온라인 거래의 증가가 지역 소매 상권에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A study about the effects of online commerce on the local retail commercial area)

  • 본 연구는 온라인 거래량의 증가가 지역 상권에 미치는 영향에 대하여 양적 질적 분석을 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 실증분석은 2002년부터 2016년까지 15년간의 '전국사업체조사'와 '온라인 쇼핑 동향조사' 및 '지역소득조사' 결과와 한국은행의 거시경제 지표 중 '지역별 경제성장률', '소비자물가 등락률', '종가기준 연평균 원달러 환율 등락률' 데이터 등에 기초하여 진행되었다. 본 연구의 결과에 따르면, 온라인 거래금액의 증가가 소매업종 점포수의 감소에 영향을 주고 있으며 업종별로 구분하면 기타 가정용품 소매업, 음·식료품 및 담배소매업, 문화, 오락 및 여가용품 소매업 그리고 종합소매업 순으로 감소의 정도가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 종합소매업에 포함된 대형종합소매업과 체인화 편의점은 온라인 거래액이 증가함에도 점포수가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 기타 가정용품 등 업종의 점포수 감소한 주요 이유는 매장의 규모가 작은 경우 온라인 거래 대비 제품 품질 직접 비교 및 구매 경험 만족도 등 관점에서 차별성 및 효율성이 떨어지기 때문인 것으로 판단되었다. 온라인 거래액이 증가할 때 점포수가 증가한 소매업종은 체인화 편의점, 기타 상품 전문 소매업 모형, 섬유, 의복, 신발 및 가죽제품 소매업, 그리고 대형종합소매업의 순으로 나타났다. 또한 온라인 거래 증가에 따라 음식점 점포수가 가장 크게 증가하였는데 이는 온라인 거래의 증가 및 인터넷 사용자의 증가에 따라 배달앱 등이 활성화되고 블로그 및 SNS 등을 통한 맛 집 소개 및 사용 후기 전파 등이 증가하여 온라인 거래의 긍정적 영향이 작용한 것 때문으로 판단되었다. 따라서 오프라인 기업들이 온라인 대비 차별성과 경쟁력을 유지하기 위해서는 일정 규모 이상의 매장에서 소비자들이 직접 비교하고 착용하고 경험하는 등의 서비스를 제공할 수 있어야 할 것으로 여겨진다. 임대료는 온라인 거래가 증가함에도 상승하였는데 이는 1층 중대형매장의 임대료를 분석한 것에 기인한다. 즉, 온라인 거래가 증가하여도 사용자 경험을 제공하는 차별화된 매장 수요는 증가하기 때문으로 판단되었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 변화와 위기에 대응하는 지역 중소 소매업체들의 사업전략 조정이 필요함을 시사하며 이에 대한 중앙 또는 지방정부 차원의 지원노력이 필요함을 시사한다.

도시근교농촌의 토지이용 및 경관의 변화 (Urbanized land-use / landscape patterns in the city's countryside)

  • The city's countryside is adjusting to change by urbanization. The recent changes in rural landuse and damages of local landscape characteristics are very serious. But, few studies address the relationship between land-use and quality of landscape for these area. The aim of this study is to clarify causes and problems of the change through investigating changes of landscape as a function of land-use. The results are as follows 1) The change of landscape can be seen as a functional of land-use. Landscapes are characterized by changes of regional environments. These are the urban-rural fringe area which need special consideration for urban development and also for rural landscape quality. 2) 11 types of landscape patterns are found for landscape management. these are Regional commercial area, Apartment development, Recreation & seisure, Golfs, Housing complex, Industrial complex, Vinyl house, Rural village, Evaded facilities, Rivers, Cultural heritages. These landscape types are explained as 'stimuli-responses model'in Bryant's Forces of urbanization. 3) The policy implications of these study are as follows : First is the necessity of landscape management in Grown Management Zone and Natural Reserved Zone in the Metropolitan level, Second is the necessity of development control in semi- agricultural area. The last is the necessary of long range management plan in the urban-rural fringe area.

