LNG 배관 시스템용 1인치 글로브 밸브 개발 및 성능실험 (Development and Performance Test on the 1-Inch Glove Valve for the LNG Piping System)

  • This study describes the development of a 1-inch cryogenic glove valve for an LNG pumping system and localization development achieved through the performance test. The cryogenic valve used in the LNG pumping system plays an important role in maintaining a flow rate by LNG transportation. This trial manufactured goods, which was achieved through reverse engineering and developing the assembly process. The result of the leak test satisfied the internal pressure condition using the 78-bar normal temperature test and maintained the anti-leakage condition. Also, the result of the cryogenic leak test (BS 6364: low temperature test procedure) maintained anti-leakage at -196 and 52 bar, which satisfied the test standards.

  • Under localization developing for the control valve of the safety grade Q Class 1 which is established in the atomic power plant followed ASME Code and important parts (Body, Yoke, Bonnet, Actuator) design and produced. In order to verify this analyzed the earthquake stress of AOV. AOV the above of 33Hz occurred from fIrst mode, the earthquake stress occurred from inside the yield strength of the material.

  • 발전용 연료전지의 경쟁상황이 점점 치열해지고 있는 상황에서 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 현재 상용화되어 있는 2세대 연료전지인 MCFC 관련 기술을 최대한 빨리 확보하고, 전세계적으로 R&D 단계에 있는 3세대 연료전지인 SOFC 관련 기술을 독자적으로 수행하여 가장 먼저 상용화하여야 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 그 동안 MCFC 관련 사업 역량 및 응용 기술의 확보를 위하여 포스코 그룹이 수행한 사업 및 R&D 내용을 정리하고, 향후 SOFC 기술의 상용화를 위한 포스코 그룹의 전략을 발표하고자 한다. 또한 그 동안 SOFC 연구가 시스템 개발 위주로 진행되어 옴에 따른 문제점을 지적하고, SOFC 시스템 기술을 뒷받침할 수 있는 부품/소재 개발과 관련한 포스코파워의 연구 결과를 요약 발표하도록 한다.

  • Domestic rail industry for the development of Korea High Speed Rail paid for high technology, imported to Korea. However, If technology based on conditions that are not equipped with relevant skills is received, there are limits to what it used to. so team of high speed railway began technical development. In this study, through the motor block resistant plan, the current block resistant identifies problems related to it, in order to improve the quality of the parts, secure the standards and guarantee their life span. The localization of the resistant is really possible thanks to the technical skills.

  • The Seoul subway is acting the center of public transportation after the opening of the first line on August 15, 1974. and the subway line of the DC traction system is running and building to the ninth line. However, the main insulation parts used in overhead contact line are now imported from overseas products. Therefore, this paper considers domestic manufacture technology, supply easiness and economic effectiveness of insulation products and reviews the safety of support insulator used in rigid conductor line, stem insulator used in movable bracket and AC/DC different phase section insulator that localization development is necessary.

Visual SLAM을 통해 획득한 공간 지도의 완성도 평가 시스템 (An Evaluation System to Determine the Completeness of a Space Map Obtained by Visual SLAM)

  • This paper presents an evaluation system to determine the completeness of a space map obtained by a visual SLAM(Simultaneous Localization And Mapping) algorithm. The proposed system consists of three parts. First, the proposed system detects the occurrence of loop closing to confirm that users acquired the information from all directions. Thereafter, the acquired map is divided with regular intervals and is verified whether each area has enough map points to successfully estimate users' position. Finally, to check the effectiveness of each map point, the system checks whether the map points are identifiable even at the location where there is a large distance difference from the acquisition position. Experimental results show that space maps whose completeness is proven by the proposed system has higher stability and accuracy in terms of position estimation than other maps that are not proven.

