플라이 애시의 치환범위 상향을 위한 콘크리트의 기초적 특성 분석 (Analysis of Fundamental Properties of Concrete for Rising up Fly Ash Contents)

  • 본 연구는 플라이 애시의 치환범위 상향에 따른 콘크리트의 제반 특성을 분석하여 추후 성능 향상을 위한 기초자료로 제공하기 위해 플라이 애시의 치환범위 0-40 % 및 양생 온도 $5-35^{\circ}C$에 따른 기초적 특성을 분석하였다. 그 결과 유동성은 FA의 증가에 따라 비례적으로 증가하였으나, 공기량은 감소하였다. 응결시간은 치환율 증가 및 저온일수록 지연되는 특성을 나타냈으며, 간이단열온도이력은 FA 치환율이 40 %까지 증가함에 따라 최고온도는 $8^{\circ}C$정도 낮아졌고, 최고온도 도달시간은 13시간 정도 지연되는 것을 알 수 있었다. FA 치환 상향에 따른 압축강도는 양생온도가 높을수록 플레인 대비 강도증진성이 향상됨을 알 수 있었다. 중성화의 경우는 FA 치환율이 증가할수록 깊이가 점차 커지는 것을 알 수 있어 중성화 대책에 대한 지속적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단되었다.

버어리종 잎담배의 건조과정중 암모니아 함량 변화

  • This study was carried out to investigate the effects of curing methods on the concentration of ammonia during curing in burley tobacco leaves. The air-cured tobacco(KB108; Nicotiana tabacum L.) was grown at Chonju Tobacco Experiment Station in 1998 and the tenth leaves from the top on the stalk were harvested. Half of the harvested leaves were cured in normal air curing facility and the other leaves were cured in excessive curing facility. Stalk cut tobaccos were cured in horizontal curing facility. The leaves were sampled every five days from harvesting time to the end of curing(25 days). Ammonia concentration of leaves increased during curing period with a remarkable increase at yellowing stage. The concentration of ammonia was high in the primed cured leaves, while that of the excessive cured leaves was low. It is considered that the lower increase of ammonia in stalk cured leaves may be caused by the translocation from the leaves to the stalk during curing, while that of excessive cured leaves may be caused by the poor decomposition of protein and amino acid during curing by excessive moisture loss and high temperature condition.

  • 공시품종인 Burley 21을 수확한 후 건조하고 무더운 시기에 처리하여 건조하우스의 환기시기, 환기량 및 달줄간격 등의 건조실관리에 따른 급건조방지 방법을 밝히고자 시험한 결과 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 건기에는 건조시 시종환기구에서 온도가 낮았고 급건엽발생도 제일 적었다. 2. 급건엽발생시기는 황변말부터 갈변말까지로 이 시기에 탈수를 지연시키는 것이 가장 중요하다. 3. 급건엽발생이 적을수록 품질 및 물리성이 양호하였다. 4. 측면을 1.5m로 충분히 환기시킨 구에서 급건엽발생이 가장 적었다. 5. 달줄간격을 좁힐수록 온도에는 크게 영향을 미치지 않았으나 온도는 높게 유지하여 급건엽발생을 크게 감소시켰다. 6. 급건엽의 내용성분은 충분히 분해가 일어나지 않았다.

Temperature changes under demineralized dentin during polymerization of three resin-based restorative materials using QTH and LED units

  • Objectives: Light-curing of resin-based materials (RBMs) increases the pulp chamber temperature, with detrimental effects on the vital pulp. This in vitro study compared the temperature rise under demineralized human tooth dentin during light-curing and the degrees of conversion (DCs) of three different RBMs using quartz tungsten halogen (QTH) and light-emitting diode (LED) units (LCUs). Materials and Methods: Demineralized and non-demineralized dentin disks were prepared from 120 extracted human mandibular molars. The temperature rise under the dentin disks (n = 12) during the light-curing of three RBMs, i.e. an Ormocer-based composite resin (Ceram. X, Dentsply DeTrey), a low-shrinkage silorane-based composite (Filtek P90, 3M ESPE), and a giomer (Beautifil II, Shofu GmbH), was measured with a K-type thermocouple wire. The DCs of the materials were investigated using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Results: The temperature rise under the demineralized dentin disks was higher than that under the non-demineralized dentin disks during the polymerization of all restorative materials (p < 0.05). Filtek P90 induced higher temperature rise during polymerization than Ceram.X and Beautifil II under demineralized dentin (p < 0.05). The temperature rise under demineralized dentin during Filtek P90 polymerization exceeded the threshold value ($5.5^{\circ}C$), with no significant differences between the DCs of the test materials (p > 0.05). Conclusions: Although there were no significant differences in the DCs, the temperature rise under demineralized dentin disks for the silorane-based composite was higher than that for dimethacrylate-based restorative materials, particularly with QTH LCU.

The Characterization of V Based Self-Forming Barriers on Low-k Samples with or Without UV Curing Treatment

  • Device performance for the 45 and 32 nm node CMOS technology requires the integration of ultralow-k materials. To lower the dielectric constant for PECVD and spin-on materials, partial replacement of the solid network with air (k=1.01) appears to be more intuitive and direct option. This can be achieved introducting of second "labile" phase during depositoin that is removed during a subsequent UV curing and annealing step. Besides, with shrinking line dimensions the resistivity of barrier films cannot meet the International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors (ITRS) requirements. To solve this issue self-forming diffusion barriers have drawn attention for great potential technique in meeting all ITRS requirments. In this present work, we report a Cu-V alloy as a materials for the self-forming barrier process. And we investigated diffusion barrier properties of self-formed layer on low-k dielectrics with or without UV curing treatment. Cu alloy films were directly deposited onto low-k dielectrics by co-sputtering, followed by annealing at various temperatures. X-ray diffraction revealed Cu (111), Cu (200) and Cu (220) peaks for both of Cu alloys. The self-formed layers were investigated by transmission electron microscopy. In order to compare barrier properties between V-based interlayer on low-k dielectric with UV curing and interlayer on low-k dielectric without UV curing, thermal stability was measured with various heat treatment temperature. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis showed that chemical compositions of self-formed layer. The compositions of the V based self-formed barriers after annealing were strongly dominated by the O concentration in the dielectric layers.

