In this paper, we designed a pipeline (15,9) Reed-solomon decoder. To compute the error locator polynomials, we used the Euclidean algorithm. This algorithm includes computation of inverse element. We avoided the inverse element calculation in this RS decoder by using ROMs. We designed this decoder using VHDL. Simulation results show that the designed decoder corrects three error symbols. We implemented this design through an Altera FPGA chip.

In this paper, the design of decoder for R-S code using discrete finite-field Fourier transform is presented. An important ingredient of this design is a modified Euclid algorithm for computing the error-locator polynomial. The computation of inverse elements is completely avoided in this modification of Euclid algorithm. This decoder is regular and simple, and naturally suitable for VLSI implementation.

Direct Decoding Method for binary BCH codes which directly can find error location number from syndrome without calculating error locator polynomial is presented in this paper. The (255,239) BCH decoder is implemented using TTL logics. It is shown from our results that this decoder can be implemented with relatively simple hardware.

The Locator/Identifier Separation Protocol (LISP) is a new routing architecture that implements a new semantic for IP addressing. It enables the separation of IP addresses into two new numbering spaces: Endpoint Identifiers (EIDs) and Routing Locators (RLOCs). This approach will solve the issue of rapid growth of the Internet's DFZ (default-free zone). In this paper, we propose an algorithm called the Propagated-Mode Mapping System to improve the map request process of LISP-DDT.

아날로그 환경에서와 마찬가지로 디지털 환경에서도 디지털 컨텐츠 하나 하나에 고유 식별기호를 부여하여야 한다. 이러한 디지털 컨텐츠를 위한 식별기호로 IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force)에서는 URI(Uniform Resource Identifier)체계 하에 인터넷 자원에 대한 접근 메카니즘을 지정하는 URL (uniform resource locator)을 사용하고 있다. 그러나 도서관의 경우 각각 다른 OPAC(Online Public Access)시스템 환경 하에서 각각 다른 URL 식별 패턴을 사용하고 있기 때문에 동일한 자원을 검색하는데 있어서 문제가 되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 문제에 착안하여 본 연구는 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 URL 식별구문패턴의 표준화 방안을 연구하고자 한다.

The dioxin- or aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) is a member of the Per-Arnt-Sim family of nuclear transcription factors exhibiting a basic helix-loop-helix structure. In its non-ligated state the AhR is associated with hsp 90 and the immunophilin-type XAP2. Upon ligand binding the associated proteins are released, the receptor dimerizes with the AhR nuclear trans locator protein Arnt, and binds to XREs (xenobiotic-responsive elements) in the 5'-flanking region of responsive genes thus modulating their transcription.(omitted)

음성은 컴퓨터와 인간 사이의 인터페이스로서 지속적인 연구가 되어 왔다. VoiceXML로 구현된 음성 포털 서비스는 사용자의 음성 질의에 따라 정보를 검색하고 청취할 수 있는 기술로서 현재 다양한 컨텐츠로 서비스가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전화나 인터넷 전화 프로그램으로 상가의 위치, 전화 번호, 상가 소개 등의 정보를 음성으로 검색할 수 있는 시스템을 VoiceXML을 이용하여 구현하여 보았다. 웹과 연동할 수 있도록 시스템을 구성하고 다양한 다이얼로그를 표현하기 위해 특히, JSP를 이용하고 각 로직을 자바빈즈 컴포넌트로 구현하였다.

In case the fault occurs in AC power supply network, protective relaying system must selectively detect line-to-line/ground fault and immediately cut off the power flow into the fault location for guaranteeing the safety of people, electric vehicle and ground installation etc. It is the most important point in power system operation to minimize the fault duration by rapid trip scheme and accurate estimation of the fault location. In this paper, we analyze the load characteristics of each vehicle, perform the fault analysis of AC power supply network using AT current-ratio method. The result shows its usefulness.

Mandibular implant overdenture is a good treatment option for complete edentulous patients with restoring removable prosthesis. Mandibular implant overdenture with two implants and locator attachments is widely used. It is tissue-supported overdenture that is made with the concept of conventional complete denture fabrication. There are two patients who provided impressions by open mouth technique and closed mouth technique in each case. In both cases, mandibular implant overdentures were restored with functionally and aesthetically satisfying results.
