유역배율이 작은 저수지의 이수관리방법 (Operation Rule Curve for Reservoir with Low Areal Ratio of Watershed to Downstream Paddy Field)

  • To provide a operation rule curve for reservoir with low ratio of watershed area to paddy field area, Duckyong reservoir with watershed area of $15.8km^2$ and paddy field area of 1,071ha was selected, in which 4 meters are being heightened and full water levels will be increased from EL.26.0m to EL.30.0m, total water storages from 365.6M $m^3$ to 708.0M $m^3$. There was no operation rule curve that satisfied over 90% reliability of water supply in reservoir with watershed area of 1.48 times of paddy field area. The differences between observed and simulated reservoir daily water storages were minimized to determine parameters for simulating reservoir inflow in case of paddy field area of 550ha from 1991 to 2010. A operation rule curve was drawn to have a maximum storage with total water storage, which was in paddy field area of 700ha with ratio of 2.3 between watershed area and paddy field area. This case showed that annual irrigation water supply was 668M $m^3$ and instream flow of 57M $m^3$, water supply reliability of 55.6% in normal operation, and annual irrigation water supply was 605M $m^3$ and instream flow of 38M $m^3$, water supply reliability of 95.6% in withdrawal limited operation. Water supply reliabilities showed 35.6% without flood regulation and 17.8% with flood regulation in existing reservoir before heightening.

공원녹지의 토지피복비율과 기온간의 요인분석 (Factor Analysis of the Relation Between Land Cover Ratio of Green Spaces and Temperature)

  • The present study examined the relation between land cover condition and temperature in various types of urban green spaces. The diagram of temperature distribution showed that high-temperature zones are formed around paved areas, and low temperature zone around planted areas and grassy areas. Even in planted areas where low-temperature zones were formed, temperature was different according to hierarchical structure. That is, temperature was relatively low in areas covered with arbor + sub-arbor. With regard to land cover ratio, the increase of planted areas and grassy areas had an effect on the fall of temperature and the effect was higher in order of planted areas and grassy areas. On the contrary, paved areas and bare areas had an effect on the rise of temperature. According to the results of factor analysis, in case of the highest temperature, planted area and grassy area were put together into a factor lowering temperature, paved area and temperature into a factor raising temperature, and bare area alone into a factor of low significance. In case of the lowest temperature, grassy area and bare area were put together into a factor, and the validity of the factor analysis was proved by the analysis of urban heat islands. An increase in the number of trees by height was effective in lowering temperature, and the effect was high in order to arbor and sub-arbor, and the source of coldness in planted area was tall trees.

  • This paper presents application results of the augmented matrix eigen-sensitivity theories to TCSC siting problem for damping the inter-area low frequency oscillation in the large KEPCO system. First and second-order eigen-sensitivities of the inter-area low frequency oscillation in the large KEPCO system. First and second-order eigen-sensitivities of the inter-area mode are computed fro changes in susceptance of the transmission lines. The lines having high sensitivity are chosen as the initial candidates for installing TCSC. Then for each of the chosen candidates, Bodeplot of the transfer function with line susceptance as the input and the bus voltage at one side of the line as the output is computed. Using the Bode plots, the lines having any zeros near the inter-area mode are screened out since design of TCSC controller is very difficult in such a case. The $H_{\infty}$ TCSC controller installed at any finally chosen candidate is found to be effective in damping the inter-area oscillation, and the proposed TCSC siting algorithm is proved to be valid. Design of $H_{\infty}$ controller is described in Part IIof this paper.