정상상태 전압제어를 위한 UPFC와 조상설비의 협조 (Coordination of UPFC and Reactive Power Sources for Steady-state Voltage Control)

  • This paper presents a new method of local voltage control to achieve coordinative control among UPFC(Unified Power Flow Controller) and conventional reactive compensation equipments, such as switched-shunt and ULTC(Under-Load Tap Changing) transformer. Reactive power control has various difficult aspects to control because of difficulty of system analysis. Recently, the progress of power electronics technologies has lead to commercial availability of several FACTS(Flexible AC Transmission System) devices. The UPFC(Unified Power Flow Controller) simultaneously allows the independent control of active and reactive power flows as well as control of the voltage profile. When conventional reactive power sources and UPFC are used to control system voltage, the UPFC reacts to the voltage deviation faster than the conventional reactive power sources. Keeping reactive power reserve in an UPFC during steady-state operation is always needed to provide reactive power requirements during emergencies. Therefore, coordination control among UPFC and conventional reactive power sources is needed. This paper describe the method to keep or control the voltage of power system of local area and to manege reactive power reserve using PSS/E with Python. The result of simulation shows that the proposed method can control the local bus voltage within the given voltage limit and manege reactive power reserve.

방문객 선호도 분석에 따른 지역축제 활성화 방안 : 고창복분자 축제를 중심으로 (A Study on Activation of Regional Festival:focused on Gochang Blackberry Festival)

  • The purposes of this study were to search for the ways to activate the Gochang Blackberry Festival by examining the visitors to the festival and utilizing the results to make efficient use of the local resources and vitalize the area. The results indicate that the visitors were aware of Gochang blackberry's superiority to that of other regions in quality and commercial value but lacked in the recognition of its related products, which suggests that the Gochang government should make diverse efforts to heighten their recognition of the products. There was a great demand for improving and supplementing the local festivals ad experience programs related to Gochang blackberry. It's thus required to reinforce new experience programs and develop various programs by incorporating blackberry into other local resources. The study has its limitations since its subjects were restricted to the visitors of the Gochang Blackberry Festival and it failed to investigate the preference factors of general potential tourists with the small sample. In future study, they need to use a bigger sample of general public to generalize the research findings.

  • The change of water level at Mokpo Harbour and its adjacent coastal area due to the construction of the Youngsan Estuary Barrage and the Third Land Reclamation Work of estuary barren had been roughly expected. Periodical floods, which occur 2 times per month, are also being observed at the low lying commercial areas near the Mokpo Old Harbor. Although it is said that the highest tidal current component among the tidal current records at the approaching channel to Mokpo Harbor is reduced to 6 kts, because of the esturary barrage, they do not give any precise statement or a deep analysis for the flooding and periodical water level change under certain environmental conditions. Moreover, they never tried the analysis of development plan considering the natural disaster such as typhoon or other extreme conditions. Thus, it is necessary to collect and analyze the data related to floodings, harbor oscillations, currents, and water quality , etc. because of the development considering the extreme condition. This study deals the problem of the water level change among the integrated analyses of the coastal area changes. 토지이용 및 교통특성을 반영한 교통사고 예측모형 개발 연구 (Development of Traffic Accident Forecasting Models Considering Urban-Transportation System Characteristics)

  • 본 연구에서는 서울시 자치구(행정구역) 중심의 거시적 사고예측모형을 개발하였다. 사고예측모형 개발과정에서 서울시 전체를 하나의 모형식으로 개발하지 않고 지역 토지이용(개발밀도)과 교통사고빈도와의 관계를 분석하여 토지이용 유형에 따른 사고예측모형을 개발하였다. 토지이용과 교통사고빈도와의 관계에서 개발밀도(연상면적)가 높을수록 교통사고빈도가 높게 나타나는 상관성을 파악하였으며 주거연상면적, 상업연상면적, 업무연상면적 모두 교통사고와 반응하는 특징이 다름을 확인할 수 있었다. 총 4개의 유형구분이 가능하였으며 각 유형에 대한 지역특성과 사고특성을 살펴보았다. 4개 유형의 모형에 반영된 설명변수는 공통변수와 각 유형별로 상이한 특성변수가 도출되어 지역적 특성이 모형에 반영된 것으로 판단할 수 있다. 사회 경제적 변수로는 통행을 유발 유입시키는 교통활동을 대변할 수 있는 변수가 채택되었으며 교통여건 변수로는 교통시설 및 안전과 관련된 변수가 채택되었다.

