Objective of the study is development of 23kV insulating jackets for protection of workers from electrical shock. The breakdown voltage of Ethylene-VinylAcetate copolymers(EVA) films in insulating oil were measured. Insulating jackets were made by the high frequency welding machine, and withstanding voltage test of these were measured. For breakdown voltage at AC 30kV, the number of EVA film with $105{\pm}5{\mu}m$ thickness was 4$\sim$5pieces. When AC 30kV during 3 minutes supplied on the insulating jackets, those were keep on the good quality.

본 연구는 기본적으로 온라인과 오프라인의 통합마케팅을 설명하고 이에 관한 경험적 사례를 개발하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 특히 중소 유통영역의 공생적 기반 위에 전개되는 온-오프라인의 경험적 사례를 개발하고 바람직한 마케팅방향을 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 문헌연구와 사례연구를 병행하여 연구를 진행하였다. 사례는 인터넷 도매유통의 공생협력을 추진한 (주)Barokosa이다. 온-오프라인의 협력적 통합마케팅의 전략을 전개하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 온-오프라인의 뚜렷한 목표를 설정하고 성장방향에 대한 비전을 공유하고 나아가 온-오프라인의 사명을 감당하는 것이다. 실천적으로는 (1)항상 고객(customer)기반의 의사결정을 이루며 (2)철저한 협력적 돕는경쟁(competition) 의식과 (3)구성원 자신의 일에 대한 자신감(confidence)을 지니고 (4)실천을 위한 용기(courage)를 가지고 (5)혁신하여 변화(change)를 선도하는 것이다.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate whether goose growth and feather characteristics are influenced by their line and feeding surroundings, inclusive of floor materials and types, since there are no reports regarding these factors. Methods: The 240 White Roman geese which were hatched and sex identified came from 3 commercial goose farms. They were randomly distributed to 24 pens depending on a completely random design. The study continued for 13 weeks and included 3 lines of commercial geese and 2 floor types (cement strip floor [CSF] or cement floor [CF]). Results: The day one gosling weight from A farm was lower than other two farms (96 g vs 107 and 115 g; p<0.001). Afterwards, the body weight, back length, keel length, chest girth and main wing feather length among 3 farms showed no significance difference prior to 12 weeks. The CF group showed heavier body weight, shorter back length, longer keel length, shorter chest girth and shorter main wing feather length than the CSF group prior to 12 weeks. The down weight in the CF was heavier than the CSF group (57.1 g vs 41.8 g; p<0.01) prior to 13 weeks. Conclusion: The body weight showed the positive relations for dry feather weight (r = 0.59), down weight (r = 0.69), percent of the down weight of live body weight prior to 13 weeks (r = 0.61).

The probiotic market is constantly continuing to grow, concomitantly with a widening in the range and diversity of probiotic products. Probiotics are defined as live microorganisms that provide a benefit to the host when consumed at a proper dose; the viability of a probiotic is therefore of crucial importance for its efficacy. Many products undergo lyophilization for maintaining their shelf-life. Unfortunately, this procedure may damage the integrity of the cells due to stress conditions during both the freezing and (vacuum-) drying process, thereby impacting their functionality. We propose a lysine-based mixture for rehydration of freeze-dried probiotics for improving their viability during in vitro simulated gastric and duodenum stress conditions. Measurement of the zeta potential served as an indicator of cell integrity and efficacy of this mixture, while functionality was estimated by adhesion to a human enterocyte-like Caco-2 cell-line. The freeze-dried bacteria exhibited a significantly different zeta potential compared to fresh cultures; however, this condition could be restored by rehydration with the lysine mixture. Recovery of the surface charge was found to influence adhesion ability to the Caco-2 cell-line. The optimum lysine concentration of the formulation, designated "Zeta-bio", was found to be 0.03 M for improving the viability of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum Lp-115 by up to 13.86% and a 7-strain mixture (400B) to 41.99% compared to the control rehydrated with distilled water. In addition, the lysine Zeta-bio formulation notably increased the adherence ability of lyophilized Lp-115 to the Caco-2 cell-line after subjected to the in vitro stress conditions of the simulated gastrointestinal tract passage.

