The several water resources are showed recently the various pollution types due to the industrialization and the disarranged district development. The living waste water, plant waste water and so are contaminated continuously and the recycling water is concerned highly to save the cost and to improve the environment as the general people. The dust and the heavy metal in the air and the acid rain are contaminating the river water and the underground water. The clean environment is on the rise to the general people and is to be the social problems. There is going to complement and repair the water supplying and fire extinguishing pipeline to save the construction cost and improve the environment in the construction facilities parts. Therefore, in this paper the recycling water treatment/supply apparatus using the living waste water is considerated technically and is raised on the practical uses.

본 논문에서는 휴대폰과 생활기기들을 WPAN과 이동통신망, 인터넷망과 연동시켜 개인의 생활환경을 지능화시키는 개인환경서비스가 활성화되었을 때에, 소요되는 근거리 무선통신 및 이동통신 주파수 대역폭에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 개략적인 통신 수요의 가정에도 불구하고, 본 논문은 향후 유비쿼터스 시대의 도래에 앞서 소요 주파수 산정 방법과 고려해야 할 사항들을 제시한다.

Purpose: This paper's main objective is to provide a systematic review of research evidence that articulates the impact of environment-related factors on wandering for people with dementia in the Long-term Care Facilities. Another objective of this study is to identify design implications that can be incorporated into design process and decisions to positively improve wandering abilities for people with dementia. Methods: Comprehensive literature review has been performed to investigate empirical studies and peer-reviewed articles published in many different fields including psychology, architecture, nursing to gerontology. Results: The review found studies that identified environment-related factors, affecting wandering for people with Dementia living in Long-term Care Facilities. Implications: The findings can help us understand wandering behavior and the recommendations in this research can serve as parts of considerations in practice that can help efficiently manage wandering abilities of people with dementia living in Long-term Care Facilities. Further studies with larger samples and various environmental conditions are required to confirm the findings in this study.

Increase of aging population and demands for care and support systems, needs and demands for a variety of care services and housing facilities have increased. With the emergence of gerontechnology, tangible and intangible technologies and innovations have been explored and developed in many countries. Since housing environment is very important to define well-being and quality of life of the elderly, technology applications in the living environment are considered as important means. The purpose of this study is to enumerate and investigate technologies for the elderly to assist daily living and help care providers, and to explore technology applications in the built environments. This study also investigate how intelligent technologies are installed in the built environment and physical consideration for a variety of approaches. The content analysis was conducted to investigate technology developments for the elderly based on web materials and publication materials. The seven examples were chosen since they are seeking technologies especially for the elderly or aging-in place. General goals for the diffusion of intelligent homes expecially for the elderly are to be easy to install and remove, unobtrusive, redundant cueing, easy to use, and robust. The results of this study suggest application considerations for the technologies of the built environment for the elderly.

This research study was conducted to determine the actual conditions of living room lighting in Daegu and Gyeongbuk districts. For this study, 112 households were surveyed. The results of this study are as follows: Firstly, fluorescent light was used as the general illumination of living rooms, and the ratio of not using local sources of illumination was high. Secondly, the standard illuminance was found to be 221. The illuminance was the value that satisfied the activities for togetherness and entertainment, but did not reach the illuminance necessary for other activities, such as reading, make-up, and sewing. In addition, the uniformity of brightness used as a measure of uniformity in examining the results was normal. Thirdly, both the brightness and the satisfaction of lighting in the living room space were indicated to be normal. In addition, in regard to housing lighting, 'stability', and 'brightness of lighting' were indicated as important considerations and 'brightness of lighting', 'shadow' and 'management of lighting' were indicated as problem areas.

Recently, the assisted living facilities for the elderly are increasing due to the facts, such as rapid increasing ratio of old people, rising incomes and the changing concepts towards family relationship. For the elderly, there is a need to re-examine how environment can incorporate design concepts which enhance accessibility and adaptability. For this survey each seven cases in Korean & American facilities were examined and also 120 copies of a questionnaire for the elderly who are above 60 were analysed. This survey revealed that; 1. The consciousness of the majority elderly was favorably aware of the assisted living facilities for the elderly by a social phenomenon. 2. At a response of the scale for the living unit, majority subjects preferred to live in size of 16${\sim}$20 pyung. 3. Subjects preferred not only clean and modern atmosphere, but also medical area and fitness room, design considerations for these points are needed. 4. Enough spaces for their hobbies and social activities, which are important factors for smooth understanding, communication and psychological remedy effect for the elderly should be provided in the facilities for the elderly. 5.Korean facilities were lack of accessibility, safety and adaptability, thus it is very important to select the suitable materials for the safety and lighting plans with regard to their physical and mental qualities.

Since 2000, there have been many changes in the residential types, such as an intelligent apartment which integrates both resting space and production space with comfort able, pleasant and safe environments based on internet systems. As the result of the rapid decrease in the birth rate and the prolonged lifespan around the world, it is expected that we will enter into an aging society by 2026. With such the expected change in the living patterns, many issues concerning the increased number of the elderly people have emerged as major social problems such as changes of family formation, its function and values, responsibility of caring for the aged, health and medical care, habitation policies and so on, and it is required to reconsider the social awareness on the living qualities of each old person. However, we have not yet satisfied such requirements with appropriate policies for the improvement of the living environment for them. It is considered, therefore, that we need to develop a new tool that, according to our goals, can give us a broad understanding on several considerations in designing the future homes for the elder people, making it possible to check the process changed by residents' needs in real time and apply it immediately to the space. As we have seen, it is required that spatial design process and design methodology should be considered in designing the homes for the aged for the pre-occupancy design evaluation.

Recently in Korea, noise is one of the most important social issues because the living standard becomes more higher. Railway noise is also annoying one in our society, although railway has very positive role in our country. The major measures for mitigation of railway noise in Korea are rail welding and installation of noise barrier on the noisy area. But these measures have its own limit for the calm and comfortable living environment. In Europe the railway noise problem has been treated more systematically and aggressively, there has been emission noise standard for Trans-European rail network. In this paper, the trend of noise standard for railway vehicles will be reported and the check point for our country will be discussed.

The purpose of this study is to establish fundamental standards of architectural planning concerning special class facilities in order to offer the basic information on the appropriate spatial organization of the special classroom by looking at the relationship between learning activities and living activities and the existing spatial organization. At present, there are no proper architectural standards which correspond to special class children's handicap and it's various characteristics. The special classes are just using ordinary classrooms without a considerations of the children with manifold handicap. In this sense, this study deals with appropriate special class facilities corresponding to the various characteristics of children's handicap, the contacting activities of special children with ordinary children and finally proper environment for the mainstreaming education which special education pursues.

The noise emitted from construction machinery has long been a cause of environmental disputes, especially to the nearby residents. In 2008, the Ministry of Environment adopted the construction machinery noise labeling system to encourage the development of the low noise construction machinery. After the implementation of the noise labeling system of the construction machinery, the noise emitted from the construction machinery has been decreased over the six years. But, as the quality of life improves, a growing number of people desire more comfortable and quite living environment. Under the situation, new systems like the low noise labeling system are considered to encourage the development of the low noise construction machinery. In accordance with the low noise labeling system, the construction machinery satisfying the standard of low noise are qualified to attach the low noise label in front of the products. Thus, the product qualified the low noise certification will be incentivized by the choice of the consumer. In this paper, we have studied the necessity of the low noise labeling system for the construction machinery and the considerations to adopt the low noise labeling system of construction machinery. And we have studied appropriate criterion to judge the low noise construction machinery. The considerations studied in this paper will be helpful to adopt the low noise labeling system of construction machinery in the future.
