In a nuclear power plant, loose part monitoring and its diagnostic technique is one of the major issues for ensuring the structural integrity of the reactor system. Typically, accelerometers are mounted on the surface of a reactor vessel to localize impact location cavsed by the impact of metallic substances on the reactor system. However, in some cases, the number of the accelerometers is not enough to estimate the impact location precisely. In such a case, one of alternative plan is to utilize another type sensors that can measure the vibration of the reactor structure even though the measuring frequency ranges are different from each others. The AE sensors installed on the reactor structure can be utilized as additional sensors for loose part monitoring. In this paper, we proposed a new method to estimate impact location by using both accelerometer signal and AE signal, simultaneously. The feasibility of the proposed method is verified by an experiment. The experimental results demonstrate that we can enhance the reliability and precision of the loose part monitoring.

Recently there are sharp increase in number of studies related with facilitation of Inward-FDI or Multinational Enterprises invested in Korea region. The most of studies are mainly purposing to survey - 1)how Korea Government makes counter plan and assistance policy to make foreign capital and Inward-FDI more attractively and aggressively, 2)what is the new framework or system for Inward-FDI policy, 3)what is economic effect of Inward-FDI, 4)what are determinants or conclusive factors of FDI in Korea. Under this situation, the goal of this report is to find out the new way for Multinational Enterprises to reinvest continuously thru getting their better investment performances on several factors including Marketing Competence, Management Ability, Localization Management Skill, Business Management Strategy, and R&D Competitiveness which would be much more important determinants influencing re-investment of Multinational Enterprises in Kora. This report based on the empirical result and comprehensive analysis will eventually help policy makers to implement the appropriate strategy and support Multinational Enterprises to proceed positive circle's re-investment activity in the end.

The Korean economic condition needs continuous development of the marine product industries basically, and for this purpose a study on the education and training system of the technical manpower for this field is required. Moreover, the sea and its resources are not only to be utilized these days but also to be conserved for our descendants. To achieve this goal, the national support and the people's understanding on the marine product industries are very important at the first, and also the fisheries education must be activated to educate and train the technical manpower who will engage in this industrial field in the future. Especially it is necessary to develop and operate the most appropriate curricula drawn up inconsideration of each local characteristics for the fisheries education at the middle schools and high schools in Korea.

South Korea has spend billions planing for entertainment contents development, exporting contents, developing strategies for overseas marketing. But one piece of the plan may be missing: The ability of corporations to continue to provide vital services. Over the years, a number of studies have examined korean waves and have reached the same conclusion: starting a activity without reasonable strategies tends to have effects on merchandising, income, image, etc. For the purpose of analysis, this study has adopted SWOT matrix, Japan's market, for instance, is mixed by variation factors-opportunities, threats, strengths, weakness. Fortunately, Because Japan's market, the most world's cultural contents, has an environmental condition of advanced level, If Our en-contents have a high level, through localization and strategic alliance, the marketing strategies for japan' market will do a good chance of success.

Since the election of governors and mayors by vote, many local governments in Korea establish long-range plans for their regional development. The major purposes of the plans are to set up development path for their communities and to devise economic development strategies. But most of the plans established thus formulated by the same method utilized in centralized political regime. This method is considered no longer appropriate to devise the long-range development plans for local government especially in the era of globalization and localization, where local governments behave independently, where local governments behave independently competition. We suggest an alternative way to establish such plans, based on the method employed in business sector. The plans, formulated in this way, are called strategy oriented long-range development plans. The underlying logic for the plans is non-linear one. The plans are issue oriented and focus more on process than outcome. Given that these features are properly incorporated in the plans, we expect that the strategy oriented long-range development plans can be genuine guidelines for local economic development in the years to come.

As more organizations undertake IT-enabled business process reengineering(BPR), IT-enabled BPR projects become a major concern. Especially, one of IT, Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) is recognized as a revolution solution. But the success cases of ERP project are rarely reported. In this study, ERP implementation is defined as a IS implementation project based on BPR concepts To explore the issues of implementing ERP systems, a company implementing ERP successfully in Korea is selected. The research framework consists of four components: 1) strategic plan dimension , 2) organizational environment dimension, 3) implementation process dimension, and 4) IT dimension. On this framework, to implement ERP systems successfully, the analysis of the results clearly suggests appropriate planning, top management support, change management, appropriate methodology , ERP specialist commitment, management of standard process and master data, and the extent of IT localization.

Domestic rail industry for the development of Korea High Speed Rail paid for high technology, imported to Korea. However, If technology based on conditions that are not equipped with relevant skills is received, there are limits to what it used to. so team of high speed railway began technical development. In this study, through the motor block resistant plan, the current block resistant identifies problems related to it, in order to improve the quality of the parts, secure the standards and guarantee their life span. The localization of the resistant is really possible thanks to the technical skills.

Since 2000, S. Korea is building yachts through government supported localization, cooperation between industry and educational organizations, or partnerships with foreign firms but the yacht building has yet only accomplished trial manufactured ships and one-time production. Because of a lack of mass production, the industry assesses the domestic technical skills to an average 50~60% of developed countries and its market share is less than 1% in the world. In addition, domestic marine equipment is heavily depending on imports and the industry is experiencing shortage of technology and experts, small-sized companies, insufficient industry and educational organizations' cooperation networks, inadequate legislation and policies, deficient domestic market vitalization, and scarce international information. Thus, this study focuses on the alternative plans to strengthen competitiveness and to cope with problems in the southeast marine leisure equipment industry.

New and renewable energy has attracted a significant attention since the Paris Agreement in 2015. Especially hydrogen energy is important for reducing greenhouse gas produced during transportation. The new government suggested that the eco-friendly vehicles, hydrogen infrastructure and the development of new and renewable energy are the major growth engines in the future. Hydrogen energy is also concerned as the main part of our economy in the national affairs. In the policy of Mission Innovation Strategy and the third Eco-Friendly Vehicle Master Plan, government presents the status, future direction, technical road map and distribution road map of hydrogen energy. With this trend, investments in the research and development on hydrogen and fuel cells have expanded and will continue to expand for the implementation of the policy. The cost reduction, technical innovation and the increase in the localization rate are required for the new and renewable energy, including hydrogen energy, to become the future growth engine.

이 논문에서는 Sargent & Lundy 회사로부터 입수한 발전소 설계 인력 분포에 관한 49개 실적치 커브와 Bechtel사가 제안한 수 개의 모델 커브를 분석하였다. 이들 커브로 부티 발전소 설계에 소요되는 인력분포를 Gamma분포로 가정하고 그 확률함수를 하나의 모델커브로 선정하였다. 이 모델커브를 이용하여 정부의 장기 원자력 발전소 설계계획에 따른 인력 수요를 년도별로 산출하였다. 또한 감응도 분석의 하나로서 엔지니어들의 숙련도에 따른 설계 인력 수요의 변화를 분석하였다.