Atmospheric Photochemistry in Low-and High-NOx Regimes

  • Atmospheric photochemistry of $O_3-NOx-RH$ were considered theoretically, to clarify the reasons for the different trends of between the formation of photochemical oxidants (Ox) and its primary pollutants for the Low-and High-NOx regimes. Equations of OH, $HO_2$, and production of ozone ($O_3$) as a function of nitrogen oxides (NOx) and reactive hydrocarbons (RH) were represented in this study. For the Low-NOx regime, $HO_2$ radical is proportional to RH but independent of NOx. OH radical is proportional to NOx but inversely-proportional to RH. $O_3$ production is proportional to NOx but has a weak dependence on RH. For the High-NOx regime, OH and $HO_2$ radicals concentrations and $O_3$ production are proportional to RH but inversely-proportional to NOx. In addition, the Osaka Bay and surrounding areas of Japan were evaluated with the mass balance of odd-hydrogen radicals (Odd-H) using CBM-IV photochemical mechanism, in order to distinguish the Low- and High-NOx regimes. The Harima area (emission ratio, RH/NOx = 6.1) was classified to the Low-NOx regime. The Hanshin area (RH/NOx = 3.5) and Osaka area (RH/NOx = 4.3) were classified to the High-NOx regime.

  • According to development of wireless communication technologies, we need not only high data rate but low data rate system of low power consumption. This low data rate system is utilized in the field of home automation, health care, sensoring and monitoring, etc. IEEE 802.15.4 LR-WPAN system is the best choice for realizing ubiquitous networking system. In this paper SoC Architecture for IEEE 802.15.4 Low Rate WPAN is designed. IEEE 802.15.4 Low Rate WPAN system serves the functions and realization of home area network. We propose the SoC architecture for 868/915MHz frequency band of IEEE 802.15.4 Low Rate WPAN system. The key issue is to design SoC architecture which provides the function of Low Rate WPAN system to meet the requirement of IEEE 802.15.4 standards.

저칼슘식이 투여와 방사선조사가 임프란트의 골유착에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구 (Osseointegration of Implants in Rabbit Bone with a Low Calcium Diet and Irradition)

  • Purpose : To investigate osseointergration of titanium implants into the tibia of rabbits, which were fed a low calcium diet and irradiated. Materials and Methods : To prepare the experimental model, control group was fed a normal diet and experimental group was fed a low calcium diet for 4 weeks. And then, titanium implants were inserted into the tibia of each rabbit. Experimental group was subdivided into two groups; low calcium diet/non-irradiation group and low calcium diet/irradiation group. The low calcium diet/irradiation group was irradiated with a single absorbed dose of 15 Gy at the 5th postoperative day. At 12, 19, 33, 47, and 61 days after implantation (1, 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks after irradiation), the bone formation in the bone-implant interface area was examined by light microscopy and fluorescent microscopy. Results and Conclusions: 1. In the control group, there began to form woven bone in the bone-implant interface area at 12 days after implantation. As the experimental time was going on, the amount of bone which was in contact with the implant was increased. 2. In the low calcium diet/non-irradiation group, there began to form woven bone in the bone-implant interface area at 19 days after implantation. Although the amount of bone which was in contact with the implant was increased as the experimental time was going on, the extent of increased bone was weak as compared with control group. 3. In the low calcium diet/irradiation group, there began to form woven bone incompletely in the bone-implant interface area at 19 days after implantation, but there were vascular connective tissues in the bone-implant interface area over the entire experimental period. 4. In the control group and low calcium diet/non-irradiation group, bone labeling bands were observed at 33 days after implantation, which suggests that the bone formation and remodeling was in process, but interstitial bone remodeling was not observed in the low calcium diet/irradiation group.