  • This paper deals with a bearing faults localization technique based on holographic approach by visualizing sound radiated from the faults. The main idea stems from the phenomenon that bearing faults in a moving vehicle generate impulsive sound. To visualize fault signal from the moving vehicle, we can use the moving frame acoustic holography [Kwon, H.-S. and Kim, Y.-H., 1998, "Moving Frame Technique for Planar Acoustic Holography," J. Acoust. Soc. Am. Vol. 103, No. 4, pp. 1734${\sim}$1741]. However, it is not easy to localize faults only by applying the method. This is because the microphone array measures noise(for example, noise from other parts of the vehicle and the wind noise) as well as the fault signal while the vehicle passes by the array. To reduce the effect of noise, we propose two ideas which utilize the characteristics of fault signal. The first one is to average holograms for several frequencies to reduce the random noise. The second one is to apply the partial field decomposition algorithm [Nam, K.-U., Kim, Y.-H., 2004, "A Partial Field Decomposition Algorithm and Its Examples for Near-field Acoustic Holography," J. of Acoust. Soc. Am. Vol. 116, No. 1, pp. 172${\sim}$185] to the moving source, which can separate the fault signal and noise. Basic theory of those methods is introduced and how they can be applied to localize bearing faults is demonstrated. Experimental results via a miniature vehicle showed how well the proposed method finds out the location of source in practice.

흰쥐 적혈구에 있는 Glutathione Peroxidase의 순화 및 성질과 간에서의 용작부위에 대한 조직화학적 연구 (Purification and Characterization of Glutathione Peroxidase Isolated from Rat Erythrocyte and Histochemical Study of its Localization in Liver of White Rat)

  • 흰쥐를 실험재료로 그 적혈구에서 glutathione peroxidase를 $(NH_4)_2SO_4$ 침전법, Sephadex filtration column, DEAE-sephadex column chromatogrgphy하여 순화시키고 이것의 성질을 연구하였으며, 간에서 이 효소의 작용부위를 조직화학적 처리를 하여 전자현미경으로 관찰한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. Glutathione peroxidase는 약 33.5배 순화되었다. 2. Crude glutathione peroxidase의 최적온도는 $40^\\circC$이며, 반응 최적 pH는 7.5였다. 3. 이 효소는 $30^\\circC$에서 가장 안정되었으며 glutathione농도 변화에 대한 Km값은 8.5 mM, 최대 반응속도는 15.6 $\\mu$moles/min이었고, $H_2O_2$ 농도변화에 대한 Km값은 40 $\\mu$M이며, 최대 반응속도는 10.5 $\\mu$moles/min이었다. 4. 이 효소의 분자량은 약 90,000정도로 측정되었다. 5. 쥐의 간에서 이 효소의 활성부위는 microbody에 국한되며 간소염의 주변주에서 그 활성이 크게 나타났다. 6. 조직화학적 방법으로 나타난 반응산물은 직경 $2.0\\sim0.7 \\mum$ 정도의 원형으로 그 경계막은 뚜렷하지 않았다.

딥 러닝 기반의 눈 랜드마크 위치 검출이 통합된 시선 방향 벡터 추정 네트워크 (Deep Learning-based Gaze Direction Vector Estimation Network Integrated with Eye Landmark Localization)

  • 본 논문은 눈 랜드마크 위치 검출과 시선 방향 벡터 추정이 하나의 딥러닝 네트워크로 통합된 시선 추정 네트워크를 제안한다. 제안하는 네트워크는 Stacked Hourglass Network를 백본(Backbone) 구조로 이용하며, 크게 랜드마크 검출기, 특징 맵 추출기, 시선 방향 추정기라는 세 개의 부분(Part)으로 구성되어 있다. 랜드마크 검출기에서는 눈 랜드마크 50개 포인트의 좌표를 추정하며, 특징 맵 추출기에서는 시선 방향 추정을 위한 눈 이미지의 특징 맵을 생성한다. 그리고 시선 방향 추정기에서는 각 출력 결과를 조합하여 최종 시선 방향 벡터를 추정한다. 제안하는 네트워크는 UnityEyes 데이터셋을 통해 생성된 가상의 합성 눈 이미지와 랜드마크 좌표 데이터를 이용하여 학습하였으며, 성능 평가는 실제 사람의 눈 이미지로 구성된 MPIIGaze 데이터셋을 이용하였다. 실험을 통해 시선 추정 오차는 3.9°의 성능을 보였으며, 네트워크의 추정 속도는 42 FPS(Frame per second)로 측정되었다.
