R&D 전주기 지원형 과학기술 지식인프라 통합서비스 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Building of Integrated Service for Science and Technology Knowledge Infrastructure Supporting the Entire R&D Cycle)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 R&D 활동에 도움이 되는 다양한 과학기술 지식인프라를 통합적으로 서비스하기 위한 통합서비스 구축 방법을 정의하고 실제 구축 사례를 보이는데 있다. 아이디어 생성/개발, 펀딩파악, 과제수행, 성과창출 확산 등 R&D 전주기별로 산재되어 있는 지식인프라들을 서비스·기능·정보·데이터 측면에서 세분화하여 연계, 융합함으로써 한 곳에서 이용자가 원하는 지식인프라를 적시에 제공할 수 있는 통합시스템 구축 방법을 제시하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 통합서비스가 개별 지식인프라 서비스의 물리적 통합이 아닌 논리적 연계·통합을 고려하여 통합서비스 분류체계, 통합수준모델, 통합아키텍처, 이용자 통합인증체계를 정의하여 통합서비스 구축의 효율성과 유사 통합서비스 구축시 참조모델로의 확장성을 고려하였다.

건축 기획 BIM의 공간 프로그래밍 단계에서 발주자 의사결정지원을 위한 물량예측 방법론에 관한 연구 -건축마감을 중심으로- (A Study on the Process of Estimating the Amount of Materials for Client's Decision-Making Support in Space Programming Stage of Pre-design BIM -focusing on Building Interior Finishing-)

  • The construction projects are recently having changes in their magnitude and complexity. Therefore, the amount of information created and managed by participants over project phases is enormous and this may cause difficulties in consistent and integrated data management. Because of the change in construction projects, there is a need to apply more logical and systematic ways to deal integrated data management. For the solution to this, BIM(Building Information Modeling), a new paradigm for integrated management of the information over project life-cycle, has been seriously considered. Also, the Korean Public Procurement Service announced that project over 50 billion Korean Won should introduce BIM into procurement starting from 2012. However, the studies and development have lack on studies of applying BIM and managing the data made using BIM in pre-design and maintenance stage. In pre-design stage, the concept of schematic design model is made to support for making major decisions concerning the size, shape and cost of the project. To decide the cost for the building in this stage by making use of BIM, estimating the amount of building materials used for constructing should be preceded. In this study, the pre-design BIM is explained to gain a better understanding of its process, since this paper focused on space programming stage. Finally, the paper suggests the concept process of estimating the amount of materials in building interior finishing from selecting the type for the elements of each space made to support the client for making decisions in space programming stage based on pre-design BIM.

휠체어 사용자의 대변기 이용을 위한 화장실 유효바닥면적에 대한 연구 (A Study on Effective Floor Area for Wheelchair Users to Use Toilet)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to provide logical basis on enlargement of toilet floor space for the disabled by "ACT ON GUARANTEE OF PROMOTION OF CONVENIENCE OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES, THE AGED, PREGNANT WOMEN. ETC" Revised Enforcement regulation [Asterisk 1] (2018.2.10.) and to help with making plans, designs and establishing policies by conducting experimental study with the enhanced floor area regulations. Methods: We conduct Experimental study, field work and interview for this paper. In experimental study, verification of the effective floor area was proceeded by measuring activity space for people in manual wheelchair, electric wheel chair and electric scooter and also reviewed useable area with the space expanded 0.2m both width and depth. In filed work, conducted an observation what other things (ex. sanitary equipment, hand rail and so on) can also affect the active space as well as effective floor space. In the interview, other problems and requirements that were not revealed were experimental study and observation of field work. Results : it's expected to provide better access to toilets for the disabled with the law revision of effective floor area. But, with the usage increasement of enlarged wheel chair and electric wheel chair, expanding side areas of toilet is also highly likely to be required going forward. Implications : Additional research is required on locations of exists and internal arrangement that effect the usage of toilet. It should be led to Universal design by making additional investigation and verification of the users patterns.

미이스 반 데르 로에 주택과 르 꼬르뷔제 주택의 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study of the Houses of Mies van der Rohe and Le Corbusier)

