  • Currently, Korea is actually increasing and increasing demand for leisure such as parts for A/S of automobile parts of the car, as well as trends in borrowing and finished parts are also required a steady increase in automobile traffic daetsu. There is one car and want to be driving a car A/S parts supplier smoothly for many years and that it is often the case if it is not supplied in a timely fashion, it is a reality that many eonseong hear from customers. These symptoms can be confirmed that the logistics systems of a system of selling auto parts supplier but above all a problem for several reasons, which will be considered as areas for improvement should be done urgently. Analysis on the Production Efficiency of Private Industrial Enterprises in 31 Provinces of China

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to understand the status quo of production efficiency in private industrial enterprises above designated scale in China's 31 provinces (including municipalities directly under the central government, autonomous regions) (hereinafter referred to as China's 31 provinces). Research design, data and methodology: Find out the factors affecting the development of production efficiency in private industrial enterprises, using DEA, Data Envelopment Analysis and Malmquist index analysis, build the evaluation model of production efficiency in private industrial enterprises, and analyze the data of China's 31 provinces private industrial enterprises in 2015-2019. Results: The research results show that the production efficiency of private industrial enterprises in China is improving on the whole. Although the total factor productivity has decreased slightly, the overall efficiency and pure technical efficiency have increased significantly. Conclusions: The conclusion of this study can provide reference for Chinese private industrial enterprises to improve production efficiency and make development plan. The limitation of this paper lies in the fact that the private industrial enterprises in inefficient provinces have not been given specific improvement plans.

  • As the importance of logistics is increasing, Enterprises design the supply chain(SC) network to minimize the total costs considering inventory holding cost, transportation cost and apply the efficient strategies of supply chain based on SC network Calculating the logistics costs without reflecting the logistics components like the packaging cost, transportation related cost, storage cost, loading & unloading cost, and distribution costs, the companies should have many limitation to calculate the logistics cost of real enterprise and install the SC network reducing them. Therefore, this research is aimed at establishing SC strategies which can be an efficient alternative for a decision making on supply chain, based on existing reference and current logistics networks of 'L' company in Korea and analyzing interaction effects between strategies and influence on logistics cost by these strategies. As the method of analysis, we analyze the interaction effects between strategies as well as install the optimal SC network reflecting concrete logistics components from the viewpoint of total logistics costs. we expect that analysis method of this paper would be applied various industries and used the efficient tools for the decision mating by planing and execution of the logistics budget from enterprises.

Despite of this efforts, Calculating the logistics costs without reflecting the real components of logistics like the packaging cost, transportation related cost, storage cost, loading & unloading cost, and distribution costs, the companies has many limitation to calculate the logistics cost of real enterprise. For overcoming such problem, this paper is aimed at establishing SC strategies which can be an efficient alternative for a decision making on supply chain, based on existing reference and current logistics networks of 'L' company in Korea.   • 기업들은 물류비용을 절감하고 유통의 명확성을 기하기 위해 물류정보시스템을 필요로 하고 있으나 업무의 다양성과 초기구축비용으로 인해 일부 대기업에서만 시행을 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 실제 물류업무를 수행하고 있는 중소기업을 모델로 하여 업무분장과 각종 문제점을 조사하고 효율적으로 물류를 통제 및 관리할 수 있는 물류정보시스템을 개발하고자 하였다. 물류정보의 실시간 모니터링을 위해 GPS, 모바일, 무선통신 등 신기술을 이용하여 시스템을 구축하였고 발생되는 각종 정보를 제공하기 위해 Web GIS를 기반으로 활용하였다. 개발된 물류정보시스템을 통하여 물류업무 전반을 통합관리하고 물류비용 및 처리시간을 절감할 수 있을 것이다.

The Effect of COVID-19 Pandemic on Financial Performance of Firms: Empirical Evidence from Vietnamese Logistics Enterprises

  • The COVID-19 pandemic has hurt the economy and negatively impacted all enterprises' financial performance. The COVID-19 pandemic has put a strain on global manufacturing capacity and supply chains, and it is also the pandemic that has given up new opportunities for the logistics industry to develop as e-commerce has developed. By analyzing the financial performance of logistic firms listed on the Vietnam Stock Exchange, this study tries to quantify those consequences. A total of 114 logistic companies were included in the study's sample. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test was performed to test the difference between some ratios in 2019 and 2020. This study found that the financial performance of 114 logistic firms listed on the Vietnam stock exchange has not improved. The data show that during the COVID-19 pandemic, the leverage ratio increased while the profitability and efficiency ratios decreased. The liquidity ratio did not show any significant differences. On the contrary, these businesses' performance, such as returns on assets, receivable turnover, and leverage, has decreased. The COVID-19 had a global impact on supply chains, therefore export activity and international transportation were badly hampered, with only a few domestic logistic enterprises growing.

우리나라 중소물류기업의 중국진출 활성화 방안 (Alternatives for Entering into the Chinese Market by Smaller-Sized Korean Logistics Enterprises)

  • 중국의 물류시장의 확대에 따라 많은 한국 물류기업들이 중국에 진출하고 있으나 글로벌 물류기업과의 경쟁에는 한계를 보이고 있다. 특히 국내의 중소형물류기업들은 중국시장으로의 진출에 많은 애로사항을 겪고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우리나라 중소형물류기업들의 중국진출 활성화 방안을 과거의 선행연구를 근거로 지각된 요인들과 중국진출 활성화의 필요성과 중요성에 대한 상관관계를 분석하여 활성화 방안으로 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 설문분석을 실시하고, 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도분석 및 상관관계 분석을 시행하였다. 연구의 결과, 중국진출을 활성화하기 위한 여러 가지 요인들 중에서 중소물류기업들이 가장 우선해야 할 과제로는 주요 물류거점에 대한 물류인프라의 확보가 선행되어야 하며 동시에 현지의 관계문화에 대한 이해와 활용에 대한 지식이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.

