This study looked into coping strategies of local terrestrial broadcasting companies in the media market, since the introduction of comprehensive programming channels was confirmed. Local terrestrial broadcasting companies vulnerable to market competitiveness are driven more out to the difficulty of survival in a limited advertising market with the advent of comprehensive programming channel. and Local terrestrial broadcasting receive discriminative application than comprehensive programming channel. They have reverse discrimination in must-carry, broadcasting area, programming regulation, advertisement regulation, broadcasting development fund. Hence, Local terrestrial broadcasting needs diverse countermeasures at difficult media circumstances. Above all, Competitive content reinforcement is desperately needed. That's why content distribution structure needs diversification. And, It is necessary for local terrestrial broadcasting companies to diversify the content distribution system. As a way to expand distribution structure of local broadcasting, the introduction of local programming regulations for total amount will be highlighted in the nationwide network program. The mandatory policy that programs produced by local terrestrial broadcasting companies will be broadcast regularly in prime time through a nationwide network is an example. In addition to developing high content independently, 2nd Multiple channels of distribution is needed. It has to be supplied to various platforms including local broadcasting, SO and etc. In addition, it is necessary to activate regional co-production program between local terrestrial broadcasting companies and regions. Time rate between central stations and local terrestrial broadcasting companies must be distributed practically. And also, local terrestrial broadcasting companies in addition to ad revenue model to themselves and their own businesses by expanding the sponsorship to strengthen the competitiveness will have to nurture self-sustaining. Moreover they must have enlarge economy of scale through widen of broadcasting area.

This study was aimed to obtain basic information on the characteristics of local cultivars of burdock(Arctium lappa L.) grown in Yeong-Nam region. The characteristics of seeds were shown a remarkable diversity among the local cultivars. Germination rate was the highest at 25$^{\circ}C$ and Munkyong' as the highest germination rate(42.2%) at l0$^{\circ}C$ respectively. In Youchon' and 'Chilgok', about 10％ was bolted but the other was rarely or none. The range of root length was 62∼77cm and lateral root number was maximum 5.5('Koryong') and minimum 0.3('Songju). 'Chongdo I' contents 14.2mg/100g of tannin in root and 'Kyongsan', 'Koryong', 'kyongiu',’ Kumi' and 'Haman' taste not bitter in leaves.

Residents under hazard and disaster conditions should be evacuating to the pre-assigned nearest safety facilities, community hall, local schools, friend's houses, etc. in a safety zone, quickly as soon as possible. The small percentage of evacuees shows serious economy class syndrome after the quake, because those people are forced to a stressful dairy evacuee-life in scattered homes and/or in-vehicle, for instance. Then, we consider on supporting evacuees using heart rate variability, Geospatial Positioning System (GPS) and WiFi functions of a smartphone, and Web-server on the Internet to keep their health in good conditions.

DCF(Distributed Coordination Function) of IEEE 802.11 WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network) MAC Layer apply to CSMA/CA(Carrier Sense Multiple Access with Collision Avoidance) for solution of collision when the station try to access at the same time. But DCF happens falling performance as increasing a number of stations. In this paper, we suggest algorithm that improved performance in congestion. And we compare DCF, DCF+ and proposed algorithm respect to saturation throughput, delay, collision rate and drop rate using NS2(Network Simulator 2) simulation tool.

This paper closely examines the relation between ‘how the local residents' involvement in a tourist industry and their perception of tourist development have an influence on tourism' and also 'how the understanding of a tourist effect has an influence on the local residents' participating intention in the tourist policy'. The local residents' involvement in the tourist industry was influenced by economical and socio-cultural factors among the influencing perceptions on local festivals, but, statistically, was not influenced by an environmental factor. The local residents' perception of tourist development has influenced on each local festival, and for the rate of influence, the environmental factor was the highest, and in the next order, the residents' intention to participate in tourist policy, the socio-cultural factor, and the economical factor followed. In the relation between local residents' perception of tourist influence and their participating intention, only the factor of socio-culture had a plus(+) influence on the participating intention in the tourist policy. It is expected that this result will be different from the tourist influence of tourist development. Therefore, a study of the perception on the influence of tourist development will be required in the future.

