기상자료와 냉난방 실측자료를 이용한 열부하 추정과 예측: 다계층모형의 활용 (Estimation and Prediction of the Heat Load Profile Using Weather and Heating/Cooling Data : An Application of the Multilevel Model)

  • 새로운 접단에너지 사업에 대한 경제성 평가와 기존 집단에너지 시설의 최적운용을 위해서는 적어도 시간대 단위로 계측된 세부용도별 에너지 부하패턴에 관한 정보가 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 기상자료와 냉난방 실측자료를 활용하여 열부하를 추정 예측하기 위하여 다계층모형을 선태하였다. 다계층모형은 수집한 자료의 패널자료 특성을 유연하게 모형화할 수 있는 이점이 있다. 다계층모형을 일대일의 대응관계에 있는 선형혼합효과모형으로 변환한 후 패널 FGLS(연산가능한 일반화최소자승추정법)를 적용하여 세부용도별로 열부하모형을 추정하였다. 추정된 부하모형은 온도, 습도, 시간대, 요일, 설날연휴/추석연휴 등 법정공휴일 특성, 난방면적/냉방면적이 열에너지사용량에 미치는 영향을 고려하고 있다. 지면을 고려하여 본 논문에서는 가정용 난방부하모형의 추정치와 난방부하곡선의 예측치에 제한하여 실증결과를 설명하고 있다.

  • KEPCO's AMR (Automatic Meter Reading) is a system that performs the real-time inspection and management of the 15-minute load profile of electric power consumption through a wired and/or wireless network such as CDMA. It has been utilized widely for real-time collection and data analysis. So far, KEPCO has focused on establishing wireless networks using CDMA and collecting data in real time but failed to consider sufficiently performances that can improve the quality of the original data required in terms of data utilization as well as establish the summary information. In this paper, we are going to show the functions that improve data quality by recording the final renewal time of any erroneous data and maintaining such data lists to use them in the rebuilding of summary information. The goals are to reduce any load applied mainly on the DBMS (Database Management System) of AMR, to enable the real-time performance of establishment in the summary information, and to obtain high-quality inspection data. The performance evaluation result has revealed a 10-fold improvement compared to the traditional disk-based DBMS system when the summary information is established.

  • The basic concept of 'tooth profile modification' is to change a part of the involute profile to reduce the load in that area and appropriate profile modifications can help gears to run quietly and resist scoring, pitting and tooth breakage. In this study, the modification of tooth profile to make a smooth transmission of the normal loads in spur gears has been developed. The modified tooth profile has been determined by the total deflection at contact points.   • In this paper, the effect of the turbulence intensity in across-wind direction on the wind load in CFD(Computational fluid dynamics) simulation was analyzed. 'Ansys fluent' software was used for CFD simulation. And the fluctuating wind speed applied to the simulation was generated according to Korean Design Standard and Von Karman wind turbulence model. The turbulence intensity in across-wind direction for simulation was applied from 0 to 100% of the turbulence intensity in along-wind direction. The analysis results showed that the turbulence intensity in across-wind direction had a particularly great effect on the wind load in across-wind direction.

  • Gust load is a very important load factor in designing various structures of an aircraft and judging its stability. This is because the blast effect on the aircraft in operation increases the risk of damage to the structure of the aircraft and causes a negative impact such as shortening the fatigue life by generating vibration. Particularly in the case of wing, a change in angle of attack is caused by gust load, and an additional lift acts on the wing, thereby being exposed to various excitational environments. Severe structural damage to the aircraft may occur if the natural frequencies of the aircraft wing are close to or coincident with the frequencies of the gust load applied to the wing. Recent trends of research include flight dynamics analysis considering discontinuous gusts or structural optimization of the blades under gust load. A number of studies have been conducted to interpret gust load response in consideration of irregularities in gusts. In this paper, we tried to imagine the situation of the aircraft subjected to the gust load as realistic as possible, and proposed an algorithm to track back the critical gust profile according to given aircraft characteristics from the viewpoint of preliminary engineering prediction.

  • This paper proposed a program of an energy storage system(ESS) for peak shaving of high-speed railway substations The peak shaving saves cost of equipment and demand cost of the substation. To reduce the peak load, it is very important to know when the peak load appears. The past data based load profile forecasting method is easy and applicable to customers which have relatively fixed load profiles. And an optimal scheduling method of the ESS is helpful in reducing the electricity tariff and shaving the peak load efficiently. Based on these techniques, MS. NET based peak shaving program is developed. In case study, a specific daily load profile of the local substation was applied and simulated to verify performance of the proposed program.

  • This paper presents a scheme for the interconnection of dispersed generator systems(DGs) based on load .unbalance and load model in composite distribution systems. Groups of each individual load model consist of residential, industrial, commercial, official and agricultural load. The unbalance is involved with many single-phase line segment. . Voltage profile improvement and system loss minimization by installation of DGs depend greatly on how they are placed and operated in the distribution systems. So, DGs can reduce distribution real power losses and replace large-scale generators if they are placed appropriately in the distribution systems. The main idea of solving fuzzy goal programming is to transform the original objective function and constraints into the equivalent multi-objectives functions with fuzzy sets to evaluate their imprecise nature for the criterion of power loss minimization, the number or total capacity of DGs and the bus voltage deviation, and then solve the problem using genetic algorithm. The method proposed is applied to IEEE 13 bus and 34 bus test systems to demonstrate its effectiveness.

Experimental study on flexural strength of modular composite profile beams

  • This study suggests modular composite profile beams, where the prefab concept is applied to existing composite profile beams. The prefab concept produces a beam of desired size having two types of profile: side module and bottom module. Module section will improve construction efforts because it offers several benefits : reduction of deflections due to creep and shrinkage, which might be found in existing composite profile beams; increase in span/depth ratio; and free prefabrication of any required beams. Based on the established analysis theory of composite profile beams, an analysis theory of modular composite profile beams was suggested, and analysis values were compared with experimental ones. The behavior of individual modules with increase of load was measured with a strain gauge, and the shear connection ratio between modules was analyzed by using the measured values. As a result of experiment, it was found that theoretical flexural strength on condition of full connection was 57%-80% by connection of modules for each specimen, and it is expected that flexural strength will approximate the theoretical levels through further module improvement.

포장 프로파일이 포장 피로수명에 미치는 영향 분석 (Effect of Surface Profiles on Pavement Fatigue Life)

  • 본 논문에서는 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장의 표층 프로파일과 차량특성인 차량속도와 현가장치를 다르게 하여 트럭 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 통한 동적하중을 분석하였다. 다양한 포장 상태의 프로파일을 입력하여 동적하중을 분석하였으며 프로파일, 차량의 현가장치, 차량속도에 따른 동적하중 변화를 분석하였다. 포장 거칠기가 증가할수록 동적하중이 증가하였으며, 속도가 증가할 수 록 동일한 포장 거칠기 하에서 동적하중이 증가하였다. Walking beam 현가장치가 Air spring 현가장치에 비해 더 큰 동적하중을 보였다. 동적하중 공분산을 이용하여 포장파손 지수를 결정하였으며, 동적하중 공분산과 신뢰도, 아스팔트 혼합물의 파괴매개변수가 증가할 수록 포장파손지수도 증가하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 이용하여 차량속도와 표층 아스팔트 혼합물 파괴특성에 근거한 포장 평탄성 규정에 이용할 수 있으며, 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장 시공 후 포장 평탄성에 근거한 지불규정에 효과적으로 사용할 수 있다고 판단된다.
