Integrated GIS-Based Logistics Process Monitoring Framework with Convenient Work Processing Environment for Smart Logistics

  • In today's highly competitive business environment, most companies try to manage their logistics function strategically to satisfy their orders as cost-effectively as possible and maximize their present and future profits. In this environment, logistics process visibility is essential to companies wishing to competently track components, parts, or products in transit from the original suppliers to the final destinations. Thus, it is important to provide instantly and easily recognizable information about such visibility to all stakeholders, especially customers. To ensure a high-level geographical visibility of the logistics processes, in this paper, we propose a way of implementing a GIS-based logistics process monitoring environment and of integrating a performer's work processing environment on the monitoring system. Additionally, to provide more abundant monitoring information, we describe a procedure for creating and processing various monitoring information, which are represented as ECA rules in this work processing environment. Therefore, it is possible to provide intuitive and visible monitoring information regarding the logistics process and resource elements.

  • The global halal market is forecast to grow at an annual average of 5.2 percent from 2017 to $3.07 trillion in 2023 due to the high growth rate of the world's Muslim population, the spread of halal-certified food consumption and the economic growth of the Muslim world. Through this study, the difficulty of obtaining halal certification can be overcome through accurate understanding of the general supply chain and other halal supply chain. Also, by examining the trends and requirements of halal logistics standards in countries with advanced halal logistics systems, halal logistics certification agencies, and halal port logistics, we can help establish our own halal logistics system by finding areas that can be benchmarked in Korea and differentiated from those that can be found. For the safe supply chain management of halal products between logistics Supply Chain, an integrated logistics system shall be developed to manage customs and customs as one-stop, while maintaining a complete halal condition on a series of logistics processes such as storage, transportation, customs clearance, etc. Korea, entry into the halal logistics market through halal integrity guarantee solution or platform development can also be considered, taking advantage of the strength of IT and packaging.

  • It is very important for the logistics business success that Third-Party Provider maintains a successful logistical relationship with customers. The important factors for the successful logistical relationship are customer orientation, service timeliness, reciprocal dependability, keeping long-term relationships, and logistics cost savings. Therefore, Third-Party Provider establishes the logistics strategy based on the reciprocal dependability with customers and the long-term of view. In addition, the logistics strategy provides the logistics services satisfying customers and saving logistics cost.

  • 교통 물류 업계는 저탄소 녹색성장에 대한 국가 전략을 달성하기 위하여 2020년까지 온실가스 감출 전망치(Business As Usual:BAU) 대비 37%의 감축을 목표로 하고 녹색 교통 물류 체계의 구축을 위한 방법들이 제시 하고 있다. 이에 화물 운전자를 위한 에코 드라이빙 교육은 대표적인 방법이다. 그러나 화물 운전자를 위한 에코 드라이빙의 효과를 제시하기 위한 통합 데이터 수집과 물류 네트워크 현황을 진단하고 평가 할 수 있는 방법 연구는 많지 않다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 본 논문은 기존의 물류 네트워크 진단평가 모니터링과 에코 드라이빙에 대하여 고찰하고, 스마트폰 어플리케이션 기반의 화물 운전자의 에코 드라이빙을 위한 공급망의 물류 네트워크 진단평가 모니터링 서비스 비즈니스 프로세스 설계를 제시한다. 또한 실제 물류 현장의 적용 효과를 제시하였다.

  • High growth and increasing traffic and transport finished vehicles, a significant impact on how organize the flow of parts to auto makers an dagencies have As a result, the automakers to improve its position as a highly responsive, with minimal costs, the out sourcing of their logistics processes. This paperis the result of field research to determine the effectiveness of the logistics industry in Iran and focuses on information technology deals the transport vehicle and parts sales deals, indicators used in the model include: IT focuses, IT Valence, IT Competency, IT Managerial Commitment, IT Resource Commitment and competitive advantage identified. Data collected by questionnaires from managers and experts have been towing companies ISACO and SAIPA trailer hypotheses using structural equation methods and software has been analyzed Amos, Results show, focusing on information technology now has significant impacts on logistics and transport. As a result the impact of, IT valence, IT competency and IT Managerial Commitment analytics to gain competitive advantage was not approved, but the rest of the factors were confirmed.

  • 종합군수지원은 미래전쟁에 효과적으로 대응하고 원활한 군수지원 활동을 통해 전쟁을 승리로 이끄는데 기여하기 위함에 있다. 미래전쟁은 현대전에 비해 매우 복잡하고 고도의 전략과 전술을 구사하며 첨단무기체계를 동원한 강도 높은 전쟁으로 발전할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 종합군수지원의 한 분야인 탄약종합군수지원의 발전을 통해 효과적인 군수지원이 이루어지기를 바라고, 단계별 업무체계와 수행업무, 탄약종합군수 지원요소에 대해 고찰하고, 탄약종합군수지원업무와 관련한 문제점을 도출하여 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다.

