물류기업의 전략과 물류공동화가 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Logistics Company Strategies and Logistics Cooperation on Business Performance)

  • 기업들은 전사적 관점에서 경쟁우위 확보와 효율적인 프로세스 운영을 위해 자원 집중을 통한 핵심역량을 강화하여야 한다. 이를 위해 전략적 차원에서 중요 업무 외의 업무나 많은 시간과 자본이 소요되는 설비 등을 공동화하여 역량집중과 비용절감을 추구하고 있다. 따라서 물류기업들은 인적 물적 시간적 등의 한계에 따라 물류 자원을 최대치로 활용하기 위해 물류공동화 시스템을 적극 활용하여야 한다. 본 연구는 물류기업의 물류 전략과 물류공동화가 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석한 연구로, 운송·보관·국제물류주선·하역 등 국내 물류기업을 대상으로 조사·분석하였다. 실증분석 결과는 물류의 비용·관계·정보 지향전략이 물류공동화를 매개로 기업의 재무·운영·전략 성과지표에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문을 통해 도출된 결과는 물류기업 및 물류서비스 기업의 성과 향상을 위한 물류 전략과 물류공동화 설정에 중요한 결정요소로 활용될 것이다.

의류 물류센터 보관효율 향상을 위한 실증적 연구 : 행거 랙 보관과 건물기둥 간격을 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on Clothing Distribution Center to Improve Storage Efficiency : Especially on Hanger Rack Storage According to Distance between Columns)

  • Sales of the Korean clothing industry grew to 16.9 percent on-year in 2010, but the growth rate dropped to 3 percent from 2011 to 2016 and the overall market began to slump to 1.1.6 percent in 2017. The competitiveness of clothing companies is also a major sector in logistics capability, and the average logistics cost of domestic clothing companies is 8.3 percent of sales in 2011, higher than the average 8 percent of domestic industries, and 36.4 percent of the total storage cost in 2011, higher than the 28.8 percent share of the total storage cost of domestic companies. As domestic production conditions such as wage hikes and labor disputes worsened in the 1990s, production facilities were rapidly moved overseas, which led many clothing companies to have no production facilities or a minimal production base in Korea and focus on marketing and design capabilities. The total storage capacity and storage efficiency of the logistics center became very important as the products were changed to the form of mass warehousing and small-volume forwarding. Research shows that building column spacing, a model of this research, can affect the amount of hanger rack storage empirically, so for sustainable growth of clothing companies, it is necessary to improve competitiveness in the logistics market by reducing costs and improving efficiency to overcome difficulties in corporate management. Because logistics costs are 8.3 percent and operating profit to sales ratio is 2 percent, it is expected that operating profit will increase by 41.5 percent if logistics costs are reduced by 10 percent. If 10% of storage cost is saved based on storage cost, operating profit is expected to increase by 15% To strengthen the competitiveness of the clothing industry, a reduction in logistics costs is essential. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide hints that logistics experts can have empirically small amounts in reducing storage costs through column spacing adjustment of logistics centers that have not been dealt with statistically until now, and to contribute to the continued growth of clothing companies and the development of the domestic logistics industry.

역방향 로지스틱스 : 과제 및 기존연구 (Reverse Logistics : Research Issues and Literature Review)

  • Among various environmental issues, those for worn-out products are increasingly important due to rapid development and improvement of products, shortages of dumping sites and waste-incineration facilities, and legislation pressures and customer recognitions to protect the environment. Under such circumstances, collection and product recovery activities give rise to additional material flows from customers back to collectors and reprocessors. Reverse logistics, the opposite direction of the conventional forward logistics, is concerned with the management of this material flow. In this paper, we consider the emerging concept of reverse logistics. First, the concept of sustainable development is explained to explain the philosophical background of various environmental issues. Second, we explain the basics of reverse logistics, which includes the overall structure and the classification of network types. Finally, we review the previous research articles, especially in the aspect of industrial engineering, after classifying the decision problems into : (a) product recovery strategy; (b) network design and operation; (c) inventory management; (d) disassembly problems; and (e) remanufacturing problems.

업종별 물류단지 입지 선정을 위한 실증적 연구 (A Study on the Factor Analysis of Distribution Center Location Selection by Industry)

  • Nowadays, logistics parks are no longer simply storage areas but rather the center of corporate supply activities. As the importance of logistics increases, so does the value of logistics related facilities. Unlike the past, in which the sole purpose of logistics services was the spatial movement of materials through transportation, modern logistics are required to carry out functions such as timely adjustment and swift adaptation to changing patterns, and this leads to the emphasis on forming logistics parks. Logistics parks make profits using the efficiency of time and space. Such logistics parks play an important role in a corporation creating operating profits as well as acting as a method of alternative investment for individuals. Logistics parks no longer simply store materials, but have become a place that plays an important role in various areas of corporate and individual activities, and thus the analysis of the selection of the location of logistics parks and the related characteristics is extremely important. There are many existing studies on the selection of locations of logistics parks but work on the factors related to location selection by industry seem lacking. As such, in the course of this study we have used preceeding studies to draft a questionnaire on which selection factors affect the selection of logistics park location in different industries and conducted empirical analysis of the questionnaire results to uncover the factors that affect the selection of the locations of logistics parks in different industries.