  • There are probably no architects of the 20th Century who had more influence on modern architecture than Mies van der Rohe and Le Corbusier. Although the two architects share one thing in common, namely, both are master of modernism, each has developed unique architecture of his own. The objective of this study is to investigate the characteristics of their works through a comparison analysis of the Ideas, design principles and architectural language reflected in the works, focusing on the houses. this study will also aim to provide a foundation for a new design that harmonizes the design principles and architectural language of the two. Through the study the following common points and differences were found between the houses of the two. A) Common points: Both architects avoided ornamentation In houses while placing weight on the functions of houses and they tried to plan rational floor plans by separating the wall from the structure. B) Differences: \circled1 The houses of Mies express the structure in a straight forward manner, while those of Corbusier are formative houses focusing more on shapes. \circled2 The shapes of the houses of Mies are limited to basic shapes, quadrangle while those of Corbusier employ various geometric curves. \circled3 Using steel and glass, the houses of Mies are light and transparent. On the contrary, using concrete, the houses of Corbusier are somewhat bulky with Three-dimensional changes. \circled4 The houses of Mies show the value of moderation based upon the classical principles of design, while the houses of Corbusier show the value of moderation based upon geometry. \circled5 The houses of Mies feature horizontal intoners with flexibility. However, Corbusier's houses have vertical interiors with some changes in the cross sections. \circled6 In terms of material, the interiors of Mies' houses employ materials with various tones and textures, while interiors of Corbusier's houses are painted in simple white. Summing up these characteristics, it could be said that the houses of Mies have logical and rational beauty, whereas the houses of Corbusier have more emotional beauty.

처리기에 지역 버퍼 메모리 시스템을 지원하는 다중접근기억장치 (Multiaccess Memory System supporting Local Buffer Memory System to Processing Elements)

  • 선형 비틀림 구조를 갖는 메모리 시스템은 SIMD 구조에 적합한 메모리 시스템으로써, 2차원 데이터 배열인 $M{\times}N$에서 임의의 위치로부터 임의의 간격을 갖고 다양한 접근형태들로, m개의 메모리 모듈들에서 n개의 데이터를 동시에 접근할 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 메모리 시스템은 논리적인 2차원 $M{\times}N$ 데이터 배열을 지원하기 위해 $m{\times}cells$의 물리적인 메모리 용량이 필요하지만, 적어도 (m-n)${\times}cells$만큼의 메모리 셀은 사용되지 않는다. 여기서 cells는 (M-1)/q+(N-1)/$p{\times}{\lceil}M/q{\rceil}+1$이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 메모리 시스템의 모든 기능들을 수용하면서 t>0인 조건 하에 사용되지 않는 메모리 셀들 중 $(n{\times}t){\times}N/p$ 만큼을 n개의 처리기들에 지역 버퍼 메모리로 제공할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다.

도시교통정보시스템을 위한 분산 계층 경로탐색 기법 설계 (Design of Distributed Hierarchical Routing Plan Method for Urban Traffic Information System)

  • 본 논문은 새로운 도시 교통 정보 시스템의 교통정보에 맞는 경로탐색 비용 산출법을 제시하고, 이 시스템을 전국적으로 운용 하고자 할 때, 운전자에게 효율적인 경로탐색을 지원하는 시스템 및 알고리즘을 제안한다. 새로운 시스템은 차선별로 각기 제공되는 모든 구간속도를 고려하여 비용을 계산 하고, 교통정보의 단위 데이터 양 및 운전자의 생활 패턴에 맞게 교통정보를 처리하는 계층을 논리적으로 나누어서, 각 계층 별로 다른 레벨의 교통정보 서비스를 제공한다. 또한 제시된 알고리즘은 양방향 프로토콜에 맞게 사용자 맞춤형 교통 정보 서비스를 제공하고, 운전자가 선택한 출발지와 목적지의 지리적인 거리와 시스템의 계층에 따라 효율적인 경로 탐색 및 재탐색이 이루어지도록 한다. 또한 본 논문은 추가적으로 이루어질 연구와 현재 경찰청 주도로 이루어지는 단위 도시별 시스템의 상호 연동을 위한 여러 가지 필요한 요구사항을 제시한다.

A method of inferring collision ratio based on maneuverability of own ship under critical collision conditions

  • In constructing a collision avoidance system, it is important to determine the time for starting collision avoidance maneuver. Many researchers have attempted to formulate various indices by applying a range of techniques. Among these indices, collision risk obtained by combining Distance to the Closest Point of Approach (DCPA) and Time to the Closest Point of Approach (TCPA) information with fuzzy theory is mostly used. However, the collision risk has a limit, in that membership functions of DCPA and TCPA are empirically determined. In addition, the collision risk is not able to consider several critical collision conditions where the target ship fails to take appropriate actions. It is therefore necessary to design a new concept based on logical approaches. In this paper, a collision ratio is proposed, which is the expected ratio of unavoidable paths to total paths under suitably characterized operation conditions. Total paths are determined by considering categories such as action space and methodology of avoidance. The International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (1972) and collision avoidance rules (2001) are considered to solve the slower ship's dilemma. Different methods which are based on a constant speed model and simulated speed model are used to calculate the relative positions between own ship and target ship. In the simulated speed model, fuzzy control is applied to determination of command rudder angle. At various encounter situations, the time histories of the collision ratio based on the simulated speed model are compared with those based on the constant speed model.

