n-$\Delta$ Delay-Lock Loops의 성능 해석 (Performance Analysis of Extended n-$\Delta$ Dely-Lock Loops)

  • Delay-lock loop(DLL)는 상단관련이 있는 두 파형 사이의 지연차이를 추적하는한 최적장치이다. 본 논문에서는 지연시간이 n- 로 확장된 한 DLL의 구조와 동기상실 주파수등 저역주파수대의 성능이 해석되었다. 본 DLL은 correlator와 개선된 PN 신호장치로 구성되었으며,상관 특성은 확장된 S-커브의 형태를 가지고 있다. 잡음이 크더라도 추적범위와 초기동기시간이 좋은 특성을 가지고 있다. 3- DLL을 1- DLL과 비교하면 직렬동기방식에서 초기동기시간이 3배나 빠르며, doppler shift에 대한 저항이 2배나 큰 것으로 나타났다.

  • The characteristics of the tool system give many effects into the costs and qualities for the finished components. This study proposes a new method for manufacturing of high manufacturing productivity, production process reduction and low cost through back pressure forming. The Lock-up hub is manufactured through many processes, such as upsetting($1^{st}$ Forming), piercing, direct extrusion($2^{nd}$ Forming), final sizing process($3^{rd}$ Forming). In this study, process design for closed-die forging of a Lock-up hub used for a component of automobile transmission was made using three-dimensional finite element simulations, and the strain distributions and velocity distributions are investigated through the post processor. The rigid-plastic finite-element method for back pressure forging has been used in order to reduce development time and die cost. Using the FEM simulation, we found the optimum value of back pressure. The prototypes of Lock-up hub parts were forged into the net-shape. In the experiment, lead precision of tooth are measured by the CCMM(Contact Coordinate Measuring Machine). The dimensional accuracy of forged part was improved up to the 40% when back press was applied.

삼상일체화된 자속구속형 고온초전도 전류제한기의 인덕턴스 변화에 따른 사고유형별 퀜치발생 분석 (Analysis of Quench Generation in Fault Types According to Inductance Variation in Integrated Three-Phase Flux-Lock Type Superconducting Fault Current Limiting)

  • In this paper, we investigated the quench generation of HTSC elements in fault types according to inductance variation in the integrated three-phase flux-lock type SFCL. The integrated three-phase flux-lock type SFCL was the upgrade version of the single-phase flux-lock type SFCL. The structure of the integrated three-phase flux-lock type SFCL consisted of three-phase flux-lock reactor wound on an iron core with the ratio of the same turn between coil 1 and coil 2 in each phase. When the SFCL is operated under the normal condition, the flux generated in the iron core is zero because the flux generated between two coils of each single phase is canceled out. Therefore, the SFCL's impedance is zero, and the SFCL has negligible influence on the power system. However, if a fault occurs in any single-phase among three phases, the flux generated in the iron core is not zero any more. The flux makes HTSC elements of all phases quench irrespective of the fault type, which reduces the current of fault phase as well as the current of sound phase. It was observed that the fault current limiting characteristics of the suggested SFCL were dependent on the quench characteristics of HTSC elements in all three phases.

  • We investigated current limiting characteristics of the flux-lock type high-Tc superconcting fault current limiter(HTSC-FCL) according to fault angles. The Flux-lock type HTSC-FCL consists of primary and the secondary copper coils that are wound in parallel each other through the iron core and YBCO thin flim. In this paper, the current limiting characteristics of the flux-lock type HTSC-FCL according to fault angles in case of the subtractive and additive polarity windings were compared and analyzed. From the results, the flux-lock type HTSC-FCL could limit more quickly fault current as the fault angles increased irrespective of the fault angles. On the other hand, the initial power burden of HTSC element after a fault happened increased as the fault angles increased. In addition, it was confirmed that the resistance of flux-lock type HTSC-FCL in case of subtractive polarity winding was more increased than that of additive polarity winding and that the peak current of fault current in case of subtractive polarity winding was larger than that of the additive polarity winding case.

  • The Constructive Battle Simulation Model is very important to the recent military training for the substitution of the field training. However, real battlefield systems operate under real-time conditions, they are inherently distributed, concurrent and dynamic. In order to reflect these properties by the computer-based simulation systems which represent real world processes, we have been developing constructive simulation model for several years. Conventionally, scheduling and resource allocation activities which have timing constraints, we elaborated on these issues and developed the simulation system on commercially available hardware and operating system with lock-free resource allocation scheme and rate monotonic scheduling.

