의류브랜드의 체험이 소비자-브랜드 관계와 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Clothing Brand Experience on Consumer-Brand Relationship and Brand Loyalty)

  • This study attempted to identify not only dimensions of clothing brand experience, but dimensions of perceived consumer-brand relationship. In addition, this study investigated the relationships among clothing brand experience, consumer-brand relationship and brand loyalty. 354 questionnaires were distributed to female and male respondents aged 20 to 30, and then analyed by SPSS and AMOS program. The results were as follows. First, it was identified that the dimension of clothing brand experience was composed of two dimensions; individual experience(personal dimension) and relational experience(social cultural dimension). Second, the type of consumer-brand relationship was found out as three dimensions; interdependence, love and passion, and partner. Third, these results showed that individual and relational experience of clothing brand was the most influential factor for love and passion dimension of consumer-brand relationship. Forth, love and passion dimension through clothing brand experience was the most influential factor for brand loyalty. Above results imply that the key of strong brand relationship lies in the emotion of love such as human relationship.

Distribution of Brand Love, Brand Coolness, Self-brand Connections and Word-of-mouth Toward the Retail Format of Starbuck in Ho Chi Minh City

  • Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effects of Brand Coolness, Brand Love, and Self-brand Connections on Word-of-mouth positively. The retail format of Starbuck in Vietnam is successful in distribution applied when it becomes the place for customers to express themselves. Consumers are now aware about Brand Coolness of the Starbucks developed in Vietnam then turn to love the brand of store and connect themselves to the brand. In this study, the closest relationship to form the basis for consumer Word-of-mouth about a brand is the relationship between Brand Coolness and Brand Love. Results: The findings show that Brand Coolness and Brand Love are important value factors in customers' minds toward their behavior, form there, it will contribute to the brand store in distribution. Research design, data and methodology: This article used the quantitative technique utilizing PLS-SEM software to test the hypothesis with 600 samples. The data obtained shows that people have Word-of-mouth about the retail format of Starbucks in Ho Chi Minh City. Conclusion: The study has demonstrated the conclusions and proposed solutions to help beverage brands build Brand Love, thereby achieving coolness, connecting brands with themselves, leading to customer Word-of-mouth in a positive way towards retail format.

The Relationship Between Brand Anthropomorphism, Brand Love, and Brand Advocacy. Moderate Role of Self-brand Connection in Brand Distribution

  • Purpose: The article focuses on studying the impact of brand anthropomorphism, and brand love, on brand advocacy, and at the same time the moderate role of brand self-connection in the process of customers' perception of the brand, especially the brand distribution. The survey subjects are customers with millennial consumers in Ho Chi Minh City, who have the behavior of buying brands in the smart mobile device industry many times with a specific brand in terms of brand distribution. Results: The findings show that Brand anthropomorphism and brand love are crucial factors to impact brand advocacy and the role of self-brand connection also is a confirmed positive effect on the relationship between brand anthropomorphism and brand love. Research design, data, and methodology: The article uses quantitative research to test the model and research hypotheses. The way to collect quantitative data is to use questionnaires with 1531 samples in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Conclusion: The research results can help businesses build a long-term brand strategy and expect to get new rewards and value from customers. They can also add to the theory about the relationship between brands and customers.

브랜드 사랑 구성개념에 대한 연구 (A Study of Concepts on the Brand Love)