  • 현 시대에서 기업 발전을 이루기 위해서는 자사의 핵심 분야에 역량을 집중시키고 기업 비용절감을 도모하고 고객에 대한 서비스의 질을 향상 시키는 등의 노력을 하여야 한다. 그중에서 기업들은 자사의 역량을 핵심 분야에 집중시키고 나머지 부분들은 아웃소싱을 통해 기업비용 절감을 실현시키는 방법에 관심을 기울이고 있고 특히 물류 부문의 아웃소싱에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 이유는 우리나라 기업물류비가 선진국에 비해 월등히 높다는 것 때문이다. 이와 같은 높은 물류비는 대외적으로 수출상품의 가격경쟁력 약화와 무역수지 악화를 초래하고, 대내적으로는 물가상승 요인으로 작용하여 우리경제에 큰 부담이 되고 있어 국가 경쟁력 강화를 위해 물류비 절감이 절실히 요구 되고 있다. 이러한 상황의 해결책으로 대두되고 있는 것이 바로 제3자 물류기업으로의 아웃소싱이다. 이에 따라 현재는 전문물류업체 등장과 함께 많은 기업들이 자사물류에서 제3자 물류로 전환하고 있다. 하지만 화주기업들이 제3자 물류기업들에게 통합적인 물류서비스를 위탁하는 경우는 많지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 제3자 물류기업 현황과 문제점을 분석하고 프랜차이즈 기업 본 아이에프의 제3자 물류 활성화에 대한 사례를 통하여 향후 발전방안을 제시하였다.

상품라인별 가격결정이 적재효율 및 물류비에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Study on the Effect of Product Line Pricing on Loading Efficiency and Logistics Cost)

  • Purpose - Despite the importance of price, many companies do not implement pricing policies smoothly, because typical price management strategies insufficiently consider logistics efficiency and an increase in logistics costs due to logistics waste. This study attempts to examine the effect of product line pricing, which corresponds to product mix pricing, on logistics efficiency in the case of manufacturer A, and analyzes how logistics performance changes in response to these variables. Research design, data, and methodology - This study, based on the case of manufacturer A, involved research through understanding the current status, analyses, and then proposing improvement measures. Among all the products of manufacturer A, product group B was selected as the research object, and its distribution channel and line pricing were examined. As a result of simulation, for products with low loading efficiency, improvement measures such as changing the number of bags in the box were suggested, and a quantitative analysis was conducted on how these measures influence logistics costs. The TOPS program was used for the Pallet loading efficiency simulation tool in this study. To prevent products from protruding out of the pallet, the maximum measurement was set as 0.0mm, and loading efficiency was based on the pallet area, and not volume. In other words, its size (length x width) was focused upon, following the purpose of this study and, then, the results were obtained. Results - As a result of the loading efficiency simulation, when the number of bags in the box was changed for 36 products with low average loading efficiency of 73.7%, as shown in

    , loading efficiency improved to 89.9%. Further, from calculating logistics cost based on the cost calculation standard of manufacturer A, the amount of annual logistics cost reduction amounted to 101,458,084 KRW. Given that the sum of the logistics cost of the product group B of manufacturing enterprises A is 400,340,850 KRW, it can be reduced by 25%, to 298,882,766 KRW. Although many methods improve loading efficiency, this study proved that logistics cost could be reduced by changing the number of bags within boxes. If this measure is applied to other items, visible logistics cost reduction effects will be realized through improvements in loading efficiency. Conclusions - Future pricing policies should consider their correlation with quality, loading efficiency, product specifications, and logistics standardization to prevent logistics waste, enabling management to improve earnings for companies. Thus, when companies decide pricing policies for new products, the aspects of merchandising and marketing should take priority; however, the aspect of logistics also needs to be considered as significant. Measures revealed by the study results are not only the responsibilities of manufacturing enterprises. Pricing policy agreements between manufacturing enterprises and distribution companies, and logistics factors related to price determination should be considered; further, governments should also support them for their collaborations. This will enable consumers to purchase quality products with low prices.

    • 정보통신기술의 발달로 인한 물류활동의 발달로 인하여 물류서비스를 통한 경쟁우위라는 점이 부각되면서 물류기능이 단순한 지원기능이 아니라 고객유지를 위한 전략적인 경쟁우위의 중요한 원천으로 인식되고 있다. 특히 기업경영의 세계화에 따라 물류정보의 첨단화가 요구됨으로써 사이버물루(e-logistics)환경이 전략적 물류관리의 성패요인으로 작용하면서 정보화시대의 e-물류효율화의 중용성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 정보화시대의 e-물류변화와 국제물류의 주축을 이루고 있는 제3자 물류와 제4자 물류의 기능을 비교하고 국제 e-물류를 활성화시키기 위해서 종합물류정보망 구축, 법률과 제도개선, 정보표준화의 추진, 기업의 효율적인 물류전략 추진, 물류업체간 전략적 제휴, e-물류환경의 기반구축 등의 문제들을 중심으로 전략적 물류관리방안들을 제시하였다.