This research focused on the improved alternatives of the ordinance which practically control the open space in-situ, public open space and landscape construction related to city landscape for the healthy physical and mental life of the city dwellers. The contents of the study are as follows: 1. The special law of Landscape Architecture should be legislated. 2. The portion of landscaping should be changed by up-grading in the Ordinance of Landscape area and planting and the terms of landscape Facilities should include the ecological aspects in it's contents in the law. 3. The administration of local governments should actively lead and support the dwellers to make the roof gardens and the window gardens in the building area of cities or commercial districts which have relatively low rate of green space. 4. Any new construction and restoration of the buildings with preservation of the natural environment and creation of public open space should be given incentive and Set-back space in aesthetic area should have appropriate planting area and facilities in it. 5. Organizing professional landscape evaluation committee and composing evaluation standards are very important because of the contemporary proposition of the establishment of the establishment of ecological space and conservation of urban natural space. Because of the characteristics of Landscape Architecture, the Provisions of landscape Architecture Design and landscape architecture supervision of the specialist should be legislated and the Landscape Architectural Organization should be established within the Government.

This study aims to analyze ordinance in a local government for the improvement of the preferential purchasing system of products manufactured by disabled. So, This study analyze 44 ordinance of a local government. The results of this study were as follows. First, 44 local governments enacted the ordinance(rate was 18.1%). Second, Most of the local governments suggest purpose of ordinance, agency of application, establishment of support plan, request of purchase cooperation, duty of purchase promotion. But there are not suggest other items in many ordinance. In particular, Duty of local government president is specified only 30(rate was 68.1%). Third, The municipal ordinance conflicting with the upper laws and regulation. Forth, The Council for the promotion of the preferntial purchasing system of products made by disabled upgrade to an advisory organization including professor, expert, disabled. Fifth, The sales routes of products need to be extended from the public agency to private companies for Preferential purchasing in affirmative action. In order that the Preferential purchasing system will not be a nominal law, the government should show active willingness about monitoring of local government.

With the aim of improving periodontal regeneration efficacy, as a biodegradable local drug delivery device, drug releasing chitosan beads were prepared. Chitosan beads were prepared through the formation of intermolecular or intramolecular ionic interaction bewteen chitosan and sodium tripolyphosphate and were loaded with flurbiprofen. The mean diameter of the beads was $250\;{\mu}m$. Drug loading efficiency was improved by regulating the pH of tripolyphosphate solution. The drug release kinetics mainly depended upon the hydrophobic properties of the flurbiprofen, that is, the release of flurbiprofen showed initial burst with rapid release for the first day followed by a levelling off of the release rate. However, the release rate could be controlled by the formulation factor including the pH, concentration of the tripolyphosphate solution, gelation time, drug contents. From these results, flurbiprofen loaded chitosan beads were anticipated as biodegradable local drug delivery devices for periodontal regeneneration.

This study investigated the differences between active and inactive TV watching groups, in terms of residential characteristics, of class-oriented drama viewing rate. We compared Flow and Social Comparison Theories to explain the relationship between class-oriented contents in the drama and viewing rate. We collected 110,000 TV viewers data of 4 class-oriented and the other 4 dramas, aired between Feb. 2016 and March 2019, through D-Live local cable service provider. Controlling gender ratio and income level which may affect viewing rate, we found that class-oriented content significantly and positively affects viewing rate in active watching group while the same content significantly and negatively affects viewing rate in inactive watching group. These results imply that Flow and Social Comparison Theories may apply in opposite directions in different watching groups.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relative weight of infectious disease vulnerability indicators that affect the occurrence and spread of infectious diseases in local communities. For this, the infectious disease vulnerability indicators were classified as facilities vulnerable to spread, vulnerable groups of infections, social vulnerable conditions, and response capabilities based on literature and case review, and the relative weights among indicators were determined using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) by 22 experts. As a result of the analysis, the weight of each sector was found to be the highest in the facilities vulnerable to spread, and the overall weight was highest in the following order: sickbed securing rate(1st), density of religious facilities(2nd), medical personnel rate(3rd), elderly person ratio(4th), and entertainment establishment density(5th). These results can be used to prepare the supporting data necessary for the establishment of infectious disease response policies of local governments.
