Vietnam is entering an important phase of urbanization that corresponds to the current economic development. Developing logistics of Vietnam in general, and Haiphong particularly, is urgent in order to meet the need for the economic development of Viet Nam in this period of international integration. Hai Phong's development record over the past 20 years is remarkable. In conjunction with the local government's efforts, external factors, such as increasing direct foreign investment, is turning Hai Phong into Vietnam's logistics hub. However, even though Hai Phong accounted for 98% of North Vietnam's throughput, its logistics services are low level, the ports are fragmented, and the port management scale is backward, with the legal system overlapping. This paper has systematically evaluated the development of Haiphong city during recent years, then offers some solutions to develop logistics for Hai Phong ports.

The main purpose of this study is to define antecedents that influence e-SCM synchronization and to investigate how it affects e-SCM performance. We, therefore, investigate (1) the impact of firms' internal IT planning capabilities on e-SCM synchronization and on SCM process management capability, (2) the impact of firms' internal IT infrastructure on e-SCM synchronization and on SCM process management capability, (3) the impact of firms' internal SCM process management capabilities on e-SCM synchronization, and finally (4) the impact of e-SCM synchronization on SCM performance. A survey has been administrated to the firms' SCM and marketing staffs and 171 returns analyzed. The results show that (1) IT plan has not direct impacts on e-SCM synchronization, but has direct impacts on organizational support, purchasing, and operations processes except logistics process. IT plan, however, has indirect impacts on e-SCM synchronization through purchasing and operations of SCM process management capability. (2) IT infrastructure has both direct and indirect effects on e-SCM synchronization, and also has direct impacts on organizational support, purchasing, and operations processes except logistics process. (3) SCM process management capabilities have direct impacts on e-SCM synchronization. Among these SCM core processes purchasing positively influences operations, which in turn positively influences logistics process management capability. (4) e-SCM synchronization has positive impacts on SCM performance indicator (SCOR), such as delivery reliability, responsiveness & flexibility, and cost. These results indicate that e-SCM synchronization can be critical to achieve better internal performance like cost and external performance like delivery reliability, responsiveness & flexibility of firms' SCM. In sum, this study demonstrates that the intervening role of e-SCM synchronization between e-SCM performance and IT management capability and between e-SCM performance and SCM core process management capability has been significant in achieving better e-SCM performance. Therefore, it can be suggested that e-SCM performance should be accomplished in consequence of the acceleration of e-SCM synchronization through the enhancement of preceding factors for the e-SCM synchronization.

메콩강은 동남아시아 최대의 하천으로 인도차이나 반도 5개국(태국, 라오스, 베트남, 캄보디아, 미얀마)을 관통한다. 메콩강 유역 국가들은 모두 ASEAN 회원국으로, 특히 저개발국을 중심으로 급속하게 경제성장이 이루어지고 있다. 외국인 투자의 증가와 해외기업의 진출이 증가하고 있고 이에 따라 물류산업의 발전도 기대되는 곳이다. 우리나라 물류기업의 성장을 위해 해외네트워크를 구축할 필요가 있고, 이들 국가는 좋은 투자지역이 될 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 우리나라 물류기업이 잠재적 성장력을 가지고 있는 베트남, 라오스, 캄보디아, 미얀마를 중심으로 이들 지역에 진출하는데 있어 물류인프라 및 투자법과 제도를 분석한다. 또한 이들 국가 물류시장에 대한 SWOT분석을 하고 이에 따른 진출 방안을 제시한다. 결론적으로 이들 지역에 대한 진출방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이들 지역의 물류기업 진출은 인프라 구축사업과 연계하여 이루어질 필요가 있다. 왜냐하면 이들 지역의 물류 인프라가 아직 많이 취약하고 이러한 인프라 구축사업이 해외원조를 통해 이루어지고 있기 때문이다. 둘째, 취약한 내수시장의 약점을 극복하고 풍부한 천연자원 개발과 연계하여, 제조업 또는 자원 개발기업과 공동으로 진출할 필요가 있다. 또는 해외진출 위험을 분산하기 위해 다른 물류기업과 공동으로 진출하는 것이 바람직하다. 마지막으로 중국과 인도를 잇는 물류요충지 이점을 충분히 활용하고 각 국가가 가진 물류환경에 따른 물류거점 구축에 따른 진출이 필요할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to consider the problem on pursuit of logistics strategy by our international shipping company in international shipping business under the said circumstance due to the open international shipping market and to suggest the logistics strategy for the consideration of the logistics competition under new international shipping circumstances. The results of empirical analysis are mentioned as follows; First, it shall be considered to maintain the size of company bigger than a certain capability so that it may obtain the superior competition of logistics. Second, as there are the plus correlations between the competition of logistics and the logistic support, it is necessary to pursuit the upgrade service with using EDI system and making up the complex shipping and integrated logistics system in general. Third, with the rationalization of finance policy and the profitable management of shipping company the ratio of net worth can be raised and it can be achieved to make the sound financial structure as reducing the excessive debt ratio. Fourth, it can be effort continuously to perform the investment for the infrastructure of logistics support & the institutional supplement so that it may achieve to increase the efficiency of logistic support at pier and to reduce the cost of logistic support.

