Effect of Change Management Capability in Real-Time Environment: An Information Orientation Perspective in Supply Chain Management (실시간 환경에서 변화관리의 영향에 관한 연구: 공급사슬망상의 정보역량관점에서)

  • SCM system is a strategic cooperative that organically integrates all supply chains to improve the performance of a company. For effective SCM system, emphasis is placed on securing long-term, mutual relationships and change management. The implementation of an SCM system is likely to introduce a wide range of changes in and across member organizations and these changes are likely to be met with scepticism and resistance by individuals and organizations in the chain. Thus, the success of an SCM system cannot be guaranteed without effective change management. And we adopted the concept of information orientation (IO) as our method to measure the performance of an SCM system through information quality and information sharing. Therefore, this study examined the influence of mutual, reciprocal relationships among change management on information capability through information quality and information Sharing. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, change management had a significant influence on information quality, information Sharing and information capability. Second, information quality had a significant influence on information Sharing and information capability. Third, information sharing had a significant influence on information capability.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational brand internalization on organizational brand permanence. Specifically, organizational brand internalization influences customer orientation, brand attachment, and organizational brand permanence. Also, we examined the effect of brand attachment on the relationship between customer orientation and organizational brand permanence. As a result of empirical research, organizational brand internalization plays an important role in enhancing employee's attachment to brand and positively forming relationship with customers. In other words, as brand attachment increases, employees in the organization know and share customer's needs and provide core competencies for the organization's long-term development. Therefore, companies need to strengthen their internal brand power by organizing their brands into a single concept, and to realize organizational integration of employees based on them. Finally, this study suggested practical implications and future research directions from this perspective.

  • Although stable control algorithm has been implemented to the biped robot, the stability is not guaranteed because of encoder errors and/or rigid body elastics. Hence precise body pose estimation is required for more natural and long term walk. Specially pelvis sloping by gravity or uneven ground on landing place are most critical reason for undulated motion. In order to overcome these difficulties an estimation system for foot position and orientation using PSD sensors and Gyro sensors is proposed along with calibration algorithm and experimental verification.

Consumer Acceptance of E-Commerce in Korea and China;The Effects of National Culture

  • With e-commerce becoming international, understanding the effects of national culture in consumer acceptance of e-commerce is required. This study examines consumer e-commerce acceptance in Korea and China. The research model consisting of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust and perceived risk was proposed, and the hypotheses based on Hofstede's cultural dimensions of power distance, individualism/collectivism, masculinity/femininity, uncertainty avoidance and long-term orientation, were established. The results show that perceived usefulness contributes less to consumer acceptance of e-commerce in China than it does in Korea. In addition, perceived ease of use contributes more to consumer acceptance of e-commerce in China. Trust contributes significantly to consumer acceptance of e-commerce in both countries, but perceived risk didn't influence consumer acceptance of e-commerce in either country. The contribution of this study is to provide strategic insights for successfully managing cross-cultural e-commerce.

  • This study examines the approach of socio-technical systems and strategic niche management. It reviews the characteristics of that approach such as multi-level perspectives, the views on technology, and policy orientation. It applies the approach to the long-term vision making in science and technological innovation, socio-technical planning, participatory R&D, and science communication in Innovation policy areas and suggests some policy implications.

  • We establish two models -'intermediate' role model and 'infra-structural' role model - to confirm what role the concepts of 'long-term orientation' and 'asset specificity' execute in the context of supply chain management practices affect on SCM performances. We confirm the model's statistical significance with empirical investigation about 167 manufacturing companies in all over the country. As a result, we find that real data fits to 'infra-structural' role model with added paths of concepts and variables rather to 'intermediate' role model. We prove these results with empirical method of confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model with AMOS program.

  • We fabricated Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells(DSSCs) which are modified by using liquid crystals(LCs) and electro-deposition on cathode electrode in order to apply to flexible DSSCs. We deposited Pt metal layers on ITO electrode through the method of electro-deposition process during low-temperature. We could expect the long-term stability by using ionic liquid(IL) and liquid crystals(LCs). We can also see the enhancement of efficiency through orientation of LCs in gel-state electrolyte using liquid crystals at the DSSCs.

  • This study empirically investigated the relationships among inter-organizational contextual factors(assets specificity, long-term orientation and interdependence), information exchange between trading partners, inter-organizational loaming and trust, and inter-organizational performance. In this study, types of information exchanged between trading firms are classified into two broad kinds: transaction information and management information. from empirical results, we found that inter-organizational contextual factors have a greater positive impact on the exchange of management information. It is also observed that the exchange of information positively influences inter-organizational trust and loaming. finally, the results of this study showed that inter-organizational trust and teaming have positive effects on the improvement of inter-organizational performance. Thus, it is concluded that the amount of information exchanged according to the conditions of inter-organizational contextual factors gives rise to inter-organizational teaming and high levels of trust, and high levels of trust and learning contribute to the increase of inter-organizational performance.

Sentiment Orientation Using Deep Learning Sequential and Bidirectional Models

  • Sentiment Analysis has become very important field of research because posting of reviews is becoming a trend. Supervised, unsupervised and semi supervised machine learning methods done lot of work to mine this data. Feature engineering is complex and technical part of machine learning. Deep learning is a new trend, where this laborious work can be done automatically. Many researchers have done many works on Deep learning Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Long Shor Term Memory (LSTM) Neural Network. These requires high processing speed and memory. Here author suggested two models simple & bidirectional deep leaning, which can work on text data with normal processing speed. At end both models are compared and found bidirectional model is best, because simple model achieve 50% accuracy and bidirectional deep learning model achieve 99% accuracy on trained data while 78% accuracy on test data. But this is based on 10-epochs and 40-batch size. This accuracy can also be increased by making different attempts on epochs and batch size.

  • This research focused on the research on nonverbal communication among communication, an important trait of consultants, who provide knowledge for the clients. The aim was to investigate meaningful influence on the perceived evaluation of clients, as well as the influence on the consulting corporate trust. The research results can be summarized as follows. It was verified that consultants' nonverbal communication positively influenced perceived consultants' evaluation. Also, it was confirmed that clients' perceived consultant evaluation positively influenced service provision corporate trust and long-term relationships.
