This paper has described about a SEPP Inverter for induction heating load. It is analyzed theoretically about the Inverter operation for induction heating. According to the parameters of induction heating load, it is proposed a method of circuit analysis and operation characteristics of the Inverter. In addition, the soft switching technology known as ZVS(Zero Voltage Switching) is used to reduce turn on and off loss at switching. The Proposed inverter shows it can be practically used as power source system for high frequency induction heating appliancs.
This paper describes a compact design and control method of PWM inverter-mounted induction motor especially designed for reducing the size and weight considerably, which may be applied to the speed control system such as air conditionr, conveyor and textile mill, etc. To obtain higher power density without derating performance, a new mechanical configuration unifying the inverter circuit and motor is proposed. Also, through the use of current minimization control method during V/f operation it is possible to reduce the size of heat-sink related to the losses of power circuit. By the proposed design method, a compact inverter-mounted induction motor system of 1Hp is built and its validity can be verified through the experimental results.
This paper describes a simple but effective V/F control method for energy saving of a special-purpose Induction motor driven by PWM inverter. The proposed method is based on efficiency control with no speed sensor that the V/F patterns could be changed to load variations. The experimental results shows great improvement of both efficiency and power factor and usefulness of the method.

Purpose: This study aims to explore the citizens' perceptions of living labs in the context of enhancing the living environment. Specifically, it employs quantitative research to investigate the perspectives of Millennials and Generation Z. This study proposed research questions to examine how the impacts of citizen-driven management, social factors, locally-driven management, open innovation operation, economic value, and environmental value influence the overall attitude toward living labs. Additionally, this study investigated the effects of overall attitudes on intention to participate in living labs and expected satisfaction towards living labs. Research design, data and methodology: This study employed an online survey conducted by a well-known research organization. Factor and regression analysis were utilized for data analysis. Results: The results revealed significant effects of citizen-driven management, social factors, economic value, and environmental value on overall attitude, with social factors exhibiting the highest effect size on overall attitude. Additionally, significant effects of overall attitude on intention and expected satisfaction were observed. Conclusions: The findings suggest which aspects of living labs should be fostered for the development of residents, the local economy, and citizens' quality of life, particularly with consideration of the perspectives of Millennials and Generation Z, who play a crucial role in utilizing a diverse array of ICT tools.

This paper is our first attempt to construct a information processing system such as the living creatures' brain based on artificial life technique. In this paper, we propose a method of constructing neural networks using bio-inspired emergent and evolutionary concept, Ontogeny of living things is realized by cellular automata model and Phylogeny that is living things adaptation ability themselves to given environment, are realized by evolutionary algorithms. Proposing evolving cellular automata neural systems are calledin a word ECANS. A basic component of ECANS is 'cell' which is modeled on chaotic neuron with complex characteristics, In our system, the states of cell are classified into eight by method of connection neighborhood cells. When a problem is given, ECANS adapt itself to the problem by evolutionary method. For fixed cells transition rule, the structure of neural network is adapted by change of initial cell' arrangement. This initial cell is to become a network b developmental process. The effectiveness and the capability of proposed scheme are verified by applying it to pattern classification and robot control problem.

To develop floor impact sound resilient materials of apartment house effectively, floor impact sound insulation performance test lab. was designed and constructed in T company. Introducing specification and basic performance of this lab. could be helpful in plan and design of another lab. Floor space size of this lab. is $4.2m{\times}5.5m$ and this size is similar with that of living room of usual apartment house's (about $100m^2$) and the height of lab. is 2.4m. Slab thickness is designed by 180mm. Frequency characteristics is similar to general apartment house. Reverberation time of sound receiving room displays 1.26sec in 125Hz by establishing sound-absorbing materials. For light weight impact sound insulation performance of concrete bare floor structure is estimated by $L_{i,AW}\;=\;73$ and for heavy weight is estimated by $L_{i,Fmax,AW}\;=\;50$. Sound pressure level distribution of sound receiving room is ranged very uniformly. With these results, floor impact sound resilient materials could be evaluated and the results could be trusted by comparison tests.
The crisis of university must be overcome by emphasizing the acquisition and use of knowledge for students to participate in and solve contemporary and diverse social/regional problems through educational method innovation. University classes should be a way of contributing to solving human problems, the UN's Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs) and various issues in the community. This study focused on project-based learning to cultivate socially engaged and problem-solving talents. In addition, a problem definition toolkit model was produced and tested to improve problem solving ability. Through follow-up research, I plan to develop a performance measurement model corresponding to the field application-improvement-feedback of Living Lab project classes, and suggest a method that universities can easily apply to the existing curriculum.

A ribonucleic acid (RNA) is one of the two types of nucleic acids found in living organisms. An RNA molecule represents a long chain of monomers called nucleotides. The sequence of nucleotides of an RNA molecule constitutes its primary structure, and the pattern of pairing between nucleotides determines the secondary structure of an RNA. Non-coding RNA genes produce transcripts that exert their function without ever producing proteins. Predicting the secondary structure of non-coding RNAs is very important for understanding their functions. We focus on Nussinov's algorithm as useful techniques for predicting RNA secondary structures. We introduce a new traceback matrix and scoring table to improve above algorithm. And the improved algorithm provides better levels of performance than the originals.
The purpose of this study is to propose strategies for enhancing competitiveness through the utilization of policy funds, especially in the start-up companies supported by the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund. And then, the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund should develop 'user-centered policy funding model' in order to increase start-up's utilization of policy fund and support start-ups that are supported in the long run. The competitiveness of domestic start-up companies has been strengthened by 'user-centered policy funding model' and new innovations have been introduced through 'Living Lab', an open innovation. But, in order to overcome the limitation of reaching the stage of commercialization, the 'user-centered policy funding model' proposed in this study enables start-ups to be the subject of actual policy funding, and also allows users to freely apply for necessary funding at any time. Therefore, the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund has a significance in suggesting 'user-centered policy funding model' as a support model to be customized. However, since SMEs recognize the actual situation and limit acceptance of all the difficulties, the systematic analysis of the actual situation of the policy funds of the start-up by the credit guarantee fund and the related support institutions for the scientific approach of the user-oriented policy funding model need.