A Research of the Logistics Legal System in China-Korea FTA

  • Purpose - This paper mainly studied the role of the logistics legal system in promoting international transport logistics, building marine economy international cooperation demonstration zone and deepening the economic and financial cooperation etc between China and Korea. Research design, data, and methodology - The study conducted a survey on China and Korea's 2012-2017 years data. After empirically analyzing the data, we believe that cultural industry in Korea and China will maintain its growth momentum. Results - This study explored the way to establish an integrated logistics system between China and Korea to match the e-commerce certification system, online payment system and logistic distribution, thereby gradually promoting economic development and logistics integration in Asia. Conclusions- China-Korea FTA can encourage private flow to take on enterprises. In terms of improving logistics efficiency, reducing logistics costs and establishing a unified logistics industry standardization system. This will accelerate logistics industry integration in Northeast Asia, build a unified logistics management center in Northeast Asia, and promote a new model of integrated logistics cooperation in Northeast Asia. Therefore, it has a practical and reference significance.

A Study on the Development Strategy of Logistics System in E-Commerce in China

  • Purpose - Along with the rapid growth of the economics and IT industry, E-commerce appears as the next potential area of world economics. For this no-entity shops commerce style, logistics is crucial for the success of E-commerce. Research design, data and methodology - In this paper, Dangdang.com, the largest online marketplace in China, is studied and a conceptual model is present, to develop a practical way to develop the logistics system in E-commerce situation. Results - This research finds that following 4 factors are critical success factors for E-commerce logistics: 1) logistics centres are very important to control the inventory management; 2) keep good cooperation with third-party logistics (3PL) can guarantee good quality shipping service and also can reduce delivery costs; 3) build strong information system; 4) quick response system also needed for an efficient logistics system. When E-commerce firms are developing their logistics systems, they should pay more attention to these 4 critical success factors. Conclusions - In summary, successful 3PL management is vital for competing regionally and globally throughout the logistics value chain. We see information system as an enabler in logistics management to get the right products to the right place in the right quantity at the right time and to provide quality services to satisfy the customer's needs.

물류산업의 블록체인 적용효과와 법적 과제에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Block Chain Application and Legal Issue in Logistics Industry)

  • 물류산업은 블록체인의 적용가능성과 효과성이 매우 높은 산업으로 거론된다. 본 연구는 블록체인이 물류산업에 적용될 경우 발생하는 긍정적인 효과가 무엇인지 살펴보고 물류산업에 블록체인이 적용되기 위해 우선적으로 해결되어야할 법적 문제점은 어떠한 것이 있는지를 파악하기 위한 논문이다. 선행연구의 부족으로 국내외의 다양한 보고서를 참고하였으며 블록체인을 통해 서류업무 간소화, 가시성 증대, 거래신뢰성 향상, 사물인터넷 활성화, 자율거래의 확대라는 긍정적 효과를 창출 할 수 있는 것을 확인했다. 하지만 물류산업에 블록체인이 적용되기 위해서는 전자거래의 범위, 전자선하증권의 국제유통, 전사서명, 개인정보보호에 등에 관한 법률적 보완이 필요하다는 것도 알 수 있었다. 블록체인에 대한 사회적 관심이 높아지는 현 시점에서 물류산업의 적용가능성과 효과 및 법률적 문제점을 확인했다는 의미가 있지만 보다 광범위한 법적 문제와 실무 차원의 연구가 향후 수행되어야 할 것이다.

항만물류 특성을 반영한 컨테이너 정보시스템 설계 (The Design of the Container Logistics Information System Reflects the Port Logistics Environment)

  • 항만물류는 그 특성상 global visibility와 traceability가 요구된다. 그러나 현재까지 항만물류에 적용된 전통적인 RFID기술로는 이러한 요구에 부응할 수 없다. 최근의 IP-USN 또는 M2M과 같은 기술들은 네트워크가 구성되어 있어야 한다는 전제와 대량의 컨테이너가 장치되어 있는 항만물류 거점에서는 폭발적인 통신량으로 인한 문제가 발생한다. 또한 최근의 항만물류 관련 이해관계자들의 요구는 보다 적극적인 대응을 할 수 있는 기술과 방법을 요구하고 있다. 이러한 요구와 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 IP-RFID 기반의 스마트 항만물류서비스시스템을 제안한다. IP-RFID 기반의 스마트 항만물류서비스시스템은 스마트 RFID 태그와 센서, 그리고 인터넷에 연결해 주는AP를 태그와 분리하여 통신 문제를 해결하였다. 온도센서, 습도센서, 충격센서, GPS 등이 연결된 태그는 컨테이너에 부착되어 언제 어디서든 원하는 정보를 실시간으로 획득할 수 있어 글로벌한 추적과 투명성을 보장받을 수 있다.
