본 논문에서는 일회성 시스템이 장기 저장되는 동안 수명을 관리하기 위한 프로그램에 대해 연구하였다. 일회성 시스템은 주로 장기간 저장 또는 비운용 상태로 유지되다 임무수행시 일회성으로 운용되는 특징이 있으며, 일회성에 해당하는 기능은 주로 화약과 같은 시효성 품목을 통해 발휘된다. 이러한 시효성 품목은 저장 기간이 경과됨에 따라 성능과 특성이 변화하는 품목으로서 장기 저장간 정상 상태를 유지하기 위한 수명 관리가 매우 중요하며, 체계적인 수명 관리를 위해서는 관리 기준 설정이 필요하다. 수명 관리 기준과 현재 신뢰도를 비교하여 수명연장을 결정하며, 차기 수명평가 시기를 결정하는 방법을 지수분포와 와이블분포별로 제시한다. 수명평가 결과 시험데이터를 지속적으로 누적하며 수명분포의 모수를 최신화하고 신뢰도 변화를 확인하여, 수명을 연장하거나 만료를 판정한다. 또한, 일회성 시스템인 K000 신관의 ASRP 시험데이터를 활용하여 제안된 수명 관리 프로그램에 따라 수명 관리가 어떻게 이뤄지게 되는지 적용 가능성을 확인하였다.

The apartment housing in Korea has been rapidly constructed by adapting the most suitable construction methods as like wall structure, wet and united construction. But most of short-lived equipments usually filled in the structure which has longer life, and it causes not only to make difficult coping with the deterioration of equipments but also to let buildings remained deteriorate themselves. The buildings can be remodelled to slow down the terms of deterioration or reconstructed to give a new life of themselves, although the disposal of wastes or the lack of natural resources still be problems and unsolved that can occurred in pulling down and reconstructing the buildings. Furthermore, it is the time to need keeping with worldwide trends and movements as like sustainability or 'green growth' movements based on low carbon emissions. The researches for Long-Life Housing apartments which has durability and variation have been advanced up to now. Long-Life Housing apartments can separate their structures from equipments and interior or exterior materials of buildings. Therefore equipments or materials of buildings can be easily repaired and replaced with new ones, even if they are deteriorated themselves. Also, the construction process of Long-Life Housing apartments can be independent from the matter of proprietary rights, terms of durability, decision rights and so on. 'The law of Possession and Management of Collective Building' and the 'Regulation of Management of Collective Building' established by each local governments are already legislated for declaring the rights of using and ownership, responsibilities of each parts of apartment buildings. These laws and regulations classify the ownership of each parts of apartment buildings, and divide the ownership with public possession and exclusive possession. Therefore, this study will conduct comparative analysis between 'The law of Possession and Management of Collective Building' and 'the Regulation of Management of Collective Building' and find problems which can be occurred in future construction of Long-Life Housing apartments. It will be helpful to revise laws and regulations.

RNA interference (RNAi)-mediated transcriptional knock-down of Crassostrea gigas big defensin 1 and 2 genes (Cg-BigDef1 and Cg-BigDef2) was investigated. The cDNA sequences of Cg-BigDef1 and Cg-BigDef2 were identical, excluding an additional fragment of 20 nucleotides in Cg-BigDef1; thus, a long double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) targeting the mRNA of Cg-BigDef2 effectively downregulated both Cg-BigDef2 and Cg-BigDef1. In addition, long dsRNA targeting green fluorescent protein (GFP) did not affect transcription of the two big defensin genes. These results suggest that the transcriptional downregulation of Cg-BigDef1 and Cg-BigDef2 was mediated by sequence-specific RNA interference (RNAi). Despite injection of long dsRNA targeting Cg-BigDef2 into only the adductor muscle, knock-down of Cg-BigDef1 and Cg-BigDef2 was observed in the adductor muscle, hemocytes, mantle, and gills, suggestive of systemic spread of RNAi in C. gigas. Furthermore, the inhibitory effect of dsRNA persisted until 72 h post-injection, indicative of a long-lasting RNAi-mediated knock-down of target genes.

Long term outcomes after liver transplantation are major determinants of quality of life and of the value of this heroic treatment. As short term outcomes are excellent, our community is turning to take a harder look at long term outcomes. The purpose of this paper is to review these outcomes, and highlight proposed treatments, as well as pressing topics needing to be studied. A systemic review of the English literature was carried in PubMed, covering all papers addressing long term outcomes in pediatric liver transplant from 2000-2013. Late outcomes after pediatric liver transplant affect the liver graft in the form of chronic liver dysfunction. The causes include rejection particularly humoral rejection, but also de novo autoimmune hepatitis, and recurrent disease. The metabolic syndrome is a major factor in long term cardiovascular complication risk. Secondary infections, kidney dysfunction and malignancy remain a reality of those patients. There is growing evidence of late cognitive and executive function delays affecting daily life productivity as well as likely adherence. Finally, despite a good health status, quality of life measures are comparable to those of children with chronic diseases. Long term outcomes are the new frontier in pediatric liver transplantation. Much is needed to improve graft survival, but also to avoid systemic morbidities from long term immunosuppression. Quality of life is a new inclusive measure that will require interventions and innovative approaches respectful not only on the patients but also of their social circle.