Cryopreservation protocols induce partially irreversible damage to mammalian sperm plasma membranes. Previous studies have indicated that adding cholesterol to the plasma membrane, as cholesterol-loaded-cyclodextrins, improves cryosurvival of sperm. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine if treating sperm of Markhoz bucks with cholesterol-loaded-cyclodextrins (CLC) (0, 0.75, 1.5, 2.25 and 3 mg/ml diluted $240{\times}10^6$ sperm/ml) in Tris-citric acid-glucose diluents with and without egg yolk (containing 5% glycerol) would improve the post-thaw sperm quality. The motion characteristics were evaluated with a Computer Assisted System Analyzer (CASA); acrosome integrity and vitality were measured with the triple-stain technique. Samples were recovered before and after freezing by means of putting straws into $37^{\circ}C$ water for 30 sec and then parameters were assessed. The results showed that the treatments significantly affected motility, progressive motility, recovery rate, curvilinear velocity, beat cross frequency, live sperm with reacted acrosome, live sperm with unreacted acrosome, dead sperm with reacted acrosorne, and dead sperm with unreacted acrosome during freezing (p<0.05). However; no significant differences were found for average path velocity, straight line velocity, amplitude of lateral head displacement, straightness and linearity (p>0.05). The best results were observed for extender containing 2.25 mg/ml ($240{\times}10^6$ sperm/ml) CLC supplemented with 2.6% egg yolk. In conclusion, the findings of this study indicate improved Markhoz sperm viability and motility following treatment in the presence of egg yolk.

AASHTO LRFD 및 도로교한계상태설계기준에서는 신뢰도 기반 활하중 모델로부터 결정된 트럭하중과 차로하중을 동시에 재하하도록 하고 있으며, 트럭하중은 충격계수를 고려하되 차로하중은 충격계수를 적용하지 않도록 규정하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중앙경간 230m, 400m 및 540m의 멀티케이블 강합성 사장교를 대상으로 트럭하중과 차로하중이 동시에 주행하는 경우에 대해 차량-교량 상호작용 해석을 수행하고 케이블과 보강거더의 충격계수를 평가하였다. 트럭하중은 6-자유도의 차량 모델을 사용하였으며, 차로하중은 일련의 1축 차량이 연행해서 주행하는 것으로 모사하였다. 교량의 감쇠비가 충격계수에 미치는 영향을 평가하였으며, 충격에 영향을 미치는 주요 인자인 노면조도와 주행속도를 해석변수로 고려하였다. 노면조도는 ISO 8608 규정에 근거하여 랜덤 생성하였으며, 차량-교량 상호작용해석 시 노면조도는 트럭하중에만 적용하였다. 한편, 사장교의 충격계수 평가를 위해 실무에서 사용되고 있는 영향선 기법에 의한 충격계수를 동적 상호작용 해석에 의한 결과와 비교하였다.

본 연구에서는 중앙경간 404m 및 1545m의 현수교에 일련의 차량이 차로하중 형태로 주행하는 상태에 대해 차량-교량 상호작용 해석을 수행하고 주케이블, 행어 및 보강거더의 충격계수를 평가하였다. 활하중 모델은 도로교한계상태설계기준을 참고하였으며, KL-510 트럭은 6-자유도 모델로, 차로하중은 일련의 1축 차량이 연행해서 주행하는 것으로 모사하였다. 주탑부에서 보강거더의 연결 및 지지 형식에 따른 충격계수의 차이를 평가하기 위해 중앙경간 404m 교량에 대해서는 hinge-type과 floating-type 거더 형식을 고려하였다. 해석에서 고려한 매개변수는 활하중 형식-트럭 단독 주행시와 트럭과 차로하중의 주행, 차량의 편심 주행, 노면조도 그리고 주행속도를 고려하였다. 노면조도는 ISO 8608 규정에 근거하여 랜덤 생성하였으며 차량-교량 상호작용해석 시 노면조도는 트럭하중에만 적용하였다. 한편, 케이블 교량의 충격계수 평가를 위해 일반적으로 사용되는 영향선 기법에 의해 충격계수를 산출하고 차량-교량 상호작용해석에 의한 결과와 비교하였다.