  • 강력한 브랜드 구축을 위해 최근 브랜드 사랑에 대한 연구가 활발해지고 있다. 그러나 브랜드 사랑이 다차원적 구성개념이라는 것과 그것을 측정하기 위한 척도개발에 대한 일관성 있는 연구결과는 부족한 현실이다. 이에 본 연구는 Churchill(1979)과 DeVellis(1991)의 방법적 연구디자인을 기반으로 브랜드 사랑 속성을 탐구하여 '감성(emotion)'과 '관계(relationship)'의 두 가지 차원으로 분류하고 그에 따른 측정항목을 개발하였다. 이를 위해 문헌고찰과 개방형 설문조사, 심층 인터뷰 등의 사전조사와 단계별 요인분석이 진행된 본 조사 과정 등 총 8단계로 나누어 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과 브랜드 사랑은 감성과 관계의 두 차원으로 구성되었음을 확인하였다. 감성 차원은 19개 항목으로 구성된 5개 하위요소(자존심, 따뜻함, 흥미, 책임감, 즐거움)로 관계 차원은 11개 항목으로 구성된 3개 하위요소(불변, 공유/지지, 이해) 로 구성되었다. 브랜드 사랑을 측정하기 위한 항목은 신뢰도, 수렴 및 판별타당도, 이해타당도를 갖춘 최종 30항목이 도출되었다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구는 브랜드 사랑 구성개념 간의 유기적 상호작용 결과 모델을 제시하고 그것을 기반으로 '브랜드 사랑 강도(strength) 4유형'을 제안하여 브랜드 사랑 관련 연구의 폭을 넓히고자 하였다.

  • 본 연구는 한국 사회에 적용될 수 있는 한국 단축형 사랑중독 척도(Korean-Love addiction Questionnaire-Short Form: K-LAQ-SF)를 타당화하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 Peabody(2005)의 사랑중독 질문지(Love addicts 40 Questions)를 바탕으로 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 최종 5요인, 15문항을 선정한 뒤, 확인적 요인분석을 통해 최종 척도의 모형 적합도를 확인하였다. 동등성 검증 결과는 축약된 척도의 이론적 구조가 남녀별로 동일한 방식으로 작동하고 있음을 나타내었다. K-LAQ-SF와 원척도와의 상관분석 결과는 본 척도에서 타당화된 단축형 척도가 원척도를 비교적 충실히 대표하고 있음을 나타냈다. 마지막으로 관계중독, 사랑유형, 우울 변인과의 상관분석 결과 통해 수렴, 변별 및 준거타당도를 확보하였다. K-LAQ-SF는 안정적인 신뢰도와 타당도를 바탕으로 짧은 시간에 간편하게 한국 성인의 사랑중독 특성을 측정하는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

"사랑하는 여인들" 다시 읽기: 생태학적 접근 (Re-reading Women in Love : An ecological approach)

  • This paper attempts to prove the possibility that Women in Love can be approached by ecological thought. It is necessary to research the family of Lawrence's childhood, the environmental surroundings and Lawrence's viewpoint of nature to prove the possibility. The most urgent problem for us in the modern world is the ecological crisis due to the destructive aspect of modern civilization. This Lawrence's attitude toward the modern civilization is clearly reflected in Women in Love. Lawrence diagnoses the destructive aspects of modern civilization and the human relationship through Gerald, Gudrun, Hermione and Loerke who represent the industrial society and suggests the apocalyptic vision to the human being from the nature. Lawrence thinks that we must restore the animated power of life to revive the modern man who lost the vital power of life. Birkin and Ursula represent this thought of Lawrence and they accomplish the idealistic human relationship based upon the true love and the real life. They do not have the posture of the binomial contrast that separates the human being from the nature, This posture of the binominal brings to one of the causes of the present ecological crisis. As a result, we can say that Women in Love is the novel that belongs to the category of literary ecology. And we can regard that Lawrence previously presented the paradigm that ecologist advocates.

성인 애착유형과 미혼남녀의 사랑유형 및 이성교제의 관계 (The relationship among adult attachment types, love styles and dating of single people)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation among parental bonding, attachment styles, love styles and satisfaction in dating and their effects on other variables. The main findings of the study were as follows 1)The stronger the relationship with one's parents in infancy, the higher the possibility to forge secure attachment. 2)There was a significant correlation between attachment styles and love styles. 3)There was a significant correlation between attachment styles and dating satisfaction. 4)There were meaningful differences on dating satisfaction and duration among different love types. This study showed the importance of forging secure attachment between parents and children, and found related variables that can affect dating satisfaction and duration. However, the study results were based on a limited group of people, which limits the generalizability of the results to the general public. Follow-up studies that cover a wide range of age groups and related variables are necessary.