충남 논산 두마면 엄사지구 단독주택지에 적용된 지구단위계획실태조사연구 (A Case Study on the District Standard Planning Applied to Single-Detached House Area of Eomsa District Dooma-Myun Nonsan in Chungnam Province)

  • For several years by discussion and research, the designing plan and detail plans of year 2000 has been unified. By this result the District Standard Planning as well as the following existing town to control all sorts of living surrounding problems and to make a delightful arranged town are the purpose, which is carrying out all over the country. It is true that the expectation was high to the District Standard Planning. Because of this plan it could use and control the District special quality. Such as, it could rise the ability of beautiful sight and make a advisable town. But in this study the first preceding subject is a problem by the constructing work that the restriction and the standard application has been strong. So the District Standard Planning had many problems. And also by the problems here, as a immoderate volition and stiffen about the operation, the system and equipment lack about the environment improving work, problems with areas by the exciting plannings, the attitude of the executive agency that can't accept the inhabitants will. From these backgrounds we thought the research has not to be standardize in only newtown concept, but has to breath with the exciting towns and the rural areas that the District Planning has been applied. And to revive the special quality of the area and local government by a positive and logical research. Consequently in this study, we researched about the problems of architectures that had issues with the District Standard Planning of architectural part of operation guide which has been assisted form Single-Detached House in Eomsa District Dooma-Myun Nonsan which is located in Chungnam province.

분산공유 메모리 시스템 상에서의 효율적인 자료분산 방법 (An Efficient Data Distribution Method on a Distributed Shared Memory Machine)

  • 자료 분산은 SPMD(Single Program Multiple Data)형태의 병렬성을 제공하는 HPF (High Performance Fortran)의 주기능으로 구현 방법에 따라 컴파일러 성능을 좌우한 다. 본 논문에서는 SPAX(Scalable Parallel Architecture computer based on X-bar network)상에 자료 분산 기능을 제공하기 위한 설계 주안점과 효율적인 모델에 관하 여 기술하였다. SPAX는 분산공유 메모리 (DSM:distributed shared memory)를 사용한 계층적 클러스터링 구조를 가진다. 이러한 메모리 구조에서는 분산 메모리 자료 분산 (DMDD:Distributed Memory Data Distribution)이나 공유 메모리 자료 분산(SMDD: Shared Memory Data Distribution)방법으로는 시스템 가용성을 만족할 수 없다. 그래 서 계층적 마스터-슬래브 형태의 분산공유 메모리 자료분산(DSMDD:Distributed Shared Memory Data Distribution)모델을 설계하였다. 이 모델은 각 노드에 원격 마 스터와 슬래브들을 할당하고 노드내에서는 공유 메모리를 그리고 노드간에는 메세지 전달 인터페이스를 사용한다. 시뮬레이션을 수행한 결과, 시스템 성능 저하를 최소화 하는 노드 크기로 DSMDD를 수행하였을 때 SMDD나 DMDD보다 훨씬 더 효율적이였다. 특 히, 논리적 프로세서 갯수가 많을수록, 분산된 자료들 간의 자료 종속성이 적을수록 성능이 우수하였다.

EA 서비스 성과모형 개발 및 품질항목별 AHP 분석 (Development of Performance Model for EA Service and AHP Analysis of Quality Items)

  • 범정부 EA 정보를 활용하여 국가 및 개별기관 차원의 주요 성과가 대내 외적으로 나타나고 있는 현 시점에서 EA 서비스 및 성과에 대한 연구 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 '서비스로서의 EA'의 특징적 요소를 유형화하여 EA 서비스 성과모형을 개발하고, 성과모형을 구성하는 품질항목별 가중치 차이를 AHP 분석기법을 활용하여 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 EA 서비스 및 성과, 공공서비스 품질 관련 광범위한 이론적 연구와 논리적 추론과정을 통해 범용적인 서비스 측정 도구로 활용되고 있는 SERVQUAL을 적용한 EA 서비스 성과모형을 개발하였고, 모형을 구성하는 품질항목간 상대적 가중치를 산출하였다. 가중치 분석결과, EA담당자-EA정보-EA교육-EA정책/제도-EA운영시스템 순으로 중요도 차이를 보이는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 EA 성과향상을 위해서는 EA정책/제도 운영시스템과 같은 품질항목 보다는 EA담당자 정보 교육과 같은 품질항목을 비중 있게 관리해야 함을 보여주고 있으며, 본 연구는 서비스 품질 측정 평가 모델로 국내 외에서 각광 받고 있는 서브퀄 모형(SERVQUAL Model)에 공공부문 EA 서비스를 접목한 국내 최초의 연구로서 실무적 및 이론적으로 시사하는 바가 크다.
