The differentiation of this study is largely based on the above discussion. First, I would like to examine the main factors that affect the image of the local government's special transport agencies in terms of users and suggest strategic options for promoting the local government's special traffic. Second, a public service approach is very necessary considering the concept of new public transport such as local government special transport, individual use experience and social impact. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the characteristics of local government special traffic through the five important factors of the service quality which are not capable of objectively measuring the characteristics of the service.

After IMF crisis in late 1997, the environment of banking industry has become competitive. To survive in this circumstance, the Local Nong-Hyup is needed to understand the customer's needs and improve the service quality. To achive the purpose, two methods were employed in this study. The first corvered the review of related literature on service. The second adopted field survey approach for data. The study model was developed using Venkatakrishnan & Jagannathan's "An Enhanced Model for Measuring Service Quality" model and details of study as follows. 1. What is the determination factors of service quality for Local Nong-Hyup. 2. Are there differences between "service perception" and "service expectation" for Local Nong-Hyup. 3. Does banking service determination factor of Local Nong-hyup affects customer's satisfaction. 4. Does banking service determination factor of Local Nong-hyup affects customer's repurchase. 5. Does customer's satisfaction for Local Nong-hyup relates repurchase. The samples of this study were extracted at random from the customers of Local Nong-hyup. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed to do frequency analysis, factor analysis, t-test, regression analysis, cross sectional analysis using SPSS Win 10. The results are as follows, First, as determination factors of service quality for Local Nong-Hyup "Reliability, Empathy, Tangibles, Convenience" were extracted by factor analysis. Secondly, using t-test, it was found that there are factor's gap between service anticipation and service perception. Thirdly, using regression analysis, it was found that except Convenience factor, Reliability, Empathy and Tangibles factors affect customer's satisfaction. Forthly, using regression analysis, it was found that all the factors affect repurchase. Finally, using cross sectional analysis, it was found that customer's satisfaction and customer's repurchase correlate.

Recently, our interests are growing up the local food with global food's internationalization. Our interest about local food is increasing with agricultural crises and food safety. And this research will study how the local food cultural experience effect to local food's customer satisfaction and customer royalty. This study analyze customer who experienced the local food cultural experience. And we follow Pine & Gilmore's theory. They proposed the experience economic theory, which proposed 5 factors to analyze customer. Those are educational experience, emotional experience, entertaining experience, escaping experience, and physical experience. We select two factors, which are entertaining experience and physical experience. And we will study the customer satisfaction and royalty of the perceived customer by the two experienced factors. Especially, we analyze the local food policy, cultural factors related with local food, and customer's perceived value effect, and then, we will figure out the correlations among factors, propose the policy implications related with local food cultural experience and economic value creations of rural economy.

The paper reports on exploratory research into the factors influencing adoption of low impact development (LID) regulations by local government. The research uses ten case studies ranging from low to high level adoption of LID in Virginia. Based on the theory of diffusion of innovations, perceived characteristics of LID, characteristics of the adopting local government, motivations of the adopter, and the surrounding organizational context of the adopter are chosen for the key factors influencing on LID adoption. By reviewing the local governments regulations related to stormwater management, meeting minutes, reports and documents, and in-depth interviews, the evaluation of the key factors and the local LID adoption was conducted. As a result, adopters with a high level of LID adoption at the time of the study were heavily influenced by champions of LID within local government and communities. In contrast, moderate level adopters and low-level adopters emphasized the importance of external forces like state regulatory mandates and the need for clear models to implement.

It has been long time since the local small-and-medium cities had lost their vitality due to the progress of aging, economic decline in urban areas, the lack of new growth engines, and the declining population in korea. In addition, since the implementation of the local self-governing system, the creation of new urban areas and the transfer of the administrative institutions to the outskirts of a city have accelerated the decline of old downtown. Rather, local small-and-medium cities would have a problem to make urban regeneration impossible. Under the recognition of such problems, individual self-governing entities have come up with numerous policies and implemented various policies for the revitalization of local small-and-medium cities, but it is a condition that the effect of their efforts falls shorts of expectations, such as the space of the similar style, which has been widespread in developed countries, simple restoration, and a few structural changes. In this regard, the part to be realized anew is to enhance the attractiveness of small-and-medium cities. However, is not possible to raise the overall attractiveness in a short time in reality. To select local assets to be utilized in urban regeneration, it is judged that gathering opinions of local residents is more important than any other thing. Accordingly, this study intends to present positive outcome for the purpose of the revitalization of local small-and-medium cities by finding the factors which can remind us of the collective memory of Jinju city and selection the critical factors to determine a detailed project plan from the perspective of urban regeneration.