Systematic Review: The Relationship Between Brand Love and Brand Anthropomorphism In Distribution

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to consolidate research trends about the distribution of 'other customer perspective' on 'brand love' and 'brand anthropomorphism', as well as to identify prospective research topics and provide managers with suggestions. Design, data, and technique of research: The purpose of this article is to examine the distribution relationship between brand love and brand anthropomorphism using a systematic review and bibliographic mapping analysis (VOS viewer) using 23 documents from 2014 to 2023. Results: This will be a step in the correct path if brand managers can have a great interaction with their clients by using common anthropomorphism. Yet, a second challenge will be how to anthropomorphize the brand. Moreover, there is nothing simpler than discovering oneself in a brand when there are several pictures, life ethics, sentiments, and experiences that coincide. From a different perspective, the brand sometimes looks to be the ideal model for consumers to identify with, and even fall in love with since it makes them feel close to their significant other. Conclusion: The findings may help companies create a long-term brand strategy and anticipate additional consumer rewards and value. They may also enhance brand-customer theory.

소비자-브랜드 관계와 브랜드성과관련 변수들의 역할 및 관계 (The Roles and Relationships of Consumer Brand Relationship and Brand Performance-Related Variables)

  • 본 연구는 연구문제 1로 소비자-브랜드 상호의존성, 소비자-브랜드 동일시, 브랜드향수, 브랜드 사랑의 4개 항목으로 크게 나누어 브랜드 신뢰 및 충성도와 항목의 중복성을 검토하였다. 고유값(eigen-value) 1이상을 기준으로 요인분석을 실시한 결과 예상했던 것과 달리 요인은 6개가 아니라 4개로 분류되었다. 이는 이전 연구에서 제시되었던 브랜드 체험, 소비자-브랜드 관계, 브랜드 사랑 등 매우 정교화된 항목으로 나누어진 변수들이 여러 논문에서 검증되는 과정을 거치다보니 타당성 평가결과 상당히 중복되거나 기존 논문의 결과와 다른 항목들이 수렴되는 경우가 많이 존재했듯이 본 연구에서도 비슷한 결과를 보였다. 연구문제 2에서는 브랜드 사랑은 브랜드 충성도 보다 더 달성하기 힘든 개념이라는 것을 결론적으로 제시하였다. 단순한 관계, 즉 브랜드 신뢰${\rightarrow}$소비자-브랜드 관계를 검증하였던 모형 1은 적합도가 매우 낮게 나타나 새로운 모형을 만들어 검증하였는데 대체로 본 연구는 브랜드 동일시${\rightarrow}$브랜드 신뢰${\rightarrow}$브랜드 충성도${\rightarrow}$브랜드 사랑의 과정으로 구성된 모형이 가장 적합한 모형임을 밝혔다. 무생물인 브랜드를 인간과 같이 사랑한다는 것은 반복적 구매의지를 나타내는 기존의 행동적 충성도 보다 더욱 달성하기 어려운 개념이 될 수도 있다는 것이다.

The Effect of Love Attitude and Ego-Identity on Female Adolescent Fandom Engagement

  • We conducted an examination of 243 female adolescent fandom members in order to understand the relationship of the engagement in fandom activities, love attitude, and ego-identity. Researchers used three scales of 'Engagement in Fandom Activities', 'Love Attitude' (Hendrick & Hendrick, 1986) and 'Ego-identity' (Dignan, 1965). Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were applied after data was collected depending on the scales. The study showed that the degree of engagement and the tendency towards erotic love behavior had a positive correlation. The correlation with the sub-domains of ego-identity were positive with role-expectation and self-assertiveness while self-awareness was negative. All four factors affected the degree of engagement in fandom activities. It is meaningful that research help to understand the characteristic of female adolescent fandom and simultaneously investigate the effective factors of engagement in fandom activity.
