  • This study was performed to estimate biomass and provide management guidance through population ecological characteristics, including growth parameters, instantaneous coefficients of natural and fishing mortalities, and age at first capture of the starry flounder, Platichthys stellatus and olive flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus of Korea. For describing growth of this species, a von Bertalanffy growth model was adopted. The von Bertalanffy growth parameters estimated from a non-linear regression for starry flounder were $L_{{\infty}}=48.25cm$, K=0.16/yr, and $t_0=-1.48$, respectively and those for olive flounder were $L_{{\infty}}=86.46cm$, K=0.26/yr, and $t_0=-0.29$, respectively. Biomass of Platichthys stellatus was estimated by direct biomass estimation method was 2.6 M/T, that was estimated by indirect method was 13.4 M/Tt. Those of Paralichthys olivaceus were estimated as 10.1 M/T, 19.3 M/T, respectively. An yield per recruit analysis showed that the current yield per recruit on Platichthys stellatus was about 48.2 g with F=0.646/yr and the age at first capture ($t_c$) 1.35yr, that on Paralichthys olivaceus was about 167.6 g with F=1.121/yr and the age at first capture ($t_c$) 1yr.

  • In order to bear a relationship between the devices in the IoT environment whereby the task of navigating the device and relationship should be preceded before. The new device transmits a search signal in order to find a device and a peripheral device that receives this will determine the distance information of the device and determines the intensity of the transmitted signal. M2M (Machine to Machine) method has been used in conventional sends the search signal to all of the peripheral devices in a single device, a peripheral device that is greater the search time becomes long, a problem that a loss of information, the more devices that are far there is. In this paper, a method to compensate for problems of existing methods of M2M devices and new shortening of the search time when the search for the peripheral device, an algorithm to reduce the information loss of time to send and receive signals from the navigation device and away proposals were discussed and used in the field.

  • Let E be a real q-uniformly smooth Banach space which admits a weakly sequentially continuous duality map, and K a nonempty closed convex subset of E. Let T : K -> K be a mapping such that $F(T)\;=\;{x\;{\in}\;K\;:\;Tx\;=\;x}\;{\neq}\;0$ and (I - T) satisfies the accretive-type condition: $\;{\geq}\;{\lambda}$\mid$$\mid$x-Tx$\mid$$\mid$^2$, for all $x\;{\in}\;K,\;x^*\;{\in}\;F(T)$ and for some ${\lambda}\;>\;0$. The weak and strong convergence of the Ishikawa iteration method to a fixed point of T are investigated. An application of our results to the approximation of a solution of a certain linear operator equation is also given. Our results extend several important known results from the Mann iteration method to the Ishikawa iteration method. In particular, our results resolve in the affirmative an open problem posed by Naimpally and Singh (J. Math. Anal. Appl. 96 (1983), 437-446).

  • We have tried to analyze the SEMG interference pattern quantitatively and automatically using T/A variables ZC, TN, mSA, mSD, UCA, AIPEA, ACT and NSS. For the analysis, we have carried out experiments on 14 SEMG interference patterns recorded from the biceps brachii, first dorsal interosseus and abductor policis brevis muscles. Emphasis was placed on the following 3 points in the experiments. 1) Suitable amplitude threshold for the automatic detection of the T/A variables. 2) Variation of the T/A variables to varying $\%$MVC. 3) Variation of the T/A variables to the sustained contraction for 30 seconds. Results of the experiments showed that T/A analysis of the SEMG interference Pattern can be effective tools for diagnostic purposes instead of the conventional NEMG method.

  • Objectives : This study was purposed to investigate the antioxidative effects of Paeoniae radix aqua-acupuncture solution(PR) on culture liver cell system, lipid peroxidation and antioxidative enzyme activities in tert-butyl hydroperoxide(t-BHP) treatmented conditions. Methods : Cultured normal rat liver cell(Ac2F) were prepared and incubated with or without PR(at 2% volume in culture medium). After 16~18hr, cells placed in DMEM medium without serum, and then incubated with 1mM t-BHP for 2hr. Viable cells were detected by MTT assay, and the levels of lipid peroxide(LPO) were measured by TBA method. And catalase activity was measured as the decrease in hydrogen peroxide absorbance at 240nm on spectrophotometer using 30mM hydrogen peroxide. Superoxide dismutase(SOD) were assayed by recording the inhibition of nitro blue tetrazolium reduction with xanthine and xanthine oxidase. Glutathione peroxidase(GPX) activity was determined by the modified coupled assay developed by Paglia and Lawrence. The reaction was started by addition of 2.2mM hydrogen peroxide as substrate. The change in absorbance at 340nm was measured for 1min on spectrophotometer. Glutathione-S-transferase(GST) activity was assayed with CDNB as substrate and enzyme activity of GST towards the glutathione conjugation of CDNB. Results : Cell killing was significantly enhanced by addition of t-BHP compared to those of untreated group. PR pretreated cell resisted the toxic effects of t-BHP. LPO levels of t-BHP treatment group were significantly higher than other groups. This increased level was significandy reduced by PR pretreatment. The t-BHP treatment resulted in a decrease of catalase, GPX and GST activities. By contrast, PR pretreatment markedly increased compare to those of untreated groups. Conclusions : T-BHP which can produce intracellular free radical was used for inducer of the peroxidation of cellular lipids. PR protected the cell death induced by t-BHP and significantly increased cell viabiliry in the normal rat liver cell, and showed effective inhibition of lipid peroxidation, and elevations of catalase, GPX and GST activities. These results suggested that PR might play a protective role in lipid peroxidation by free radicals.

  • As the IoT environment becomes more popular, the safety of the M2M environment, which establishes the communication environment between objects and objects without human intervention, becomes important. Due to the nature of the wireless communication environment, there is a possibility of exposure to security threats in various aspects such as data exposure, falsification, tampering, deletion and privacy, and secure communication security technology is considered as an important requirement. In this paper, we propose a new method for group key generation and exchange using trap hash collision hash in existing 'M2M communication environment' using hash collision, And a mechanism for confirming the authentication of the device and the gateway after the group key is generated. The proposed method has attack resistance such as spoofing attack, meson attack, and retransmission attack in the group communication section by using the specificity of the collision message and collision hash, and is a technique for proving safety against vulnerability of hash collision.

  • In this study, we consider a group-based random access method for group connection and delivery by grouping devices when H2H devices and large-scale M2M devices coexist in a cell in NB-IoT environment. H2H devices perform individual random access, but M2M devices are grouped according to a NPRACH transmission period, and a leader of each group performs random access. The preamble is allocated using the variable preamble allocation algorithm of the Disjoint Allocation(DA) method. The proposed preamble allocation algorithm is an algorithm that preferentially allocates preambles that maximizes throughput of H2H to H2H devices and allocates the rest to M2M devices. The access distribution of H2H and M2M devices was set as Poisson distribution and Beta distribution, respectively, and throughput, collision probability and resource utilization were analyzed. As the random access transmission slot is repeated, the proposed preamble allocation algorithm decreases the collision probability from 0.93 to 0.83 and 0.79 when the number M2M device groups are 150. In addition, it was found that the amount of increase decreased to 33.7[%], 44.9[%], and 48.6[%] of resource used.
