글로벌화에 따른 기업 간 경쟁 심화와 고유가 시대에서 물류 경쟁력 향상은 기업 경쟁력 확보의 핵심이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 물류환경에 따른 인도네시아 수출기업의 운송수단 선택요인이 물류성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 분석결과, 수출기업의 운송수단 선택요인인 화물특성만이 물류성과에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 서비스, 시간, 비용은 물류성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 인도네시아의 열악한 물류인프라가 반영된 것으로 판단되며, 수출기업은 운송수단을 선택할 때 서비스, 시간, 비용 등을 고려하고 있으나 결국 열악한 물류인프라로 물류성과에는 영향을 미치지 않고 있다. 인도네시아의 열악한 물류인프라는 운송거리 대비 과도한 운송시간 소요, 정시 인수 및 인도 불가, 운송비 및 부대비용 증가에 따른 기업의 전체 물류비 상승 등으로 수출기업의 경쟁력을 저하시키는 요인으로 지적되고 있으며, 인도네시아 정부의 고용창출과 산업화를 위한 제조업 육성과 외국인투자 유치에도 악영향을 미치고 있어 물류인프라 개선이 우선시 되어야 한다. 본 연구는 개발도상국인 인도네시아의 물류인프라 환경이 선행연구의 결과와 다소 상이한 차이점이 있음을 발견하여 이에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

최근 물류기업은 경제활동의 중요한 구성요소로 빠르게 발전해 왔으나 물류기업의 특수한 성과관리 방식으로 인해 성과평가에 문제가 대두되고 있다. 본 논문은 중국 내 19개 상장 물류기업의 경영성과를 분석하여 실적개선 전략을 제시하였다. 투입변수로는 운영비, 연구개발비, 인건비, 일반관리비를, 산출변수로는 영업이익과 순이익을 채택하였다. DEAP 2.1 소프트웨어를 사용하여 2016년부터 2021년까지 BBC 모델에 의해 DEA 효율성을 평가하였다. 연도별 경영실적을 분석한 결과 일부 상장 물류기업이 안정적이고 전향적인 성과 결과를 보이고 있었다.

In this regard, the newly focused logistics information system makes reducing the expenses of whole logistic available by cutting down the expenses of materials, transportation and stock and also, it allows the company to cut down the procurement expense through the reduced lead-time and rationalize producing plans by eliminating the uncertain orders and fluctuation in procurement. It further more optimizes the efficiency of over all productions by meeting the dead line for delivery to the customers. In the recent environment of globalization where fierce competitions exist between manufacturers, logistics plays important role in the strategies of companies, and managements of companies try their best efforts in establishing the strategy to accomplish the innovative relationship between supply chain channels. Therefore, in this study, we try to suggest the model of consolidated logistics system that is integrated logistics information system with suggesting the better way of logistics and comparative analysis with logistics system to resolve the difficulties numbers of companies face after realizing what logistics information system is in Korea.

본 연구의 목적은 동아시아 지역을 중심으로 글로벌 항만 물류네트워크를 구축하여 우리나라의 새로운 항만정책을 제안하는 것에 있다. 이러한 항만 물류네트워크의 구축을 위해 세계 50위 항만 중 21개의 항만을 중심으로, 컨테이너 화물량과 기항지를 분석하여 EU, 북미를 연결시 최소 물류비용인 동아시아 지역의 4개의 대표항만을 추출하였다. 그 결과 동아시아에서는 싱가포르, 홍콩, 상하이, 부산항이 추출되었다. 따라서, 우리나라는 싱가포르, 홍콩, 상하이항에 해외 터미널을 운영하고 부산항과 연계하는 글로벌 항만 물류네트워크를 구축하여 안정적인 화물을 확보해야 한다.

우리나라는 농산물 수출확대를 위하여 농산물 수출지원제도를 운영하고 있으며 수출물류비지원사업도 여기에 포함되어 있다. 수출물류비지원을 통한 수출지원사업을 통해 농산물의 수출확대는 농업부문의 수출산업화는 물론 신수요 창출과 국내 농산물 가격의 안정화에도 기여한다. 우리나라가 DDA 협상에서 개도국지위를 유지하게 되면 WTO 규정이 허용하는 범위 내에서 수출보조의 지속적인 지원이 일정기간까지 가능하나 개도국지위를 상실하게 되면 수출보조금으로 지원하는 수출물류비 등 각종의 지원이 향후 협상에서 결정되는 특정연도에는 완전폐지를 해야 하는 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 농산물에 대한 수출물류비 지원이 수출에 미치는 효과를 분석하고, WTO/DDA 농업협상 결과 예상되는 수출물류비 감축이나 철폐에 대비하기 위한 농산물 수출물류활동의 활성화 방안과 과제에 대하여 연구해보고자 한다.

Interest about Modal Shift is not being decreased, and it is drawing limelight as green logistics which meets low carbon green growth of National development vision. As an effect of Modal Shift, not only reduction in CO2 emission but also reduction in social cost, logistics cost etc. are being discussed. However, until now research about its practical transformation effect has been scanty. In this study, the actual expenses via CO2 emission, social cost, and logistics cost etc. by road transportation and rail transportation of container cargo with Origin/Destination between Busan-Kyeonggi Area were calculated and we propose beneficial effects when transportation mode is transformed from road to rail with Scenario Planning.

본 연구는 패널회귀분석의 GLS 및 고정효과모형 추정을 통해 내항 화물운송사업의 화물운송수입과 자본, 자산, 영업외 비용, 부채비율이 부채에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 이론적 배경을 통한 요인과 가설 설정, 2006년부터 2015년까지 10년간 내항 화물운송사업체의 재무상태표, 손익계산서 자료를 분석한 결과, 자산은 부채에 정(+)의 영향, 자본과 영업외비용, 부채비율은 부채에 부(-)의 영향을 끼치며, 화물운송수입은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 내항 화물운송사업체가 부채확대로 자산 확보하려는 경향, 은행차입을 통한 이자비용 등 영업외비용을 활용한 부채감소 레버리지 효과 창출, 부채보다 자본을 줄여 부채비율을 하향조정하고 있는 경영특성과 재무적 운영방식을 채택하고 있음을 실증적으로 보여준다. 향후 연구에서는 내항 화물운송업체를 업종별(화물선, 유조선, 예부선), 지역별(서해권, 남해권, 동해권)로 세분화하여 분석할 필요가 있다.

The total estimated socioeconomic logistics cost in transportation sector, including traffic congestion, household travel expenses, national macroeconomic logistics and traffic accident related cost, amount to approximately 240 trillion won a year in 2009. The amount is in increasing trend every year due to the inefficient infrastructure system in urban city roads and in intercity highways. The Government adopts the 4th National Spatial Planning (Revised) which is in progress in order to build a new physical environment ensuring people's welfare by providing the efficient and sustainable transportation networking system.

Transportation in the logistics, many business organizations are engaged in monitoring and tracking the vehicles in order to improve logistics services, reduce expenses and secure security in cargo transportation. It is saving time and money by tracking and monitoring vehicles which transport cargo in supply chain of logistics. Therefore the main issue of delivery flow is to improve services, and ensure the safety in transportation system. This article suggests the tracking and monitoring model to keep safety transports on ICT network. It focuses on precise delivery control by monitoring and tracking vehicles to save time and costs. The status of product movement is analyzed for proper decision making. The vehicle embedded with RFID is automatically tracked in the movement process by tracking and monitoring model. The main role keeps safety tracking to reduce costs and to deliver products at proper time and location.
