  • The study seeks to identify factors affecting the choice of a university by first-year Business Administration students in Vietnam. Probability sampling is using Stratified sampling of 500 students from five private universities in Ho Chi Minh City surveyed by convenience sampling. This paper employs mixed research methods - measuring Cronbach's Alpha, EFA, Regression and using PATH model - to test the hypotheses of the research model. The results of the study identify five factors: Prestige, Geographical location, Facilities, Attractiveness of the field and Media. All these factors have a positive influence on the standing of the university brand. It means that the higher the Prestige, Geographical location, Facilities, Attractiveness of the field and Media, the higher the university brand. The results indicate that Geographical location is the most influential factor to enhance the private university's brand. Bringing Geographical location is, thus, advisable to enhance a university standing. The brand plays a determining role in students' trust when selecting a university. Media is still the top concern of new students when they choose to study at a university. Media still remains an important consideration for new students when choosing a university. So, this factor should be utilized by universities to enhance their attractiveness.

  • The 'public agency oil joint purchase system' was introduced to lower public sector oil prices and contribute to the stability of the overall consumer oil market. The present study used spatial regression to analyze the factors affecting domestic gasoline price, focusing on the impact of potential implicit collusion among gas stations in determining domestic gasoline prices. Also, this study investigated the effect the location characteristics of the market convention gas stations and government offices on the pressure of price competition in the market and the gasoline price at general gas stations. To summarize the results of the spatial lag model (SLM), the individual characteristics of gas stations such as convenience stores (+), self-fuelling (-), commercial areas (+), subway stations (+), population density (-), and sales (-) are correlated to gasoline prices at gas stations, and the institutional location factors of gas stations (+) affected the average of 9 won per liter, 11 won per liter. In order to solve these problems, the establishment of a monitoring system reflecting the location characteristics of the region and the ongoing review of the system should be carried out. In addition, separate, expanded and promotional measures should be prepared for the convenience of general and public oil buyers.

  • This study analyzed the relationship between re-applications and the degree of re-applications under the assumption of a complex interaction between the location strategy and the internal capacity of a nursing home. The results of the study are as follows. First, although the relative influence on re-use is greater in hospital internal capacity (${\beta}=0.303$) than in hospital location strategy (${\beta}=0.313$) both factors have a statistically significant effect on the degree of re-use. Second, the importance of location strategy was found to be more important for rehabilitation-enhanced nursing hospitals than for general care (${\beta}=0.43$). It is suggested that detailed preparations should be made based on factors such as location marketability, traffic infrastructure, building sales, and medical concentration. Third, internal hospital capacity did not show any adjustment effects due to hospital type, and it was confirmed that both were important factors for general care and rehabilitation-enhanced hospitals.

  • In order to prove the hypothesis that the element of school location planning - the density of development, availability of various private institutes, the location of school, the type of school district, the distance to nearby schools, the existence of communal areas, the pedestrian street, the number of road lanes - affects the increase and decrease of the number of students in the long term, we examined the tendency of the number of long-term (24 years). The results of the analysis are as follows: First, the development factors such as development density, location of school, type of school district, distance from neighboring schools, separation of pedestrians and cars are clearly related. Second, the planning factors such as location of private school and installation of pedestrian-only street seem to be related to each other. Third, the number of road lanes and element of "communal area" is irrelevant. This study is limited to generalization of five new metropolitan cities in the metropolitan area, and it is necessary to further elaborate the analysis factors and evaluation criteria.

The data has been obtained from 30 fashion design majors. The data has analyzed by Factor Analysis, Anova, Duncan's Test and Correlation. The results of the study are as follows. The visual effects by the location of the waistband are composed of 3 factors: the length of the body, the width of the body, the flexuosity of the lower body. The visual image by the location of the waistband are composed of 4 factors: attraction, maturity, attention, elegance. The visual effects by the location of the waistband have significant differnces all factors. (N.W.+6), (N.W.+8) have the best visual effect in the factor of the length of the body, (N.W.+4) in the factor of the width of the body, and (N.W.-12) in the factor of the flexuosity of the lower body. The visual image by the location of the waistband have significant differnces all factors. The higher the band goes, the more positive visual image comes in maturity, attraction, elegance. • This study analyzes the factors to determine the location for a food service business. The results and suggestions are as follows. Research hypothesis showed that accessibility, visibility, the property of location and community may have differences by general matters and vital statistical matters. As a result, there were significant differences statistically. Here's the critical point of the research. This result wasn't analyzed by the managers who managed restaurant business because of the restriction of time, space, etc. but by customers and soon-to-be owners or marketers, so the research requires the survey on the factors of location hereafter. Because of the restrictions, the research subject was limited, so the measurement of the vital statistics is inaccurate. According to researcher's opinion, it's a little unjustifiable to generalize this research for all types of restaurant business and conditions. The next research needs to analyze the research results by conditions and much more various subjects.