Folded Back Electrode를 이용한 BJT의 포화전압특성 개선 (Improvement of The Saturation Voltage Characteristics of BJT Using Folded Back Electrode)

  • 본 논문에서는 저전력 스위치에 사용되는 소자의 포화전압 특성을 개선하기 위해 새로운 구조의 BJT를 제안하고 있다 기존에 사용되던 finger transistor(FT)의 경우 포화전압이 높아 저전력 소자의 특성을 만족하지 않아 multi base island transistor(MBIT)로 구조를 변경함으로써 저전류 영역에서의 포화전압은 충분히 낮아 저전력용 소자의 특성을 만족하지만, 이 역시 고전류 영역에서는 여전히 포화전압이 높아져 저전력용 소자의 특성을 만족하지 못하는 문제가 발생한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 folded back electrode를 이용한 새로운 구조의 BJT(FBET)를 제안하여 그 특성을 조사하였다. 새로운 구조의 트랜지스터를 적용함으로써 MBIT 구조에 비해 에미터 면적은 35 % 증가하고 접촉창의 면적이 92 % 증가하여, 저 전류 영역에서의 포화 전압은 30 % 감소하였고 고 전류 영역에서의 포화 전압은 에미터 면적 증가와 에미터 접촉 창 면적 증가에 의해 각각 30 %와 7 %씩 감소하여 전체적으로는 37 %가 감소하는 특성을 나타내었다.

저전력 광역통신망 기반 현장데이터 수집 전송 및 모니터링 시스템 개발 (Development of a System for Field-data Collection Transmission and Monitoring based on Low Power Wide Area Network)

  • 신재생에너지 발전, 스마트팜 통합관제 등 현장데이터의 모니터링 시스템은 PC, 서버 기반에서 모바일 퍼스트 중심으로 발전하고 있으며, IoT 기술의 발전으로 다양한 무선통신 및 응용 서비스들이 출현하였다. 저전력 광역통신망은 저전력, 저용량, 저속 데이터 전송에 최적화된 서비스로 현장에서 수집된 데이터는 지정 저장 서버나 클라우드 기반 데이터 플랫폼으로 전송되며, 이를 통해 데이터 모니터링이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 단일 디바이스로 현장 데이터를 수집하고 저전력 광역통신망을 이용하여 무선통신 사업자 클라우드 데이터 플랫폼으로 전송하는 IoT 중계기와 이를 활용한 현장 모니터링 앱을 설계 및 구현하였다. 이를 활용하면 보다 모니터링 시스템 구성이 간단하고, 구축 및 운영 비용이 저렴하며 효과적인 데이터 축적이 가능하다.

단지개발에 있어 강수량 지하침투 증대를 위한 침투시설의 도입가능성 연구 -분당신도시 사례를 중심으로- (Increasing Infiltration with Pervious Drainage facilities -The Effect of Simulation in Bun-Dang New town, Korea-)

  • As a site is built up, runoff increases inevitably. This results in water deficit in the site and possible downstream flooding. It may cause irreversible site ecosystem disturbance. This study examined some techniques of increasing infiltration rates in a site development. The possible effects of applying such techniques at a new town development are calculated for four types of land uses-business area, low/high density residential areas, and park area- of Bun-Dang New Town. If the higher infiltration drainage systems are introduced, there may be additional infiltration of the precipitation as much as 59.8% in business area, 74.6% in low density residential area, 51.4% in high density residential area and 32.7% in park area. This much increase of infiltration, or decrease of runoff, may improve site water balance, and thus keep the site ecosystem much healthier.

저치환율 SCP에 의한 복합지반의 응력분담 메커니즘에 관한 연구 (Study on Stress Sharing Mechanism Composition Ground Improved by SCP with Low Replacement Area Ratio)

  • In order to design accurately sand compaction pile (SCP) method with low replacement area ratio, it is important to understand the mechanical interaction between sand piles and clays and its mechanism during consolidation process of the composition ground. In this paper, a series of numerical analyses on composition ground improved by SCP with low replacement area ratio were carried out, in order to investigate the mechanical interaction between sand piles and clays. The applicability of numerical analyses, in which an elasto-viscoplastic consolidation finite element method was applied, could be confirmed comparing with results of a series of model tests on consolidation behaviors of composition ground improved by SCP. And, through the results of the numerical analyses, each mechanical behaviors of sand piles and clays in the composition ground during consolidation was elucidated, together with stress sharing mechanism between sand piles and clays.