  • 우리 주변에서 쉽게 접할 수 있는 도어락 시스템(Door Lock System)을 기존의 열쇠방식이 아닌 자기카드(magnetic card)를 이용하여 이를 열쇠로 사용하는 것으로 누구든지 소지하고 있는 은행용 현금카드의 데이터를 비밀번호로 사용하는 방식의 도어락 시스템에 대해서 구현하였다. 또한 카드의 사용이 불가능할 때를 대비하여 4×4의 키패드를 이용하여 정해진 비밀번호를 입력하여 문을 열 수 있도록 제작하였다. 부가적인 주변장치로 도어락 시스템은 항상 동작하여야 하므로 오동작으로 인해 도어락 시스템이 작동하지 않을 경우를 대비하여 자동적으로 시스템을 초기화하도록 해서 정상적인 회로동작이 가능하게 하는 기능을 추가하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 휴대폰을 이용하여 방문자의 음성이나 영상을 원격으로 확인할 수 있는 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다 이 시스템은 주인이 집에 없을 때라도 휴대폰으로 단문 메시지가 아닌 자동 호출 서비스를 통해 방문자가 누구인지를 알 수 있도록 설계되어 있다. 일반적으로 도어락은 홈 서버를 통해 제어되지만, 실시간 측면에서 볼 때 DTMF 신호를 이용하여 도어락을 제어하는 것이 더 효율적이다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 기술은 손님이 집에 방문하였을 경우 주인이 외출 중이더라도 시스템을 통해 주인의 휴대폰에 자동으로 전차하여 음성 및 영상으로 손님과 주인간에 통화를 가능하게 하고, 필요 시 주인이 도어락을 원거리에서 제어할 수 있게 한다. 이를 통해 주인은 방문자 확인 및 도어락 제어에 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 않는다. 또한 휴대폰 분실 시 발생할 수 있는 보안상의 악영향을 고려하여 도어락 제어 및 환경 설정 시에 필요한 인증 절차를 기존의 패스워드 형태에서 패스워드 및 화자 인증의 혼합 형태로 설계하여 보안 체계를 향상시킨다. 그리고, 통화중에 DTMF 신호를 사용하여 도어락을 실 시간적으로 제어함으로써 도어락 제어를 위해 망에 재 접속해야 하는 기존의 문제점을 해결토록 한다.

아두이노를 활용한 자전거 운전자 안전 향상 시스템 (Improving Safety of Biycle Driver System using Arduino)

  • 본 논문에서는 자전거의 보호와 탑승자의 안전을 위하여 아두이노와 센서를 활용하여 시스템을 구성하였다. 리밋 스위치를 통하여 15 km/h이하, 15~30km/h, 30km/h 이상 속도에 따른 알림과 더불어 과속시 경고를 주고 실제 속도와 96.6% 일치하는 속도계를 구현한다. 또한 야간에 파악하기 힘든 5cm이하의 장애물을 감지하기 위하여 약 3m거리에서 초음파센서를 통해 이를 인지하고 경고를 한다. 자전거의 보호를 위하여 자물쇠 파손 시 사용자의 핸드폰에 메시지를 전송하고, Auto Lock System이 제어 되도록 한다. 사용자의 편의성을 고려하여 칼로리 소모를 알 수 있도록 어플리케이션을 제작하였다.

5속 A/T용 자동변속기 토크컨버터 댐퍼클러치 슬립제어가 슬림율과 연비에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Slip-Controlled Torque Converter Damper Clutch in 5-Speed Automatic Transmission on Slip Rate and Fuel Economy)

  • The objective of this paper was to investigate the slip rate and the slip frequency number of damper clutch of torque converter in 2.4L passenger vehicle with 5-speed A/T and analyze the effect of slip control and control strategy on driving characteristics and the fuel economy. The newly developed torque converter with the more durable wet friction material and the slip-controlled damper clutch system, the DCC system, was installed, which was easily compatible and amendable of the lock-up clutch of the base system. The vehicle has been tested on the fuel economy modes such as FTP-75, HWFET and NEDC (ECE15+EUDC) driving cycle at chassis dynamometer. The DCC mode (II), of which the control strategy had both the lock-up and the slip-controlled clutch, and the DCC mode (I) with full slip-controlled clutch were compared with the base system with only the lock-up clutch. As the research result, comparison to base system, the fuel consumption of the vehicle with the DCC control (II) was effectively improved by 6.6% and 7.7% on FTP-75 and NEDC mode.