복합레진 중합 광원에 따른 치수강 온도 변화에 대한 생체외 연구 (IN VITRO PULP CHAMBER TEMPERATURE CHANGE DURING COMPOSITE RESIN CURING WITH VARIOUS LIGHT SOURCES)

  • 연구목적은 복합레진 중합 광원에 따른 치수강 온도 변화를 관찰하는 것이었다. 연구에 사용된 광중합기는 일반 플라즈마아크 광중합기, 저발열 플라즈마 아크 광중합기, 저출력 할로겐 광중합기, 저출력 LED 광중합기, 고출력 LED 광중합기의 다섯 개이었다. K-type thermocouple 온도계를 사용하여, 중합기 light guide tip에서의 온도를 측정하고, 잔존 상아질 두께가 1mm가 되도록 형성한 유구치 와동에 상아질 접착제만 도포한 군, ionomer glass를 함유한 base 또는 calcium hydroxide를 함유한 base를 0.5mm두께로 이장한 군에서 각각 레진 충전 전과 후의 치수강내 온도를 측정하였다. 중합기 light guide tip에서 측정한 온도는 일반 플라즈마가 $52.94^{\circ}C$로 가장 높았고, 저출력 LED가 $26.14^{\circ}C$로서 가장 낮았다. 레진충전 전의 치수강내 온도는 고출력 LED가 $41.60{\sim}43.34^{\circ}C$로 가장 높았고, 저출력 LED는 $36.50{\sim}36.76^{\circ}C$로서 가장 낮았다. 레진 충전 후의 치수강내 온도는 고출력 LED가 $40.22{\sim}40.94^{\circ}C$로 가장 높았고, 저발열 플라즈마와 저출력 LED는 온도 상승이 없었다. Base의 사용은 부분적인 열 차단 효과가 있었다.

저온환경에서의 양생시트 변화에 따른 콘크리트의 온도이력 특성 (Temperature History of the Concrete Corresponding to Various Curing Sheets in the Low Temperature)

  • 본 연구에서는 저온 환경에서 단열양생시트 변화에 따른 콘크리트의 온도이력 및 강도특성을 검토하였다. 실험결과 -5$^{\circ}$C에서 노출과 air cap포장지의 경우 초기 24시간 이내로 콘크리트의 온도가 영하의 온도로 저하되어 초기동해가 발생되었다. 반면, 비닐+부직포의 경우 초기 24시간이내의 최저온도가 약 3$^{\circ}$C로 영상의 온도를 유지하였고 이중버블시트의 경우 약 7$^{\circ}$C로 나타나 양호한 단열 보온성능을 나타내었다. 코어압축강도를 측정한 결과 비닐+부직포와 이중버블시트로 양생한 시험체의 압축강도가 양생초기의 우수한 단열효과로 인해 다른 시험체의 압축강도보다 높게 나타났다.

수정 반응률 상수 모델에 의한 콘크리트 압축강도의 예측 (Prediction of Concrete Compressive Strength by a Modified Rate Constant Model)

  • This paper discusses the validity of models predicting the compressive strength of concrete subjected to various temperature histories and the shortcomings of existing rate constant model and apparent activation energy concept. Based on the discussion, a modified rate constant model is proposed. The modified rate constant model, in which apparent activation energy is a nonlinear function of curing temperature and age, accurately estimates the development of the experimental compressive strengths by a few researchers. Also, the apparent activation energy of concrete cured with high temperature decreases rapidly with age, but that of concrete cured with low temperature decreases gradually with age. Finally generalized models to predict apparent activation energy and compressive strength are proposed, which are based on the regression results.

  • In this study, mechanical properties of type V cement concrete with different curing temperature were investigated. The tests for mechancial properties, i.e., compressive strength and modulus of elasticity, were carried out on two kinds of type V cement concrete mixes. concrete cylinders cured at 10, 23, 35 and 50℃ were tested at 1, 3, 7 and 8 days. The 'rate constant model' was used to described the combined effects of time and temperature on compressive strength development. Test results show that concrete subjected to high temperature at early age attains greater strength than concrete to low temperature but eventually attains lower later-age strength than that. With type V cement concrete, the linear and Arrhenius rate constant models both accurately describe the development of relative strength as afunction of the equivalent age.

  • This study is about application to real construction site of estimating a early strength with use of microwave. Based on the exist studies, it is tried to confirm the correlation between curing temperature and estimating early strength method with microwave. The result of this study are as follows. 1) Coefficient figure of common use concrete's accelerating strength and 28 days strength after curing at $10^{\cire}C$, $20^{\cire}C$, $30^{\cire}C$ is 0.84, 0.80, 0.80 2) Coefficient figure of concrete's-has a low fine aggregate ratio- accelerating strength and 28 days strength after curing at $10^{\cire}C$, $20^{\cire}C$, $30^{\cire}C$ is 0.86, 0.82, 0.81
