The medium and small logistic companies that have an outsourcing contract from the large corporation are encountered with a problem to introduce the ERP system to their current business environment due to following risk of change in current business environment, high cost involved in investment, and lack of understanding of business requirement of ERP. Instead of build their own ERP system, the small and medium logistic companies are using the large corporation's ERP system and get the benefit of efficiency in management and control process. Therefore, it is more like the organization hierarchy, not collaboration between the medium and small companies with the large corporation. In this study, the survey method to find out how the medium and small logistic companies understand the importance of ERP system on continuous growth of business by AHP. as result, they are recognized. The benefit of the ERP system as having much effect on business competitiveness.

Purpose: This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of logistic capability and Total Quality Management practices on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) performance directly or mediated by non-financial performance. Research design, data and methodology: This study tested the hypothesis using Hierarchical multiple regression analysis, the method of data collection in this study was using questionnaire, the sampling technique was purposive sampling technique, with SME that has been established for more than 5 years and manufacturing. The data analyzed were 180 respondents using SPSS 25. Results: The findings showed that logistic capability has direct and indirect effects on SME financial performance and has a positive effect on SME financial performance mediated by non-financial performance. While the total quality management practices have a positive effect on SME financial performance mediated by non-financial performance. Thus, companies can achieve maximum financial performance if they invest in developing employee knowledge and concerning on non-financial actions, such as employee satisfaction, innovation and proactively seeking market opportunities. Conclusions: In conclusion, one of the main factors that companies need to consider to improve financial performance is non-financial performance in mediating the effect of logistic capability and TQM practices on the financial performance of SMEs.

물류 프로세스는 일반적인 비즈니스 프로세스와는 달리, 서로 이질적인 조직이 참여하여 프로세스를 진행한다는 특징을 보인다. 따라서 각 참여조직들 간의 상호작용을 제어하면서 프로세스를 수행하는 것이 필요하다. 프로세스의 실행이라는 측면에서 이를 제어하는 가장 좋은 대안으로 비즈니스 프로세스 관리(BPM) 시스템을 들 수 있으나, 참여조직 간의 프로세스 소유권과 접근 권한 관리 문제와 함께, 현재의 일반적인 상용 시스템들은 참여조직 간의 상호작용을 관리하기 위한 기능을 거의 제공하지 못한다는 문제점을 안고 있다. 또한 RFID 기술 기반의 물류 환경에서, RFID 이벤트의 적용과 처리를 지원하는 물류프로세스 관리에 대한 고려가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 물류 환경에서 발생하는 다조직 프로세스를 RFID 이벤트 기반의 통제를 위한 새로운 방법론을 제시하고자 한다. Interworkflow(워크플로우 간) 패턴으로 표현되는 참여조직들 간의 프로세스 자동 트리거링(Auto-Triggering)을 위하여 ECA(Event-Condition-Action) 규칙에 복합이벤트(Complex Event)를 활용한 RFID 이벤트 기반의 RFID-based ECA 규칙을 제공한다.

Innovations in the procurement logistics now is very popular in Kazakhstan. Nowadays there are a lot of documents of transport infrastructure and Kazakhstan logistic system is developing more and more. Procurement logistic is the direction where you can count, sometimes you can buy some products or transport equipments. Logistic in Kazakhstan is new direction, there are a lot of young people who choose this specialty and will stay demanded. Our president said a lot of words in strategies about development in logistics and so there will be new methods that will be used here. Innovations are new technologies that are used in different spheres so this structure as procurement logistic will develop in Kazakhstan and every citizen of our republic will support it. Transport systems are used for transitions different products so there are a lot new transition roads for example Western China - Western Europe; Astana-Almaty; Astana-Ust-Kamenogorsk; Astana-Aktobe, Atyrau; Almaty - Ust-Kamenogorsk; Karaganda - Zhezkazgan - Kyzylorda; Atyrau-Astrakhan, it helps Kazakhstan to support international links between other countries.

Due to the environmental changes such as decreasing and aging fishing population and increasing imported marine products, improvement of fishing business competitiveness has become one of important issues. This study aimed to analyze the coastal fishing business units in Busan region and compare their business performances in order to find out success factors. The logistic regression analysis between 4 determination factors of competitiveness and business performances showed that the ship tonnage in the factor conditions, catch of species of fishing types'kg per price in the demand conditions, cooperative sales ratio in the related & supporting industries, and net per cost in the firm strategy, and structure & rivalry had the positive(+) impacts on business performances.

본 연구는 중소기업청에서 실시한 2013년 중소기업 기술보호 역량 및 수준조사를 바탕으로 중소기업의 기술유출 경험유무와 기술보호 요인을 분석하여 정부지원을 통한 기술유출방지 효과를 극대화 할 수 있는 핵심 요인을 도출하고자 한다. 중소기업 기술보호 역량 및 수준조사 대상 1,561개 기업 중 대기업 43개를 제외한 1,518개 중소기업 중 기술유출 중소기업 155개와 미유출 중소기업 1,363개 중소기업에 대해 기술보호 요인을 로지스틱 회귀분석 하였다. 기술유출 관련 요인을 분석한 결과, 출입자 통제 시스템 운영, 보안감사 실시여부, 임직원 부재 시 보안활동, 중요자료 보호대책 마련이 핵심요인으로 도출되었으며, 이들 사항에 대해 정부차원에서 집중적인 지원이 이루어진다면 기술보호 효과가 극대화 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

This study examined the forecasting of instant messinger's users choice using neural network. We used the statistical methods which were Logistic Regression, MDA(Multiple Discriminant Analysis), and ANN(Artificial Neural Network). In the result, the forecasting performance of the ANN was better than conventional model(Logistic Regression, MDA).

The increasing late-payment rate of credit card customers caused by a recent economic downturn are incurring not only reduced profit of department stores but also significant loss. Under this pressure, the objective of credit forecasting is extended from presumption of good or bad customers to contribution to revenue growth. As a method of managing defaults of department store credit card, this study classifies credit delinquents into some clusters, analyzes repaying patterns of customers in each cluster, and develops credit forecasting system to manage delinquents of department store credit card using data of Korean D department store's delinquents. The model presented by this study uses Kohonen network, a kind of artificial neural network of data mining techniques to cluster credit delinquents into groups. Logistic regression model is also used to predict repayment rate of customers of each cluster per period. The accuracy of presented system for the whole clusters is 92.3%.

Recently logistic regression is popular in a variety of fields so that a number of statistical packages are developed for analyzing the logistic regression. This paper briefly considers the several types of logistic regression models used depending on different types of data. In addition, when four statistical packages (MINTAB, SAS, SPSS and STATA) are used to apply logistic regression models to the real fields respectively, their scope and characteristics are investigated.