도심에서 배전선로는 지중과 가공 선로의 구성, 연가, 건물과 나무로 인한 시야 방해로 추적하기가 어렵다. 이러한 3상 4선식 배전계통에서 특정 수용가가 어떤 변압기 또는 어떤 선로로부터 공급되는지를 결정하는 것이 현장의 전기 기술자에게 어려운 문제다. 배전선로 사이의 부하 평형 등을 위해 선로의 정확한 추적기술이 필요하다. 기존의 임펄스 전류를 사선에 주입하는 방식과는 다르게 활선에 고주파 신호를 주입하는 식별 방법을 제안한다. 배전선로에 고주파 전력 신호를 주입하여 분석 한 결과 고주파 신호는 배전선에서 전달 능력에 한계 능력을 갖는다. 보통 배전계통의 전력 변압기는 그러한 고주파 신호의 전달을 차폐하게 된다. 이러한 전송제한 특성을 사용하여 변압기와 배전선로를 식별하는 방법을 제안한다. 측정 배전선로의 양단에서 전기신호에 대한 동일 선로 여부를 판별하는 방식이다. 어려운 점은 원격 두 지점이 동기화되어야 하는데, 동기화 시간을 제공하는 GPS를 사용하지 않고 두 지점에 동기화를 달성한다. 새로운 형태의 선로 및 변압기 식별시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 시스템은 전력선 통신 모듈을 바탕으로 송수신기로 구성된다. 이론적 개념을 검증하기 위해서 일반 상업용 건물에서 실험이 행하여진다.

Trichomonas vaginalis causes the most prevalent sexually transmitted infection worldwide. Trichomonads have been detected in prostatic tissues from prostatitis, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and prostate cancer. Chronic prostatic inflammation is known as a risk factor for prostate enlargement, benign prostatic hyperplasia symptoms, and acute urinary retention. Our aim was to investigate whether T. vaginalis could induce inflammatory responses in cells of a benign prostatic hyperplasia epithelial cell line (BPH-1). When BPH-1 cells were infected with T. vaginalis, the protein and mRNA of inflammatory cytokines, such as CXCL8, CCL2, IL-$1{\beta}$, and IL-6, were increased. The activities of TLR4, ROS, MAPK, JAK2/STAT3, and NF-${\kappa}B$ were also increased, whereas inhibitors of ROS, MAPK, PI3K, NF-${\kappa}B$, and anti-TLR4 antibody decreased the production of the 4 cytokines although the extent of inhibition differed. However, a JAK2 inhibitor inhibited only IL-6 production. Culture supernatants of the BPH-1 cells that had been incubated with live T. vaginalis (trichomonad-conditioned medium, TCM) contained the 4 cytokines and induced the migration of human monocytes (THP-1 cells) and mast cells (HMC-1 cells). TCM conditioned by BPH-1 cells pretreated with NF-${\kappa}B$ inhibitor showed decreased levels of cytokines and induced less migration. Therefore, it is suggested that these cytokines are involved in migration of inflammatory cells. These results suggest that T. vaginalis infection of BPH patients may cause inflammation, which may induce lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS).

Placeness forms the traits unique to certain areas inducing people to visit there and purchase goods related to the place. The purpose of this study is to survey fashion images linked with placeness, by examining on-line and off-line fashion goods which claim the placeness. Hong-dae area in Seoul is selected for the case study, and the fashion goods claiming Hong-dae style or Hong-dae fashion are selected in order to analyze the fashion images. Hong-dae area, which was known for its art scenes and small restaurants in the 1980s, has been flourished its postmodern style cafes formed as yuppies-style consumer space in the 1990s. Foreign influenced subcultures were adopted, mimicked and mixed. Afterwards, dance clubs and live clubs gathered around this area. Recently, various local events to enhance the place identity such as "freemarket" and festivals are hosted by the local community. Based on the historical and regional background, the placeness of Hong-dae area is characterized with its artistry, counter-culturalism, and commercialism. The fashion images related of Hong-dae area fashion can be characterized as avant-garde image, art & craft image, kitsch image, vintage image, sexy casual image, and pop art image. The avant-garde image and the art & craft image are related with altistry and counter-culturalism. Kitsch image is related with the artistry, counter-culturalism, and the commercialism. Vintage image is related with artistry, counter-culturalism and commercialism. Sexy casual image is known to have commercialism of Hong-dae area, while Pop art image has its artistry and commercialism.