This study focuses on time management behavior, which differs in (1) the characteristics of schools and (2) the experience of education about time management. Also, this study examines the effect of time management behavior on life satisfaction of vocational and non-vocational high school students, and also those who attend life-long education schools. The study sample consists of 367 teen-age high school students in Seoul. The result of this study demonstrates that the experience of education about time management has a great effect on time management behavior. Students experiencing education about time management have higher scores in time management behavior than those who lack such experience. It also shows a close relationship between time management behavior and life satisfaction in non-vocational high school students and those attending life-long education schools.

In the comparative study of investment alternatives with different life times. It is wrong to compare a long-life time alternative with different life times. It is to wrong to compare a long-life time alternative with a short-life time one by the same measure; therefore, a measure is needed which is suitable for the characters of alternatives. The purpose of this study is in present a method to evaluate investment alternatives with different life times and to explain the assumptions and calculating method.

노인장기요양보험제도 도입으로 노인요양시설과 요양시설 이용자가 급증하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 노인 요양시설내 학대 발생 현황과 그로 인해 이용노인의 삶에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 관심과 연구는 부족한 실정이었다. 이에 본 연구는 2개 지역에 소재한 44개 요양시설 이용노인 278명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 학대경험과 서비스 품질 인식, 서비스 만족도, 삶의 만족도간의 관계를 분석하기 위해 SPSS 20프로그램과 AMOS 18프로그램을 이용해 분석하였다. 분석결과 요양시설 이용 노인의 학대 피해 경험을 확인할 수 있었는데 특히 성학대 피해 경험이 가장 많이 보고되었다. 학대 피해 경험은 이용노인의 서비스품질에 대한 인식, 서비스 만족도, 삶의 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 학대를 경험한 노인은 기관의 서비스 품질과 서비스 만족도에 대해 낮게 평가하였고, 삶의 만족도 또한 낮게 나타났다. 학대 경험은 이용 노인의 삶의 만족도에 직접적 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 서비스 만족도를 매개로 간접적으로도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 노인 요양시설내 노인 학대 예방을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

최근 국토교통부에서는 무분별한 재건축, 재개발로 인한 사회적 비용을 감소시키고 주택의 수명을 늘리기 위해 장수명 공동주택의 도입을 촉구하고 있다. 장수명 공동주택은 기존 아파트 건설에 적용되는 벽식 구조와는 달리 기둥과 보가 연속적으로 이루어진 구조이기 때문에 내구성, 가변성, 유지관리 및 리모델링 용이성 등의 장점을 갖는다. 그러나 장수명 공동주택의 경우 기존의 벽식 구조방식의 주택에 비해 초기 투자비가 다소 상승하는 문제가 있는데, 이는 장수명 공동주택의 보급 확산을 저해하는 요소로 작용하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건물의 총 생애주기 관점에서 기존의 벽식 구조 공동주택과 장수명 공동주택의 경제성을 비교 분석하였다. 연구 결과 장수명 공동주택의 경우 일반 벽식 구조 공동주택에 비해 초기 신축미용은 약 18% 정도 증가하지만, 50년간의 총 생애주기비용을 산정해보면 벽식 구조 공동주택에 비해 약 7% 정도 경제적인 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 장기적인 측면에서 볼 때 장수명 공동주택의 도입이 경제적 사회적 측면에서 충분히 이점이 있음을 알 수 있었다.

We have determined the complete mitochondrial genome of the yellow-spotted long horned beetle, Psacothea hilaris (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae), an endangered insect species in Korea. The 15,856-bp long P. hilaris mitogenome harbors gene content typical of the animal mitogenome and a gene arrangement identical to the most common type found in insect mitogenomes. As with all other sequenced coleopteran species, the 5-bp long TAGTA motif was also detected in the intergenic space sequence located between $tRNA^{Ser}$(UCN) and ND1 of P. hilaris. The 1,190-bp long non-coding A+T-rich region harbors an unusual series of seven identical repeat sequences of 57-bp in length and several stretches of sequences with the potential to form stem-and-loop structures. Furthermore, it contains one $tRNA^{Arg}$-like sequence and one $tRNA^{Lys}$-like sequence. Phylogenetic analysis among available coleopteran mitogenomes using the concatenated amino acid sequences of PCGs appear to support the sister group relationship of the suborder Polyphaga to all remaining suborders, including Adephaga, Myxophaga, and Archostemata. Among the two available infraorders in Polyphaga, a monophyletic Cucujiformia was confirmed, with the placement of Cleroidea as the basal lineage for Cucujiformia. On the other hand, the infraorder Elateriformia was not identified as monophyletic, thereby indicating that Scirtoidea and Buprestoidea are the basal lineages for Cucujiformia and the remaining Elateriformia.

Melvil Dewey는 도서관운동가, 사상가, 교육자 그리고 선각자 등 다양한 측면에서 평가받고 있다. 그러나 교육가로서 그의 생애는 도서관계에서는 관심 밖의 영역으로 남아있다. Dewey의 도서관 사상의 근원은 학교교육과 가정교육의 두 가지 측면으로 구분해서 볼 수 있다. 이러한 측면에서, Dewey는 도서관이 교육분야에서 수행해야 하는 기능과 역할 등의 방향을 설정하는데 큰 역할을 담당하였다. 하지만, Dewey의 이러한 교육관에 대해서는 국내 연구에서는 조명되지 않고 있다. 이러한 측면에서, 본 연구는 공공도서관에서의 생애교육을 Dewey의 교육사상을 중심으로 고찰해 보고자 한다.