한국형 부가가치물류클러스터 모형에 관한 연구 (Model of Korean Value-added Logistics Cluster)

  • "물류산업"은 장래 우리나라의 새로운 성장산업의 하나로 인식되고 있다. 그간 우리나라는 중국화물의 환적거점으로 기능을 하였으나, 최근 중국 자체항만의 성장으로 대형선단이 중국으로 이동하고 있다. 결과적으로 한국의 물류중심의 입지가 위기를 맞고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 물류혁신과 국제경쟁력 강화를 위해 새로운 전략이 필요하게 되었고, 본 연구에서는 "부가가치물류클러스터"를 새로운 전략으로 제안하고 있다. 특히 본 연구는 한국의 입지적 산업적 장점을 극대화할 수 있는 한국형 부가가치물류클러스터를 제안하고 있다. 추가적으로 한국 항만이 동북아 물류거점으로 성장할 수 있도록 한국형 부가가치물류클러스터 모형이 제안되었다. 클러스터 구성요소, 물류산업과 타 산업 간의 연관성 분석과 같은 다양한 분석과정이 한국형 부가가치물류클러스터 모형을 개발하기 위해 단계별로 시행되었다. 또한 한국형 부가가치물류클러스터 모형을 물동량 감소로 최근 위기를 맞고 있는 광양항에 적용하였다.

  • 2006년 1월 부산신항 3선석을 시작으로 부산신항의 운영이 시작되고, 해외경쟁항만의 지속적인 시설확충은 기존 우리나라의 대표항만으로 자리매김해온 부산북항이 직면한 도전이다. 이러한 도전을 슬기롭게 극복하기 위해서는 가장 먼저. 지금의 상황을 냉정하게 파악할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산북항의 현 상황을 파악하기 위해서 해외경쟁항만과 부산북항의 운영시설 및 운영현황을 비교분석하고, 신규개장하는 부산신항과 부산북항의 시설현황을 비교하며. 마지막으로 부산북항 개별터미널의 시설 및 장비, 운영현황을 상대비교한다.

물류창고 시설의 인명안전기준 개선 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Life Safety Code for Logistics Warehouse Facilities)

  • The number of fires in the Korean distribution warehouse increased by about 350 from 1,070 in 2014 to 1,416 in 2020. In addition, the fire load increases with the scale of the distribution warehouse, and even if the automatic sprinkler operates, there is a limit to the direct intrusion of the water source into the ignition source, and the detector is often installed on a high ceiling. The sensing time is often delayed. In order to improve the fire safety of such distribution warehouses, the US NFPA stipulates in detail the contents related to the facility, such as sprinkler water discharge standards, rack-type warehouse installation height restrictions, and regulations on collection and equipment. However, in Japan, the goods loaded inside the distribution warehouse are not classified in detail, and it is considered that the fire safety for the distribution warehouse is low due to the relaxation regulations of the fire prevention section. Therefore, in this study, common problems are classified into material, spatial, and safety management characteristics through the cases of distribution warehouse fires that occurred in Korea and abroad, and the problems related to distribution warehouses in Korea and abroad are compared and analyzed. And present basic materials for improving the life safety standards of future distribution warehouse facilities.

  • In the limitless competition era of the 21st century, cost reduction is being highlighted as one of survival strategies of businesses. The first item for cost reduction of businesses is logistical costs. The most keenly required thing for this is to remove unnecessary elements, and the best way to realize it to cut down processes using automatic facilities. Packing container in logistics is like a facility. This study is intended to analyze reduction of costs, improvement of business process and reduction of working force through standardization of standardization, and logistics effects through improvement of environmental images in enterprises.

A Study on forecasting container volume of port using SD and ARIMA

  • The forecasting of container volume which is the basis of port logistics facilities expansion has a great influence on development of an port. Based on this importance, various previous studies have presented methodology on container volume forecasting. The results of many previous studies pointed out the limitations of future forecasting based on past container volume and emphasized that more various factors should be considered to compensate this. Taking notice of this point, this study forecasted future container volume by using ARIMA model, time series analysis and System Dynamics (SD) method, a dynamic analysis technique and performed the comparative review with the forecast of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime affairs. Recently with rapid changes in economic and social environment, the non-linear change tendency for forecasting container traffic is presented as a new alternative to the country.

폐쇄루프 공급망 모델 최적화를 위한 적응형혼합유전알고리즘 접근법 (Adaptive Hybrid Genetic Algorithm Approach for Optimizing Closed-Loop Supply Chain Model)

  • 본 연구에서는 적응형혼합유전알고리즘(Adaptive Hybrid Genetic Algorithm: AHGA) 접근법을 이용한 폐쇄루프 공급망(Closed-Loop Supply Chain: CLSC) 모델 최적화를 다루고 있다. CLSC 모델 구축을 위해 공급업체(Part Supplier), 제품제조업체(Product Manufacturer)등으로 구성된 전방향물류(Forward Logistics)와 수집업체(Collection Center), 회복센터(Recovery Center)등으로 구성된 역물류(Reverse Logistics)를 함께 고려하고 있다. 제안된 CLSC 모델은 수리모형(Mathematical Model)으로 표현되며, AHGA접근법을 이용해 이행되어 그 최적해를 구하게 된다. 수치실험에서는 기존연구에서 제안된 몇몇 접근법과 AHGA 접근법을 함께 사용하여 그 수행도를 비교분석하였다.
