of QI Performers in the Medical Centers)

  • The purpose of this research is to provide the data base for the activation of Quality Improvement operation through investigating the status of Quality Improvement operation, and finding out factors influencing on the goal-orientation of QI performers in the medical centers of more than one hundred beds where are practicing Quality Improvement operation. In order to reach the purpose, document study was carried out grounded on the proceeding researches and formulated statistical data in relation with the status of Quality Improvement performers, and proof study was carried out through questionnaire survey. The subjects of the survey were the Quality Improvement performers working in seventy three medical centers in Pusan-Gyeongnam, Daegu-Gyeongbuk, and Ulsan. Among eighty three Quality Improvement performers, fifty, five were questionnaire surveyed, on the result of which Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis were made, using statistical program. The the results of the proof analysis on this research are as follows. First, in the factors influencing the devoting to goal pursuit of QI performers, organization-goal contribution(0.44) had significant positive effects, while organization conflict(-0.25) had significant negative effects. In other words, the higher the organization-goal contribution was, the higher the devoting to goal pursuit was, while the less the organization conflict was, the higher the devoting to goal pursuit was, which was statistically significant.(p<0.05). Second, in the aspect of goal performance types of QI performers, the process-centered type showed high level of the devoting to goal pursuit, which was statistically significant.(p<0.05). Third, in the aspect of QI performance degree, the higher the devoting to goal pursuit was, the higher the QI performance degree was, which was statistically significant.(p<0.05). In addition, the performers who perceived their workplaces organic structure showed much higher QI performance degree, which statistically significant.(p<0.05). Generalizing the results of this research, it is possible to offer a few suggestions as follows. First, as the competition among the medical centers is more severe recently owing to medical center evaluation system, medical centers are practicing various Quality Improvement operation in all of medical services such as clinical performance and management performance, to reach the purpose of both cost-cutting and medical quality improvement. Thus in order to practice Quality Improvement operation more efficiently in medical centers, it is essential to nuke use of problem-solving methods and statistical members. This as the willingness of chief executives and positive attitude and recognition of organization members. This requires the installation of divisions in charge and disposition of persons in charge, not to speak of persistent training of Quality Improvement. Second, the divisions in charge of QI carry out Quality Improvement operation at the medical center level, and take the role of generalizing and adjusting QI performances of various departments. Owing to this role, the division in charge of QI is considered indispensable organization in the QI operation of medical centers along with medical QI committee, while it contributes to the government's goal of reducing quality level gaps among medical centers. Therefore it is necessary for government and QI organizations to give institutional support and resources for the sake of QI operation of medical centers, besides to supply systematic trainning and informations to the divisions and persons in charge of QI. Third, it is certain that disposition of persons in charge should be determined in view of the scale and the scope of QI operation in medical centers.

  • This paper introduces KTX RCM(Reliability-Centered Maintenance) project which is for development of a decision making support system on the KTX maintenance framework. The functionality of the system is composed of ( i ) Fundamental Data Management, ( ⅱ ) Maintenance Goal Management, ( ⅲ ) Maintenance Program Management, ( ⅳ ) Cost-Effect Analysis, ( v ) Parameter Management. Risk Management Qualitatively on Railway Signal System

  • Risk management is an important part of system assurance and it is widely used in safety-related system. Railway signal system is one kind of safety-related system and its most important goal is to guarantee the safety of railway system. The method based on risk management can find and solve the security issues of railway signal system more effectively. This paper introduces the basic conception of risk management, studies the whole process of risk management and related tools and techniques and discusses some key points qualitatively combining with the particularity of railway signal system.

사격선수의 성취목표성향과 자기관리 및 운동수행의 관계 (The Relationship Between Shooting Athletes' Achievement Goal Orientation, Self-management and Exercise Performance)

  • 이 연구는 사격선수의 성취목표성향과 자기관리 및 인지된 운동수행이 어떠한 관계를 형성하고 있는지를 구조방정식모형을 통해 실증적으로 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 대한사격연맹에 2014년 등록된 대학 사격선수 112명을 선정하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 16.0과 AMOS 7.0 프로그램을 활용하였으며, 연구의 목적에 부합하도록 빈도분석, 탐색적요인분석, 확인적요인분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 성취목표성향 하위요인인 과제지향성은 자기관리에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성취 목표성향 하위요인인 과제지향성과 자아지향성은 인지된 운동수행에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기관리는 인지된 운동수행에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Following is an idea to utilize the business ethics as one of business administration strategies. Firstly, conversion of perception is needed in the business administration. Neglecting the pursuit of profit, the conventional strategic goal, is not desirable, we need to, however, have a mind that the consumer and environment centered mind is indispensible to the survival and growing of a business ultimately in establishing a strategic goal of diversified environmental changes. Secondly, conversion of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)'s attitude in business administration is needed. It is necessary for the CEO to have a strong belief that the business ethics is indispensible to the survival and growing of a business by way of fair and logical management. Therefore the business ethics should be improved since the CEO's ethics can be the standard of his business. Thirdly, the business concerned parties should be considered. The realization of business ethics should be done in a certain way so as to protect the benefit of the all concerned parties such as stockholders. employees, consumers, suppliers, competitors, the local community, etc., since a business is an organization that can exists and grows only in the coexistence with its environment and concerned parties. Fourth, the business ethics should be transformed into a business culture through the enlargement of the general principles of and of employees' behavior as a management strategy. Lastly, business ethics should be improved through continuous evaluations to accommodate its environmental change.