The 2018 local elections completely upended the composition of Busan's city council, with the council membership changing from being solidly and consistently conservative to being over 80% liberal. What explains this anomalous outcome? While existing literature suggests the outcome of the 2018 city council elections was the consequence of a combination of structural and strategic factors, such as the decline of regional voting, we argue that the individual-level evaluation of President Moon Jae-in is one of the primary factors driving this result. Although coattails effects are commonly considered in concurrent national legislative elections, the Presidentialized and nationalized politics of Korea makes it possible for Presidential elections to affect local elections as well. We assess our explanation through an analysis of repeated cross-sectional survey data collected just before the 2018 local elections. The results of the analysis show that support for the Democratic Party is very strongly predicted by individual-level evaluation of President Moon. When considered in the context of the timing of presidential and local elections, the results suggest that Presidential coattail effects are capable of destabilizing established political patterns, such as regional voting, if perhaps only in a sporadic and idiosyncratic fashion, depending on whether or not local elections are held early on in a President's term.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the internal factors that influence the performance of local government hospitals in Korea. There are 34 hospitals in korea as of 2008. Among these hospitals 5 are profit-making and the other loss-making in terms of profitability. Data was collected by Institute of local government hospital union. The major findings of this study was as follows : Firstly, 7 hospitals are high level, over than 100% of fixed ratio. But that result was better than the other study 5 years ago. Secondly, 29 hospitals are bellow 85% of bed occupancy rate. There are a number of hospitals didn't use the facilities and the personnel cost in total costs are high. And lastly, as a result of multiple regression analysis, the factors had on significant effect on normal profit to total assets are personnel cost(-), liability to total assets(-), average length of stay(-), outpatient visits to inpatient days(-). In conclusion, to improve the profitability of hospitals, the efforts to reduce personnel cost and to increase bed occupancy rate.

Changes of annual seed production related to climate change were studied for 12 years in Piagol, a riparian valley in Mt. Jiri. Sixty-four seed traps (sized 0.5 ${\times}$ 0.5 $m^{2}$) were set up on the forest floor of surveyed area. Seeds were collected from these traps at an interval of 15 days from September to November since 1984. Vegetation of the study area was mainly consisted of the naturally regenerated Carpinus tschonoskii in the tree layer. Acer mono, Quercus serrata, Carpinus laxiflora and Symplocos chinensis also appeared in the same layer. Maximum production occurred in 1984 and 1994. As a result of comparing seed production with local climate factors for 12 years, seed productivity and the year of maximum production of Carpinus forest were merely related with precipitation, air temperature and duration of sunshine among local climate factors. Duration of sunshine was, however, not contributed to periodically high productivity of seed of riparian valley carpinus forest.

The purpose of this study is to identify the image of the feel of the local festival visitors participated in local festivals, the local festival image Impact on vistor's satisfaction, revisit and intention of recommendation. In addition, empirically how the visitor's satisfaction impact on their revisit and intention of recommendation. Analysis showed that local festival image factor is derived by three factors, such as cognitive image factor, emotional image factor, facility image factor. All three factors ware seen as the important factors affecting the visitor's facilities satisfaction, but only emotional image of the three images was a factor affecting the visitor's operating satisfaction. Above all should be considered cognitive image Among the three images(cognitive images, emotional images, facilities Images) To enhance the visitor's revisit and intention of recommendation. In other words, it is important that the position of local festival be considered. Should try to raise the quality of cognitive images to improve the visitor's satisfaction, revisit and intention of recommendation at the same time.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the enactment of local municipalities' ordinance for supporting Korean Medicine infertility treatment in the metropolitan area. Methods : For Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi Province, data on the enactment of Korean Medicine infertility treatment and socio-demographic data of the local municipalities were collected through the Enhanced Local laws and regulations Information System and on-line statistical database. Logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the factors affecting the enactment of the ordinance, The enactment of the ordinance was dependent variable, and the budgeting of local municipalities, the number of population, the number of births, the number of Korean Medicine doctors, and the total fertility rate were used as independent variables. Results : Up to 2000, the ordinances for supporting Korean Medicine infertility treatment were enacted in 16 local municipalities and the budget for that was supported by 18 local municipalities. Regarding the effect on the enactment of the ordinances, it was found that budgeting of Korean Medicine infertility treatment had a positive (+) effect, and the metropolitan government's budgeting and the total fertility rate had a negative (-) effect. Conclusions : This study suggests that the ordinance for Korean Medicine infertility treatment is a policy tool derived based on the problem of low fertility faced by each local municipality rather than the political influence of health provider's groups.