본 연구에서는 교통수송분야 국가핵심기반 지정 및 관리시 연계성을 고려한 운영관리 전략을 제안한다. 산업구조가 고도화됨에 따라 국가핵심기반은 교통수송분야 연구개발 생애주기를 고려하여 교통수송분야의 연계 협업형 연구개발 계획과 심층분석을 적용하였다. 국가경제나 국민생활의 활동이 사회의 요건에 밀착되는 등의 포괄적인 국가안전과 국민의 안전 요구 증대로 정부의 책임이 점차 확대되고 있는 추세에 있다. 이러한 시점에서 본 연구의 특징은 유지관리의 필요성과 국가의 책무인 대국민 서비스를 위한 종합적이고 과학적인 관리를 수행하였다. 이에, 교통수송분야 국가 핵심기반은 지속가능한 유지·관리를 위한 보호계획 수립과 가이드라인을 고려하여 작성·시행한다. 본 연구는 교통수송분야의 국가핵심기반 지정·관리시 연계성을 고려한 운영 전략을 제안함으로서 효율적인 국가핵심기반 재난관리에 기여한다.

These days, international air-logistics demand is getting bigger and bigger by increasing in trading volumes of export and import of Asia. It makes the air logistics of stakeholder to invest in air logistics facilities and information systems for meeting the growth of air transportation. However there are some problems that the efficiency of investment is not good by duplicately investing in information systems and moreover not compatible with each other because the stakeholder is investing in individual information system and air logistics facilities instead of constructing the integrated infrastructure. In this paper, we investigated the export, import, and transshipment process of air logistics to simplify air logistics process through the RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) application and the 4PL system.

Recently, the role of container ports is radically changing, These changes are largely driven by the innovation process of Logistics such as Supply Chain Logistics and Global Logistics due to the international expansional of industry. Under this environment, It is required that the container port should act as a integral part of a Supply Logistics Chain especially to provide the customer-oriented logistics service. This paper deals with the development strategy of container ports coping with these changes in the view point of container ports as a Logistics infrastructure to provide customer-response services and necessary to the economic promotion of hinterlands. Strategy is suggested in the phases of the customers desire, the pattern of container cargo, the economic promotion of hinterlands, and interrelation of container ports in north-east Asia and also domestics through the analysis of competiveness of container ports.

기업들은 물류비용을 절감하고 유통의 명확성을 기하기 위해 물류정보시스템을 필요로 하고 있으나 업무의 다양성과 초기구축비용으로 인해 일부 대기업에서만 시행을 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 실제 물류업무를 수행하고 있는 중소기업을 모델로 하여 업무분장과 각종 문제점을 조사하고 효율적으로 물류를 통제 및 관리할 수 있는 물류정보시스템을 개발하고자 하였다. 물류정보의 실시간 모니터링을 위해 GPS, 모바일, 무선통신 등 신기술을 이용하여 시스템을 구축하였고 발생되는 각종 정보를 제공하기 위해 Web GIS를 기반으로 활용하였다. 개발된 물류정보시스템을 통하여 물류업무 전반을 통합관리하고 물류비용 및 처리시간을 절감할 수 있을 것이다.

Recently, it is recognized as a high-cost and inefficient logistics system that increases traffic congestion and environmental problems due to an increase in traffic volume due to the activation of the online market. In order to solve inefficient problems such as unavoidable traffic congestion and environmental problems caused by the increase in traffic volume, it is necessary to develop a freight transport system technology using the existing urban railway infrastructure and freight-only urban railway. The urban subway logistics system is a logistics system that requires a combination of various technologies to solve the nationwide demand for urban logistics and road traffic problems. This paper recognized the existing traffic congestion and environmental pollution of road traffic as problems, and supplemented the contact point requirements presented above by identifying the sub-systems constituting the target system and supplementary points for each part-level contact point. In this study, as a complex system operated for one purpose by grafting various technologies, a plan is required to secure the reliability and safety of operation from various viewpoints. The results of this study can contribute to the initial configuration and basic data to solve the interface bottleneck of the urban subway logistics system to be promoted in the future.

21세기 들어와서 물류기업간의 경쟁이 날로 격화되고 있다. 이에 따라 물류비 절감, 고객 서비스의 향상, 정보통신기술의 활용 등 여러 요인에서 상대적인 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 노력을 경주하고 있다. 중국은 WTO 가입 후 물류산업분야에도 많은 발전이 있었지만, 아직도 다른 나라에 비해 GDP 대비 물류비의 비중이 높아 중국 경제에 부담으로 작용하고 있는 실정이다. 제4자 물류기업은 한정된 경영자원을 핵심역량에 투입하고 비 핵심활동인 물류활동은 전문물류업체에 아웃소싱을 하게 되었으며 물류 아웃소싱이 확대되면서 물류의 중요성이 대두되게 되었고 그에 따라 물류의 수요 또한 증대되게 되었다. 따라서 중국에서 제4자 물류는 많은 장점에도 불구하고 정부와 기업들의 문제로 본질적인 한계점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문의 연구 목적은 중국 제4자 물류에 대해 중국정부와 중국물류산업의 문제점을 제시하고 중국에서 제4자 물류를 도입하기 위한 기업 및 중국정부 차원의 해결방안을 제시함으로써 중국에서 제4자 물류의 발전에 기여하고 한국 제4자 물류기업의 중국진출을 촉진시키는 것이다.