청소년의 예 리더십(禮 Leadership)이 행복감에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Manner Leadership on Happiness of Adolescents)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the concept of manner leadership for adolescents based on the manner of the East and leadership of the West. Also, it is to investigate the influence of manner leadership on happiness of adolescents. For this, manner leadership was developed through literature review, focus group interview, empirical study, in-depth interview, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. The sub-dimensions of manner leadership consisted of time management, academic performance, goal attainment and citizenship behavior, communication, family relationship, social relationship, image management and conflict resolution. The data were obtained by administering a self-reported questionnaire to high school students residing in Seoul. Statistical analyses were carried out using SPSS and AMOS. The main results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, the level of the adolescents' manner leadership tended to be more than average. In addition, they were good at image management but time management was absolutely lacking among the sub-dimension of manner leadership. On the other hand, it appeared that the adolescents' happiness level was lower than the manner leadership. Second, the result of the study was that the manner leadership was positively correlated with happiness of adolescents. Finally, happiness of adolescents was affected on these variables, such as grade, self-efficacy, emotional intimacy between mother and adolescent, time management, goal attainment, communication, and family relationship. Based on this study, it is expected that the manner leadership programs for enhancing happiness for adolescents would be developed.

  • 과거 건설공사의 목표는 원가절감과 공사기간의 단축을 통한 효율성 증진이었다. 하지만 최근 안전관리의 중요성이 부각되고 있으며, 고용 노동부는 산업 재해로 인한 사망자를 절반으로 감소하겠다는 목표를 설정하였으며, 이에 따라 제도적 및 법적 개선이 추구되고 있으며 안전에 대한 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 하지만 일부 대형 건설 회사를 제외한 대부분의 건설업체는 안전관리에 많은 부족함을 보이고 있다. 이러한 건설현장의 안전문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 스마트 안전모와 비콘을 이용하여 건설현장 안전관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

Comparison of Asset Management Approaches to Optimize Navigable Waterway Infrastructure

  • An estimated investment gap of $176 billion needs to be filled over the next ten years to improve America's inland waterway transportation systems. Many of these infrastructure systems are now beyond their original 50-year design life and are often behind in maintenance due to funding constraints. Therefore, long-term maintenance strategies (i.e., asset management (AM) strategies) are needed to optimize investments across these waterway systems to improve their condition. Two common AM strategies include policy-driven maintenance and performance-driven maintenance. Currently, limited research exists on selecting the optimal AM approach for managing inland waterway transportation assets. Therefore, the goal of this study is to provide a decision model that can be used to select the optimal alternative between the two AM approaches by considering key uncertainties such as asset condition, asset test results, and asset failure. We achieve this goal by addressing the decision problem as a single-criterion problem, which calculates each alternative's expected value and certain equivalence using allocated monetary values to determine the recommended alternative for optimally maintaining navigable waterways. The decision model considers estimated and predicted values based on the current state of the infrastructure. This research concludes that the performance-based approach is the optimal alternative based on the expected value obtained from the analysis. This research sets the stage for further studies on fiscal constraints that will effectively optimize these assets condition.

청소년이 지각한 부모의 과보호, 목표추구지향성 및 자기구실 만들기가 학업지연행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Adolescents' Perception of Parental Overprotection, Goal-Seeking Orientation and Self-Handicapping on their Academic Procrastination)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the relation among adolescents' perception of parental overprotection, goal-seeking orientation, self-handicapping and academic procrastination. Questionnaires were administered to 1200 male and female high school students in Gyeonggi Province. A total of 942 questionnaires were statistically analyzed through mean, standard deviation, frequency analysis, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The major results of the study are as follows: First, adolescents' academic procrastination differed by school grades. Second, for the high-performing group, self-handicapping, goal-seeking orientation and parental overprotection were significant predictors of their academic procrastination. For the mid-level performing group, self-handicapping and goal-seeking orientation were significant predictors of their academic procrastination. For the low-performing group, self-handicapping was the only predictor of their academic procrastination. Third, for the high-performing group, self-handicapping meditated the relation between parental overprotection and academic procrastination. Those results provide useful information regarding proactive support or intervention for adolescents' academic procrastination.

Managerial Coaching Effect on Organizational Effectiveness: Mediating Roles of Psychological Ownership and Learning Goal Orientation

  • Purpose - This study was to empirically validate the mediating roles of psychological ownership and learning goal orientation in the relationships of managerial coaching behaviors and organizational citizenship behaviors/creative behaviors of employees. Research design, data, and methodology - A total of 270 employees in the Korean distribution industry were surveyed on-line, and the results were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equational modeling. Results - The study confirmed prior research results that managerial coaching behaviors were related positively to employees' psychological ownership and learning goal orientation, both of which were associated positively with their organizational citizenship behaviors and creative behaviors respectively. It revealed the complete mediating effect of psychological ownership between managerial coaching and organizational citizenship behaviors and that of learning goal orientation between managerial coaching and creative behaviors. Conclusions - Psychological ownership was found to play an important role in the relationship between managerial coaching behaviors and organizational citizenship behaviors. It gives some practical implication regarding the higher turn-over intention rate of the distribution industry, in that promoting psychological ownership through managerial coaching behaviors could reduce the turn-over intention rate.