충청북도 농촌중심지활성화사업에 적용된 거점강화전략과 계획의 특성 (Characteristics of the Strategies and Plans for Activating Central Area in the Rural Town Regeneration Projects in Chungcheongbuk-do)

  • Due to population decline and aging, many rural towns have become increasingly declining, and the government has been carrying out the rural town regeneration project to activate central area with the concept of compact city. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategies and plans promoted in the rural town regeneration projects for the six towns in Chungcheongbuk-do and to identify their characteristics. The main subjects of the study are hardware plans such as the public facility plans and streetscape plans, which were carried out by local governments to revitalize the centre. In particular, the contents of each detailed plan, the location of each facility, detailed budget, and relationship between public facilities and commercial street in the six cases were analyzed by distribution map, relationship map and data comparison. Through this, the characteristics of the new application methods of each project to strengthen the central area were analyzed and classified into five types. The results of the study are to provide useful basic research to determine the direction of the project and select the contents of the plan in the rural town regeneration projects.

긴 관을 이용한 롱넥플랜지 성형공정 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Forming Process Development off Long-neck Flange Using a Long Pipe)

  • The pipe with a long-neck flange is widely used in power plants, chemical plants, and shipbuilding companies. New the pipe with a long-neck flange is manufactured by welding a thick flange to a pipe. But this long-neck flange pipe has some deflects in the welding region such as unfitting and local thermal fatigue, which weaken the strength around the neck of the flange. Moreover, after welding the flange, the contacting surfaces of the flange have to be machined flat. So, that is uneconomical. Therefore, to solve the above problems of the long-neck flange pipe, a new process, which has no defects around the flange neck, is required. In this study, three forming processes are suggested to get an enhanced long-neck flange. First suggested process consists of conical terming and flange forming. Second and third suggested processes consist of the bulging of a long pipe locally heated by induction coils and the flange forming. The differences between second and third suggestions are the thickness and local heating area of the pipe. That is, the thickness of the initial pipe of third suggestion is larger than that of the final product, and the local heating area is smaller than that of second suggestion. These three suggestions fur forming a long-neck flange are simulated by FE analyses with a commercial cede DEFORM 2D. Especially, the theoretical result of FE analysis on the first suggestion fur forming a long-neck flange is verified by the experiment with aluminum 6063 pipes. From the theoretical and experimental results, it is concluded that three suggested processes are very useful in order to manufacture the pipe with a long-neck flange without any deflects.

지방 일개도시 PC방에서의 실내공기중 TSP농도와 TSP내 중금속 농도 (The Concentration of TSP and Heavy Metals in the Indoor Air of Local PC Rooms)

  • This study was carried out to investigate and analyze TSP of the PC rooms. The concentration of the total suspended particulate and heavy metals contained in the total suspended particulate of the 15 PC rooms located in one local city were measured. The statistical correlation coefficients between the total suspended particulate and factors of the indoor condition (number of fan or size of pc room, illumination), between the heavy metals and factors of the indoor condition were studied. The results are as follows: 1. The factors of the indoor condition of the 15 PC rooms are as follows. Average illumination was 24 luxes. Average number of computers installed were 37. Average number of the fans was 7. and the size of investigated PC rooms was $139.94m^2$. 2. The mean age of the subjects was 21.8 years old. they $(51.5\%)$ used the 15 pc rooms for fewer than 2 hours per one day. 3. The mean concentration of total suspended particulate (TSP) is lower in the evening ${139.085\;(2.462)\;{\mu}g/m^3}$ than the night ${166.216(2.609){\mu}g/m^3}$. 4. The mean concentration of total suspended particulate was industrial work area) residential area) commercial area. 5. The distribution of heavy metals were indicated as Zn>Cr>Pb>Cd in the indoor air at PC rooms. and the concentration rate of Zn was the highest among heavy metals. but this increase didn't show any relationship with many factors of indoor condition (number of fan or size of pc room, lighting) 6. The concentration of TSP & heavy metals didn't have any relationship between the factors of indoor environment (number of fans, size of pc room, lighting).
